本申请公开了一种摄像头安装结构及终端设备,摄像头安装结构包括摄像头、依次连接的显示屏、前壳、后壳,所述前壳上开设有放置孔,所述后壳面对所述前壳的表面设置有抵靠件,所述摄像头设置在所述放置孔中以通过所述前壳限位,并且所述摄像头的正面抵靠所述显示屏,所述摄像头的背面抵靠所述抵靠件。本申请提供的摄像头安装结构通过在前壳上开设放置孔,将摄像头固定于放置孔中,从而有效地解决了目前的摄像头均需要支架安装的问题。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及摄像头领域,尤其涉及一种摄像头安装结构及终端设备。
背景技术
在现有的摄像终端上,一般是通过一主一副两个摄像头协同工作从而提升拍照功能,而为了良好的将两个摄像头固定于摄像终端内,现有的做法是通过支架将两个摄像头固定,从而满足两个模组相对位置和光轴夹角的需求。
而通过支架固定的方式会存在以下问题,首先,因为支架必须保持一定的厚度来满足强度需求,因此会导致两个摄像头的长宽高均会增加,而现有的摄像终端的零件排布非常密集,因此采取支架固定的方式不利于摄像终端的设计。其次,现有的支架为了满足结构强度一般均为金属材质,而金属材质的支架必然会导致成本增加。再次,通过支架进行固定两个摄像头需要对支架进行非常精密的结构设计,从而导致支架的制造过程复杂,进一步地增加成本。
因此,有必要提供一种新的摄像头安装结构及终端设备来解决上述技术问题。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种摄像头安装结构及终端设备,旨在解决现有技术中终端设备均需要采取支架固定摄像头的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种摄像头安装结构,其包括摄像头、依次连接的显示屏、前壳、后壳,所述前壳上开设有放置孔,所述后壳面对所述前壳的表面设置有抵靠件,所述摄像头设置在所述放置孔中以通过所述前壳限位,并且所述摄像头的正面抵靠所述显示屏,所述摄像头的背面抵靠所述抵靠件。
可选地,所述抵靠件为泡棉件。
可选地,所述泡棉件粘接于所述后壳上。
可选地,所述摄像头包括主摄像头以及副摄像头,所述放置孔包括彼此间隔设置的第一放置孔以及第二放置孔,所述主摄像头设置于所述第一放置孔内,所述副摄像头设置于所述第二放置孔内。
可选地,所述前壳在所述放置孔的侧壁上形成台阶,以使得所述放置孔朝向所述后壳扩大。
可选地,所述摄像头包括第一部分以及与所述第一部分连接的第二部分,所述第一部分抵靠所述显示屏,所述第二部分抵靠所述抵靠件,所述第一部分在沿所述前壳面向所述后壳的方向的投影处于所述第二部分的轮廓范围内。
可选地,所述摄像头与所述放置孔之间具有间隙。
可选地,所述间隙的宽度为大于0mm且小于0.1mm。
另外,本申请还提供一种终端设备,所述终端设备设置有如上所述的摄像头安装结构。
可选地,所述终端设备为手机
本申请的技术方案中,通过在前壳上开设放置孔,并将摄像头设置于放置孔内,从而有效解决了目前需要支架才能固定摄像头的问题。另外,在后壳面对前壳的表面设置抵靠件并且摄像头的正面抵靠显示屏,摄像头的背面抵靠抵靠件,从而使得该摄像头安装结构固定良好,使得摄像头能够紧贴显示屏从而加强该摄像头安装结构的固定性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
并且,本申请各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提供一种摄像头安装结构及终端设备,旨在解决现有技术中终端设备均需要采取支架固定摄像头的问题。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的摄像头安装结构包括摄像头(未标示)、依次连接的显示屏30、前壳40、后壳50,前壳40上开设有放置孔(未标示),后壳50面对前壳40的表面设置有抵靠件60,摄像头设置在放置孔中以通过前壳40限位,并且摄像头的正面抵靠显示屏30,摄像头的背面抵靠抵靠件60。在该实施例中,该摄像头安装结构在装配时首先将摄像头设置于放置孔中,然后将设置有抵靠件60的后壳50对准摄像头进行装配,再将后壳50固定好即可,从而有效地解决了目前需要支架才能固定摄像头的问题。同时,针对现有的双摄像头的终端设备,双摄像头的算法需求双摄像头的光轴必须平行,而该实施例提供的摄像头安装结构在进行安装时,能能够通过抵靠件60将摄像头的正面抵靠于显示屏30上,从而满足了双摄像头的光轴必须平行的需求。
可选地,该摄像头安装结构可以安装于终端设备的前部,从而使得该摄像头为前置摄像头,而前置摄像头都是定焦FF模组,而无论摄像头的公差或者结构组装公差,因为都是采用的上述实施例的方式进行固定,故摄像头之间的高度差为零,从而符合摄像头高度差的算法要求。
进一步地,在可选地实施例中,抵靠件60为泡棉件。而泡棉由于是塑料粒子发泡过的材料,具有弹性、中亮亮轻、快速压敏固定、性能可靠等一系列特点,故在可选地实施例中,从而将抵靠件60优选采取为泡棉。当然,在其他的实施例中,抵靠件60也能够使拥有类似形状具有弹性的物件或者只是在后壳50上形成有突起,该突起也能够抵靠摄像头。
另外,泡棉件粘接于后壳50上。而由于将泡棉件粘接于后壳50上从而加强了泡棉件与后壳50之间的连接关系。
在可选地实施例中,摄像头包括主摄像头10以及副摄像头20,放置孔包括彼此间隔设置的第一放置孔41以及第二放置孔42,主摄像头10设置于第一放置孔41内,副摄像头20设置于第二放置孔42内。在该实施例中,通过将主摄像头10以及副摄像头20分别放置于第一放置孔41以及第二放置孔42中,从而满足了现有的双摄像头的终端设备的需求。并且,在其他的实施例中,摄像头的数量还可以是大于两个或者只有一个,在此不做限制。
其中,前壳40在放置孔的侧壁上形成台阶,以使得放置孔朝向后壳50扩大。从而使得放置孔为台阶孔,而台阶孔设置为适配现有的摄像头的结构。并且,在其他的实施例中,前壳40在放置孔的侧壁上也不用形成台阶,即,放置孔可以随着需要放置摄像头的结构形成适配摄像头的形状即可,在此也不做限制。
而在上述可选地实施例中,摄像头的主摄像头10和副摄像头20包括第一部分11以及与第一部分11连接的第二部分12,第一部分11抵靠显示屏30,第二部分抵靠抵靠件60第一部分11在沿前壳40至后壳50的方向的投影处于第二部分12的轮廓范围内。从而使得摄像头与放置孔更为适配,同时,保证了主摄像头10、副摄像头20的前后、左右和中心距在算法公差范围内。
另外,摄像头与放置孔之间具有间隙。而在设计时,会将间隙的宽度设置为大于0mm且小于0.1mm。而在可选地实施例中,间隙的宽度为0.05mm,从而使得主摄像头10和副摄像即使最大角度的旋转,也会在算法要求范围内。
而在上述可选地实施例中,显示屏30为电容式触摸屏。当然,在其他的实施例中,显示屏30可以为其他具有显示功能的显示屏,在此也不需做限制。
进一步地,本申请还提供一种终端设备,且该终端设备设置有上述的摄像头安装结构。由于该终端设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
而在可选地实施例中,该终端设备为手机。当然,在其他的实施例中,终端设备可以为显示器、摄像机等具有摄像功能的终端。

Claims (10)
- 一种摄像头安装结构,其中,所述摄像头安装结构包括摄像头、依次连接的显示屏、前壳、后壳,所述前壳上开设有放置孔,所述后壳面对所述前壳的表面设置有抵靠件,所述摄像头设置在所述放置孔中以通过所述前壳限位,并且所述摄像头的正面抵靠所述显示屏,所述摄像头的背面抵靠所述抵靠件。
- 如权利要求1所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述抵靠件为泡棉件。
- 如权利要求2所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述泡棉件粘接于所述后壳上。
- 如权利要求1所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述摄像头包括主摄像头以及副摄像头,所述放置孔包括彼此间隔设置的第一放置孔以及第二放置孔,所述主摄像头设置于所述第一放置孔内,所述副摄像头设置于所述第二放置孔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述前壳在所述放置孔的侧壁上形成台阶,以使得所述放置孔朝向所述后壳扩大。
- 如权利要求5所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述摄像头包括第一部分以及与所述第一部分连接的第二部分,所述第一部分抵靠所述显示屏,所述第二部分抵靠所述抵靠件,所述第一部分在沿所述前壳面向所述后壳的方向的投影处于所述第二部分的轮廓范围内。
- 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述摄像头与所述放置孔之间具有间隙。
- 如权利要求7所述的摄像头安装结构,其中,所述间隙的宽度为大于0mm且小于0.1mm。
- 一种终端设备,其中,所述终端设备设置有如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的摄像头安装结构。
- 如权利要求9所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备为手机。
