所述集成主架设有与上下导向槽相配前后滑装的上下连接凸块、与上下导向凸块相配前后滑装的导向开槽、与上下导向卡块扣接并能沿着上下导向卡块前后滑装的上下连接块、与上下导向连接位卡接并能沿着上下导向连接位前后滑装的上下导向扣块;
所述活动基座的底面一体成型有与上下导向凹槽卡接并能左右滑移的左右连接块。
有益效果
本发明的优点在于:
1)利用活动基座、集成调节模块的集成主架、锁扣手柄部件的结构配合,以使旋转左右调节部件时,能使集成主架、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件分别与活动轨的连接位置保持不变的情况下,使固定在抽屉的活动基座左右移动;减少调节阻力,降低变形率,提高调节稳定性和产品的耐用性,增加调节舒适性,确保产品的使用质量。
2)在左右调节部件、上下调节部件和前后调节部件作用下,可调整抽屉左右、上下、前后的安装位置,实现多方位调节,操作方便又灵活,确保抽屉的安装效果。
3)将活动基座、集成调节模块、集成前后调节模块以模块化组装成抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,适应模块化生产,有利于提高生产效率,降低成本;而且提高产品的稳定性与有效性,又具备自由选配安装和免工具拆装功能,方便用户选配DIY和免工具快捷装卸,适用性高。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
根据附图1至图11所示,本发明的抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其包括安装在抽屉上的活动基座1、集成调节抽屉左右、上下安装位置用的集成调节模块、调节抽屉前后安装位置用的集成前后调节模块2,所述集成前后调节模块2扣装在活基座上1并与活动轨的前端定位连接,所述集成调节模块滑装在活动基座1上并与活动轨定位安装。
其中,所述集成调节模块包括集成主架3、锁扣手柄部件4、上下调节部件,集成主架3左右滑装在活动基座1上并与活动轨定位安装,锁扣手柄部件4轴连接在集成主架3上并以轴为定点旋转扣合在活动轨上,上下调节部件前后滑装在集成主架3并设有与活动轨的底面滑动连接的倾斜面51。
而且,所述集成调节模块安装有在左右调节抽屉时,集成主架3、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件4分别与活动轨的连接位置保持不变的情况下使活动基座1左右移动用的左右调节部件。
当左右调节抽屉时,只需旋转左右调节部件,可使集成主架3、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件4分别与活动轨的连接位置不变,活动基座1左右移动。减少调节阻力,降低变形率,提高调节稳定性和产品的耐用性,增加调节舒适性,确保产品的使用质量。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述集成前后调节模块2包括前后调节座21。前后调节座21安装有在前后调节时,集成主架4、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件4、活动基座1分别与活动轨的连接位置保持不变的情况下抽屉前后位移用的前后调节部件。
所述前后调节部件包括前后调节轮6和带有前后调节螺杆8的前后调节块7,所述前后调节块7前后滑装在前后调节座21上,所述前后调节轮6螺纹连接在前后调节螺杆8上并在前后调节螺杆8旋转时带动前后调节块7相对前后调节座21前后移动,前后调节座21扣装在活动基座1上。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述左右调节部件包括左右调节轮11和与集成主架3一体成型的左右调节螺杆12。所述左右调节轮11螺纹连接在左右调节螺杆12上并在左右调节螺杆12旋转时带动活动基座1相对活动轨左右平移。
并且,所述锁扣手柄部件4包括活动扣件41与活动手柄42。所述活动手柄42轴连接在集成主架3上,活动扣件41扣装在活动手柄42的扣接部并随着活动手柄42的摆动而扣合或分离于活动轨上。
另外,所述集成主架3左右滑装在活动基座1上,且集成主架3的后端一体成型有与活动轨定位安装的定位连接块15。
即,当左右调节抽屉时,旋转左右调节轮11,促使左右调节螺杆12相对左右调节轮11左右滑移,从而使集成主架3、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件4分别与活动轨的连接位置不变,活动基座1左右移动。
期间,所述集成主架3一体成型有与活动轨的前端弹性连接的弹性连接块23。降低变形率,提高调节稳定性和产品的耐用性,增加调节舒适性,确保产品的使用质量。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述上下调节部件包括上下调节块5,上下调节块5设有上下调节轮13和与上下调节块5一体成型的上下调节螺杆14。所述上下调节块5前后滑装在集成主架3,倾斜面51设于上下调节块5的后端。而且,所述上下调节轮13螺纹连接在上下调节螺杆14上并在上下调节轮13旋转时带动倾斜面51前后滑移在活动轨的底面,以使抽屉上下位移。
当上下调节抽屉时,只需旋转上下调节轮13,可使上下调节块5前后滑移在集成主架3,并在倾斜面51的作用下,实现抽屉上下位移。
这样,在左右调节部件、上下调节部件和前后调节部件作用下,可调整抽屉左右、上下、前后的安装位置,实现多方位调节,操作方便又灵活,且提高安装精度,确保抽屉的安装效果。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述前后调节座21设有一体成型的前后扣接部9,所述活动基座1的一侧设有与前后扣接部9扣装用的扣接孔10。装配时,只需将前后扣接部9扣装在扣接孔10上,以使集成前后调节模块2与活动基座1模块化组装,方便用户选配和便捷装卸,便于用户DIY装配,又利于模块化生产,提高生产效率,降低成本。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述活动基座1设有扣接在左右调节螺杆12上且能沿着左右调节螺杆12左右滑移的左右导向卡位16。
而且,所述活动基座1一体成型有左右导向凸块17和左右导向卡接块18,集成主架3设有与左右导向凸块17滑装的左右导向槽19、与左右导向卡接块18扣装且能沿着左右导向卡接块18左右滑移的导向连接块20。
参照图1至图11所示,进一步细化,所述集成主架3设有扣接在上下调节螺杆14上且沿着上下调节螺杆14前后滑移的上下导向卡位24。所述上下调节块5设有上下导向槽25、上下导向凹槽26和与其一体成型的上下导向凸块27、上下导向卡块28和上下导向连接位29。
其中,所述集成主架3设有与上下导向槽25相配前后滑装的上下连接凸块30、与上下导向凸块27相配前后滑装的导向开槽31、与上下导向卡块28扣接并能沿着上下导向卡块28前后滑装的上下连接块32、与上下导向连接位29卡接并能沿着上下导向连接位29前后滑装的上下导向扣块33。
另外,所述活动基座1的底面一体成型有与上下导向凹槽26卡接并能左右滑移的左右连接块22。
这样,采用滑动扣装方式,使将活动基座1、集成调节模块、集成前后调节模块2以模块化组装成抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,适应模块化生产,有利于提高生产效率,降低成本;而且达到抽屉多方位调节安装,提高产品的稳定性与有效性,又具备自由选配安装和免工具拆装功能,方便用户选配DIY和免工具快捷装卸,适用性高。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式,凡与本发明的抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置相同或等同的结构,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:模块化前连接调节装置包括安装在抽屉上的活动基座(1)、集成调节抽屉左右、上下安装位置用的集成调节模块、调节抽屉前后安装位置用的集成前后调节模块(2),所述集成前后调节模块(2)扣装在活基座上(1)并与活动轨的前端定位连接,所述集成调节模块滑装在活动基座(1)上并与活动轨定位安装;所述集成调节模块包括集成主架(3)、锁扣手柄部件(4)、上下调节部件,集成主架(3)左右滑装在活动基座(1)上并与活动轨定位安装,锁扣手柄部件(4)轴连接在集成主架(3)上并以轴为定点旋转扣合在活动轨上,上下调节部件前后滑装在集成主架(3)并设有与活动轨的底面滑动连接的倾斜面(51);所述集成调节模块安装有在左右调节抽屉时,集成主架(3)、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件(4)分别与活动轨的连接位置保持不变的情况下使活动基座(1)左右移动用的左右调节部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述集成前后调节模块(2)包括前后调节座(21),前后调节座(21)安装有在前后调节时,集成主架(4)、上下调节部件、锁扣手柄部件(4)、活动基座(1)分别与活动轨的连接位置保持不变的情况下抽屉前后位移用的前后调节部件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述前后调节部件包括前后调节轮(6)和带有前后调节螺杆(8)的前后调节块(7),所述前后调节块(7)前后滑装在前后调节座(21)上,所述前后调节轮(6)螺纹连接在前后调节螺杆(8)上并在前后调节螺杆(8)旋转时带动前后调节块(7)相对前后调节座(21)前后移动,前后调节座(21)扣装在活动基座(1)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述前后调节座(21)设有一体成型的前后扣接部(9),所述活动基座(1)的一侧设有与前后扣接部(9)扣装用的扣接孔(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述左右调节部件包括左右调节轮(11)和与集成主架(3)一体成型的左右调节螺杆(12),所述上下调节部件包括上下调节块(5),上下调节块(5)设有上下调节轮(13)和与上下调节块(5)一体成型的上下调节螺杆(14),所述锁扣手柄部件(4)包括活动扣件(41)与活动手柄(42);所述活动手柄(42)轴连接在集成主架(3)上,活动扣件(41)扣装在活动手柄(42)的扣接部并随着活动手柄(42)的摆动而扣合或分离于活动轨上;所述上下调节块(5)前后滑装在集成主架(3),倾斜面(51)设于上下调节块(5)的后端,所述上下调节轮(13)螺纹连接在上下调节螺杆(14)上并在上下调节轮(13)旋转时带动倾斜面(51)前后滑移在活动轨的底面,以使抽屉上下位移;所述集成主架(3)左右滑装在活动基座(1)上,且集成主架(3)的后端一体成型有与活动轨定位安装的定位连接块(15);所述左右调节轮(11)螺纹连接在左右调节螺杆(12)上并在左右调节螺杆(12)旋转时带动活动基座(1)相对活动轨左右平移。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述活动基座(1)设有扣接在左右调节螺杆(12)上且能沿着左右调节螺杆(12)左右滑移的左右导向卡位(16)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述活动基座(1)一体成型有左右导向凸块(17)和左右导向卡接块(18),集成主架(3)设有与左右导向凸块(17)滑装的左右导向槽(19)、与左右导向卡接块(18)扣装且能沿着左右导向卡接块(18)左右滑移的导向连接块(20)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述集成主架(3)一体成型有与活动轨的前端弹性连接的弹性连接块(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述集成主架(3)设有扣接在上下调节螺杆(14)上且沿着上下调节螺杆(14)前后滑移的上下导向卡位(24)。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述抽屉滑轨模块化调节前连接装置,其特征在于:所述上下调节块(5)设有上下导向槽(25)、上下导向凹槽(26)和与其一体成型的上下导向凸块(27)、上下导向卡块(28)和上下导向连接位(29);所述集成主架(3)设有与上下导向槽(25)相配前后滑装的上下连接凸块(30)、与上下导向凸块(27)相配前后滑装的导向开槽(31)、与上下导向卡块(28)扣接并能沿着上下导向卡块(28)前后滑装的上下连接块(32)、与上下导向连接位(29)卡接并能沿着上下导向连接位(29)前后滑装的上下导向扣块(33);所述活动基座(1)的底面一体成型有与上下导向凹槽(26)卡接并能左右滑移的左右连接块(22)。
