所述第一无线通信电路30可以是蓝牙模块或WIFI模块等,只要是能够实现无线通信功能的电路、芯片都可以。在此需要说明的是,所述第一无线通信电路30可以直接与所述无线耳机200进行通信,进而将所述控制电路20发出的控制信号传输至所述无线耳机200,也可以是间接与所述无线耳机200进行通信,即通过一转接设备,与所述无线耳机200进行通信,对此不做具体限定,所述转接设备可以是智能设备,例如手机。
所述指令接收电路10、控制电路20、第一无线通信电路30均可以是由分立元件搭接而成的电路,也可以采用芯片,在本方案中,所述耳机盒100包括蓝牙控制芯片,所述蓝牙控制芯片包括所述控制电路20与所述第一无线通信电路30;利用所述蓝牙控制芯片可以提高所述耳机盒100的产品稳定性,以及减小所述耳机盒100的体积。
在一实施例中,当用户需要对其所佩戴无线耳机200进行操控时,其通过所述指令接收电路10、以接收控制指令,所述控制电路20接收所述控制指令并对其进行分析处理等操作,以输出与该控制指令对应的控制信号,所述第一无线通信电路30对所述控制信号进行传输,以使所述无线耳机200接收到该所述控制信号,进而执行相应的操作。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由所述控制电路20输出的所述控制信号在经过所述第一无线通信电路30传输、最终传输至所述无线耳机200的过程中,根据第一无线通信电路30的工作方式、无线耳机200的接收方式,所述控制信号的传输的种类、形式、格式等可能会适用性的发生变化,但是这并不影响该控制信号对所述无线耳机200的控制目的。
本申请方案的所述耳机盒100还包括充电电路40,即所述耳机盒100还可以作为充电设备使用,即所述耳机盒100兼具对所述无线耳机200进行充电和控制的作用。当用户使用无线耳机200跑步时,不仅可以通过对所述耳机盒10进行操作,实现对所述无线耳机200的遥控,而不影响跑步过程,在不使用所述无线耳机200时,所述耳机盒100还可以对所述无线耳机200进行充电,用户不需要再额外配置无线耳机200的充电器,提高了所述耳机盒100的多功能性,能够更好的配合所述无线耳机200的使用。
请参阅图2,本申请中,所述充电电路40包括电池42、电压转换电路、电源控制芯片,以及用于与外部电源连接的电源接口等。所述电源接口供所述充电设备连接外部电源,以 对所述电池42和所述无线耳机200进行充电。所述电源接口优选为USB接口41。在一实施例中,所述电源控制芯片可以控制由所述电池42或由所述外部电源对所述无线耳机200进行充电。所述电压转换电路用于电压变换,以输出适合与所述无线耳机200的充电电压。
本发明技术方案通过采用指令接收电路10以接收控制指令,所述控制电路20接收所述控制指令并对其进行分析处理等操作,以输出与该控制指令对应的控制信号,所述第一无线通信电路30对所述控制信号进行传输,以使所述无线耳机200接收到该所述控制信号,进而执行相应的操作。本发明技术方案实现了供用户通过该耳机盒100以操控无线耳机200工作,避免了用户直接对无线耳机200进行操作所带来的不便,有效的提高了无线耳机200的操作便利性,提升了用户的使用体验。所述耳机盒100还可以作为充电设备使用,用户不需要在额外配置无线耳机200的充电器,提高了所述耳机盒100的多功能性,能够更好的配合所述无线耳机200的使用。
本申请中,用户可以通过多种形式发出所述控制指令,例如可以通过按键操作、旋钮操作、滑动触摸操作以及语言输入操作等,相应的所述指令接收电路10包括按键电路、旋钮电路、触控电路、语音控制电路中的一种多种,其中,所述按键电路通过接收按键操作以接收所述控制指令、所述旋钮电路通过接收旋钮操作以接收所述控制指令、所述触控电路通过接收滑动触摸操作以接收所述控制指令、所述语音控制电路通过接收语音以接收所述控制指令的。需要说明的是,所述按键电路、旋钮电路、触控电路、语音控制电路的具体电路形式可以参照现有技术,在此不做具体限定。
进一步地,所述耳机盒100还包括存储电路50,所述存储电路50与所述控制电路20电连接,以在所述控制电路20的控制下工作。所述存储电路50用于存储音乐数据、视频数据、文档数据、图像数据中的一种或多种。可以理解的是,通过采用合适的存储电路50,所述存储数据可以存储任意格式的数据,以供用户使用。所存储的数据可以是用户通过有线通信或无线通信导入至所述存储电路50中,也可以是所述耳机盒100联网下载的,对此不做具体限定,所述存储电路50的结构可以参照现有技术,在此不做具体限定。例如,在现有技术中,当用户佩戴无线耳机200跑步,在其进行听歌时,需要随身携带手机,以通过手机与无线耳机200通信,将音乐数据传输至所述无线耳机200。而本申请中,由于所述耳机盒100具有存储电路50,因此用户不需要随身携带手机,就能够实现听音乐的目的,需要说明的是,这种情况下所述无线耳机需要具备播放功能。因此所述耳机盒100的使用,提高了所述无线耳机200的使用灵活性、便利性。
请参阅图3和图4,基于上述实施例,所述耳机盒100的壳体60包括用于容置所述无线耳机200的容置位61,所述容置位61内具有供所述无线耳机200充电的充电接口,所述充电接口与所述充电电路40电连接。在此需要说明的是,所述耳机盒100也可以通过无线充电的方式对所述无线耳机200进行充电,对此不做限定。本申请中,所述壳体60的结构和形状在此不做具体限定,其可以是方形、也可以是圆形、优选地,所述壳体60呈柱状设置,以便于用户握持,其可以是圆柱、椭圆柱或者棱柱等。本申请中所述容置位61为自所述壳体60侧部开设的容置槽,且所述耳机盒100还具有盒盖62,以用于盖合所述容置槽的槽口,所述盒盖62与所述壳体60之间可以是铰接、滑动连接、或转动连接等,在此 不做具体限定。优选地,所述容置位61的结构和形状与所述无线耳机200的结构和形状相适配,当耳机盒100用于容置无线耳机200时,所述容置位61有两个,所述两个容置位61单独且间隔设置,分别用于容置一无线耳机200。
所述壳体60上分布有操作区63,所述操作区63与所述指令接收电路10电连接;所述操作区63包括按键、旋钮、触控平面、以及语音接收口的一种或多种。可以理解的是,所述按键、旋钮、触控平面、以及语音接收口对应与上述按键电路、旋钮电路、触控电路、语音控制电路连接。如图2所示,所示按键电路与所述按键结合形成按键板11。优选地,为了便于用户操作所述操作区63,当所述壳体60呈柱状设置,所述操作区63位于所述壳体60的端面。所述操作区63可以位于所述壳体60的一个端面,也可以同时分布在所述壳体60的两个端面上。本实施例中,所述操作区63包括五个按键,分别用于控制启动/关机、上一目标、下一目标、增大音量、减小音量。
请参阅图4,所述壳体60上还设有限位件,所述限位件与所述壳体60表面形成供用户手穿过的通道。用户在握持所述耳机盒100时,其手限位于所述壳体60与所述限位件之间。本实施例中,所述限位件包括与所述壳体60表面连接的绑带64,所述绑带64采用软性材料制成,所述绑带64与所述壳体60表面形成供用户手指穿过的通道,以提高用户握持所述耳机盒100的稳定性。进一步地,设置所述绑带64相对于所述壳体60为可伸缩的,以调节所述通道的尺寸,使得所述耳机盒100可适配于不同的手部尺寸。同时为了防止在用户使用所述耳机盒100时,所述盒盖62在惯性、外力等作用下打开,本实施例中,设置所述限位件设置与所述壳体60背离所述盒盖62的一侧,当用户使用所述耳机盒100时,所述盒盖62被用户的手掌限位,而不会被打开,有效地提高了所述耳机盒100在使用过程中的稳定性。
请参阅图2,所述壳体60上还具有指示灯80,所述指示灯用于指示所述耳机盒100对所述无线耳机200的充电情况。所述指示灯80与所述控制电路20和/或所述充电电路40电连接。
本发明还提出一种耳机组件,所述耳机组件包括无线耳机200、以及所述耳机盒100;所述耳机盒100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于所述耳机组件采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。所述无线耳机200内具有第二无线通信电路70,所述第二无线通信电路70用于接收所述第一无线通信电路30传输的所述控制信号。在上述实施例中已说明,所述第二无线通信电路70与第一无线通信电路30可以是直接进行通信,也可以是间接进行通信,对此不做限定。优选地,所述耳机为TWS(True Wireless Stereo)耳机。
于本申请中,优选设置所述第二无线通信电路70与第一无线通信电路30间接进行通信,具体的,所述第一无线通信电路30与所述第二无线通信电路70均包括蓝牙模块;所述第一无线通信电路30的蓝牙模块用于与智能设备通信,所述智能设备接收所述第一无线通信电路30传输的控制信号,并将所述控制信号经过所述第二无线通信电路70传输至所 述无线耳机200,以控制所述无线耳机200工作。所述智能设备在此可以为手机、IPAD等。关于蓝牙模块与智能设备之间的通信过程为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不做赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机盒,其特征在于,所述耳机盒包括壳体,以及设于所述壳体内的控制装置,所述控制装置包括:
    指令接收电路,用于接收控制指令;
    控制电路,与所述指令接收电路电连接,以根据所述控制指令输出用于控制所述无线耳机工作的控制信号;
    第一无线通信电路,与所述控制电路电连接,以将所述控制电路输出的所述控制信号传输至所述无线耳机,控制所述无线耳机工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有操作区,所述操作区与所述指令接收电路电连接;
    所述操作区包括按键、旋钮、触控平面、以及语音接收口的一种或多种;所述指令接收电路包括按键电路、旋钮电路、触控电路、语音控制电路中的一个或多个。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述控制电路和所述第一无线通信电路集成为蓝牙控制芯片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述耳机盒还包括与所述控制电路电连接的充电电路,所述充电电路用于对所述无线耳机进行充电;
    所述壳体包括用于容置所述无线耳机的容置位,所述容置位内具有供所述无线耳机充电的充电接口,所述充电接口与所述充电电路电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述充电电路包括电池,以及用于与外部电源连接的电源接口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述耳机盒还包括存储电路,所述存储电路与所述控制电路电连接,以在所述控制电路的控制下工作;
    所述存储电路用于存储音频数据、视频数据、文档数据、图像数据中的一种或多种。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述壳体呈柱状设置,所述操作区位于所述壳体的端面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的耳机盒,其特征在于,所述壳体上还设有限位件,所述限位件与所述壳体表面形成供用户手穿过的通道。
  9. 一种耳机组件,其特征在于,包括无线耳机、以及如权利要求1至8任意一项的所述耳机盒;
    所述无线耳机内具有第二无线通信电路,所述第二无线通信电路用于接收所述耳机盒的所述第一无线通信电路所传输的所述控制信号。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述第一无线通信电路与所述第二无线通信电路均包括蓝牙模块;
    所述第一无线通信电路的蓝牙模块用于与智能设备通信,所述智能设备接收所述第一无线通信电路传输的控制信号,并将所述控制信号经过所述第二无线通信电路传输至所述无线耳机,以控制所述无线耳机工作。
