Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种移动终端,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于收容空间内的发声器件;发声器件将收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,壳体开设有贯穿其上的出声通道,出声通道将前声腔与外界连通;壳体包括上盖以及盖设于上盖并共同围成收容空间的下盖,发声器件固定于上盖并与上盖围成前声腔,出声通道贯穿上盖设置;出声通道内填设有吸音材料。与相关技术相比,本实用新型的移动终端声学性能优。
Description
本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种运用便携式电子产品的移动终端。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的移动终端被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的所述移动终端包括具有收容空间的壳体、收容于所述壳体内的发声器件;所述发声器件将所述收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,所述壳体靠近所述前声腔的一侧开设有贯穿其上的出声通道,所述出声通道将所述前声腔与外界连通。
然而,相关技术的所述移动终端中,所述发声器件发出的声音经过中空的所述出声通道时会产生气流声,所述气流声混入所述发声器件发出的声音中,使得所述移动终端的声学性能变差。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的移动终端解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能优的移动终端。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声器件;所述发声器件将所述收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,所述壳体开设有贯穿其上的出声通道,所述出声通道将所述前声腔与外界连通;所述壳体包括上盖以及盖设于所述上盖并共同围成所述收容空间的下盖,所述发声器件固定于所述上盖并与所述上盖围成所述前声腔,所述出声通道贯穿所述上盖设置;所述出声通道内填设有吸音材料。
优选的,所述吸音材料为吸音棉。
优选的,所述上盖包括上盖板、由所述上盖板周缘向所述下盖方向延伸并抵接于所述下盖的侧壁以及由所述上盖板向所述下盖方向延伸且与所述下盖间隔设置的支撑壁,所述出声通道贯穿所述上盖板设置,所述发声器件支撑于所述支撑壁且与所述上盖板间隔,所述发声器件与所述上盖板及所述支撑壁共同围成所述前声腔。
优选的,所述壳体还包括固定于所述支撑壁并盖设于所述出声通道的支撑板,所述上盖板、所述支撑板、所述支撑壁与所述发声器件共同围成所述前声腔;所述支撑板包括固定于所述支撑壁并与所述发声器件相连的支撑板主体、由所述支撑板主体向所述侧壁延伸且盖设于所述出声通道的延伸壁以及贯穿所述支撑板主体设置并与所述前声腔连通的通孔,所述吸音材料固定支撑于所述延伸部。
优选的,所述下盖靠近所述上盖板的一侧向所述发声器件延伸形成延伸柱,所述延伸柱抵接于所述发声器件。
优选的,所述上盖板的远离所述下盖的一侧凹陷形成出声凹槽,所述壳体还包括盖设于所述出声凹槽内的盖板,所述盖板的一侧凹陷形成让位开口,所述让位开口与所述出声通道连通。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的移动终端中,所述出声通道填设有所述吸音材料,所述吸音材料将所述发声器件发出的声音经过所述出声通道时产生的气流声吸收移动终端,避免了声音从所述出声通道经过时混入气流声,从而达到优化所述的声学性能的效果。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1~2所示,本实用新型提供了一种移动终端100,其包括壳体1、发声器件2、吸音材料3以及盖板4。
所述壳体1具有收容空间10。所述壳体1可为一体结构,也可以为分体结构。比如,在本实施方式中,所述壳体1为分体结构,即所述壳体1包括上盖11以及盖设于所述上盖11并共同围成所述收容空间10的下盖12。
具体的,所述上盖11包括上盖板111、由所述上盖板111周缘向所述下盖12方向延伸并抵接于所述下盖12的侧壁112以及由所述上盖板111向所述下盖12方向延伸且与所述下盖12间隔设置的支撑壁113,所述下盖12盖设于所述侧壁112远离所述上盖板111的一侧。
请参阅图3~4所示,所述发声器件2收容于所述壳体1的所述收容空间10内,并且所述发声器件2将所述收容空间10分隔成前声腔101和后腔102。所述壳体1开设有贯穿其上的出声通道110,所述出声通道110将所述前声腔101与外界连通。
具体的,所述下盖12、所述上盖11及所述发声器件2共同围成所述后腔102,所述后腔102用于改善所述移动终端100的低频声学性能;所述出声通道110贯穿所述上盖板111设置,所述发声器件2支撑于所述支撑壁113且与所述上盖板111间隔,所述发声器件2与所述上盖板111及所述支撑壁113共同围成所述前声腔101。
进一步的,所述上盖板111的远离所述下盖12的一侧凹陷形成出声凹槽1110,所述盖板4盖设于所述出声凹槽1110内,所述盖板4的一侧凹陷形成让位开口40,所述让位开口40与所述出声通道110连通。
更一步的,所述移动终端100还包括固定于所述支撑壁113并盖设于所述出声通道110的支撑板5;具体的,所述支撑板5包括固定于所述支撑壁113并与所述发声器件2相连的支撑板主体51、由所述支撑板主体51向所述侧壁112延伸且盖设于所述出声通道110的延伸壁52以及贯穿所述支撑板主体51设置的通孔53,所述发声器件2收容于所述支撑壁113并贴设于所述支撑板主体51,所述吸音材料3固定支撑于所述延伸部52;所述上盖板111、所述支撑板5、所述支撑壁113与所述发声器件2共同围成与所述通孔53连通的所述前声腔101,所述出声通道110与所述前声腔101共同用以形成侧发声结构。
需要说明的是,所述发声器件2发出的声音以空气为传播媒介并依次通过所述前声腔101和所述出声通道110向外传播,携带声音的所述空气经过所述出声通道110时会因摩擦而产生气流声。
为了避免混入所述气流声,在本实施方式中,所述出声通道110填设有吸音材料3;具体的,所述吸音材料3为吸音棉。通过所述吸音材料3的设置,所述气流声被所述吸音材料3吸收,避免了所述发声器件2发出的声音混入所述气流声,从而使得所述移动终端100的声学性能优。
值得一提的是,为了使得所述发声器件2的装配更加可靠,使所述下盖2靠近所述上盖板111的一侧向所述发声器件2延伸形成延伸柱121,所述延伸柱121抵接于所述发声器件2。通过所述延伸柱121的设置,能够在振动发声过程中有效避免所述发声器件2沿振动方向上的运动,使得所述发声器件2的装配更加可靠,从而提高所述移动终端100的可靠性。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的移动终端中,所述出声通道填设有所述吸音材料,所述吸音材料将所述发声器件发出的声音经过所述出声通道时产生的气流声吸收移动终端,避免了声音从所述出声通道经过时混入气流声,从而达到优化所述的声学性能的效果。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (6)
- 一种移动终端,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声器件;所述发声器件将所述收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,所述壳体开设有贯穿其上的出声通道,所述出声通道将所述前声腔与外界连通,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖以及盖设于所述上盖并共同围成所述收容空间的下盖,所述发声器件固定于所述上盖并与所述上盖围成所述前声腔,所述出声通道贯穿所述上盖设置;所述出声通道内填设有吸音材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述吸音材料为吸音棉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述上盖包括上盖板、由所述上盖板周缘向所述下盖方向延伸并抵接于所述下盖的侧壁以及由所述上盖板向所述下盖方向延伸且与所述下盖间隔设置的支撑壁,所述出声通道贯穿所述上盖板设置,所述发声器件支撑于所述支撑壁且与所述上盖板间隔,所述发声器件与所述上盖板及所述支撑壁共同围成所述前声腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括固定于所述支撑壁并盖设于所述出声通道的支撑板,所述上盖板、所述支撑板、所述支撑壁与所述发声器件共同围成所述前声腔;所述支撑板包括固定于所述支撑壁并与所述发声器件相连的支撑板主体、由所述支撑板主体向所述侧壁延伸且盖设于所述出声通道的延伸壁以及贯穿所述支撑板主体设置并与所述前声腔连通的通孔,所述吸音材料固定支撑于所述延伸部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述下盖靠近所述上盖板的一侧向所述发声器件延伸形成延伸柱,所述延伸柱抵接于所述发声器件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述上盖板的远离所述下盖的一侧凹陷形成出声凹槽,所述壳体还包括盖设于所述出声凹槽内的盖板,所述盖板的一侧凹陷形成让位开口,所述让位开口与所述出声通道连通。
