随着用户需求的多样化,越来越多的终端设备进入到人们的生活中,例如手机、平板电脑等。终端设备通常具备摄像、通话、指纹识别等功能,进而能满足用户的使用需求。终端设备的上述功能通常由对应的摄像头模组、受话器、指纹识别模组等结构来完成。
以摄像头模组为例,相关技术的终端设备的摄像头模组为内置式,即摄像头模组可以位于终端设备的内部,摄像头模组在驱动机构的驱动下能够从壳体的穿孔进出终端设备。摄像头模组的此种布置方式能够避免摄像头模组对显示区域的占用,这有利于终端设备屏占比的增大。
为了较好地适应摄像头模组伸缩移动,摄像头与终端设备的主板之间采用较长的柔性电路板实现连接,且为了保证柔性电路板与摄像头可靠连接,该柔性电路板通常采用折叠安装的方式安装于终端设备的内部。首先,摄像头伸缩时,柔性电路板存在动态弯折,这就要求柔性电路板的弯折性能较好,否则就会出现线路开裂的风险,导致摄像头失效。其次,需要在终端设备的主板上预留供柔性电路板弯折的区域,导致主板的空间利用率较低。再次,还需要在终端设备内设置额外的部件,以压合柔性电路板,并且为柔性电路板的伸展和缩回起到导向作用,这就导致终端设备的结构和装配工艺都比较复杂。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种终端设备,以解决被驱动器件的柔性电路板容易损坏及终端设备空间利用率低的问题。

一种终端设备,包括:
壳体,所述壳体开设穿孔;
驱动机构,所述驱动机构设于所述壳体内;
被驱动器件,所述被驱动器件设有第一电连接端;
主板,所述主板设置于所述壳体内,其设有第二电连接端;
所述驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件伸出所述穿孔的过程中,所述第一电连接端和所述第二电连接端相对靠近,并电连接;所述驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件缩入所述壳体内的过程中,所述第一电连接端和所述第二电连接端分离,且相对远离。

被驱动器件200伸出的过程中,上述第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500逐渐靠近,当被驱动器件200伸出到预定位置时,第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500接触并电导通。但是这个过程中一旦第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500之间存在高度差,那么两者将无法可靠接触,也就无法实现电导通。如果严格控制第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500的位置,使得两者刚刚好能够接触,那么就会出现第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500相互磨损的情况,随着时间的推移,会对两者的电导通的可靠性产生不良影响。有鉴于此,可以将第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500中的至少一者设置为磁性结构,被驱动器件200处于伸出状态时,第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500磁性相连。如此设置后,可以使第一电连接端230适当高于第二电连接端500,被驱动器件200伸出的过程中,当被驱动器件200到达预定位置时,第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500在磁力作用下相对靠近并电连接。该方案可以借助磁性作用使得第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500更可靠地接触,且两者之间不容易出现磨损。
为了产生上述磁力,可以将第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500中的至少一者整体设置为具有磁性的结构,但是这种方案可能会导致第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500之间的磁力过大,不便于第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500之间的分离。因此,前文提到的磁性结构包括主体部610以及设置于该主体部610的电连接部620和磁吸部,电连接部620具体可以是多个凸起或者凹陷部,被驱动器件200处于伸出状态时,第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500通过磁吸部磁性相连。主体部610为电连接部620和磁吸部的安装基础,该主体部610可以不具有磁性,通过设置磁吸部的尺寸、材质等结构参数即可控制整个磁性结构所产生的磁力大小,同时也不会影响电连接部620的设置。磁吸部所产生的磁力可以根据驱动机构400输出的作用力的大小、第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500之间的接触面积等因素确定。
需要说明的是,第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500可以均包括上述 主体部610、电连接部620和磁吸部,也可以其中一者包括主体部610、电连接部620和磁吸部,另一者设置与电连接部620配合的结构,不设置磁吸部。
上述磁吸部可以仅设置一个,也可以设置为至少两个。采用后一种结构时,一方面可以将各磁吸部分散布置,使得磁力可以更均匀地作用于第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500。当磁吸部设置为至少两个时,其中包括第一磁吸部630和第二磁吸部640,第一磁吸部630和第二磁吸部640设置于主体部610的两侧边缘处。此时,电连接部620位于第一磁吸部630与第二磁吸部640之间,在第一磁吸部630和第二磁吸部640的共同作用下,第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500更可靠地接触并电导通。
当第一电连接端230设置磁吸部时,第一电连接端230的重量较大,这会给被驱动器件200的移动带来较大的阻力和不稳定性,因此本公开实施例可选地仅第二电连接端500包括前述的第一磁吸部630和第二磁吸部640。对应地,第一电连接端230设置第一配合凸部231和第二配合凸部232,第一磁吸部630开设第一凹槽631,第二磁吸部640开设第二凹槽641。被驱动器件200处于伸出状态时,第一配合凸部231朝向第一凹槽631,第二配合凸部232朝向第二凹槽641,此时,第一配合凸部231与第一磁吸部630之间产生磁力,第二配合凸部232与第二磁吸部640之间产生磁力。这里的第一凹槽631和第二凹槽641可以分别容纳第一配合凸部231和第二配合凸部232的至少一部分,进而可以辅助限制被驱动器件200的移动。
为了使得第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500更可靠地电导通,可以设置第一凹槽631、第二凹槽641、第一配合凸部231和第二配合凸部232的尺寸,使得被驱动器件200处于伸出状态时,第一配合凸部231与第一凹槽631在终端设备的厚度方向上形成第一间隙,第二配合凸部232与第二凹槽641在该厚度方向上形成第二间隙。在磁力作用下,第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500通过电连接部620接触,第一配合凸部231与第一凹槽631、第二配合凸部232与第二凹槽641始终不会接触,也就不会妨碍第二电连接端500的电连接部620与第一电连接端230的对应部分可靠接触。
本公开实施例中,第一磁吸部630与穿孔110的距离比第二磁吸部640与穿孔110的距离更大,也就是说,第一磁吸部630比第二磁吸部640更远 离穿孔110。
可选地,上述第一凹槽631和第二凹槽641均为条形槽。第一凹槽631的宽度小于第二凹槽641的宽度。被驱动器件200伸出的过程中,第二配合凸部232运动至与第一凹槽631相对的位置时,虽然两者之间产生磁力,但是由于第一凹槽631的宽度较小,第二配合凸部232无法进入第一凹槽631,因此被驱动器件200可以继续伸出,直至第二配合凸部232运动至与第二凹槽641相对的位置,该第二凹槽641的宽度较大,第二配合凸部232可以进入第二凹槽641,进而使得第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500吸附到一起。
进一步的实施例中,第二电连接端500还包括设置于第二磁吸部640的限位部650,该限位部650相对于第二磁吸部640凸出,限位部650用于与第一电连接端230限位配合。当被驱动器件200伸出至第一电连接端230与限位部650限位配合的位置时,限位部650可以阻止被驱动器件200继续移动,进而辅助限制被驱动器件200相对于壳体100的位置。
更进一步地,第二电连接端500还包括设置于上述限位部650的检测部(图中未示出),该检测部用于检测第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500的配合状态。具体来讲,该检测部可以检测第一电连接端230是否到达预定位置,据此可以判断第一电连接端230是否与第二电连接端500接触,如果是的话,就可以通过主板300向被驱动器件200供电,进而准确把握供电时机,防止被驱动器件200因过早上电而出现损坏。
可选的实施例中,第二电连接端500还包括设置于第一磁吸部630的导向部660,该导向部660朝向第一电连接端230的一侧具有导向面661,在被驱动器件200的缩回方向上,导向面661与主板300的表面沿终端设备的厚度方向的距离逐渐减小。导向面661具体可以设置为平面。设置导向面661以后,整个导向部660基本不会妨碍被驱动器件200的伸出,同时还可以为被驱动器件200的移动提供导向,使得被驱动器件200的移动更加顺畅。
一种实施例中,器件主体210与第一电连接端230之间可以设置弧形连接段221,该弧形连接段221朝远离第二电连接端500的方向弯曲。当第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500吸附到一起时,如果被驱动器件200仍然 存在继续运动的趋势,该弧形连接段221可以通过自身的伸展适应该运动,而不会强行分离第一电连接端230和第二电连接端500,继而保证两者可以可靠接触。需要说明的是,弧形连接段221可以是电路板220的一部分,也可以是连接电路板220和第一电连接端230的类似导线的结构。
进一步地,壳体100内可以设置抵触部700,该抵触部700的延伸方向与弧形连接段221的弯曲方向相反,驱动机构400驱动被驱动器件200伸出穿孔110的过程中,抵触部700与弧形连接段221抵触,并按压弧形连接段221,使得弧形连接段221带动第一电连接端230靠近第二电连接端500,进而便于第一电连接端230与第二电连接端500电连接。
本公开实施例所公开的终端设备可以为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器或可穿戴设备。当然,该终端设备也可以是其他设备,本公开实施例对此不做限制。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化要素只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体开设穿孔;
    驱动机构,所述驱动机构设于所述壳体内;
    被驱动器件,所述被驱动器件设有第一电连接端;
    主板,所述主板设置于所述壳体内,其设有第二电连接端;
    所述驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件伸出所述穿孔的过程中,所述第一电连接端和所述第二电连接端相对靠近,并电连接;所述驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件缩入所述壳体内的过程中,所述第一电连接端和所述第二电连接端分离,且相对远离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一电连接端和所述第二电连接端中的至少一者为磁性结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,所述磁性结构包括主体部以及设置于所述主体部的电连接部和磁吸部,所述被驱动器件处于伸出状态时,所述第一电连接端与所述第二电连接端通过所述磁吸部磁性相连,并通过所述电连接部电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其中,所述磁吸部包括第一磁吸部和第二磁吸部,所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部设置于所述主体部的两侧边缘处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备中仅所述第二电连接端包括所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部,所述第一电连接端设置第一配合凸部和第二配合凸部,所述第一磁吸部开设第一凹槽,所述第二磁吸部开设第二凹槽,所述被驱动器件处于伸出状态时,所述第一配合凸部朝向所述第一凹槽,所述第二配合凸部朝向所述第二凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一磁吸部与所述穿孔的距离比所述第二磁吸部与所述穿孔的距离大,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽均为条形槽,所述第一凹槽的宽度小于所述第二凹槽的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一磁吸部与所述穿孔 的距离比所述第二磁吸部与所述穿孔的距离大,所述第二电连接端还包括设置于所述第二磁吸部的限位部,所述限位部相对于所述第二磁吸部凸出,所述限位部用于与所述第一电连接端限位配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备,其中,所述第二电连接端还包括设置于所述限位部的检测部,所述检测部用于检测所述第一电连接端与所述第二电连接端的配合状态。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一磁吸部与所述穿孔的距离比所述第二磁吸部与所述穿孔的距离大,所述第二电连接端还包括设置于所述第一磁吸部的导向部,所述导向部朝向所述第一电连接端的一侧具有导向面。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件与所述第一电连接端之间设置弧形连接段,所述弧形连接段朝远离所述第二电连接端的方向弯曲。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体内设置抵触部,所述抵触部的延伸方向与所述弧形连接段弯曲方向相反,所述驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件伸出所述穿孔,所述抵触部与所述弧形连接段抵触。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件包括摄像头模组、传感器、指纹识别模组、受话器、补光灯中的至少一者。
  13. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件包括与所述第一电连接端连接的电路板,所述电路板为印刷电路板,或者所述电路板为软硬结合板,或者所述电路板包括贴合设置的柔性电路板和补强板。
