Description

Diaper with a disposable absorbent article
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a diaper.
Background
In the pants-type diaper, an elastic body is knitted in the width direction to apply a force in order to bring the diaper into close contact with the abdominal side. On the other hand, the absorbent body-side and back-side absorbent body-presence portions are not biased to prevent deformation of the absorbent body and other body fluid leakage prevention structures.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to prevent the urging force from being applied to the absorbent body-existing portion as described above, there is a method of dividing and breaking the elastic body at the absorbent body-existing portion for each sheet. However, when the divided and disconnected portions are displaced, the urging force changes at the body side surface of the diaper, and therefore the diaper may be displaced by the movement of the legs of the wearer.
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention is configured such that the elastic body is cut at a position symmetrical to the left and right from the center in the width direction.
The first aspect of the present invention is a diaper. The diaper comprises: an absorber disposed in the crotch of a wearer; a laminate body in which the absorbent body is sandwiched between the laminated sheets, and which is capable of forming a trunk opening for disposing the waist of the wearer and a lower limb opening for inserting the lower limb of the wearer; and a plurality of thread-like elastic bodies that are bonded to a portion of one sheet of the laminate body that does not correspond to the absorbent body and that exert a force on the waistline of the wearer. The plurality of thread-like elastic bodies are cut by cutting slits. The slits are arranged as a set of slits at positions that are not offset (offset) in the longitudinal direction of the portion of the sheet corresponding to the absorbent body when viewed from the widthwise center line of the absorbent body.
In the diaper, the slits may be arranged as the pair of slits along a center in a width direction of a portion of the one sheet corresponding to the absorbent body. The plurality of linear elastic bodies may be cut by the slits.
In the diaper, the slits may be arranged as the pair of slits at both left and right ends in the width direction of the portion of the one sheet corresponding to the absorbent body. The plurality of thread-like elastic bodies may be cut by the cut.
In the diaper, the slits may be arranged as the pair of slits on the left and right sides in the width direction of the portion of the one sheet corresponding to the absorbent body so as to be line-symmetrical with respect to the center line in the width direction of the absorbent body. The plurality of linear elastic bodies may be cut by the slits.
In the diaper, the slits may be arranged in at least 2 pairs of slits having different longitudinal positions in the longitudinal direction of the portion of the one sheet corresponding to the absorbent body. The linear elastic bodies adjacent in the longitudinal direction may be cut by a pair of different slits.
In the diaper, each of the threadlike elastic bodies may be cut a plurality of times at a portion corresponding to the absorber by the plurality of the pair of slits. The threadlike elastic bodies adjacent in the longitudinal direction may be cut at substantially intermediate points of the adjacent threadlike elastic bodies.
In the diaper, the threadlike elastic bodies may be cut at equal intervals at portions corresponding to the absorbent body.
The second aspect of the present invention is a diaper. Each of the linear elastic bodies is cut at a plurality of positions by slits arranged as a pair of slits in a longitudinal direction of a portion of the one sheet corresponding to the absorbent body, and the pair of slits arranged in a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction are staggered and different in the width direction. The threadlike elastic bodies adjacent in the longitudinal direction are cut at substantially the middle point of the adjacent threadlike elastic bodies.
In the diaper, the threadlike elastic bodies may be cut at equal intervals at portions corresponding to the absorbent body.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a diaper according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The configurations of the following embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the configurations of these embodiments.
< embodiment >
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper (hereinafter simply referred to as "diaper") according to the present embodiment. The term "direction" used in the present application means a direction that coincides with the front, back, left, and right of a wearer in a state where the diaper 1 is worn on the wearer. For example, the case of being referred to as a left-right direction in the present application means a direction that coincides with the left and right of a wearer in a state where the diaper 1 is worn on the wearer.
The diaper 1 has: a crotch region 1B which covers a part of a wearer's pudendum corresponding to the crotch in a worn state; a front body region 1F, the front body region 1F being a portion corresponding to the front body of the wearer and located on the front side of the crotch region 1B; and a rear body region 1R, the rear body region 1R being a portion located on the rear side of the crotch region 1B and corresponding to the rear body of the wearer. Tapes 2L, 2R are provided on both right and left edges of the back region 1R so as to be attachable to a front patch 2F (an example of a "engaged portion" in the present application) provided on the non-wearer side surface of the front region 1F. When the tapes 2L, 2R are attached to the front patch 2F in a state where the front body region 1F is disposed on the abdominal side of the wearer and the rear body region 1R is disposed on the back side of the wearer, the diaper 1 is fixed to the body of the wearer in a state of surrounding the abdominal circumference and the thighs of the wearer. Since the diaper 1 is fixed to the body of the wearer in this manner, the wearer can walk while standing with the diaper 1.
In the diaper 1, an absorbent body capable of absorbing and retaining liquid is arranged mainly around the crotch region 1B. In the diaper 1, in order to suppress formation of a gap which becomes an outflow path of liquid between the diaper 1 and the skin of the wearer, the leg gathers 3AL, 3AR are provided at a portion surrounding the leg hole (thigh) of the wearer, the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR are provided at a position further inward in the width direction of the diaper 1 than the leg gathers 3AL, 3AR, and the waist gather 3R is provided at a portion surrounding the abdominal circumference of the wearer. The leg gathers 3AL, 3AR, the three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR, and the waist gather 3R are brought into close contact with the skin of the wearer by the elastic force of the elastic member. This prevents body fluid discharged from the pudendal region of the wearer from leaking from the diaper 1 and being absorbed by the absorbent body of the diaper 1. Further, as the elastic member, linear or belt-like rubber can be appropriately selected.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the diaper 1. Fig. 3 is a view schematically showing the diaper 1 of the embodiment in an unfolded and stretched state. The left drawing of fig. 3 schematically shows the internal configuration of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the left side. The right figure of fig. 3 schematically shows a top view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state.
The diaper 1 has cover sheets 4F, 4R and a cushion cover sheet 6 forming an outer surface in a state of being worn on a wearer. The cover sheet 4F mainly forms the outer surface of the front body region 1F of the diaper 1. The cushion sheet 6 mainly forms the outer surface of the crotch region 1B of the diaper 1. The cover sheet 4R mainly forms the outer surface of the back region 1R of the diaper 1. The cover sheets 4F and 4R and the pad cover sheet 6 are provided for reinforcement of the outer surface of the diaper 1 and improvement of the texture, and for example, a nonwoven fabric made of a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin can be used as a material thereof in order to suppress leakage of excrement. Here, examples of the liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin include Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and the like. In the liquid impermeable sheet, a plurality of fine pores of about 0.1 to several μm may be formed in order to exhibit liquid impermeability and moisture permeability.
The diaper 1 further includes an inner cover sheet 5F laminated on the wearer-side surface of the cover sheet 4F and an inner cover sheet 5R laminated on the wearer-side surface of the cover sheet 4R. The inner cover sheet 5F is a sheet-like member having a shape corresponding to a portion of the cover sheet 4F closer to the crotch region 1B than a fold-back line 4F6 described later. The inner cover sheet 5R is also a sheet-like member having a shape corresponding to a portion of the cover sheet 4R closer to the crotch region 1B than a fold line 4R6 described later, similarly to the inner cover sheet 5F.
The diaper 1 further includes a back sheet 7, an absorbent body 8, and a center sheet 9 laminated in this order on the wearer-side surface of the pad cover sheet 6. The cushion sheet 6 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped sheet having a length in the longitudinal direction from the front body to the back body of the wearer through the crotch and a predetermined width in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The back sheet 7, the absorber 8, and the center sheet 9 are sheet-like members having a substantially rectangular appearance similarly to the sheet 6, and are sequentially stacked on the sheet 6 in a state where the longitudinal direction coincides with the longitudinal direction of the sheet 6. The back sheet 7 is formed of a liquid impermeable thermoplastic resin material in order to suppress leakage of excrement. The center sheet 9 is a sheet-like member disposed on the skin surface side of the wearer so as to cover the water absorption surface of the absorbent body 8. The central sheet 9 has liquid permeability in a part or the whole thereof. Therefore, in a state where the diaper 1 is worn, liquid excreted from the wearer is absorbed by the absorbent body 8 by entering the central sheet 9, which may come into contact with the skin of the wearer. Examples of the liquid-permeable sheet include woven cloth, nonwoven fabric, and porous film. The center sheet 9 may have hydrophilicity.
The absorbent body 8 has a structure in which a particulate absorbent resin such as a hydrophilic super absorbent polymer having a crosslinked structure capable of absorbing and retaining water is retained in the gaps between short fibers of cellulose fibers such as pulp fibers, rayon fibers, and cotton fibers, and short fibers obtained by hydrophilization treatment of synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyethylene terephthalate. As a result, when the absorbent body 8 absorbs liquid excreted from the wearer, the absorbent resin held in the gaps in the short fibers swells and the liquid is held in the short fibers. The absorbent body 8 may have a single-layer structure composed of 1 sheet of pad, or may have a laminated structure in which a plurality of sheets of pads are stacked on each other. The absorber 8 can have an appropriate shape according to the purpose. Examples of the shape of the absorbent body 8 include a rectangular shape, an hourglass shape in which the vicinity of the central portion is narrowed, and other various shapes.
The backsheet 7, the absorbent member 8, and the center sheet 9 extend from the front body region 1F to the back body region 1R. Thus, when the wearer's private parts (crotch) are covered with the pad cover sheet 6 in which the back sheet 7, the absorber 8, and the center sheet 9 are laminated, both longitudinal ends of the back sheet 7, the absorber 8, and the center sheet 9 are positioned on the abdomen side and the back side of the wearer. That is, the wearer's pudendal region is covered with the absorbent body 8 from the abdomen side to the back side of the wearer. Therefore, regardless of which posture the wearer takes to discharge the liquid to the outside of the body between the posture in which the abdomen is oriented downward and the posture in which the back is oriented downward, the discharged body fluid contacts the absorbent body 8 via the center sheet 9.
The diaper 1 further includes elongated belt- like side sheets 10L and 10R for forming the above-described three-dimensional gathers 3BL and 3BR. The side sheets 10L and 10R are provided on the long side portions of the center sheet 9. Linear rubbers 10L1, 10R1 are disposed along the longitudinal direction in the side sheets 10L, 10R. Thus, when the completed diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 is obtained by joining the edge 4F7 of the cover sheet 4F which is the left edge of the front body region 1F and the edge 4R7 of the cover sheet 4R which is the left edge of the back body region 1R to each other, and joining the edge 4F8 of the cover sheet 4F which is the right edge of the front body region 1F and the edge 4R8 of the cover sheet 4R which is the right edge of the back body region 1R to each other, the side sheets 10L and 10R are pulled closer in the longitudinal direction by the contractive force of the linear rubbers 10L1 and 10R1, and rise from the center sheet 9 along the fold lines 10L2 and 10R 2. As a result, three-dimensional gathers 3BL, 3BR are formed which prevent liquid from flowing out through left lower limb opening 2L and right lower limb opening 2R. The joining method of the edge 4F7 of the cover sheet 4F and the edge 4R7 of the cover sheet 4R, and the joining method of the edge 4F8 of the cover sheet 4F and the edge 4R8 of the cover sheet 4R are not particularly limited, and can be performed by, for example, heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like.
The diaper 1 further includes a ventilation path forming sheet 11F laminated on the wearer-side surface of the cover sheet 4F and a ventilation path forming sheet 11R laminated on the wearer-side surface of the cover sheet 4R via the cushion cover sheet 6, the back sheet 7, the absorbent body 8, the center sheet 9, and the side sheets 10L and 10R. The vent path formation sheet 11F overlaps the cover sheet 4F at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the center sheet 9. The ventilation path formation sheet 11R overlaps the cover sheet 4R on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the center sheet 9. In the present application, the state of overlapping the sheets is not limited to the state in which the sheets overlapping each other are overlapped in a state in which the sheets are in contact with each other over the entire surface, but is a concept including a state in which a part of the sheets are overlapped each other. For example, the air passage formation sheet 11F is overlapped in a state where a part of one end side in the longitudinal direction of the cushion cover sheet 6 is in contact with a part of the cover sheet 4F.
In the airway formation sheet 11F, a plurality of fine airway holes 11F1 for ventilation are arranged in a region extending in the left-right direction along the upper edge of the front region 1F. The air passage forming sheet 11R is also arranged with air passage forming sheets 11FA plurality of vent holes 11R1. Here, the vent hole means an opening portion that communicates a space on one surface side of the sheet with a space on the other surface side, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited. Thus, for example, openings having a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape (a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, etc.), or the like can be applied as the vent holes 11F1, 11R1. The formation of the ventilation holes 11F1, 11R1 into the ventilation path formation pieces 11F, 11R does not mean that the ventilation path formation pieces 11F, 11R are materials having no ventilation property, and the ventilation path formation pieces 11F, 11R may be any of materials having ventilation property and materials having no ventilation property. The air passage forming sheets 11F and 11R are preferably air-permeable and liquid-permeable, but may be air-impermeable, for example. The size and number of the vent holes 11F1, 11R1 are not particularly limited, and for example, if the opening area is 0.5 to 10mm 2 Preferably, about 5 to 200 holes are formed.
As described above, the diaper 1 has the cover sheets 4F and 4R, the air passage forming sheets 11F and 11R, the cushion cover sheet 6, and the side sheets 10L and 10R laminated thereon in addition to the back sheet 7 and the center sheet 9 which sandwich the absorbent body 8 therebetween, and thus can be said to have a laminated body in which a plurality of the sheets are laminated.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, one end side of the cover sheet 4F is folded back at a folding back line 4F 6. The waist gather 3R is formed by arranging linear rubbers (linear rubbers) 4F2 and 4F3 on the cover sheet 4F and arranging linear rubbers (linear rubbers) 4R2 and 4R3 on the cover sheet 4R. The linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 disposed on the cover sheet 4F are provided in this order from the folded line 4F6 side along the folded line 4F6, in the order of the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3, and the folded line 4F6 forms an upper edge 41F of the front body region 1F when folded (see fig. 3). Similarly to the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3, the linear rubbers 4R2 and 4R3 disposed on the cover sheet 4R are also disposed in the order of the linear rubber 4R2 and the linear rubber 4R3 from the folded line 4R6 side along the folded line 4R6, and the folded line 4R6 forms an upper edge 41R of the back region 1R when folded (see fig. 3). Therefore, the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 are provided on the cover sheet 4F in such a direction that the trunk direction (japanese: trunk return 124262626262626262626262626262626) which is the stretching direction is the left-right direction of the diaper 1. The linear rubbers 4R2 and 4R3 are provided on the cover sheet 4R in such a direction that the longitudinal direction in the extension and contraction direction is the right-left direction of the diaper 1. Thus, when the edge 4F7 and the edge 4R7 are joined to each other and the edge 4F8 and the edge 4R8 are joined to each other, the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 and the linear rubbers 4R2 and 4R3 form a substantially annular stretchable member that is looped along the trunk opening 2T, and function to contract the trunk opening 2T in the trunk direction. That is, the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 and the linear rubbers 4R2 and 4R3 exert a contractive force to bring the diaper 1 into close contact with the wearer, thereby preventing a gap from being formed between the diaper 1 and the abdominal circumference of the wearer.
Linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are disposed on the cover piece 4F, and linear rubbers 4R4 and 4R5 are disposed on the cover piece 4R. The linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are stretchable members provided in the cover sheet 4F in the crotch region 1B side region with respect to the linear rubber 4F 3. However, unlike the linear rubbers 4F2 and 4F3 arranged without interruption from the left end to the right end of the cover sheet 4F, the linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 have a predetermined amount of width cut away at the center in the width direction of the portion corresponding to the absorber 8. The cover sheet 4F has the string-shaped rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 in which the widthwise central portion of the portion corresponding to the absorbent body 8 is cut off, and thereby does not inhibit the expansion of the absorbent body 8 due to water absorption, and provides a proper close-fitting feeling to the lower abdomen of the wearer. Similarly to the cover sheet 4F, the cover sheet 4R is also provided with linear rubbers 4R4 and 4R5, which are formed by cutting a predetermined width amount at the center in the width direction of a portion corresponding to the absorber 8, on the cover sheet 4R, thereby providing a suitable close-fitting feeling to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
As is apparent from fig. 3, the plurality of linear rubbers 4F2 are provided so as to extend in the left-right direction along a portion that becomes the upper edge of the front body region 1F shown in fig. 1. Further, the linear rubber 4F3 is provided in plural numbers beside the linear rubber 4F2 so as to extend in the left-right direction, similarly to the linear rubber 4F 2. When the diaper 1 is worn, the linear rubbers 4F3 are positioned in the vicinity of the portions where the left and right ends of the pelvis of the wearer are located, and thus mainly play a role of holding the diaper 1 on the waist of the wearer. The linear rubber 4F2 surrounds the abdominal circumference of the wearer at a position above the linear rubber 4F3 in a state where the diaper 1 is worn, and thus has a function of preventing leakage of body fluid from the diaper 1, a function of relaxing a feeling of pressure on the wearer due to a contraction force of the linear rubber 4F3, and a function of discharging moisture in the diaper 1. As shown in fig. 3, the linear rubber 4F4 and the linear rubber 4F5 are provided in plural numbers beside the linear rubber 4F3 so as to extend in the left-right direction, similarly to the linear rubber 4F 3.
The linear rubbers 4F4, 4F5, 4R4, 4R5 are bonded to the cover sheets 4F, 4R with an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive, and can be cut by providing slits in the cover sheets 4F, 4R. The linear rubbers 4F4, 4F5, 4R4, and 4R5 are not bonded to the portions corresponding to the absorber 8. Therefore, when the slits are provided in the cover pieces 4F and 4R at the positions corresponding to the absorbent body 8, the linear rubbers 4F4, 4F5, 4R4, and 4R5 are concentrated at the positions around the absorbent body 8 and bonded to the cover pieces 4F. Therefore, the string-shaped rubber does not exert a force so as to compress the absorber 8 at the position corresponding to the absorber 8, and does not inhibit the expansion of the absorber 8 due to water absorption.
As described above, by providing the cover pieces 4F and 4R with slits and cutting the linear rubber without bonding the linear rubber to the cover pieces 4F and 4R at the position corresponding to the absorbent body 8, it is possible to realize a diaper which can provide a close contact feeling to the lower abdomen of the wearer without impairing the function of the absorbent body 8. However, since the cover piece 4F is provided with the slit when the linear rubber is cut, the physical properties (strength, etc.) of the cover pieces 4F and 4R change. When the portion where the slit is provided is offset to either the left or right of the absorbent body 8, the rigidity of the side where the slit is provided is weakened, and the offset side of the slit may be displaced by the movement of the wearer's leg, thereby hindering the function of the diaper. Hereinafter, an example of a form in which the cover piece 4F is provided with a slit to cut the linear rubber will be described.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of slits provided in the cover sheet. Fig. 4 shows the front side of the diaper, but the linear rubber is cut at the same position on the rear side, not shown. The slits 20 in fig. 4 are provided obliquely with respect to the width direction of the diaper, and the slits 20 are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the diaper and are provided substantially along the widthwise center line of the absorbent member 8. By cutting the respective linear rubbers at the center in the width direction of the absorber 8, that is, at substantially the same position on the left and right sides of the absorber 8, the physical properties of the cover sheet 4F can be made uniform on the left and right sides. Therefore, even when the wearer moves his or her legs, the diaper can be prevented from shifting due to the difference in physical properties.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of slits provided on both sides of the absorbent body of the cover sheet. This point is a view showing the front side of the diaper and the form of the slit is the same as that of fig. 4. In the example of fig. 5, 1 set of slits 21L and 21R are provided on each of the left and right sides in the width direction of the absorbent body 8. By providing slits at equal distances in the left-right direction about the absorbent body 8, the cover sheet 4F has the same properties in the left-right direction as in fig. 4, and therefore, even when the wearer moves his or her legs, the diaper can be prevented from being displaced.
Fig. 6 is a view showing an example of slits provided on both sides of the absorbent body of the cover sheet. This point of the front side of the diaper is shown, and the form of the slit is the same as in fig. 4 and 5. In the example of fig. 6, a plurality of slits 22 are provided on each of the left and right sides in the width direction of the absorbent body 8. The slits 22 are provided at line-symmetrical positions with respect to the widthwise center line of the absorbent body 8. In the slit form shown in fig. 5, the cover sheet 4F has uneven physical properties at a position overlapping the absorbent body 8. By providing the plurality of slits 22 on the left and right sides of the absorbent body 8, the physical properties of the cover sheet 4F near the absorbent body 8 can be made nearly uniform.
Fig. 7 is a view showing an example of slits provided on both sides of the absorbent body of the cover sheet. This is the same as in fig. 4 to 6, showing the front side of the diaper. In the examples of fig. 4 to 6, the slits are provided obliquely with respect to the width direction of the diaper, but in the example of fig. 7, the slits 23R, 23L are provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the diaper and are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. The slits 23R, 23L are provided so as to intersect with each other when viewed from the width direction of the diaper, and the linear rubbers 4F4, 4F5 adjacent in the longitudinal direction are cut at the slits 23R, 23L so as to intersect with each other. Thus, the cut linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are dispersed at the widthwise end portions of the absorbent body 8, and the physical properties of the diaper can be prevented from being changed by overlapping the cut linear rubbers.
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example of slits provided on both sides of the absorbent body of the cover sheet. The drawings showing the front side of the diaper are the same as fig. 4 to 7. As in fig. 7, the slits 24R and 24L are provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the diaper and are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. When viewed in the width direction of the diaper, the 1 slit 24R, 24L is formed by 2 slits that intersect each other, and the slits 24R, 24L are provided at positions that are line-symmetrical with respect to the widthwise center line of the absorbent body 8. Similarly to fig. 7, the linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 adjacent in the longitudinal direction are cut at any one of the 2 slits so as to be staggered. With this configuration, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the physical properties of the cover sheet 4F can be made nearly uniform, and the cut linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 can be prevented from accumulating in the same place and changing the physical properties of the diaper.
Fig. 9 is a view showing an example of slits provided in the entire absorbent body region of the cover sheet. Slits 25 are provided in a dotted line shape parallel to and aligned in the longitudinal direction of the diaper at positions corresponding to the absorbent body 8 as a whole, and the slits 25 are aligned at a constant interval so as to alternately alternate when viewed from the width direction of the diaper. The slits 25 are arranged in a staggered pattern near the absorbent body 8. With this configuration, the cover sheet 4F near the absorber 8 can have approximately uniform physical properties without being biased by the linear rubber.
In this embodiment, the change in the physical properties of the cover sheet 4F due to the deviation of the cut of the cover sheet 4F is suppressed, and the cut linear rubbers 4F4 and 4F5 are not concentrated at one point, so that the change in the position of the diaper due to the movement of the legs of the wearer can be effectively suppressed. With this configuration, since it is not necessary to apply a strong force to the waist portion in order to suppress the positional change of the diaper, it is possible to provide a diaper which maintains a snug feeling and has a light wearing feeling.
The features of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
In the present embodiment, linear rubber is used as the elastic material, but in addition to flat rubber strings made of natural rubber or linear rubber made of elastic threads of synthetic rubber (urethane rubber or the like), an elastic net, an elastic film, an elastic foam (urethane foam or the like), or the like can be used.
In the present embodiment, the method of fixing the linear rubber is also not particularly limited, and there is a method of fixing by applying or spraying an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive to at least one of the stretchable material and the sheet constituting the exterior body. In addition to the above bonding, the fixing may be performed by welding by heat, ultrasonic waves, or the like.
