在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例的吸嘴包括:本体10和两个刀片,两个刀片设置在本体10的前端上,每个刀片具有清洁待清洁面的工作状态和不清洁待清洁面的收纳状态,在一个刀片处于工作状态时,另一个刀片处于收纳状态,两个刀片的硬度不同,以清洁不同的待清洁面。
应用本实施例的吸嘴,在本体上增加两个硬度不同的刀片,可以将粘黏在待清洁面上的顽固污渍清洁掉,清洁效果好,并且根据不同的待清洁面,选择相应的刀片,防止刮坏待清洁面。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,一个刀片固定在本体10的前端上,另一个刀片可滑动地设置在本体10的前端上,换言之,两个刀片分别为第一刀片20和第二刀片30,第一刀片20固定在本体10的前端上,第二刀片30可滑动地设置在本体10的前端上。往前推动第二刀片30使第二刀片30处于工作状态,此时第一刀片20处于收纳状态;往后推动第二刀片30使第二刀片30处于收纳状态,此时第一刀片20处于工作状态,这样仅通过操作一个刀片实现两个刀片之间的切换,结构更简单,操作更方便。当然,也可以使两个刀片均可滑动地设置在本体的前端上。
在本实施例中,如图3至图6所示,本体10的前端的外壁上设有滑槽11,吸嘴还包括与第二刀片30连接的推钮50,推钮50与滑槽11配合并沿滑槽11的延伸方向滑动,通过推钮50推动第二刀片30滑动,操作简便。
在本实施例中,本体10的前端面上设有向内凹陷的收纳腔12,收纳腔12与滑槽11连通且用于收纳第二刀片30,第二刀片30处于收纳状态时,第二刀片30位于收纳腔12 中,防止第二刀片30闲置时一直外露存在对人造成伤害的隐患。
在本实施例中,如图6至图8所示,滑槽11的侧壁上设有多个定位槽111,多个定位槽111沿推钮50的滑动方向间隔设置,推钮50的后端上具有支脚51,支脚51的端部具有朝向定位槽111凸出的定位凸起511,定位凸起511适于卡入多个定位槽111中的任意一个中。往前推动推钮50时,支脚51发生变形,定位凸起511从一个定位槽111中滑出,此时定位凸起511与定位槽111错位,继续推动推钮50,定位凸起511滑入另一个定位槽111中,支脚51恢复原状,直至推动合适的位置。这样将第二刀片30固定在某个位置,对第二刀片进行锁定,保证第二刀片在工作状态下固定不动。
在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,滑槽11的前端设有前限位挡板112,以对推钮50进行限位,防止推钮从滑槽的前端滑脱。
在本实施例中,如图6及图8至11所示,滑槽11的相对的两侧壁均设有定位槽111,推钮50的后端上具有两个支脚51,每个支脚51的端部具有向远离对应的定位槽111的方向凸出的第一限位凸起512,吸嘴还包括连接在推钮50上且位于推钮的后侧的限位推钮60,限位推钮60的底部具有第二限位凸起61,第二限位凸起61可在第一限位凸起512和推钮50的后端之间活动,第二限位凸起61可与第一限位凸起512接触以阻止定位凸起511从最后侧的定位槽111中滑出。往后推动推钮50时,定位凸起511滑入最后侧的定位槽111中,然后推动限位推钮60,带动第二限位凸起61往后运动,第二限位凸起61与第一限位凸起512接触,阻止定位凸起511往远离定位槽111的方向的运动,即阻止定位凸起511从最后侧的定位槽111中滑出,有效的防止推钮在向后运动过程中滑脱的情况。当然,也可以仅在一个支脚上设有第一限位凸起。
在本实施例中,最后侧的定位槽111沿垂直于滑动方向的深度大于其余定位槽111沿垂直于滑动方向的深度,最后侧的定位槽111的深度较深,支脚无法再后退,防止推钮向后运动过程中滑脱的情况。
在本实施例中,如图9和图13所示,限位推钮60的前端具有相对设置的两个连接脚62,连接脚62的端部具有向内凸起的卡接凸起621,两个卡接凸起621分别卡在推钮50的左右两侧上,连接简便,也方便限位推钮活动。
在本实施例中,如图8和图12所示,推钮50的底部具有与第二刀片30连接的连接 片52,连接片52便于与第二刀片30连接。具体地,连接片52的前端的上表面具有安装凸起521,第二刀片30具有与安装凸起配合的安装孔31。
在本实施例中,待清洁面为地板。在本实施例中,第一刀片20的材质为塑料,第二刀片30的材质为金属,金属刀片用于硬地板等不易划伤且难清洁的地方,换言之,在吸嘴上设置塑料刀片和和金属刀片,适用于硬地板上且锋利的刀片可伸缩地设置吸嘴上,方便用户推拉使用。具体地,塑料为PET、PPT等工程材料,保证清洁的效果的同时不至于划伤地板。
在本实施例中,第一刀片20与本体10注塑一体,加工方便,降低制造成本。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,本体10呈扁平状,第一刀片20设置在本体10的第一侧,第二刀片30设置在本体10的第二侧,第二侧与第一侧相对设置。当然,也可以将两个刀片设置在同一侧。
在本实施例中,本体10的后端连接有接管40,用于连接吸尘器本体或其他连接管结构。
实施例二
图14示出了本申请的吸嘴的实施例二的结构,实施例二的吸嘴与实施例一的区别在于第二刀片和本体之间的滑动结构不同,在实施例二中,吸嘴还包括可滑动地套设在本体10的前端上的滑动套70,滑动套70的前端设有第二刀片30,这样通过推动滑动套70进而带动第二刀片30滑动。
在本实施例中,如图15至图18所示,本体10的外壁中上设有沿滑动套70的滑动方向间隔设置的多个凸部,相邻的两个凸部之间形成定位凹槽14,滑动套70的内壁上设有定位凸部71,定位凸部71适于卡入多个定位凹槽14中的任意一个中。往前推动滑动套70,定位凸部71从一个定位凹槽14中滑出,此时定位凸部71与凸部的顶部接触,继续推动滑动套70,定位凸部71滑入另一个定位凹槽14中,直至推动合适的位置。这样可以将第二刀片固定在某个位置,对第二刀片进行锁定,保证第二刀片在工作状态下固定不动。
在本实施例中,每个凸部包括沿垂直于滑动方向的方向间隔设置的多个凸起13,减轻吸嘴的重量。当然,每个凸部也可以为沿垂直于滑动方向的方向延伸的凸条。
在本实施例中,本体10的第一侧和第二侧的外壁上均设有凸部,滑动套70的相对的两个内壁上设有定位凸部71,可以有效的将第二刀片固定在某个位置,防止第二刀片在工作状态下的晃动。
在本实施例中,第一刀片20的材质为金属,第二刀片30的材质为塑料,此时本体10的材质为金属,滑动套70的材质为塑料,本体10和第一刀片20一体成型,滑动套70和第二刀片一体成型,加工方便。
作为可替换的实施方式,多个凸部设置在滑动套的内壁上,定位凸部设置在本体上的外壁上。
作为可替换的实施方式,一个刀片固定在本体的前端上,另一个刀片的后侧可翻转地设置在本体的前端上。
作为可替换的实施方式,刀片的个数设有三个以上,例如,本体的第一侧固定有一个刀片,其余的刀片可滑动地设置在本体的第二侧上,这样可以清洁不同的待清洁面,使用范围更广。当然,其余的刀片也可滑动地设置在本体的第一侧和第二侧上。
本申请还提供了一种吸尘器,包括:吸嘴,吸嘴为上述的吸嘴。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请的上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
在吸嘴的本体上设置塑料刀片和金属刀片,塑料刀片和金属刀片中的一个可滑动地设置在吸嘴上,方便用户推拉使用,金属刀片可以将黏附在清洁面上的不易清洁的污垢清理掉。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种吸嘴,其特征在于,包括:
    本体(10),具有吸气通道;
    多个刀片,设置在所述本体(10)的前端上,每个所述刀片具有清洁待清洁面的工作状态和不清洁所述待清洁面的收纳状态,在一个所述刀片处于工作状态时,其余所述刀片均处于收纳状态,多个所述刀片的硬度不同,以清洁不同的待清洁面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,一个所述刀片固定在所述本体(10)的前端上,其余所述刀片可滑动地设置在所述本体(10)的前端上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述刀片设有两个,两个所述刀片分别为第一刀片(20)和第二刀片(30),所述第一刀片(20)固定在所述本体(10)的前端上,所述第二刀片(30)可滑动地设置在所述本体(10)的前端上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述本体(10)的前端的外壁上设有滑槽(11),所述吸嘴还包括与所述第二刀片(30)连接的推钮(50),所述推钮(50)与所述滑槽(11)配合并沿所述滑槽(11)的延伸方向滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述本体(10)的前端面上设有向内凹陷的收纳腔(12),所述收纳腔(12)与所述滑槽(11)连通且用于收纳所述第二刀片(30),和/或,所述滑槽(11)的前端设有前限位挡板(112),以对所述推钮(50)进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述滑槽(11)的侧壁上设有多个定位槽(111),多个所述定位槽(111)沿所述推钮(50)的滑动方向间隔设置,所述推钮(50)的后端上具有支脚(51),所述支脚(51)的端部具有朝向所述定位槽(111)凸出的定位凸起(511),所述定位凸起(511)适于卡入多个所述定位槽(111)中的任意一个中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述滑槽(11)的相对的两侧壁均设有所述定位槽(111),所述推钮(50)的后端上具有两个所述支脚(51),至少一个所述支脚(51)的端部具有向远离对应的所述定位槽(111)的方向凸出的第一限位凸起(512),所述吸嘴还包括连接在所述推钮(50)上且位于所述推钮的后侧的限位推钮(60),所述 限位推钮(60)的底部具有第二限位凸起(61),所述第二限位凸起(61)可在所述第一限位凸起(512)和所述推钮(50)的后端之间活动,所述第二限位凸起(61)可与所述第一限位凸起(512)接触以阻止所述定位凸起(511)从最后侧的所述定位槽(111)中滑出。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,最后侧的所述定位槽(111)沿垂直于所述滑动方向的深度大于其余所述定位槽(111)沿垂直于所述滑动方向的深度。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述吸嘴还包括可滑动地套设在所述本体(10)的前端上的滑动套(70),所述滑动套(70)的前端设有所述第二刀片(30)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述滑动套(70)的内壁和所述本体(10)的外壁中的一个上设有沿所述滑动套(70)的滑动方向间隔设置的多个凸部,相邻的两个所述凸部之间形成定位凹槽(14),所述滑动套(70)的内壁和所述本体(10)的外壁中的另一个上设有定位凸部(71),所述定位凸部(71)适于卡入多个所述定位凹槽(14)中的任意一个中。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的吸嘴,其特征在于,所述第一刀片(20)的材质为塑料,所述第二刀片(30)的材质为金属,或者,所述第一刀片(20)的材质为金属,所述第二刀片(30)的材质为塑料。
  12. 一种吸尘器,包括:吸嘴,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的吸嘴。
