Description

Absorbent article
The present invention relates to absorbent articles.
In absorbent articles such as disposable diapers, urine pads, and sanitary products, pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) are used as an absorbent material that absorbs excreted liquid such as urine and body fluids. And, for example, since the disposable diaper covers the abdomen, back and crotch of the wearer, an elastic member that expands and contracts according to the movement and body type of the body is provided around the waist and lower limbs of the wearer (for example, , Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 5573806
For absorbent articles, various studies have been conducted not only to absorb the excretory liquid with an absorbent material, but also to prevent the excretory liquid from leaking and to prevent discomfort such as stuffiness and pressure. However, for example, although the ventilation passage for suppressing stuffiness in the absorbent article can be increased by reducing the contraction force of the elastic member surrounding the abdominal circumference, the decrease in the contraction force can cause leakage of excreted liquid. Therefore, in order to improve the air permeability in the area surrounding the wearer's abdominal girth, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, in the interior surface with which the wearer's skin comes into contact, the area contracted in the girth direction by the elastic member It has been proposed that an air passage structure is formed by intermittently joining the air passage forming sheet in the girth direction so that the air passage forming sheet deforms into a corrugated shape due to contraction of the elastic member. However, since the addition of a seat leads to an increase in manufacturing cost, it is desirable that the improvement of air permeability be realized with a simple structure.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article capable of improving the air permeability in the region surrounding the wearer's abdominal girth with a simple configuration.
In order to solve the above problems, the absorbent article according to the present invention is provided with continuous ventilation holes penetrating the cover sheet at folds at the edge of the trunk opening.
Specifically, the present invention is an absorbent article, in which the absorbent body is placed between the crotch of the wearer and the laminated sheets, and the waistline of the wearer is arranged. A laminate capable of forming a body opening, and a cover sheet that includes a stretchable member that contracts the body opening in a portion that forms the body opening, the cover sheet is provided at the edge of the body opening. It is folded back, and has a continuous vent hole penetrating the cover sheet at or near the fold of the folded portion. Here, the edge of the trunk opening is a portion located at an end of the laminated body forming the trunk opening, and is a portion having at least a portion where the cover sheet is folded back.
Note that the cover sheet may have ventilation holes at the folds.
Also, the elastic member is a thread-like rubber that is arranged in parallel with the folded-back portion at least in the portion where the vent hole is provided in the folded-back portion, and may be discretely joined to the cover sheet. Here, the term “discretely joined” means that the joined portions are scattered at intervals, and may include a non-discrete joined portion as a part.
Also, in the cover sheet, both sides of the folded-back portion may be joined to each other by a plurality of linear joint portions arranged in parallel in the waistline direction at least in a part of the wearer's waistline in the waistline direction.
Also, the linear joints may be arranged diagonally with respect to the waistline direction.
Also, a widened portion may be provided in the non-joined portion formed between the linear joined portions.
In addition, a plurality of linear joints that are arranged in parallel in the wearer's waistline direction at least with respect to a portion of the surface of the laminate that comes into contact with the skin of the wearer and that has a contracting portion that contracts by the elastic member. The sheet may be joined to each other by a portion, and the sheet may further include an air passage forming sheet that forms an air passage by bending the non-joined portion by the contraction of the contraction portion and deforming into a corrugated shape.
Also, the air passage forming sheet may have an upright end on the side of the crotch region.
Further, the cover sheet communicates with the space between the absorbent article and the wearer at the absorber side end of the folded-back portion located inside the absorbent article when the absorbent article is worn by the wearer. It may have a non-bonding portion for communicating with the pores.
Further, the cover sheet communicates the space between the absorbent article and the wearer with the vent hole at the folded-back portion located inside the absorbent article when the absorbent article is worn by the wearer. It may have a second ventilation hole for.
With the above-mentioned absorbent article, it becomes possible to improve the breathability in the region surrounding the wearer's abdominal girth with a simple configuration.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The embodiment described below is an example of the embodiment of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the following modes.
<Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper (hereinafter, simply referred to as “diaper”) according to an embodiment. The term regarding the direction used in the present application means a direction that corresponds to the front, rear, left, and right of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer. For example, in the present application, the term “left-right direction” means a direction that corresponds to the left and right of the wearer of the diaper 1 when worn.
In this embodiment, as an example of an absorbent article, a pants-type disposable diaper having a tubular structure having an opening into which the abdominal circumference of the wearer is inserted, and a pair of left and right openings through which the left and right lower limbs of the wearer are inserted. However, the “absorbent article” in the present application is not limited to pants-type disposable diapers. The "absorbent article" referred to in the present application includes, for example, a tape fixed near one end of a sheet-like member that covers the wearer's crotch (pubic part) from the front body to the back body. It includes various types of absorbent articles that can wrap the abdominal circumference and inseam, such as a tape-type disposable diaper that is formed by sticking near the ends to form a tubular structure.
The diaper 1 includes a crotch region 1B that is a region corresponding to a crotch region that covers the wearer's genital region (inseam) in a worn state, and a region that corresponds to the front body around the waist of the wearer and that is located on the abdomen side of the wearer. It has a front body region 1F for covering and a rear body region 1R for covering the back side of the wearer, which is a region corresponding to the back body around the waist of the wearer. Here, the front body region 1F is located on the front side of the crotch region 1B, and the back body region 1R is located on the rear side of the crotch region 1B. Since the diaper 1 in the present embodiment is a pants-type disposable diaper, the left edge of the front body region 1F and the left edge of the rear body region 1R are joined to each other, and the right edge and the rear body region of the front body region 1F are joined together. The right edges of region 1R are joined together. Therefore, in the diaper 1, the trunk opening 2T is formed by the upper edge of the front body region 1F and the upper edge of the rear body region 1R. In the diaper 1, a left lower limb opening 2L is formed on the left side of the crotch region 1B, which is not joined, and a right lower limb opening 2R is formed on the right side of the crotch region 1B. Then, in the diaper 1, the left lower limb of the wearer is inserted through the left lower limb opening 2L, the right lower limb of the wearer is inserted through the right lower limb opening 2R, and the trunk of the wearer enters the torso opening 2T. When worn, the front body region 1F is arranged on the wearer's abdomen side, the back body region 1R is arranged on the wearer's back side, and the left lower limb opening 2L and the right lower limb opening 2R are formed on the wearer's thigh. It is fixed to the wearer's body while surrounding the part. Since the diaper 1 is fixed to the wearer's body in such a form, the wearer can walk while wearing the diaper 1.
In the diaper 1, an absorber capable of absorbing and holding a liquid is mainly arranged around the crotch region 1B. Further, in the diaper 1, the left lower limb opening surrounding the thigh of the left lower limb of the wearer is formed in order to suppress the formation of a gap serving as a liquid outflow path between the diaper 1 and the wearer's skin. A solid gather 3BL is provided in 2L, a solid gather 3BR is provided in the right lower limb opening 2R surrounding the thigh of the wearer's right lower limb, and a waist gather 3R is provided in a portion surrounding the wearer's abdominal girth. The three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR and the waist gather 3R are in close contact with the wearer's skin by the elastic force of the rubber thread. Therefore, the excreted liquid discharged from the pubic area of the wearer is absorbed by the absorbent body of the diaper 1 with almost no leakage from the diaper 1.
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the diaper 1 according to the embodiment. Further, FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing a state in which the diaper 1 according to the embodiment is expanded and expanded. FIG. 3(A) schematically shows the internal structure of the diaper 1 in the unfolded and expanded state when viewed from the left side. FIG. 3B schematically shows a plan view of the diaper 1 in the expanded and expanded state.
The diaper 1 has the cover sheets 4F and 4R and the pad cover sheet 6 that form the outer surface when worn by the wearer. The cover sheet 4F mainly forms the outer surface of the front body region 1F of the diaper 1. The pad cover sheet 6 mainly forms the outer surface of the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1. The cover sheet 4R mainly forms the outer surface of the rear body region 1R of the diaper 1. The cover sheets 4F and 4R and the pad cover sheet 6 are provided to reinforce the outer surface of the diaper 1 and to improve the touch. For example, in order to suppress excrement leakage, a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin is used. Can be used as the material. Here, examples of the liquid-impermeable thermoplastic resin include polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). Further, the liquid-impermeable sheet may be provided with a large number of fine pores of about 0.1 to several μm so that the liquid-impermeable sheet and the moisture-permeable property are exhibited. In addition, the cover sheets 4F and 4R may have a plurality of holes partially or entirely formed to improve air permeability around the waist. The number and size of the ventilation holes formed in the cover sheets 4F and 4R depend on the required ventilation amount, but if the opening area is 0.5 to 10 mm 2 , for example, It is preferable to form about 5 to 200 pieces on the part facing the skin, and more preferable to form 10 to 100 pieces. When the number is 5 or more, the effect of improving air permeability can be obtained. On the other hand, when the number is 200 or less, it is possible to effectively prevent urine or body fluid from flowing into the gather internal space.
The diaper 1 also has an inner cover sheet 5F laminated on the wearer side surface of the cover sheet 4F, and an inner cover sheet 5R laminated on the wearer side surface of the cover sheet 4F. The inner cover sheet 5F is a sheet-shaped member having a shape that matches a portion of the cover sheet 4F closer to the crotch region 1B than a perforation 4F6 (which is an example of a “fold” in the present application) described later. Like the inner cover sheet 5F, the inner cover sheet 5R is also a sheet-shaped member having a shape that matches the portion of the inner cover sheet 5R on the crotch region 1B side of perforations 4R6 described later.
Also, the diaper 1 has a back sheet 7, an absorbent body 8 and a center sheet 9 which are sequentially laminated on the wearer side surface of the pad cover sheet 6. The pad cover sheet 6 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped sheet having a length that extends from the front body of the wearer to the back body via the crotch and has a predetermined lateral width in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. is there. Further, the back sheet 7, the absorber 8 and the center sheet 9 are all sheet-like members having a substantially rectangular appearance similar to the pad cover sheet 6, and the longitudinal direction thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction of the pad cover sheet 6. In this state, they are sequentially laminated on the pad cover sheet 6. The back sheet 7 is a sheet made of a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin as a material in order to suppress the leakage of excrement. The center sheet 9 is a sheet-like member that is arranged on the wearer's skin surface side so as to cover the water absorbing surface of the absorber 8. The center sheet 9 is partially or wholly liquid-permeable. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is worn, the liquid excreted from the wearer penetrates the absorber 8 through the center sheet 9 that can come into contact with the wearer's skin and is absorbed there. Examples of the liquid-permeable sheet include woven cloth, non-woven cloth, and porous film. Further, the center sheet 9 may have hydrophilicity.
The absorbent body 8 has a structure in which short fibers of cellulosic fibers such as pulp fibers, rayon fibers, or cotton fibers, or short fibers obtained by hydrophilizing synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate It has a structure in which a granular absorbent resin such as a hydrophilic superabsorbent polymer having a cross-linked structure capable of absorbing and holding is retained. Therefore, when the pad cover sheet 6 absorbs the liquid discharged from the wearer, the pad cover sheet 6 swells the absorbent resin held in the gaps in the short fibers to hold the liquid in the short fibers. The absorber 8 may have a single-layer structure composed of one mat or a laminated structure in which a plurality of mats are stacked. Further, the absorber 8 can have an appropriate shape according to the purpose. Examples of the shape of the absorber 8 include a rectangular shape, an hourglass shape in which the vicinity of the central portion is constricted, and various other shapes.
The back sheet 7, the absorber 8 and the center sheet 9 all extend from the front body region 1F to the back body region 1R. Therefore, if the wearer's pubic area (inseam) is covered with the pad cover sheet 6 in which the back sheet 7, the absorber 8 and the center sheet 9 are laminated, the back sheet 7, the absorber 8 and the center sheet 9 will have different longitudinal directions. Both ends are located on the ventral side and the dorsal side of the wearer. That is, the wearer's genital area is in a state of being covered with the absorber 8 from the wearer's ventral side to back side. Therefore, even if the wearer discharges the liquid out of the body in any of the posture in which the belly faces down and the posture in which the back faces down, the discharged liquid contacts the absorber 8 through the center sheet 9. Will be done.
Also, the diaper 1 has elongated strip-shaped side sheets 10L and 10R for forming the above-mentioned three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR. The side seats 10L and 10R are provided on the long sides of the center seat 9. Thread rubbers 10L1 and 10R1 are adhered to the side sheets 10L and 10R along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, in the side sheets 10L and 10R, the edge 4F7 of the cover sheet 4F, which is the left edge of the front body region 1F, and the edge 4R7 of the cover sheet 4R, which is the left edge of the rear body region 1R, are joined to each other, and As shown in FIG. 1, the edge 4F8 of the cover sheet 4F, which is the right edge of the front body region 1F, and the edge 4R8 of the cover sheet 4R, which is the right edge of the rear body region 1R, are joined together. When the diaper 1 is in a completed state, it is pulled in the longitudinal direction by the contracting force of the rubber thread 10L1, 10R1 and rises from the center sheet 9 along the folding lines 10L2, 10R2. As a result, three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR that prevent the liquid from flowing out from the left lower limb opening 2L and the right lower limb opening 2R are formed. The joining method of the edge 4F7 of the cover sheet 4F, the edge 4R7 of the cover sheet 4R, the edge 4F8 of the cover sheet 4F, and the edge 4R8 of the cover sheet 4R is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include heat sealing, high frequency sealing, and ultrasonic sealing. Can be done by
In addition, the diaper 1 includes an air passage forming sheet 11F laminated on the wearer side surface of the cover sheet 4F with the pad cover sheet 6, the back sheet 7, the absorber 8, the center sheet 9, and the side sheets 10L and 10R interposed therebetween. , The ventilation path forming sheet 11R laminated on the wearer side surface of the cover sheet 4R. The ventilation path forming sheet 11F is stacked on the cover sheet 4F at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the center sheet 9. Further, the ventilation path forming sheet 11R is laid on the cover sheet 4R at the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the center sheet 9. In addition, in the present application, the state in which the sheets overlap with each other is not limited to the form in which the sheets to be overlapped overlap each other in the state of being entirely in contact with each other, and is a concept including a form in which a part of the sheets overlap with each other. For example, the ventilation path forming sheet 11F is overlaid in such a manner that a part of the pad cover sheet 6 at one end side in the longitudinal direction touches a part of the cover sheet 4F.
In the ventilation path forming sheet 11F, a large number of minute ventilation holes 11F1 for ventilation are arranged in a region extending in the left-right direction along the upper edge of the front body region 1F. Similarly to the ventilation path forming sheet 11F, the ventilation path forming sheet 11R has a large number of ventilation holes 11R1. Here, the ventilation hole means an opening that connects the space on the one surface side of the sheet and the space on the other surface side of the sheet, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited. Therefore, as the ventilation holes 11F1 and 11R1, for example, openings having a shape such as a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon (triangle, quadrangle, etc.) can be applied. The formation of the ventilation holes 11F1 and 11R1 in the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R does not mean that the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are materials having no air permeability, and the ventilation path forming sheet 11F and 11R may be either a breathable material or a non-breathable material. The ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are preferably made of a material having air permeability or liquid permeability, but may be, for example, a non-air permeable material. The size and number of the ventilation holes 11F1 and 11R1 are not particularly limited, but, for example, if the opening area is 0.5 to 10 mm 2 , about 5 to 200 are preferably formed.
As described above, in the diaper 1, in addition to the back sheet 7 and the center sheet 9 with the absorbent body 8 sandwiched therebetween, the cover sheets 4F and 4R, the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R, the pad cover sheet 6, the side sheet 10L, Since 10R is formed by stacking, it can be said to have a laminated body in which a plurality of these sheets are stacked.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, one end side of the cover sheet 4F is folded back at the perforations 4F6. In this perforation 4F6, ventilation holes formed by fine cuts linearly formed in the cover sheet 4F are arranged in a dotted line along the edge of the trunk opening 2T. The dotted-line ventilation holes forming the perforations 4F6 are sized so that the wearer's fingers do not enter. For example, a general infant's finger does not enter as long as it is a vent hole formed by a cut having a length of 5 mm or less. In addition, the perforations 4F6 have predetermined intervals between the cuts forming the vent holes in a dotted line so that the cover sheet 4F is not torn at the perforations 4F6 as a boundary depending on the normal use state of the diaper 1. Have a length. Depending on the strength of the material forming the cover sheet 4F, if the sheet has a basis weight of about 8 to 50 g/m 2 that does not impair the elasticity and wearability required for the waistline, the gap between the cuts is 2 mm or more. Is preferred.
In the above-mentioned waist gather 3R, thread rubbers (thread rubbers) 4F2 and 4F3 are adhered to the cover sheet 4F, and thread rubbers (thread rubbers) 4R2 and 4R3 are adhered to the cover sheet 4R. Is formed by. The thread rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 adhered to the cover sheet 4F form the upper edge of the front body region 1F when folded back, and along the perforations 4F6, the thread rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 from the side of the perforations 4F6. They are provided in order. Further, the thread rubbers 4R2, 4R3 adhered to the cover sheet 4R also form the upper edge of the back body region 1R when folded back, like the thread rubbers 4F2, 4F3, along the perforations 4R6. The rubber thread 4R2 and the rubber thread 4R3 are provided in this order from the side. Therefore, the rubber thread 4F2, 4F3 is provided on the cover sheet 4F in a direction in which the waistline direction, which is the stretching direction, is the left-right direction of the diaper 1. In addition, the rubber thread 4R2, 4R3 is provided on the cover sheet 4R in a direction in which the longitudinal direction, which is the expansion and contraction direction, is the left-right direction of the diaper 1. Therefore, when the edge 4F7 and the edge 4R7 are joined to each other and the edge 4F8 and the edge 4R8 are joined to each other, the thread rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 and the thread rubbers 4R2 and 4R3 circulate along the trunk opening 2T in a substantially annular shape. The elastic member is formed to exert a function of contracting the torso opening 2T in the torso direction. That is, the thread rubbers 4F2, 4F3 and the thread rubbers 4R2, 4R3 exert contractive force to bring the diaper 1 into close contact with the wearer and prevent a gap from being formed between the diaper 1 and the wearer's abdominal circumference. The rubber thread 4F2, 4F3 and the rubber thread 4R2, 4R3 are discretely bonded to the cover sheets 4F, 4R by an adhesive that is discretely applied in the longitudinal direction of the rubber thread. The adhesive for joining the thread rubbers 4F2, 4F3, 4R2, 4R3 and the cover sheets 4F, 4R may be one applied to the thread rubbers 4F2, 4F3, 4R2, 4R3, or the cover sheet. It may be applied to 4F and 4R. Further, the rubber thread 4F2, 4F3, 4R2, 4R3 may be joined to the cover sheets 4F, 4R by ultrasonic welding instead of the adhesive. Since the wearer's finger has a length that does not allow the cut of the perforation 4F6 to pass, the thread rubber 4F2, 4F3, etc. will not be cut by the fingertip.
Further, thread rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are attached to the cover sheet 4F, and thread rubbers 4R4 and 4R5 are attached to the cover sheet 4R. The thread rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are elastic members provided in a region of the cover sheet 4F closer to the crotch region 1B than the thread rubber 4F3. However, unlike the thread rubbers 4F2 and F3 extending from the left end to the right end of the cover sheet 4F, the thread rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are cut by a predetermined lateral width in the widthwise central portion corresponding to the absorber 8. ing. The cover sheet 4F includes the thread rubbers 4F4 and 4F5, which are cut in the widthwise central portion corresponding to the absorber 8, so that the lower abdomen of the wearer does not hinder the expansion of the absorber 8 due to water absorption. Gives an appropriate feeling of adhesion to. The cover sheet 4R is the same as the cover sheet 4F, and the rubber thread 4R4, 4R5 in which the widthwise central portion corresponding to the absorber 8 is cut by a predetermined lateral width is adhered to the cover sheet 4R. , Gives a proper fit to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between the spacing between the rubber thread 4F2 and the size of the fold appearing in the waist gather 3R. The view shown in FIG. 4(A) is a view of the waist gather 3R as seen from the side where the wearer's skin touches. 4 is a diagram showing the internal structure of the waist gather 3R when viewed from the side of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG. In addition, the drawing shown in (C) of FIG. 4 is a view showing a state in which the waist gather 3R is viewed from above the diaper 1. 4D is a diagram showing a state in which the waist gather 3R is viewed from above the diaper 1 in a state where the waist gather 3R is contracted. In FIG. 4, the reference numerals corresponding to the front body region 1F of the waist gather 3R are shown for convenience of description, but the same applies to the rear body region 1R of the waist gather 3R.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cover sheet 4F is folded back at the perforations 4F6 shown in FIG. 2, and the ventilation path forming sheet 11F is further laminated and joined. The joining is performed in a state in which the rubber thread and the sheet are stretched. In FIG. 4, the broken line with the symbol S in the diagram shown in FIG. 4A is the joining portion of the cover sheets 4F folded back at the perforations 4F6. In addition, in FIG. 4, the portions denoted by reference symbol S in the diagrams shown in (C) and (D) are joined portions.
The joint portion S that joins the cover sheet 4F and the air passage forming sheet 11F in the state where the cover sheet 4F is folded back at the perforations 4F6 is as shown in FIG. It has a linear form extending in a direction perpendicular to the upper edge of the front body region 1F shown in FIG. A plurality of the joint portions S are provided in parallel, and further, the intervals are provided so that the intervals are large and small. Therefore, the joining portion S has a form in which double lines are arranged at equal intervals, as can be seen from FIG. 4. Therefore, each joint S is orthogonal to the thread rubbers 4F2, 4R2 and the like. By adopting a form in which the double lines constituted by the joining portions S are arranged at equal intervals, as shown in FIG. 4D, the folds are alternately formed in the gathered waist gather 3R. .. This is done in a state where the joining is performed by extending the rubber thread and the sheet, and then the stretched state is released and the waist gather 3R is contracted by the contracting force of the rubber thread 4F2. This is because smaller folds are formed linearly in the bending of the sheet in the narrow space between S and larger folds are linearly formed in the bending of the sheet in the wide space between the double lines. .. The distance between the joint portions S is preferably 2 to 50 mm, and particularly preferably 5 to 10 mm. The vent hole formed by the perforations 4F6 may have any relative positional relationship with respect to the joint portion S, but it should be provided at a position corresponding to a portion between the joint portions S. Is preferable, and it is particularly preferable that the joint portions S are arranged in such a manner that the intervals are alternately large and small, and the joint parts S are arranged at positions corresponding to the wide intervals. The joining portion S is not limited to the form extending in the direction perpendicular to the edge of the trunk opening 2T, and may be the form extending obliquely. Further, the joint portions S do not all have to be provided in parallel with each other, and for example, a ventilation path is formed in a substantially radial shape from the position where the center of the diaper 1 or the urethral opening contacts, or the position where the anus contacts. So that they may be provided substantially parallel or non-parallel to each other. If the joint portion S is provided so as to form a substantially radial ventilation path from the position where the center of the diaper 1 or the urethral opening abuts, or the position where the anus abuts, the main generation of moisture Since the ventilation path from the source to the outside is formed in a substantially linear shape, the moisture generated in such a moisture generating source can be quickly discharged to the outside.
By forming the joint portions S having a shape in which the double lines are arranged at equal intervals, linear folds formed by the bending of the sheet are formed in a corrugated shape in the waist gather 3R after contraction. It Therefore, for example, a ventilation path that is directly connected to the outside of the diaper 1 without penetrating the ventilation path forming sheet 11F from the wearer's skin is formed as compared with a case where the joint portions S are formed at equal intervals. The stuffiness of the person is further suppressed.
Moreover, as shown by the image shown by the broken line in FIG. 4, each joining portion S has an intermittent broken line shape in which non-joining portions that are not joined are discretely present. This aims at suppressing local feeling of dampness by improving air permeability between ventilation paths formed by a plurality of folds. Such discrete joining can be realized by ultrasonic joining, for example.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the waist gather 3R contracts and the ventilation path forming sheet 11F is deformed into a corrugated shape by bending between the joint portions S. In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the perforations 4F6 of the cover sheet 4F, which form the upper edge of the front body region 1F, are dotted-line ventilation holes formed by fine cuts linearly formed. Therefore, when the waist gather 3R is contracted by the contraction force of the rubber thread 4F2, the fine cuts forming the perforations 4F6 are widened, and the openings 4F6K (the “vent holes” in the present application) at the portions other than the joints 4F6T between the cuts. Is an example) spreads. Therefore, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, not only the ventilation passage formed between the ventilation passage forming sheet 11F and the cover sheet 4F (the space indicated by the halftone in FIG. 5) but also the cover sheet 4F has the perforations 4F6. By being folded back to the boundary, an air passage (a space shown by hatching in FIG. 5) formed in the cover sheet 4F is formed. The back body region 1R is similar to the front body region 1F. Although the rubber threads 4F2 and 4F3 are arranged inside the cover sheet 4F, the rubber threads 4F2 and 4F3 are separated from the cover sheet 4F by the adhesive which is discretely applied in the longitudinal direction as described above. Since they are adhered to each other in the cover sheet 4F, an air passage in a direction intersecting the rubber thread 4F2, 4F3 is also secured. Therefore, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment has higher air permeability in the waist gather 3R as compared with the diaper 1 in which the opening 4F6K is not formed in the perforation 4F6.
Although the ventilation passage forming sheets 11F and 11R are provided in the diaper 1 of the above embodiment, the ventilation passage forming sheets 11F and 11R may be omitted. The diaper 1 according to the above-described embodiment has a perforation 4F6, 4R6 inside a space that is formed inside the cover sheets 4F, 4R by folding back along the perforation 4F6, 4R6. Since it communicates with the outside air through the opening formed by, the inside of the space functions as a ventilation path. When the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are omitted, the ventilation path shown in halftone in FIG. 5 is eliminated between the diaper 1 and the wearer's abdominal circumference, so that the ventilation path is reduced from two layers to one layer. However, the openings formed by the perforations 4F6 and 4R6 ensure sufficient air permeability. If the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are omitted, the configuration of the diaper 1 is simplified. Therefore, the same breathability as when the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are provided is provided for the diaper 1 and the wearer. The manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R are provided while ensuring the space between the abdominal circumference.
In the diaper 1 of the above embodiment, the opening 4F6K may be provided in the vicinity of the fold, not the fold formed by the perforations 4F6, 4R6 and the like. In this case, it is preferable that the opening 4F6K is provided at a position that opens outward in the worn state of the diaper 1 from the viewpoint of communicating the inside and outside of the diaper 1 and improving air permeability. Such a position is preferably within 10 mm from the fold line, and more preferably within 5 mm. However, when the opening 4F6K is provided in the vicinity of the fold instead of the fold, the path of the ventilation path from the inside of the cover sheets 4F6, 4R6 to the opening 4F6K is bent in front of the opening 4F6K. In view of this, when the opening 4F6K is formed at the fold portion formed by the perforations 4F6, 4R6 and the like, the path of the ventilation path from the inside of the cover sheet 4F6, 4R6 to the opening 4F6K becomes linear. , Extremely breathable.
The spatial structure in the cover sheet 4F (4R) shown by hatching in FIG. 5 will be described in detail below. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a part of a ventilation path formed in the cover sheet 4F. In FIG. 6, the view shown in FIG. 6A shows a state where the waist gather 3R is seen from the inside of the diaper 1, and the view shown in FIG. 6C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in the view of FIG. The state shown in (D) shows the state of the cross section along the line indicated by the reference BB in the figure of (A).
As described above, the rubber thread 4F2, 4F3 is discretely bonded or ultrasonically welded to the cover sheet 4F. Further, the joint portions S are arranged in parallel with a space therebetween, as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the perforations 4F6 forming the opening are folded back, the inner space formed in the cover sheet 4F contracts the thread rubbers 4F2 and 4F3, resulting in a narrow space as shown in FIG. 6C. A portion and a non-narrow portion as shown in FIG. In the narrow portion, the cover sheet 4F is joined by the joining portion S, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 6C, almost no space is formed in the cover sheet 4F. On the other hand, in the non-narrow portion, since the cover sheet 4F and the rubber thread 4F2 are not joined by the joining portion S, a space is formed in the cover sheet 4F as shown in FIG. 6(D). Therefore, in the non-narrow space, ventilation is performed through the opening formed in the upper edge of the diaper 1 by the perforations 4F6, as indicated by a dashed arrow in FIG. 6D. Therefore, due to the ventilation through the cover sheet 4F and through the perforations 4F6, the air permeability inside and outside the diaper 1 in the worn state is higher than that of the diaper without the perforations 4F6. The same applies to the cover sheet 4R.
The non-narrow portion shown in FIG. 6D is the joint portion S extending in a direction perpendicular to the edge of the torso opening 2T. In other words, the joint portion S extends along the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1. When extended, it functions most effectively as a ventilation path. However, when the joint portion S extends obliquely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1, the non-narrow portion has a function as a ventilation path and a function of suppressing leakage of water from the diaper 1 through the ventilation path. It becomes possible to exhibit both functions of. The water leakage suppression function increases as the inclination angle of the joint S with respect to the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 increases.
Further, the non-narrow portion shown in FIG. 6(D) has a widened portion for preventing the water from leaking from the perforations 4F6 and 4R6 when the water flows into the non-narrow portion. Good. If such a widened portion is present in the non-narrow portion, when the water flows into the non-narrow portion, the water is collected in the wide portion, so that the water passes through the perforations 4F6, 4R6 and the non-narrow portion. It is possible to suppress the leakage from the. Further, if such a widened portion exists in the non-narrow portion, the widened portion also expands and contracts as the waist gather 3R expands and contracts, so that the volume in the non-narrow portion increases as the waist gather 3R expands and contracts. It fluctuates and promotes ventilation in non-narrowed areas. Such a widened portion is formed by providing the joint portion S on the cover sheet 4F folded back at the perforation 4F6 as a boundary, for example, in the state of forming a corrugated fold extending parallel to the perforation 4F6. can do.
By the way, the diaper 1 has a space between the absorber 8 and the wearer (hereinafter, referred to as "absorber side space") and a space in the cover sheet 4F, for example, by providing the following vent holes. It may be in communication.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of ventilation holes that communicate the space on the absorber side with the space inside the cover sheet 4F. As shown in FIG. 7, for example, in the vicinity of the longitudinal end portion of the absorbent body 8, the ventilation holes 12 penetrating the inner cover sheet 5F, the pad cover sheet 6, the back sheet 7, the cover sheet 4F, and the ventilation path forming sheet 11F. If the space is provided, the space inside the cover sheet 4F and the space on the absorber side are communicated with each other by the ventilation hole 12. Therefore, the air in the inner space of the diaper 1 in the worn state is not only the first ventilation path due to the corrugations formed in the ventilation path forming sheet 11F in the corrugated shape by the discretely formed joint portions S, but also the broken line in FIG. As shown by (4), the diaper 1 is discharged from the ventilation hole 12 through the second ventilation path that leads to the opening of the perforation 4F6 through the non-narrow portion in the cover sheet 4F. Therefore, the breathability inside and outside the diaper 1 in the worn state is further improved as compared with the case where the vent hole 12 is not provided. In addition, the ventilation hole 12 is not limited to the form provided in the vicinity of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 8. The ventilation hole 12 may be provided at any position as long as it can communicate the inside of the cover sheet 4F and the absorber side space. Further, in FIG. 7, the vent 12 is provided on the front body region 1F side, but the vent 12 may be provided on the back body region 1R side, or the front body region 1F side and the back body region 1F side. It may be provided on both sides of the region 1R.
Also, the path that connects the absorber side space and the space inside the cover sheet 4F is not limited to the ventilation hole 12 as described above. For example, in FIG. 7, a portion where the vent holes 12 are formed, that is, the absorber-side end of the cover sheet 4F is in a non-bonding state with the back sheet 7, and the absorber-side space is provided through the non-bonding portion. It may communicate with the space inside the cover sheet 4F. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a portion in a non-bonded state. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, if the absorber-side end of the cover sheet 4F is in the non-joined state with the back sheet 7 to form the non-joined portion 13, the internal space of the diaper 1 in the worn state. The air is discharged to the outside of the diaper 1 through the non-joint portion 13 from the absorber side space, through the inside of the cover sheet 4F, and through the ventilation path leading to the opening of the perforation 4F6.
In order to further improve the air permeability in the diaper 1 through the ventilation path formed by the perforations 4F6, 4R6, the vent holes 12 or the non-joint portions 13, the diaper 1 is worn, for example, on the inner surface of the diaper 1. You may make it form the recessed part for forming a space between a person's skin surface and the inner surface of the diaper 1. If such a concave portion is formed in the front body region 1F or the rear body region 1R, for example, the perforation 4F6, 4R6, the vent hole 12 or Exhaust of air in the diaper 1 through the ventilation path formed by the non-bonded portion 13 is promoted.
Fig. 9 is a diagram explaining the pump function exerted by the space formed by the recess. When the diaper 1 has a recess on the inner surface, for example, when the wearer 14 wears the diaper 1 as shown in FIG. 9, a recessed space 15 is formed between the inner surface of the diaper 1 and the wearer 14. It is formed. As shown in FIGS. 9(A) and 9(B), the recessed space 15 expands/contracts according to the movement of the lower limbs of the wearer 14. When the recessed space 15 is expanded or contracted, the expansion or contraction of the recessed space 15 exerts a pumping effect, and the ventilation path formed by the folds of the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R, the perforations 4F6 and 4R6, the ventilation hole 12 or the non-joint portion 13 is formed. Air circulates inside and outside the diaper 1 through the ventilation path formed by. Such a recessed space 15 can be formed, for example, by forming at least a part of the waist gather 3R into a folded structure as shown in FIG.
The recessed space 15 preferably communicates with the ventilation path formed by the ventilation hole 12 or the non-joint portion 13. Examples of such a portion include the vicinity of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 8 which is a portion where the vent hole 12 or the non-bonding portion 13 is provided.
Further, the diaper 1 may be provided with a rubber thread, for example, at a portion corresponding to the recessed space 15 so that the recessed space 15 can be easily expanded and contracted according to the movement of the lower limbs of the wearer 14. If the thread rubber is provided in a portion corresponding to the recess space 15 of the diaper 1, the recess space 15 is expanded by the thread rubber after the recess space 15 is expanded according to the movement of the lower limbs of the wearer 14, Expansion and contraction of the recess space 15 is promoted, and a higher pump function is exhibited. For example, when the recessed space 15 is near the end of the absorbent body 8 in the longitudinal direction, the rubber thread is arranged so as to overlap the end of the absorbent body 8 in the longitudinal direction.
By the way, the recessed space 15 can secondarily exhibit the following operational effects. That is, when the recessed space 15 is provided near the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 8, the end of the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R on the crotch region 1B side is located in the recessed space 15. Therefore, the ends of the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R on the crotch region 1B side stand up in the recessed space 15, so that the ends of the ventilation path forming sheets 11F and 11R can function as stoppers for feces or the like. Even if a contraction means such as rubber for contracting the air passage forming sheets 11F and 11R in the width direction of the diaper 1 is provided so that the ends on the crotch region 1B side can easily stand up in the recess space 15. Good.
