本地客户端为用户所使用的客户端,即时通讯音视频会话包括音频通讯或视频通讯,音频通讯或视频通讯都是基于互联网的即时通讯软件的通讯方式,即时通讯软件有很多种,如MSN、QQ、微信、陌陌、CECISEIM、UC等。
其中,以QQ为例,用户双方可以通过麦克风进行语音内容的交互,即语音通话,也可以同时通过摄像头和麦克风进行语音内容和视频内容的交互,即视频通话(视频聊天)。如图5所示,当用户双方进行语音通话时,用于本地客户端(QQ聊天的用户“张三”所使用的客户端)接收音频播放指令的音乐插件入口图标50可以设置在当前QQ语音通话界面上的麦克风图标的左侧,其中,需要说明的是:图5只是举例说明了音乐插件入口图标50的位置,此不能作为对本发明保护范围的限制,在实际实现时音乐插件入口图标50在当前QQ语音通话界面上的位置,除了位于麦克风图标的左侧之外,还可以位于麦克风图标的右侧或其他位置等;如图6所示,当用户双方进行视频通话时,用于本地客户端(通过QQ聊天的用户“张三”所使用的客户端)接收音频播放指令的音乐插件入口图标50可以设置在当前QQ视频通话界面上的摄像头图标的右侧,其中,还需要说明的是:图6也只是举例说明了音乐插件入口图标50的位置,此不能作为对本发明保护范围的限制,在实际实现时音乐插件入口图标50在当前QQ视频通话界面上的位置,除了位于摄像头图标的左侧之外,还可以位于摄像头图标的右侧或其他位置等。

本地客户端将音频播放指令指示的音频传输至对端客户端的过程也就是数字信号处理的过程,本地客户端(发送端)执行的步骤主要分为四步:①模数转换,将模拟信号(即麦克风采集到的音频)数字化,该步骤包含三小步:抽样-量化-编码,该过程也可以称作信源编码和压缩信息;②对数字化的信源信号进行加密,防止被第三者识别;③对加密后的信号进行信道编码,以保证 数据的可靠性;④数字调制,即把基带信号的频谱搬移到高频处,以使该信号适合信道中的传输。对端客户端(接收端)执行的步骤与本地客户端对称,依次逆序进行降噪,数字解调,信道解码,解密,信源译码等步骤,最终得原始模拟信号。

本发明实施例中,音频列表可以记录有至少一条音频。需要说明的是,音频列表除了可以包括歌曲列表之外,还可以包括短音频列表。其中,歌曲列表的显示形式可以为任一音乐播放器显示的歌曲列表。短音频列表中记录的每个短音频存储在本地客户端,短音频为占用的存储空间小于预设空间阈值的预设音频。短音频列表中记录的每个短音频的触发接口的形式可以有多种,可选的,触发接口可以为每个短音频的名称,如“兴高采烈”、“伤心哭泣”,每个短音频的名称对应一种短音频,如用户点击“兴高采烈”,播放出的音频内容为“哈哈哈哈”,用户点击“伤心哭泣”,播放出的音频内容为“呜呜呜呜”;如图10所示,触发接口也可以为以文字形式记录每个短音频的内容,如“哈哈哈哈”、“呜呜呜呜”、“爱你”、“帅呆了”等等,如用户点击音频内容“爱你”,播放出的音频为“爱你”;特别的,触发接口也可以如同QQ聊天界面的本地表情一样,图8 是QQ聊天界面的本地表情的示意图,同样的,本发明实施例提供的短音频列表中的每个短音频的触发接口也可以为图8中的显示形式,不同的是,如图11所示,每一个表情图标对应一个短音频,当用户点击表情图标时,则触发相应的短音频进行播放,示例的,兴高采烈的表情图标对应的短音频可以为“哈哈哈哈”。如图5中,张三和李四在进行语音通话时,张三说完“财源滚滚”之后,可以选择一个短音频列表中兴高采烈的表情图标对应的短音频,这样,李四便可以听到。以图5为例,张三点击当前QQ语音通话界面的音乐插件入口图标50,然后张三所使用的客户端接收音频列表显示指令,再根据音频列表显示指令,在当前QQ语音通话界面显示音频列表90,如图9所示。需要说明的是,音频列表可以显示在当前QQ语音通话界面上,也可以不在当前QQ语音通话界面上显示,而是单独作为一个界面来显示,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
示例的,图9是本发明实施例提供的一种音频列表的示意图,参见图9,该音频列表90中,左侧显示的是歌曲列表901,右侧显示的是短音频列表902。由于本地客户端未添加任何歌曲信息,因此,显示出来的歌曲列表901是一个空列表。具体的,图10为图9对应的详细示意图,在此不再赘述。
步骤4013、本地客户端通过设置在歌曲列表所在界面的搜索框接收歌曲添加指令。
本地客户端可以通过设置在歌曲列表所在界面的搜索框接收歌曲添加指令。示例的,参见图10,本地客户端可以通过设置在歌曲列表所在界面的搜索框101接收歌曲添加指令。搜索框101的输入格式可以为任一音乐播放器的搜索框的输入格式,如歌曲/歌手/专辑。字符“/”表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。以图9为例,张三想以一首《恭喜发财》作为和李四语音通话的背景音乐,则在当前QQ语音通话界面的搜索框内可以直接输入歌曲名称“恭喜发财”,也可以直接输入该歌曲对应的歌手姓名“刘德华”,或者可以同时输入该歌曲的歌曲名称和歌手姓名,如“恭喜发财刘德华”,然后点击搜索按钮,触发本地客户端进行搜索得到至少一个搜索结果,然后可以选择其中一搜索结果,在用户选择该搜索结果时,用户的终端(张三使用的终端)产生歌曲添加指令,该歌曲添加指令指示该搜索结果对应的音频,且该歌曲添加指令被本地客户端所接收。例如,参见图11,张三根据显示出来的所有结果选择第一首歌曲“01恭喜发财刘德华”时,用户的终端产生歌曲添加指令,该歌曲添加指令指示刘德华演唱的“恭喜发财”,张三所使用的客户端接 收歌曲添加指令。图11为张三在当前QQ语音通话界面的搜索框内输入“恭喜发财”之后,显示出来的结果的示意图。
步骤4014、本地客户端根据歌曲添加指令在网络获取歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲的信息,歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲的信息可以为歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲对应的链接,也可以为根据链接下载的歌曲文件。
在4013的基础上,参见图9,张三所使用的客户端根据歌曲添加指令在网络上获取歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲(即新年贺岁歌曲)对应的链接。当本地客户端获取到歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲对应的链接后,便可以通过下载的方式获取该首歌曲。

步骤4016、本地客户端接收音频播放指令。
用户可以在音频列表中选择一个音频作为背景音乐,且在用户选择时本地客户端所在的用户设备产生音频播放指令,该音频播放指令指示的音频为在音频列表中被选择的音频。参见图9,张三所使用的客户端接收音频播放指令,音频播放指令指示的音频为图11中的音频列表包括的歌曲列表901中被选择的音频(如01-恭喜发财-刘德华)。或者,音频播放指令指示的音频为图11中的音频列表包括的短音频列表902中被选择的短音频(兴高采烈的表情图标对应的“哈哈哈哈”)。
在步骤402中,本地客户端获取音频播放指令指示的音频。参见图9,张三所使用的客户端获取新年贺岁歌曲音频,或者,获取兴高采烈的表情图标对应的“哈哈哈哈”音频。
上述歌曲列表中记录的音频可以包括付费音频。因此,本地客户端还可以 检测音频播放指令指示的音频是否为付费音频。如果音频播放指令指示的音频为付费音频,本地客户端在获取音频播放指令指示的音频之前,还需要对用户进行权限验证,如果该用户通过了权限验证,那么该用户所使用的客户端才能获取音频播放指令指示的音频。如果该用户没有未通过权限验证,需要完成付费后,本地客户端再获取音频播放指令指示的音频。
如果音频播放指令指示的音频是付费音频,则步骤402如图12所示,具体可以包括:
步骤4021、本地客户端检测用户是否拥有预设权限。
该预设权限是服务器根据用户是否付费或者用户的等级授予的。示例的,服务器可以根据用户是否为选定的音频付费,如果用户已付费,则可以判断该用户拥有播放音频播放指令指示的音频的权限;如果用户未付费,则可以判断该用户没有播放音频播放指令指示的音频的权限。付费的方式很多,例如可以通过Q币(是一种电子货币)进行付费,也可以通过在线银行进行付费。此外,还可以根据用户的等级进行权限判断,假设存在星星等级、月亮等级、太阳等级和皇冠等级,且等级程度依次递增;如果用户的等级为星星等级、月亮等级或太阳等级,则可以判断用户没有播放音频播放指令指示的音频的权限;如果用户的等级为皇冠等级,则可以判断用户有播放音频播放指令指示的音频的权限。
步骤4022、如果用户拥有预设权限,本地客户端获取音频播放指令指示的音频。
根据步骤4021的判断结果,决定本地客户端是否可以获取音频播放指令指示的音频。示例的,参见图9,假设张三当前的QQ用户等级为皇冠等级,则张三所使用的客户端可以获取新年贺岁歌曲音频,或者,获取兴高采烈的表情图标对应的“哈哈哈哈”音频。
需要说明的是,如果音频播放指令指示的音频不是付费音频,步骤402还可以包括:本地客户端检测用户是否为预设级别用户,预设级别用户拥有使用该音频列表的权利;如果用户为预设级别用户,本地客户端获取音频播放指令指示的音频。示例的,预设级别用户可以为黄钻用户或者绿钻用户,也可以为VIP用户等(黄钻用户、绿钻用户和VIP用户均为预设级别用户)。
在步骤403中,如果本地客户端的用户通过了权限验证,或者该用户为预设级别用户,该用户所使用的客户端可以获取音频播放指令指示的音频,接着, 本地客户端便可以将音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。

本地客户端通过麦克风采集用户通话产生的音频以及作为音视频会话的背景音乐播放的音频时,由于操作不当或者周边环境吵杂,容易使语音信号在采集过程中受到噪声干扰,如果不对麦克风采集到的音频进行降噪处理,传输至对端客户端的音频将会发生变化,甚至变质。语音降噪是针对噪声处理的一种有效的处理技术,降噪的目的就是为了消除噪声的影响,提高音频清晰度、改善音频的质量。示例的,本地客户端可以采用两级维纳滤波方法分别对麦克风采集的用户通话产生的音频以及作为音视频会话的背景音乐播放的音频进行降噪处理,达到音频和噪声的最大可能分离的目的。音频降噪的方法很多,可以根据实际需求来选择合适的音频降噪方法,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
步骤4043、本地客户端将经过降噪处理的麦克风采集的音频传输至对端客户端。
第二种方法,本地客户端通过网络服务器将音频播放指令指示的音频的文件同时下发给本地客户端和对端客户端。
以图9为例,张三所使用的客户端将新年贺岁歌曲的音频文件传输至网络服务器,该音频文件可以是从网络下载的,也可以是从本地上传的,这样,网络服务器可以将新年贺岁歌曲再同时下发给张三所使用的客户端和李四所使 用的客户端,从而使得张三和李四在进行语音通话时,双方听到的作为背景音乐的音频是被同步播放的。
第三种方法,本地客户端通过网络服务器将音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给对端客户端。
以图9为例,张三所使用的客户端将新年贺岁歌曲传输至网络服务器,同时张三所使用的客户端将新年贺岁歌曲作为背景音乐进行播放,这样,网络服务器可以将新年贺岁歌曲下发给李四所使用的客户端,李四所使用的客户端可以在缓存新年贺岁歌曲的文件的同时,播放新年贺岁歌曲的文件,即边下载边播放,这样可以保证张三和李四在进行语音通话时,双方听到的作为背景音乐的音频尽可能同步。
第四种方法,本地客户端将音频播放指令指示的音频的URL传输至对端客户端。
本地客户端将音频播放指令指示的音频的URL(即歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲对应的链接)传输至对端客户端,对端客户端可以根据该URL下载音频播放指令指示的音频,并将音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
以图9为例,张三所使用的客户端并没有将新年贺岁歌曲传输至网络服务器,而是将这首歌曲的URL直接传输至李四所使用的客户端。此时,李四所使用的客户端需要根据张三发送的URL下载新年贺岁歌曲,在下载之后进行播放。
在步骤405中,本地客户端可以通过网络服务器将音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给对端客户端,也可以将音频播放指令指示的音频的URL传输至对端客户端,因此,一方面,对端客户端将音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放可以包括:对端客户端在缓存音频播放指令指示的音频的文件的同时,播放音频的文件;另一方面,对端客户端将音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放可以包括:对端客户端根据URL下载音频播放指令指示的音频,并将音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
以图9为例,张三所使用的客户端将新年贺岁歌曲传输至网络服务器,网络服务器将新年贺岁歌曲同时下发给张三所使用的客户端和李四所使用的客户端,或者只下发给李四所使用的客户端,则李四所使用的客户端可以在缓存 新年贺岁歌曲的同时对其进行播放,实现边缓存边播放的效果。
同样以图9为例,张三所使用的客户端将新年贺岁歌曲的URL传输至李四所使用的客户端。李四所使用的客户端根据张三发送的URL下载新年贺岁歌曲,并将该歌曲作为与张三语音通话的背景音乐进行播放。
本发明实施例提供的即时通讯方法易用性较高,该方法实现的功能可以作为增值功能,示例的,可以供黄钻或者VIP用户使用,或者功能列表内特定音乐付费使用。该方法在实现的过程中,如QQ软件,如果现有的开发环境无法支持同时播放作为背景音乐的音频与语音通话的音频,可以采取折中方案:向用户发送歌曲请求,用户收到提示框:“是否播放该首歌曲”,如果同意播放该首歌曲,则中断语音通话过程,开始播放歌曲,播放完毕后,可以再弹出对话框:“歌曲播放已完成,请继续进行语音通话”,此时,用户双方可继续进行语音通话。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的即时通讯方法步骤的先后顺序可以进行适当调整,步骤也可以根据情况进行相应增减,如步骤403与步骤404的先后顺序可以调换,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化的方法,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内,因此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的即时通讯方法,在即时通讯音视频会话过程中,由于客户端在用户通过即时通讯界面通讯的同时,能够通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口获取作为音视频会话的背景音乐的音频,并播放该音频,从而在不影响用户双方的音视频通讯的前提下,除了能同时输入文字、表情、截图等简单的聊天内容,还可以播放背景音乐,因此,丰富了即时通讯的通讯场景。

通信单元510可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,该通信单元510可以为RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路、路由器、调制解调器、等网络通信设备。特别地,当通信单元510为RF电路时,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器580处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,作为通信单元的RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,通信单元510还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。存储器520可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器580通过运行存储在存储器520的软件 程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器520可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端500的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器520可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器520还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器580和输入单元530对存储器520的访问。

显示单元540可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端500的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元540可包括显示面板541,可选地,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板541。进一步的,触敏表面531可覆盖显示面板541,当触敏表面531检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器580以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器580根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板541上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图17中,触敏表面531与显示面板541是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施 例中,可以将触敏表面531与显示面板541集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端500还可包括至少一种传感器550,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板541的亮度,接近传感器可在终端500移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板541和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端500还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路560、扬声器561,传声器562可提供用户与终端500之间的音频接口。音频电路560可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器561,由扬声器561转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器562将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路560接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器580处理后,经通信单元510以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器520以便进一步处理。音频电路560还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端500的通信。
为了实现无线通信,该终端上可以配置有无线通信单元570,该无线通信单元570可以为WIFI模块。WIFI属于短距离无线传输技术,终端500通过无线通信单元570可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图中示出了无线通信单元570,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端500的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器580是终端500的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器520内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器520内的数据,执行终端500的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选地,处理器580可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器580可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器580中。
终端500还包括给各个部件供电的电源590(比如电池),优选的,电源可 以通过电源管理系统与处理器580逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源560还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。

    在即时通讯音视频会话过程中,本地客户端通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收音频播放指令;
    所述本地客户端获取所述音频播放指令指示的音频;
    所述本地客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放;

    所述本地客户端通过麦克风采集用户通话产生的音频以及作为所述音视频会话的背景音乐播放的音频;
    所述本地客户端对所述麦克风采集的音频进行降噪处理;
    所述本地客户端将经过降噪处理的所述麦克风采集的音频传输至所述对端客户端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频传输至对端客户端,包括:
    所述本地客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件传输至网络服务器,所述音频播放指令用于指示所述网络服务器将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给所述对端客户端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频播放指令还用于指示所述网络服务器将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给所述本地客户端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地客户端将所述音频 播放指令指示的音频传输至对端客户端,包括:
    所述本地客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的统一资源定位符URL传输至所述对端客户端,以使得所述对端客户端根据所述URL下载所述音频播放指令指示的音频,并将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为所述音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地客户端通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收音频播放指令,包括:
    所述本地客户端通过设置在所述即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收音频列表显示指令;
    所述本地客户端根据所述音频列表显示指令,在所述即时通讯界面显示所述音频列表,所述音频列表记录有至少一条音频;
    所述本地客户端接收所述音频播放指令,所述音频播放指令指示的音频为在所述音频列表中被选择的音频。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频列表包括歌曲列表,在所述本地客户端接收所述音频播放指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述本地客户端通过设置在所述歌曲列表所在界面的搜索框接收歌曲添加指令;
    所述本地客户端根据所述歌曲添加指令在网络获取所述歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲的信息,所述信息包括所述歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲对应的链接,或者根据所述链接下载的歌曲文件;
    所述本地客户端将所述信息记录在所述歌曲列表中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频列表还包括短音频列表,所述短音频列表中记录的每个短音频存储在所述本地客户端,所述短音频为占用的存储空间小于预设空间阈值的预设音频。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述本地客户端获取所述音频播放指令指示的音频,包括:
    所述本地客户端检测所述用户是否拥有预设权限,所述预设权限是服务器 根据所述用户是否付费或者所述用户的等级授予的;
    如果所述用户拥有所述预设权限,所述本地客户端获取所述音频播放指令指示的音频。
  10. 一种即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在即时通讯音视频会话过程中,对端客户端接收本地客户端传输的音频播放指令指示的音频,所述音频播放指令是所述本地客户端通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收的;
    所述对端客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对端客户端接收本地客户端传输的音频播放指令指示的音频,包括:
    所述对端客户端接收网络服务器下发的所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件,所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件是所述本地客户端上传至所述网络服务器的;
    所述对端客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放,包括:
    所述对端客户端在缓存所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件的同时,播放所述音频的文件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对端客户端接收本地客户端传输的音频播放指令指示的音频,包括:
    所述对端客户端接收所述本地客户端传输的所述音频播放指令指示的音频的统一资源定位符URL,根据所述URL下载所述音频播放指令指示的音频。
  13. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,用于运行本地客户端,所述用户设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被配置成由所述 一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    在即时通讯音视频会话过程中,通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收音频播放指令;
    获取所述音频播放指令指示的音频;
    将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放;
    将所述音频播放指令指示的音频传输至对端客户端,以使得所述对端客户端将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    通过麦克风采集用户通话产生的音频以及作为所述音视频会话的背景音乐播放的音频;
    对所述麦克风采集的音频进行降噪处理;
    将经过降噪处理的所述麦克风采集的音频传输至所述对端客户端。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件传输至网络服务器,所述音频播放指令用于指示所述网络服务器将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给所述对端客户端。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述音频播放指令还用于指示所述网络服务器将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件下发给所述本地客户端。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    将所述音频播放指令指示的音频的统一资源定位符URL传输至所述对端客户端,以使得所述对端客户端根据所述URL下载所述音频播放指令指示的音频,并将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为所述音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
  18. 根据权利要求13至17任一所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    通过设置在所述即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收音频列表显示指令;
    根据所述音频列表显示指令,在所述即时通讯界面显示所述音频列表,所述音频列表记录有至少一条音频;
    接收所述音频播放指令,所述音频播放指令指示的音频为在所述音频列表中被选择的音频。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述音频列表包括歌曲列表,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    通过设置在所述歌曲列表所在界面的搜索框接收歌曲添加指令;
    根据所述歌曲添加指令在网络获取所述歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲的信息,所述信息包括所述歌曲添加指令指示的歌曲对应的链接,或者根据所述链接下载的歌曲文件;
    将所述信息记录在所述歌曲列表中。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述音频列表还包括短音频列表,所述短音频列表中记录的每个短音频存储在所述本地客户端,所述短音频为占用的存储空间小于预设空间阈值的预设音频。

    如果所述用户拥有所述预设权限,获取所述音频播放指令指示的音频。
  22. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,用于运行对端客户端,所述用户设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被配置成由所述 一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    在即时通讯音视频会话过程中,接收本地客户端传输的音频播放指令指示的音频,所述音频播放指令是所述本地客户端通过设置在即时通讯界面的音乐插件入口接收的;
    播放模块,用于将所述音频播放指令指示的音频作为音视频会话的背景音乐进行播放。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收网络服务器下发的所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件,所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件是所述本地客户端上传至所述网络服务器的;
    在缓存所述音频播放指令指示的音频的文件的同时,播放所述音频的文件。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述一个或多个程序还包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收所述本地客户端传输的所述音频播放指令指示的音频的统一资源定位符URL,根据所述URL下载所述音频播放指令指示的音频。
  25. 一种即时通讯系统,包括:
    权利要求13至21任一权利要求所述的用户设备;
    以及,权利要求22至24任一权利要求所述的用户设备。
