一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置 技术领域
本发明属于机械结构技术领域,具体涉及一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置。
背景技术
卷帘广泛应用于人们的日常生活中,目前市场上手动卷帘的驱动结构基本上分为蜗轮蜗杆转动和拉珠绳带动两种,上述两种驱动结构的卷帘存在以下缺陷:一是开合过程中由于原有结构的设定,是缓慢打开或者收拢的;二是现有的卷帘装配后,其卷帘布的两侧与安装体之间存有很大的间隙,该间隙通常在5公分左右,直接影响产品的视觉效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明设计的目的在于提供一种结构简单、装配方便的户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:
本发明一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,包括遮阳篷本体,遮阳篷本体一个侧面或者多个侧面上设有卷帘开合装置,卷帘开合装置安装到遮阳篷同一侧面两根支撑腿管及同侧遮阳篷的横梁上,包括卷帘布和用以调节卷帘布遮挡位置的若干定位件,若干个定位件沿纵向间隔排布,该纵向为沿遮阳篷本体腿管的放置方向,卷帘布通过由上向下拉动并通过任意一个定位件实现卷帘布的限位。
所述卷帘布包括卷帘布本体、设置在所述卷帘布本体上端的卷布管和设置在所述卷帘布本体下端的拉布管,卷布管用于卷帘布的缠绕,拉布管起到固定卷帘布的下边缘的同时,还可方便使用者手动操作拉布管以使卷帘打开或收起。
拉布管一侧或两侧设有用以与定位件限位配合的卡位件,定位件固定设置于导向槽管内,导向槽管固定设置在遮阳篷的支撑腿管上,且导向槽管相对卷帘布的一侧设有导向槽,若干定位件分别排布设置于导向槽内。
所述定位件上设有通道腔,卡位件上设有卡挡部,卡挡部宽度方向上的最小宽度尺寸大于通道腔最大内径尺寸,以便进行卡挡配合,卡挡部厚度方向上的最大厚度尺寸小于通道腔内最小内径尺寸,以便顺利通过。
所述卡位件还包括卡位头,卡位头插接设置在拉布管端部。
所述定位件还设有固定端,固定端与导向槽管内的安装孔通过螺栓固定连接。
所述卷布管的一侧或两侧设置有用以带动所述卷帘布本体卷帘回缩复位的回弹机构,回弹机构包括主轴、扭簧、旋转固定头,所述旋转固定头包括旋转头和固定轴,所述旋转头用 以与卷布管固定安装,所述固定轴用以与卷帘外壳配合安装。其中,主轴和固定轴可以是一体式结构,也可以是分体式结构。
所述扭簧套接设置在主轴上,所述扭簧一端与所述旋转头固定连接,另一端与所述主轴固定连接。当拉布管处于最上端位置时,扭簧处于受力状态,随着所述拉布管下拉,所述扭簧受力逐步加大;当回弹机构为两侧排布时,两侧的所述回弹机构为对称排布。
所述卷帘外壳的两端均设置有封堵盖,封堵盖的内侧与固定轴固定连接。
本发明结构简单、组装方便,通过设置卷帘在收合时处于初始绷紧状态,使卷帘具有一定的回收力,拉开卷帘的过程随着卷帘拉开的幅度加大,回收力缓慢加大,设置回收力与布的重力均衡,即可使卷帘的开合可被用户轻松且快速的操作;通过在卷帘外部两侧增加导向槽管,导向槽管内设置若干数量的定位件,使卷帘打开后在多个点定位住,同时导向槽管固定于帐篷,并且包覆住卷帘布两侧,使卷帘的两侧与帐篷衔接处无间隙,从而提高产品的美观度。

如图1、2、8-9所示,一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,该卷帘开合装置主要与户外遮阳篷配合使用,组装于帐篷内部的上端,导向槽管组装于帐篷同一侧面上的两根支撑腿管上,其具体结构包括:遮阳篷本体,遮阳篷本体至少一侧面上设有卷帘开合装置,卷帘开合装置包括卷帘布和用以调节卷帘布遮挡位置的若干定位件,卷帘布包括卷帘布本体、设置在所述 卷帘布本体上端的卷布管和设置在所述卷帘布本体下端的拉布管;定位件固定设置于导向槽管内,导向槽管相对卷帘布的一侧设有导向槽,定位件沿导向槽纵向间隔排布,拉布管一侧或两侧设有用以与定位件限位配合的卡位件,卡位件与定位件的配合使用,使得卷帘布由上向下拉动并通过任意一个定位件实现卷帘布的限位。
如图3、4、5所示,定位件的具体结构为:其上设置有通道腔及固定端,固定端与导向槽管内的安装孔通过螺栓固定连接;卡位件的具体结构为:其上设置有卡挡部及卡位头,卡位头插接设置在拉布管端部,卡挡部在宽度方向上的最小宽度尺寸大于通道腔最大内径尺寸,卡挡部在厚度方向上的最大厚度尺寸小于通道腔内最小内径尺寸,卡挡部的设置便于实现其不同方向放置后与定位件通道腔的配合使用。
卷帘拉开后拉布管两端卡位头伸入导向槽管,导向槽管内设有若干数量的定位件;卷帘自身具有一定的回收力,并随着卷帘拉开的加大,回收力缓慢加大,使卷帘一直处于绷紧的状态;当卡位头旋转一定角度使其卡挡部较窄面处于竖直状态时,卡裆部可从定位件的中间通道腔通过,当卡位头回归常规方向使卡挡部较宽面处于水平状态时,卡挡部可与定位件卡挡配合,使拉布管固定。
如图1、6、7所示,卷布管的一侧或两侧设置有用以带动卷帘布本体卷帘回缩复位的回弹机构,该回弹机构包括主轴、扭簧、旋转固定头,旋转固定头包括旋转头和固定轴,旋转头用以与卷布管固定安装,固定轴用以与卷帘外壳配合安装,具体为卷帘外壳的两端均设置有封堵盖,封堵盖的内侧与固定轴固定连接。其中,固定轴和主轴可以采用分体式和一体式两种结构形式,扭簧套接设置在主轴上,扭簧一端与旋转头固定连接,另一端与主轴固定连接;当拉布管处于最上端位置时,扭簧处于受力状态,随着拉布管下拉,扭簧受力逐步加大;当回弹机构为两侧排布时,两侧的回弹机构为对称排布。该设置充分利用设置有扭簧的主轴的旋转回弹功能,主轴的旋转头连接卷布管,主轴固定于卷布管;卷帘布本体的上侧通过硬物条固定于卷布管,旋拧旋转头后卷紧于卷布管;卷帘布本体的下侧通过硬物条连接拉布管;设置主轴于布卷紧沿卷布方向旋转若干圈数,则扭簧杆处于一定的绷紧状态;拉动并旋转拉布管拉开卷帘的过程,由于与主轴旋紧方向相反,主轴回弹力缓慢加大,若放开拉布管,卷帘会自动收回到收合状态;在卷帘外部的两侧设置导向槽管,则可约束拉布管沿着导向管上下滑动,并隐藏布的两侧在导向槽管内;在导向槽管内设置若干定位件,在拉布管两端设置卡位头,并且设置卡位头在常规方向与定位件卡挡配合,设置卡位头在旋转一定角度后可通过定位件中间通道腔,则拉布管旋转一定角度便可沿导向槽管上下无阻挡滑动,回转卡位头至常规状态则卡位头可被定位件卡挡住从而定位卷帘的打开幅度。
回弹机构设置在卷布管的一侧还是两侧,根据具体情况进行选择,当卷帘尺寸过长,或 者布重量过重,单个扭簧承受不了卷帘的开合顺畅度,则须在卷布管第二端替换旋转固定头为与第一端的主轴相反方向旋紧的主轴,以增加卷帘的回弹力来保持卷帘的回收顺畅。
本发明工作过程,如图10所示,手握拉布管并旋转使卡挡部的窄面朝上,下拉使卡挡部顺利穿过定位件中间的通道腔,下拉到合适的位置松开后,拉布管翻转带动卡挡部回归到正常位置即卡挡部宽面朝上,被定位件挡牢实现卡挡配合。

  1. 一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,包括遮阳篷本体,所述遮阳篷本体至少一侧面上设有卷帘开合装置,其特征在于:所述卷帘开合装置包括卷帘布和用以调节所述卷帘布遮挡位置的若干定位件(1),若干个所述定位件(1)沿纵向间隔排布,所述卷帘布通过由上向下拉动并通过任意一个定位件(1)实现卷帘布的限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,其特征在于:所述卷帘布包括卷帘布本体(2)、设置在所述卷帘布本体(2)上端的卷布管(3)和设置在所述卷帘布本体(2)下端的拉布管(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,其特征在于:拉布管(4)一侧或两侧设有用以与定位件(1)限位配合的卡位件(5),所述定位件(1)固定设置于导向槽管(6)内,所述导向槽管(6)相对卷帘布的一侧设有导向槽(6-1),若干所述定位件(1)分别排布设置于所述导向槽(6-1)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,其特征在于:所述定位件(1)上设有通道腔(1-1),所述卡位件(5)上设有卡挡部(5-1),所述卡挡部(5-1)最小宽度尺寸大于所述通道腔(1-1)最大内径尺寸,所述卡挡部(5-1)最大厚度尺寸小于所述通道腔(1-1)内最小内径尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种户外遮阳篷用卷帘开合装置,其特征在于:所述卡位件(5)还包括卡位头(5-2),所述卡位头(5-2)插接设置在拉布管(4)端部。
