目前冷凝式滚筒干衣机,一般由机壳、滚筒、冷凝器、电机、风扇等部件组成,其冷凝水是先收集在干衣机底部一个水槽里,达到一定水位后通过排水泵将水槽里的冷凝水排到顶部的储水盒里。每次使用完毕,用户需要清理顶部的储水盒。如果储水盒满水时不及时清理,储水盒内的水就会溢出沿回流管流回到底部的水槽内,在水槽里一般会安装有如浮子开关等水位检测装置,用于检测水槽内的水位状态。
目前的干衣机,是通过检测在排水泵泵水一定时间后水槽里的水位不下降,判断储水盒内的水已满,再预警提醒用户应该清理储水盒了。这种方式的问题在于:通过水槽的浮子开关来判定储水盒是否已满。但这一过程中,会有浮子失效、排水泵的流量过大、水槽边缘低导致溢水等各种问题,进而会出现提醒不及时或误报等情况的发生。
还有一种方式是,通过在回水管内设置水流检测装置,间接检测储水盒内的冷凝水已满。专利107587330提供一种干衣机提醒清理储水盒的方法及干衣机,在储水盒和水槽之间连接一回水管,在所述回水管上安装水流检测装置,当所述水流检测装置检测到水流时,预警提醒用户清理储水盒。本发明通过在储水盒和水槽之间的回水管上设置水流检测装置,只要检测到回水管内有水流通过,可以立即判断出储水盒已满,并即可预警提醒用户储水盒内的水已满需要清理,但是这种方式只有在储水盒已满的状态下,才会发出预警,但是,该无法实现提前预警,而且,储水盒已满的状态下,在倾倒时,储水盒内的冷凝水容易洒落地面,使用不便。

所述预警装置包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制发送模块发送预警信息至移动终端;
或者,所述预警装置为预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制预警器发出预警信息;
优选地,预警信息在移动终端的显示形式包括震动形式、语音形式、文字形式、灯光形式或者声音形式,
或者,所述预警器包括声音预警器、灯光预警器或者语音播报器。
一种上述的干衣/护理设备的控制方法,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值控制预警装置发出预警。
干衣/护理设备预设预警液位值,主控单元获取液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值,判断液位值是否大于预警液位值,如果是,则控制预警装置发出预警,以提醒用户倾倒冷凝水;
优选地,所述预警液位值小于凹腔侧壁的高度值。
所述预警装置包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制发送模块发送语音预警信息/文字预警信息至移动终端;
或者,所述预警装置为声音预警器或灯光预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制声音预警器发出预警声音/控制灯光预警器发出灯光警示。
干衣/护理设备预设第一预警液位值和第二预警液位值,第一预警液位值<第二预警液位值,若液位检测装置检测的液位值大于第一预警液位值,则控制预警装置发出第一次预警,一定时间后,若液位检测装置检测的液位值大于第二预警液位值,则控制预警装置发出第二次预警和/或控制关机;
优选地,预警装置为声音预警器或灯光预警器,主控单元控制声音预警器发出的两次预警的预警声音/强度不同,或者,控制灯光预警器发出的两次预警的灯光颜色/闪烁频率不同。
干衣/护理设备还包括与主控单元电连接的显示单元,主控单元控制显示单元显示液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值;
优选地,所述显示单元为独立设置于本体上的显示屏,
或者,所述显示单元为所述洗衣机的显示屏。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、液位检测装置的检测端设置于本体上和/或设置于储液腔上,实现直接检测储液腔内冷凝水的水位,能够实现在储液腔充满前即可进行预警,防止储水盒内冷凝水过满溢出,而且方便用户倾倒,防止倾倒时冷凝水外溅,提高用户体验;
2、两个检测电极设置于储液腔的腔室壁上,利用两个检测电极的覆盖面积随着冷凝水液 位的变化而变化,从而引起应电容值的变化,实现对冷凝水液位的直接测量;
3、通过简单的电容检测方式即可实现对储液腔内冷凝水的实时、准确检测,可以提醒用户及时处理储水盒中的冷凝水,降低冷凝水外溢带来的安全隐患。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
干衣/护理设备一般包括箱体9、滚筒、冷凝器、电机、风扇等部件,风扇的出风端与滚筒连通,将加热后的烘干风输送至滚筒内,与衣物进行热交换后的烘干风经冷凝器冷凝后,含水量降低。干衣机底部一个水槽,冷凝水是先收集在干衣机底部的水槽里,达到一定水位后通过排水泵将水槽里的冷凝水排到顶部的储水盒1里。一定时间后,用户需要清理顶部的储水盒1,如果储水盒1满水时不及时清理,储水盒1内的水就会溢出,如果设置回流管,则沿回流管流回到底部的水槽内。本发明提供一种可以在储水盒1内的冷凝水沿回流管溢回底部水槽前进行预警,提醒用户倾倒冷凝水的方案。
如图1-3所示,一种干衣/护理设备的储水盒1,包括液位检测装置和具有储液腔的本体,所述本体的储液腔用于储存干衣/护理设备的冷凝器上的冷凝水,所述液位检测装置具有可检测储液腔内冷凝水的液位高度的检测端,检测端设置于本体上和/或设置于储液腔上。
液位检测装置的检测端设置于本体上,并位于储液腔的腔壁的外壁和/或内壁上,实现直接检测储液腔内冷凝水的水位,能够实现在储液腔充满冷凝液前即可进行预警,防止储水盒1内冷凝水过满溢出,而且方便用户倾倒,防止倾倒时冷凝水外溅,提高用户体验。
其中,液位检测装置的检测端也可以设置于储液腔内。
进一步的方案,所述液位检测装置包括两个检测电极4和用于检测两个检测电极4间电容的电容检测元件5,两个检测电极4作为检测端设置于储液腔的腔室壁上,所述电容检测元件5和检测电极4电连接。
两个检测电极4设置于储液腔的腔室壁上,利用两个检测电极4的覆盖面积随着冷凝水液位的变化而变化,从而引起应电容值的变化,实现对冷凝水液位的直接测量。
通过简单的电容检测方式即可实现对储液腔内冷凝水的实时、准确检测,可以提醒用户及时处理储水盒1中的冷凝水,降低冷凝水外溢带来的安全隐患。
最好是,所述两个检测电极4互相平行且间隔设置。
其中,所述检测电极4为导电体,所述导电体与储液腔的腔室壁固定连接。如,导电体可以是金属电极。
也可以是,所述检测电极4由导电性粉末/导电液体通过喷涂工艺喷涂于所述储液腔的腔室壁上形成。
还可以是,所述检测电极4由导电性粉末或者导电性液体通过电泳工艺电镀于所述储液腔的腔室壁上形成。
进一步的方案,所述本体包括盒体2,所述盒体2具有开口向上的凹腔,两个检测电极4沿纵向延伸并设置于凹腔侧壁上,所述检测电极4的上端低于所述凹腔侧壁的上边沿。
其中,检测电极4设置于凹腔侧壁的内部/表面。
具体的,所述凹腔侧壁的外壁上设有安装腔,所述检测电极4内嵌于所述安装腔内,将检测电极4设置于凹腔侧壁的内部,
其中,所述检测电极4设置于凹腔侧壁的外表面。
进一步的方案,所述本体还包括盖体3,所述盖体3覆盖在所述凹腔的开口上并将开口 封堵形成储液腔,所述盒体2/盖体3上设有进液口7,冷凝水经进液口7进入凹腔内并储存在凹腔内。
最好是,所述进液口7设置于盖体3上。
实施例二
如图1-3所示,本实施例为具有实施例一的储水盒1的干衣/护理设备,包括箱体9、预警装置8、主控单元和储水盒1,所述储水盒1设置于箱体9上,所述的液位检测装置和预警装置8均与所述主控单元电连接,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制预警装置8发出预警。
其中,所述储水盒1设置于箱体9的上部并与箱体9可拆卸连接。储水盒1可推拉的设置于箱体9的上部。
所述液位检测装置包括两个检测电极4和电容检测元件5,检测电极4与电容检测元件5通过导线6连接,电容检测元件5检测两个检测电极4的电容值,电容检测元件5和预警装置8均与主控单元电连接,主控单元根据电容检测元件5检测的两个检测电极4的电容值控制预警装置8发出预警。
进一步的方案,所述预警装置8包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制发送模块发送预警信息至移动终端。
其中,预警信息在移动终端的显示形式包括震动形式、语音形式、文字形式、灯光形式或者声音形式。预警装置8设置与本机上。
所述预警装置8也可以为设置于本机上的预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制预警器发出预警信息。
所述预警器包括声音预警器、灯光预警器或者语音播报器。
进一步的方案,干衣/护理设备还包括用于冷凝烘干风的冷凝器和具有收集腔的收集装置,所述收集装置用于收集冷凝器上的冷凝水,所述收集腔与储液腔连通,所述收集腔内的冷凝水可进入储液腔内储存。
进一步的方案,收集装置包括收集盒和用于将收集腔内的冷凝水输送至储存腔内的水泵,所述收集腔位于收集盒内,所述收集盒的收集腔与储水盒1的储液腔通过输送管路连通,所述水泵设置在输送管路上。当收集盒内的冷凝水达到一定高度后,则控制水泵将冷凝水输送至储水盒1内储存。输送管路的出液端与盖体3的进液口7相连,将收集盒的收集腔与储水 盒1的储液腔连通。
进一步的方案,干衣/护理设备还包括与主控单元电连接的显示单元,主控单元控制显示单元显示液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值。
其中,所述显示单元为独立设置于本体上的显示屏10,
或者,所述显示单元为所述洗衣机的显示屏10。
其中,所述干衣设备为干衣机或洗干一体机,所述护理设备为衣物护理机,还可以适用于其他清洁设备。
实施例三
本实施例为实施例二的干衣/护理设备的控制方法,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值控制预警装置8发出预警。
干衣/护理设备的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
干衣/护理设备预设预警液位值,
主控单元获取液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值,
判断液位值是否大于预警液位值,如果是,则控制预警装置8发出预警,以提醒用户倾倒冷凝水。
实现在储液腔内的冷凝水充满前进行预警,避免储液腔内的冷凝水过多回流至箱体9下部的水槽内/溢出。
其中,所述预设预警液位值小于凹腔侧壁的高度值。
方案一,所述预警装置8包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块。
干衣/护理设备的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 干衣/护理设备预设预警液位值,
S2 主控单元获取液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值,
S3 判断液位值是否大于预警液位值,如果是,则控制发送模块发送“请倾倒储水盒1内的冷凝水”的文字预警信息至移动终端,以提醒用户倾倒冷凝水,如果否,则执行S2。
其中,预警信息在移动终端的显示形式还可以是震动形式或语音形式。
进一步的方案,S2中,主控单元获取液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值,控制显示单元显示该液位值。
具体的方案,干衣/护理设备的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 干衣/护理设备预设第一预警液位值和第二预警液位值,第一预警液位值<第二预警液位值<凹腔侧壁的高度值,
S2 干衣/护理设备获取液位检测装置检测的液位值,控制显示单元显示该液位值,
S3 判断液位值是否大于第一预警液位值,如果是,则控制预警装置8向移动终端发送语音预警信息或者文字预警信息;
S4 一定时间后,干衣/护理设备获取液位检测装置检测的液位值,判断该液位值是否大于第二预警液位值,如果是,则控制预警装置8再次向移动终端发送语音预警信息或者文字预警信息和/或控制关机。
预警装置8发出第一次预警后,如果用户还未倾倒冷凝水,则液位还会上升,一定时间后,如果冷凝水的液位达到第二液位值,则会再次发出预警或者关机,实现双重保障。
方案二,所述预警装置8为声音预警器或灯光预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制声音预警器发出声音预警/控制灯光预警器发出灯光警示。
具体的方案,干衣/护理设备的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 干衣/护理设备预设第一预警液位值和第二预警液位值,第一预警液位值<第二预警液位值<凹腔侧壁的高度值,
S2 干衣/护理设备获取液位检测装置检测的液位值,
S3 判断液位值是否大于第一预警液位值,如果是,则控制声音预警器发出第一声音预警,如果否,则执行S2;
S4 一定时间后,干衣/护理设备获取液位检测装置检测的液位值,判断液位值是否大于第二预警液位值,如果是,则控制声音预警器发出第二声音预警和/或控制关机,第一声音预警的声音强度小于第二声音预警的声音强度。
如果预警装置8为灯光预警器,第一灯光预警的颜色与第二灯光预警的颜色不同,或者通过闪烁频率进行区分。如,第一灯光预警的闪烁频率小于第二灯光预警的闪烁频率。

Claims (10)
- 一种干衣/护理设备的储水盒,其特征在于,包括液位检测装置和具有储液腔的本体,所述本体的储液腔用于储存干衣/护理设备的冷凝器上的冷凝水,所述液位检测装置具有可检测储液腔内冷凝水的液位高度的检测端,检测端设置于本体上和/或设置于储液腔上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干衣/护理设备的储水盒,其特征在于,所述液位检测装置包括两个检测电极和用于检测两个检测电极间电容的电容检测元件,两个检测电极作为检测端设置于储液腔的腔室壁上,所述电容检测元件和检测电极电连接,优选地,所述检测电极为导电体,所述导电体与储液腔的腔室壁固定连接,或者,所述检测电极由导电性粉末/导电液体通过喷涂工艺喷涂于所述储液腔的腔室壁上形成,或者,所述检测电极由导电性粉末或者导电性液体通过电泳工艺电镀于所述储液腔的腔室壁上形成;更优选地,所述两个检测电极互相平行且间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的干衣/护理设备的储水盒,其特征在于,所述本体包括盒体,所述盒体具有开口向上的凹腔,两个检测电极沿纵向延伸并设置于凹腔侧壁上,所述检测电极的上端低于所述凹腔侧壁的上边沿;优选地,检测电极设置于凹腔侧壁的内部/表面;更优选地,所述侧壁上设有安装腔,所述检测电极内嵌于所述安装腔内,将检测电极设置于凹腔侧壁的内部,或者,所述检测电极设置于凹腔侧壁的外表面。
- 一种干衣/护理设备,其特征在于,包括箱体、预警装置、主控单元和权利要求1-3任一所述的储水盒,所述储水盒设置于箱体上,所述的液位检测装置和预警装置均与所述主控单元电连接,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制预警装置发出预警;优选地,所述液位检测装置包括两个检测电极和电容检测元件,电容检测元件和预警装置均与主控单元电连接,主控单元根据电容检测元件检测的两个检测电极的电容值控制预警装置发出预警。
- 根据权利要求4所述的干衣/护理设备,其特征在于,所述预警装置包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制发送模块发送预警信息至移动终端;或者,所述预警装置为预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制预警器发出预警信息;优选地,预警信息在移动终端的显示形式包括震动形式、语音形式、文字形式、灯光形式或者声音形式,或者,所述预警器包括声音预警器、灯光预警器或者语音播报器。
- 一种如权利要求4或5所述的干衣/护理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值控制预警装置发出预警。
- 根据权利要求6所述的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣/护理设备预设预警液位值,主控单元获取液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值,判断液位值是否大于预警液位值,如果是,则控制预警装置发出预警,以提醒用户倾倒冷凝水;优选地,所述预警液位值小于凹腔侧壁的高度值。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述预警装置包括与移动终端通讯连接的发送模块,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制发送模块发送语音预警信息/文字预警信息至移动终端;或者,所述预警装置为声音预警器或灯光预警器,主控单元根据液位检测装置检测的液位值控制声音预警器发出预警声音/控制灯光预警器发出灯光警示。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一所述的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣/护理设备预设第一预警液位值和第二预警液位值,第一预警液位值<第二预警液位值,若液位检测装置检测的液位值大于第一预警液位值,则控制预警装置发出第一次预警,一定时间后,若液位检测装置检测的液位值大于第二预警液位值,则控制预警装置发出第二次预警和/或控制关机;优选地,预警装置为声音预警器或灯光预警器,主控单元控制声音预警器发出的两次预警的预警声音/强度不同,或者,控制灯光预警器发出的两次预警的灯光颜色/闪烁频率不同。
- 根据权利要求6-9任一所述的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣/护理设备还包括与主控单元电连接的显示单元,主控单元控制显示单元显示液位检测装置检测的储液腔内的液位值;优选地,所述显示单元为独立设置于本体上的显示屏,或者,所述显示单元为所述洗衣机的显示屏。
