第六方面,本公开的实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述任一实施方式所述的方法。
本公开实施例提供的一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法、装置及电子设备,通过服务器接收可穿戴设备上传的声音文件并识别所述声音文件中的语音,生成与所述语音对应的文本文件,其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳;向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件;终端设备接收服务器发送的文本文件,向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求,将服务器发送的所述指定时间的声音文件,下载或缓存至本地后进行播放。本实施例可以将声音文件转化为文本文件,不需要监听者对被监听者进行持续性的监听,就能够得到有效的监听信息,从而能够有效的提高监听者的监听效率。

下面结合附图对本公开实施例进行详细描述。
应当明确,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
第一方面,本公开提供一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法,应用于服务器。图1为本公开实施例一的一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法的流程图,如图1所示,本实施例的方法包括:
步骤101、接收可穿戴设备上传的声音文件。
本实施例,所述可穿戴设备是指具有通讯功能的智能设备,例如儿童电话手表。可穿 戴设备在接收到终端设备发送的监听指令后,开启通讯模式,打开麦克风,对其周围的声音信息进行采集并将由所述声音信息组成的声音文件发送给服务器,服务器接收所述可穿戴设备上传的声音文件。
步骤102、识别所述声音文件中的语音。
步骤103、生成与所述语音对应的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳。
本实施例,所述文本文件中记录的与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳,有利于监听者查看被监听者附近在什么时间发出的所述文字语言中记录的所述语音。
步骤104、向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件;其中,所述终端设备用于与所述服务器配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户。
本实施例,服务器对接收到的声音文件进行降噪处理,并利用语音识别技术将所述声音文件转换为文本文件,所述文本文件中记录了与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳;服务器将所述文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备。本实施例可以将声音文件转化为文本文件,不需要监听者对被监听者进行持续性的监听,就能够得到有效的监听信息,从而能够有效的提高监听者的监听效率。
如图2所示,作为本实施例的一可选实施方式,在生成与所述语音对应的文本文件之后,向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件之前,所述方法还包括:
步骤1031、遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,判断所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,是否具有预设关键词;
步骤1032、若所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,具有所述预设关键词,则在所述文本文件中突出显示所述预设关键词。
本实施例,监听者可以预先设定其比较关心的关键词,例如:家长监听小孩时,可以将“游戏”作为预设关键词。服务器将声音文件转换为文本文件后,遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,判断所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,是否具有预设关键词,若所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,具有预设关键词,则将所述关键词进行突出显示,然后将所述文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备;以便于监听者在查看所述文本文件时,能够快速的获取其比较关心的信息。
如图3所示,作为本实施例的另一可选实施方式,所述向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件,包括:
步骤1041、根据所述文本文件中所记录的时间戳,判断当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中是否具有预设关键词;
步骤1042、若在当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中具有预设关键词,则将当前时间周 期所对应的文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备。
本实施例,监听者可以预先设定其比较关心的关键词,例如:家长监听小孩时,可以将“游戏”作为预设关键词。监听者可以预先设定需要监听的时间段,每个时间段为一个时间周期,例如:家长监听小孩时,可以设定8:00-9:00为第一时间周期,12:00-14:00为第二时间周期,17:00-19:00为第三时间周期。所述时间周期也可以根据所述文本文件确定,例如,通过预设一个时间段,若当前时间距文本文件中记录的最后一句文字语言对应的时间戳大于该预设的时间段时,则确定开始记录时间到当前时间作为一个时间周期。服务器判断当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中是否具有预设关键词,若在当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中具有预设关键词,则将当前时间周期所对应的文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备;以使监听者能够及时的获取其关注的信息。
如图4所示,作为本实施例的再一可选实施方式,在向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件之后,所述监听方法还包括:
105、接收下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;
106、根据所述下载请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送至监听者所持有的终端设备。
本实施例,监听者在查看所述文本文件后,对其比较关心的内容,可以根据该处的文字语言对应的时间戳,获知该文字语言记录的语音信息是在哪个时间段发生的,因此,监听者可以根据该时间段发出下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求,服务器接收下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求,并根据所述下载请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送至监听者所持有的终端设备;以使监听者可以在所述监听设备上播放所述指定时间的声音文件,从而使监听者可以进一步确认文本文件记录的该处的信息的准确性。
第二方面,本公开提供一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法,应用于终端设备。图5为本公开实施例四的一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法的流程示意图,如图5所示,本实施例的方法包括:
步骤201、接收服务器发送的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述可穿戴设备周围的声音对应的文字语言和时间戳,所述服务器用于与所述终端设备配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户。
步骤202、向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求。
步骤203、将服务器发送的所述指定时间的声音文件,下载或缓存至本地后进行播放。
本实施例,终端设备接收服务器发送的记录有与所述可穿戴设备周围的声音对应的文字语言和时间戳的文本文件,以使监听者查看。监听者在查看所述文本文件后,对其比较关心的内容,可以根据该处的文字语言对应的时间戳,获知该文字语言记录的语音信息是 在哪个时间段发生的,因此,监听者可以根据该时间段向服务器发出播放指定时间的声音文件的播放请求,服务器接收播放指定时间的声音文件的播放请求,并根据所述播放请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送给终端设备,终端设备将所述指定时间的声音文件下载或缓存至本地后进行播放,从而使监听者可以进一步确认文本文件记录的该处的信息的准确性。
如图6所示,作为本实施例的一可选实施方式,在接收服务器发送的文本文件之后,向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求之前,所述监听方法包括:
2011、遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,自动定位所述文本文件中的预设关键词。
2012、将所述关键词突出显示,并自动定位出所述关键词所对应的时间戳。
本实施例,监听者可以预先设定其比较关心的关键词;终端设备接收服务器发送的文本文件后,遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,自动定位所述文本文件中的预设关键词,然后将所述关键词突出显示,并自动定位出所述关键词所对应的时间戳,以便于监听者在查看所述文本文件时,能够快速的获取其比较关心的信息,并且得知该信息在哪个时间或哪个时间段发生。
第三方面,本公开提供一种基于可穿戴设备的监听设备,应用于服务器。图7为本公开实施例三的一种基于可穿戴设备的监听装置的结构示意图,如图7所示,本实施例的装置包括:第一接收模块301,用于接收可穿戴设备上传的声音文件;语音识别模块302,用于识别所述声音文件中的语音;语音转换模块303,用于生成与所述语音对应的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳;第一发送模块304,用于向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件;其中,所述终端设备用于与所述服务器配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图1所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
如图8所示,作为本实施例的一可选实施方式,所述装置还包括:第一遍历模块3031,用于遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,判断所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,是否具有预设关键词;第一突出显示模块3032,用于若所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,具有所述预设关键词,则在所述文本文件中突出显示所述预设关键词。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图1或图2所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
如图9所示,作为本实施例的另一可选实施方式,所述第一发送模块304,包括:关 键词判断子模块3041,用于根据所述文本文件中所记录的时间戳,判断当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中是否具有预设关键词;第一发送子模块3042,用于若在当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中具有预设关键词,则将当前时间周期所对应的文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图1或图3所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
如图10所示,作为本实施例的再一可选实施方式,所述监听装置还包括:第二接收模块305,用于接收下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;第二发送模块306,根据所述下载请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送至监听者所持有的终端设备。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图1或图4所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
第四方面,本公开提供一种基于可穿戴设备的监听设备,应用于终端设备。图11为本公开实施例四的一种基于可穿戴设备的监听装置的结构示意图,如图11所示,本实施例的装置包括:第三接收模块401,用于接收服务器传送的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述可穿戴设备周围的声音对应的文字语言和时间戳,所述服务器用于与所述终端设备配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户;第三发送模块402,用于向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;第一播放模块403,用于将服务器发送的所述指定时间的声音文件,下载或缓存至本地后进行播放。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图5所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
如图12所示,作为本实施例的一可选实施方式,所述监听装置还包括:第一定位模块404,用于遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,自动定位所述文本文件中的预设关键词;第二突出显示模块405,用于将所述关键词突出显示;第二定位模块406,用于自动定位出所述关键词所对应的时间戳。
本实施例的装置,可以用于执行图5或图6所示方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
第五方面,图13为本公开电子设备一个实施例的结构示意图,可以实现本公开图1-6所示实施例的流程,如图13所示,上述电子设备可以包括:壳体41、处理器42、存储器43、电路板44和电源电路45,其中,电路板44安置在壳体41围成的空间内部,处理器42和存储器43设置在电路板44上;电源电路45,用于为上述电子设备的各个电路或器件 供电;存储器43用于存储可执行程序代码;处理器42通过读取存储器43中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,用于执行前述任一实施例所述的基于可穿戴设备的监听方法。
处理器42对上述步骤的具体执行过程以及处理器42通过运行可执行程序代码来进一步执行的步骤,可以参见本公开图1-5所示实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。
该电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子设备。
第六方面,本公开的实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述任一实施方式所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述监听方法,包括:
    接收可穿戴设备上传的声音文件;
    识别所述声音文件中的语音;
    生成与所述语音对应的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳;
    向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件;其中,所述终端设备用于与所述服务器配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的监听方法,其特征在于,在生成与所述语音对应的文本文件之后,向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件之前,所述方法还包括:
    遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,判断所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,是否具有预设关键词;
    若所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,具有所述预设关键词,则在所述文本文件中突出显示所述预设关键词。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的监听方法,其特征在于,所述向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件,包括:
    根据所述文本文件中所记录的时间戳,判断当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中是否具有预设关键词;
    若在当前时间周期内,所述文本文件中具有预设关键词,则将当前时间周期所对应的文本文件发送给监听者所持有的终端设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的监听方法,其特征在于,在向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件之后,所述监听方法还包括:
    接收下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;
    根据所述下载请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送至监听者所持有的终端设备。
  5. 一种基于可穿戴设备的监听方法,应用于终端设备,其特征在于,所述监听方法,包括:
    接收服务器发送的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述可穿戴设备周围的声音对应的文字语言和时间戳,所述服务器用于与所述终端设备配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户;
    向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;
    将服务器发送的所述指定时间的声音文件,下载或缓存至本地后进行播放。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的监听方法,其特征在于,在接收服务器发送的文本文件之后,向服务器发送下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求之前,所述监听方法包括:
    遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,自动定位所述文本文件中的预设关键词。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的监听方法,其特征在于,在所述文本文件中定位出预设关键词后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述关键词突出显示,并自动定位出所述关键词所对应的时间戳。
  8. 一种基于可穿戴设备的监听装置,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述监听装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收可穿戴设备上传的声音文件;
    语音识别模块,用于识别所述声音文件中的语音;
    语音转换模块,用于生成与所述语音对应的文本文件;其中,所述文本文件中记录有与所述语音对应的文字语言和时间戳;
    第一发送模块,用于向监听者所持有的终端设备发送所述文本文件;其中,所述终端设备用于与所述服务器配合监听使用所述可穿戴设备的用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的监听装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一遍历模块,用于遍历所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言,判断所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,是否具有预设关键词;
    第一突出显示模块,用于若所述文本文件中所记录的文字语言中,具有所述预设关键词,则在所述文本文件中突出显示所述预设关键词。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的监听装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送模块,包括:

    第二接收模块,用于接收下载指定时间的声音文件的下载请求;
    第二发送模块,根据所述下载请求,将所述指定时间的声音文件发送至监听者所持有的终端设备。
  12. 一种基于可穿戴设备的监听装置,应用于终端设备,其特征在于,所述监听装置,包括:
