如图1、图2所示,本申请提供的刷头包括连接管1和安装在连接管1上的刷头组件2,连接管1的一端可用于连接吸尘器,为保证刷头的通配性,连接管1上设置有与吸尘器吸管卡合的连接槽,便于刷头在吸尘器上的快速拆装。连接管1的另一端为吸气口,吸气口处的连接管1设置为扁管状,即连接管1的径向截面为类腰型孔状,扁管状的吸管利于对一些边角区域进行清洁,同时扁平的表面上利于刷具的安装和固定。
刷头组件2可拆卸安装在连接管1的扁管位置上,如图2所示,在一实施例中,刷头组件2包括管件23以及分设在管件23两端的第一刷头21和第二刷头22。管件23设置为与连接管1适配的管状,其通过卡扣结构3可拆卸的套接在连接管1上。如图2所示,在一实施例中,卡扣结构3包括设置在管件中部的锁扣31和开设在连接管1扁平面上的锁止位32,锁扣31为按压锁扣结构,其位于按压部的下方设置有按压弹簧。当管件23与连接管1套接时,按压弹簧使得锁扣31与锁止位32卡合,从而使得管件23固定在连接管1上。当对管件23进行拆卸时,按压锁扣31的按压部,使得锁扣31与锁止位32脱离,从而实现管件23与连接管1的脱离。
如图2所示,锁止位32包括在连接管1轴向上间隔设置的第一锁止位321和第二锁止位322。如图1、图3所示,当锁扣31与第一锁止位321卡合时,连接管1的吸气口完全位于刷头组件2之内,此时可以利用刷头组件2的清洁功能。如图5、图6所示,当锁扣31与第二锁止位322卡合时,连接管1的吸气口穿出刷头组件2,此时使用吸气口对清理物进行吸除,刷头组件2不工作。
在一实施例中,刷头组件2的第一刷头21设置为带有自清洁功能的硬质梳刷,如图2所示,第一刷头21包括设置在管件23一端且沿管件23的轴向延伸的若干刷毛211,刷毛211采用塑胶材质制成,可实现对宠物毛皮的按摩及梳理,在一实施例中,中,刷毛211沿管件23轴端周向均匀设置。第一刷头21还包括滑动连接在管件23上的滑动套板212,滑动套板212上开设有若干与刷毛211对应的通孔,滑动套板212通过通孔与若干刷毛211 套接,使得滑动套板212运动时,刷毛211在通孔中穿入或穿出。
如图2中所示,在一实施例中,滑动套板212两侧设置有凸耳,凸耳上开设有滑槽,管件23的两侧设置有与之对应的挂件。对滑动套板212进行安装时,将挂件嵌入在滑动套板212两侧凸耳的滑槽中,滑槽的长度即为滑动套板212的滑动行程。为保证第一刷头21的刷毛211可以正常工作,当滑动套板212在管件23上滑动至上限位部时,刷毛211的至少一部分穿出通孔之外,此时使用刷毛211对例如宠物毛皮等清理物进行梳理。同时为保证滑动套板212对刷毛211的清理作用,当滑动套板212在管件23上滑动至下限位部时,刷毛211的端部位于通孔之内,使得滑动套板212在滑动至下限位部时将刷毛211上缠绕的毛发等脏物挡出刷毛211,进而脏物经过连接管1被吸入吸尘器内部。
在一实施例中,滑动套板212与管件23之间安装有弹性连接件24。在一实施例中,如图2所示,弹性连接件24为弹簧,弹簧设置在两侧凸耳与挂件的连接位置处,弹簧的一端抵接在管件23上,另一端抵接在滑动套板212上。弹簧处于压缩状态,对滑动套板212施加使得滑动套板212朝向下限位部滑动的弹性力,即第一刷头21在不工作的状态下,滑动套板212位于下限位部,如图3所示,此时刷毛211的端部位于通孔之中,滑动套板212对刷毛211形成保护。
下面结合图3和图4,以对宠物清理皮毛为例,对本申请一实施例中第一刷头21的工作原理进行说明:
当用户使用第一刷头21时,将第一刷头21贴紧宠物毛皮,滑动套板212受力压缩弹簧,如图4所示,刷毛211穿出通孔从而对宠物毛皮进行梳理和按摩,当清理完成后,第一刷头21离开被清理物,滑动套板212在弹簧的弹性作用下复位,刷毛211的端部重新穿入通孔中,在滑动套板212复位过程中,刷毛211上附着及缠绕的毛发等脏物被挡出,通过负压源吸走,实现对刷毛211的自清洁。
在一实施例中,管件23的另一端设置有第二刷头22,第二刷头22设置为尼龙软毛刷,尼龙软毛刷可对日常附着灰尘等脏物进行清理。
以上对本实施方式中刷头的结构及工作原理进行了说明,下面结合附图1至6对刷头的使用原理进行说明。
负压源以吸尘器为例,刷头通过连接管1安装在吸尘器的吸气管上。
当用户仅需求吸尘作用无需刷头组件2工作时,将刷头组件2的锁扣31与第二锁止位322卡合,此时刷头状态如图6所示,用户可采用本实施方式的刷头进行常规吸尘操作。
当用户需要第二刷头22进行工作时,将图6所示状态下的刷头的锁扣31与第一锁止位321卡合,此时刷头状态如图1所示,用户可采用第二刷头22对脏物进行清扫,同时 清扫后的脏物经过连接管1进入吸尘器内部,完成清理。
当用户需要使用第一刷头21进行工作时,将图1所示状态下的刷头的锁扣31与第一锁止位321分离,转动管件23方向后将锁扣31与第一锁止位321卡合,此时刷头状态如图3所示,其工作原理已在上述进行说明,此处不再赘述。
上述对本实施方式中的刷头进行了详细说明,需要进一步说明的是,本领域技术人员应当理解,上述实施方式仅作为本申请优选的实施方式,在上述实施方式的基础上,还可以有其它可替代的实施方式。
例如在一些可替代的实施方式中,与上述实施方式的区别在于第一刷头与第二刷头的作用不同,刷头组件还可以设置为其它任何适于实施的刷头,例如静电刷、玻璃刷等其它刷体,本申请对此不做限制。
在另一些可替代的实施方式中,滑动套板与管件滑动连接的位置处设置有限位销,限位销设置在滑动套板滑动的上限位部,当滑动套板位于上限位部时,限位销对滑动套板的位置进行固定,此时刷毛伸出通孔外部,用户可使用第一刷头进行工作,当工作完成后,通过手动或增设按钮释放限位销,使得滑动套板复位至下限位部,同时完成对刷毛的自清理。
在再一些可替代的实施方式中,滑动套板与管件可滑动连接,其滑动连接处具有一定的阻尼或限位,使得用户可通过手动控制滑动套板的滑动位置,进而实现手动清洁。在此种实施方式下,滑动套板与管件之间无需设置弹性连接件。
在第二方面中,本申请还提供了一种吸尘器,包括吸尘器本体和刷头,该刷头为上述公开提供的刷头,刷头通过连接管安装在吸尘器本体上,其使用和工作原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请的保护范围之中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种刷头,其特征在于,包括:
    连接管(1),一端用于连接负压源,另一端为吸气口;和
    刷头组件(2),可拆卸套设在所述连接管(1)上位于所述吸气口的一端,所述刷头组件(2)包括分设两端以提供不同的工作状态的第一刷头(21)和第二刷头(22),通过切换所述第一刷头(21)和所述第二刷头(22)的位置以提供所述刷头组件(1)不同的工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述刷头组件(2)还包括管件(23),所述管件(23)可拆卸套接在所述连接管(1)上,所述第一刷头(21)和所述第二刷头(22)分别设置在所述管件(23)两端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述第一刷头(21)包括设在所述管件(23)上且沿所述管件(23)轴向延伸的若干刷毛(211)和滑动连接在所述管件(23)上的滑动套板(212),所述滑动套板(212)上开设有若干与所述刷毛(211)对应的通孔,其通过所述通孔与所述刷毛(211)套接,所述滑动套板(212)在所述管件(23)上滑动至上限位部时,所述刷毛(211)的至少一部分穿出所述通孔,所述滑动套板(212)在所述管件(23)上滑动至下限位部时,所述刷毛(211)远离所述管件(23)的端部位于所述滑动套板(212)之内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述滑动套板(212)与所述管件(23)之间设置有弹性连接件(24),所述弹性连接件(24)提供使得所述滑动套板(212)朝向所述下限位部滑动的弹性力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述弹性连接件(24)为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端抵接在所述管件(23)上,另一端抵接所述滑动套板(212)。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述管件(23)通过卡扣结构(3)与所述连接管(1)可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构(3)包括设置在所述管件(23)上的锁扣(31)和开设在所述连接管(1)上与所述锁扣(31)卡合的锁止位(32)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的刷头,其特征在于,
    所述锁止位(32)包括靠近所述吸气口的第一锁止位(321)和远离所述吸气口的第二锁止位(322);
    当所述锁扣(31)与所述第一锁止位(321)卡合时,所述连接管(1)的吸气口位于 所述刷头组件(2)之内;当所述锁扣(31)与所述第二锁止位(322)卡合时,所述连接管(1)的至少一部分伸出所述刷头组件(2)。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述刷毛(211)为塑胶制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述第二刷头(22)为尼龙刷。
  11. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述连接管(1)位于所述吸气口的一端设置为扁管状。
  12. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    吸尘器本体;和
    根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的刷头,所述刷头通过所述连接管安装在所述吸尘器本体上。
