参见附图1-18所示,本实施例中的万用型插芯,包括本体支架1、第一支架卡扣2、第二支架卡扣3、第一排插针4和第二排插针5,本体支架的两侧设有台阶,此台阶为泄力边,有效地解决了插头插入插芯时插芯单独受力导致插芯易损坏、接触不稳定等异常现象,本体支架1的一端设有插针插槽6,其另一端的两侧均设有限位卡槽7和滑槽8,本体支架1靠近第一支架卡扣2的一端设有第一插针限位槽9,第一支架卡扣2上设有第一排插针压块,且第一支架卡扣2上设有第二排插针折弯避位斜边,第一插针限位槽9为不规则几何形状固定限位槽,本体支架1的中间部分设有八个分离式支撑架,且分离式支撑架11顶部设有弧形固定支撑点10,第一支架卡扣2的两侧分别设有第一压块12,第一支架卡扣2利用第一压块12卡装在本体支架1的滑槽8内,第二支架卡扣3的两侧分别设有第二压块13,第二支架卡扣3利用第二压块13卡装在本体支架1的滑槽8内,第二支架卡扣3上设有水晶头避位槽18(增加图标序号)和卡刀避位槽17(增加图标序号),第二支架卡扣3上设有第二排插针压块和第二排插针挡块,第一排插针4的一端安装在第一插针限位槽9内并被第一支架卡扣2固定,其另一端安插在插针插槽6内,第一排插针4的两端之间的弧形部由分离式支撑架11的弧形支撑点10支撑,第一支架卡扣2靠近第二支架卡扣3的一端设有第二插针限位槽14,第二排插针5的一端安装在第二插针限位槽14内并被第二支架卡扣3固定,另一端安插在插针插槽6内,第二排插针5的两端 之间的弧形部由分离式支撑架11的弧形支撑点10支撑。
第一排插针4包括第一插针41、第三插针42、第五插针43和第七插针44,第一排插针4均包括第一连接部、第一限位部和第一接线部,第一连接部的一端安装在插针插槽6内,第一限位部安装在第一插针限位槽9内,第一接线部位于第一限位部的末端;
具体地说,第一限位部包括第一弧形部和第一直线部,第一弧形部与第一连接部连接,第一直线部的一端与第一弧形部连接,其另一端与第一接线部连接,第一弧形部抵接在分离式支撑架11的弧形支撑点10上,第一直线部安装在第一插针限位槽9内;
更具体地说,第一接线部上设有用于接线的鱼眼状通孔。
插针鱼眼上方几何形状及插针弧形结构组成的补尝机构的大小设定依具公式:
1、插针序列间的电容公式C=εrε0*A/d(C是电容值、εr是插针间的介电系数、ε0是真空绝对介电常数、A是几何面积、d是插针间的距离)以确定补尝机构的电容值。
2.插针序列间的电感值公式M=L2/d(M是电感值、L2是电极长度、d是插针间的距离)以确定补尝机构的电感值。
依据以上公式计算得出补尝机构所需大小,根据产品特性设定几何形状。
第二排插针5包括第二插针51、第四插针52、第六插针53和第八插针54,第二排插针5均包括第二连接部、第二限位部和第二接线部,第二连接部的一端安装在插针插槽6内,第二限位部安装在第二插针限位槽14内,第二接线部位于第二限位部的末端;
具体地说,第二限位部包括依次连接的第二凸部、第二凹部和第二直线部, 第二连接部的一端与第二凸部连接,第二直线部的末端与第二接线部连接,第二凸部抵接在分离式网状支撑架的弧形支撑点上,第二直线部安装在第二插针限位槽14内;
更具体地说,第一接线部和第二接线部上设有用于接线的鱼眼状通孔。
第一弧形部与第二凸部的弧度相同,第一直线部与第二直线部相互平行设置,第一连接部与第二连接部在同一水平面内,且平行设置。
第一插针41和第七插针44的第一直线部靠近第一接线部的位置的两侧均设有两对相互对称的挂台15,第三插针42和第五插针43的第一直线部的靠近第一接线部的一侧设有两个挂台15,第三插针42和第五插针43相对的一侧均设有一个挂台15和能够缩短第三插针42和第五插针43之间的距离的矩形结构16,第一插针41、第三插针42、第五插针43和第七插针44的形状与第一插针限位槽9的形状相配合。
第二插针51和第八插针54的第二直线部靠近第二接线部的位置的两侧均设有两对相互对称的挂台15,第四插针52和第六插针53的第二直线部的靠近第二接线部的一侧设有两个挂台15,第四插针52和第六插针53相对的一侧均设有一个挂台15和能够缩短第四插针52和第六插针53之间的距离的矩形结构16,第二插针51、第四插针52、第六插针53和第八插针54的形状与第二插针限位槽14的形状相配合。
现有的网络均以八条芯线两两对绞成四对芯线,并以白橘、橘为一对,白绿、绿为第二对,白蓝、蓝为第三对,白棕、棕为第四对作为区分,且网络规范内芯线的排列方式遵循T568A或B线位,以B线位为例,由一至八排列分别是1白橘、2橘色、3白绿、4蓝色、5白蓝、6绿色、7白棕、8棕色的序列排序,由此看出绿色对绞线与蓝色对绞线在排列时并非按顺序排列,导致网路信 号会因这两对绞线的交错产生交互干扰形成串音问题。第一排插针、第二排插针鱼眼孔上方都设有不规则的几何形状及相应弧形结构。有效的做出补尝处理了芯线线对间的串扰,降底了线对间的串音现象,使之与PCB板结合使用达到了八类标准,提高了数据传输品质。
插芯本体支架1包含八个分离式支撑架与二排插针4、5相对应,且支撑架顶部设有弧形支撑点,插芯的二排插针中间的弧形部抵在分离式支撑架的弧形支撑点上,使插针受力后不会变形;从而增强了插针的弹性及性能,即使其中某一根插针受力下压也不会影响其它七根插针正常与电插塞连接器插头接触,避免了插塞连接器插入造成接触性不良。
第一排插针4和第二排插针5,每排插针包含四根插针,每根插针均包含鱼眼状通孔,每四根插针通过鱼眼状通孔尾部的连接部连接在一起,使之分别构成整体,方便加工。在具体实施的时候直压式插芯因鱼眼状通孔与PCB板连接时无需焊接工序,不仅降低了生产难度和成本,而且从根源上解决了因漏焊、假焊等问题引起的接触不良,提升了使用寿命。
图19和图20的PCB板,利用本发明的插芯与此款PCB板结合可达到八类标准。
以上实施方式只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 万用型插芯,包括本体支架、第一支架卡扣、第二支架卡扣、第一排插针和第二排插针,所述本体支架的一端设有插针插槽,其另一端的两侧均设有限位卡槽和滑槽,所述本体支架靠近所述第一支架卡扣的一端设有第一插针限位槽,其特征在于:所述本体支架的中间部分一体成型八根分离式网状支撑架,每根支撑架顶部包含一个弧形固定支撑点,所述第一支架卡扣的两侧分别设有第一压块,所述第二支架卡扣的两侧分别设有第二压块,所述第一排插针的一端安装在所述第一插针限位槽内并被第一支架卡扣固定,其另一端安插在所述插针插槽内,所述第一支架卡扣靠近所述第二支架卡扣的一端设有第二插针限位槽,所述第二排插针的一端安装在第二插针限位槽内并被第二支架卡扣固定,另一端安插在所述插针插槽内,所述第一排、第二排插针的两端之间的弧形部由弧形支撑点及分离式网状支撑架支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第一排插针包括第一插针、第三插针、第五插针和第七插针,所述第一排插针均包括第一连接部、第一限位部和第一接线部,所述第一连接部的一端安装在所述插针插槽内,所述第一限位部安装在所述第一插针限位槽内,所述第一接线部位于所述第一限位部的末端,所述第一限位部包括第一弧形部和第一直线部,所述第一弧形部与所述第一连接部连接,所述第一直线部的一端与第一弧形部连接,其另一端与第一接线部连接,所述第一弧形部抵接在所述弧形固定支撑点上,所述第一直线部安装在所述第一插针限位槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第二排插针包括第二插针、第四插针、第六插针和第八插针,所述第二排插针均包括第二连接部、第二限位部和第二接线部,所述第二连接部的一端安装在所述插针插槽内,所述第二限位部安装在所述第二插针限位槽内,所述第二接线部位于所述第二 限位部的末端,所述第二限位部包括依次连接的第二凸部、第二凹部和第二直线部,所述第二连接部的一端与第二凸部连接,所述第二直线部的末端与第二接线部连接,所述第二凸部抵接在弧形固定支撑点上,所述第二直线部安装在第二插针限位槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第一弧形部与第二凸部的弧度相同,所述第一直线部与第二直线部相互平行设置,所述第一连接部与第二连接部在同一水平面内,且平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第一接线部和第二接线部上设有用于接线的鱼眼状通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第一插针和第七插针的第一直线部靠近所述第一接线部的位置的两侧均设有两对相互对称的挂台,所述第三插针和第五插针的第一直线部的靠近所述第一接线部的一侧设有两个挂台,所述第三插针和第五插针相对的一侧均设有一个挂台和能够缩短第三插针和第五插针之间的距离的矩形结构,所述第一插针、第三插针、第五插针和第七插针的形状与所述第一插针限位槽的形状相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的万用型插芯,其特征在于:所述第二插针和第八插针的第二直线部靠近所述第二接线部的位置的两侧均设有两对相互对称的挂台,所述第四插针和第六插针的第二直线部的靠近所述第二接线部的一侧设有两个挂台,所述第四插针和第六插针相对的一侧均设有一个挂台和能够缩短第四插针和第六插针之间的距离的矩形结构,所述第二插针、第四插针、第六插针和第八插针的形状与所述第二插针限位槽的形状相配合。
