目前,在飞行器等重量要求较高的设备中,为了减轻重量,一般选用较薄的板材。非水平状态的两个薄板材进行对接时,一般有粘接、焊接的方式,但是不方便拆卸,对于拆卸装备存在很多不便。现有的非水平状态的两个薄板材可拆卸连接方式一般是通过转接物体进行转接,例如采用L型或一定角度的转接物体进行转接,装配复杂、零部件较多且增加了总体重量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中非水平状态的两个薄板材对接时装配复杂的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种连接结构及装置,以解决现有连接方式中零件较多、且装配复杂的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种连接结构,用于连接处于非水平状态放置的第一板材和第二板材,所述第一板材上设有第一安装位,所述第二板材上设有第二安装位;所述连接结构包括一端可拆卸安装于所述第一安装位上的第一连接件和一端可拆卸安装于所述第二安装位上的第二连接件,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述第二连接件的另一端可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述第一连接件包括第一连接部和安装于所述第一连接部一端的限位部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接件可拆卸连接,所述限位部设于所述第一安装位远离所述第二连接件的一侧。

如图2所示,在一种实施方式中,第一板材1上设有第三安装位12,第二板材2上设有与第三安装位12相适配的安装部22,安装部22安装于第三安装位12内,从而进一步加固第一板材1与第二板材2,防止水平方向的晃动。
在另一种实施方式中,第三安装位12和安装部22的位置调换,即第二板材2上设有第三安装位,第一板材1上设有与第三安装位相适配的安装部,也可以起到加固第一板材1与第二板材2的作用。
在一种实施方式中,安装部22包括凸起221,第二安装位12包括与凸起221相适配的第二通孔121,凸起221卡合于第二安装位12内。
在一种实施方式中,第一板材1与第二板材2垂直设置。需要说明的是,如图7所示,本发明提供的连接结构3也适用于非水平设置的第一板材1和第二板材2上。
本发明提供的连接结构3及连接装置100,通过将第一连接件31一端可拆卸连接于第一板材1的第一安装位11上,第二连接件32的一端可拆卸连接于第二板材2的第二安装位21上,第一连接件31的另一端可拆卸连接于第二连接件32的另一端,从而使第一板材1和第二板材2可拆卸连接,装配简单,且不影响总体重量。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一连接部和安装于所述第一连接部一端的限位部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接件可拆卸连接,所述限位部设于所述第一安装位远离所述第二连接件的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接件螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部包括第一连接部本体和设于所述第一连接部本体上且与所述第二连接件的内侧相适配的弹性卡扣。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接件磁性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括第二连接件本体,所述第二连接件本体上设有第一卡槽,所述第二连接件本体安装于所述第二安装位上,所述第一连接件安装于所述第一卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接件本体包括第二连接部、设于所述第二连接部一端的第一卡合部和设于所述第二连接部另 一端的第二卡合部,所述第一卡合部卡合于所述第二安装位的底部,所述第二卡合部卡合于所述第二安装位的外部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部的截面面积均大于所述第二连接部的截面面积。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接部的内侧和所述第一卡合部的内侧连通形成所述第一卡槽。
  10. 一种连接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一板材;
    与所述第一板材非水平放置的第二板材;以及
    如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一板材和所述第二板材通过所述连接结构可拆卸连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装位包括与所述第一连接件相适配的第一通孔。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第二安装位包括与所述第二连接件相适配的卡合槽。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一板材上设有第三安装位,所述第二板材上设有与所述第三安装位相适配的安装部;或,
    所述第二板材上设有第三安装位,所述第一板材上设有与所述第三安装位相适配的安装部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述安装部包括凸起,所述第二安装位包括与所述凸起相适配的第二通孔。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一板材与所述第二板材垂直设置。
