扬声器 【技术领域】
本发明涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子产品的扬声器。
【背景技术】
在移动设备(如手机、平板电脑或手提电脑)的快速发展过程中,人们对产品的功能要求越来越高,为了使娱乐效果更突出,因此扬声器也越来越多的使用扬声器结合箱体的结构,以获得更好的低频体验。
现有技术的扬声器为了获得更好的声学效果,往往在其内部空腔内填充吸声材料,然后用透气纱网将吸声材料封装起来,但是内部空腔的容量往往受限于其自身盖板的材料与厚度,过小的容量限制其所能容纳的吸声材料的数量,从而导致扬声器无法得到更好的声学效果,进一步,用来封装吸声材料的透气纱网等部件很容易从壳体脱落,造成吸声材料进入扬声器的内部空间,从而严重影响扬声器的声学性能。
因此,有必要提供一种新的结构解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种可极大提高内部空腔大小且有效防止吸声材料进入扬声器的内部空间的扬声器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:

本发明的扬声器有益效果:本发明扬声器可极大提高内部空腔大小且有效防止吸声材料进入扬声器的内部空间,其有效解决了现有的扬声器在对收纳吸声粉料时,由于内部空腔的容量过小,从而限制其所能容纳的吸声材料的数量,从而导致扬声器无法得到更好的声学效果的技术问题。

  1. 一种扬声器,包括上壳体、与所述上壳体组配围成收容空间的下壳体及收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括振膜,所述振膜与所述上壳体间隔形成前腔,其特征在于:所述上壳体包括与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的顶壁、自所述顶壁朝所述下壳体方向延伸的侧壁、以及自所述顶壁朝远离所述顶壁方向延伸并与所述侧壁间隔设置的挡墙,所述挡墙、所述侧壁及所述顶壁围成收容所述扬声器单体的收容部,所述收容部远离所述顶壁的一端设置有透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件将所述扬声器单体封装在所述收容部内,所述下壳体与所述透气隔离件之间间隔形成收容吸音材料的第一吸音腔,所述挡墙远离所述扬声器单体的一侧与所述侧壁及所述下壳体围成收容所述吸音材料的第二吸音腔,所述第一吸音腔及所述第二吸音腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述下壳体对应所述第一吸音腔处贯穿开设有灌装孔,所述吸音材料经所述灌装孔装入所述第一吸音腔和所述第二吸音腔。
