本发明提供一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统及具有收容腔的盆架,振动系统和磁路系统都收容于收容腔内,磁路系统包括磁框,盆架包括围绕形成收容腔的侧壁,侧壁具有靠近磁路系统的内表面及与内表面相背设置的外表面,侧壁设有若干贯穿内表面与外表面的通槽,以用于填充粘接剂从而固定连接磁框与侧壁。本发明的扬声器通过在盆架的侧壁上开设若干贯穿侧壁内表面与外表面的通槽,以用于填充粘接剂,增强盆架与磁框之间在轴线方向上的粘合强度,可以降低扬声器跌落时磁框从盆架内摔出的风险。

一种扬声器 【技术领域】
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
【背景技术】
现有扬声器包括振动系统、磁路系统和盆架,盆架上设有收容腔,振动系统和磁路系统都容纳于收容腔内,收容腔的轴向端部设有缺口,磁路系统包括磁框,磁框与盆架在连接时仅靠盆架轴向端部的缺口注胶来将磁框与盆架固定在一起,此种磁框与盆架的粘合方式使得二者在轴线方向上粘合力差,当扬声器发生跌落时,磁框容易从盆架内摔出。
因此,有必要提供一种安装稳固的扬声器。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种安装稳固的扬声器。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统及具有收容腔的盆架,所述振动系统和磁路系统都收容于所述收容腔内,所述磁路系统包括磁框,所述盆架包括围绕形成所述收容腔的侧壁,所述侧壁具有靠近所述磁路系统的内表面及与所述内表面相背设置的外表面,所述侧壁设有若干贯穿所述内表面与所述外表面的通槽,以用于填充粘接剂从而固定连接所述磁框与侧壁。
作为一种改进,所述侧壁的轴向端部朝向所述磁框的一侧设有若干缺口,以用于填充粘接剂于其内从而进一步固定连接所述磁框与所述侧壁。
作为一种改进,至少部分缺口与部分通槽在轴向上重叠,从而使得经由该重叠的缺口和通槽填充的粘接剂连接。
作为一种改进,所述通槽的数量为八个,所述侧壁包括四个依次连接的连接板,每个所述连接板均设有两个所述通槽。
作为一种改进,四个所述连接板分别为两个相对设置的第一连接板以及两个相对设置的第二连接板,所述第一连接板的长度大于所述第二连接板的长度,所述缺口的数量为六个,六个所述缺口中的两个分别设置于两个所述第二连接板上,剩余四个所述缺口分别设置于两个所述第一连接板上。
作为一种改进,所述磁路系统还包括收容于所述磁框中的磁钢及设置于所述磁钢上的极芯,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜以及与所述振膜相连接以驱动所述振膜振动的线圈,所述振膜与所述盆架连接。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的扬声器通过在盆架的侧壁上开设若干贯穿侧壁内表面与外表面的通槽,以用于填充粘接剂,增强盆架与磁框之间在轴线方向上的粘合强度,可以降低扬声器跌落时磁框从盆架内摔出的风险。

如图1至图4所示,依照本发明一实施例的扬声器1包括盆架10、磁路系统20及振动系统30,所述盆架10包括框架11及与框架11的底部连接的底盖12,框架11与底盖12围合形成一个收容腔13,磁路系统20和振动系统30都容纳于该收容腔13内。本发明实施例中的上、下、顶部、底部以附图1至4所示的方位为基准进行说明。
请一并参阅图1和图4,本发明中,磁路系统20包括如碗状的磁框21、收容于磁框21中的磁钢22以及设置于所述磁钢22上的极芯23,振动系统30包括用于振动发声的振膜32以及一端与振膜32相连接以驱动振膜32振动的线圈31,线圈31的另一端其部分容纳在磁框21、磁钢22及极芯23形成的磁间隙中,当线圈31通入交变电流时,处在磁间隙中的线圈31会因为磁场的作用产生运动,带动振膜32上下振动,振膜32在振动的过程中,振膜32上方空间内的空气会被压缩或扩张,从而导致声音的产生。
如图5所示,优选地,框架11为方形,框架11包括四个首尾依次连接的连接板111,连接板111围合形成上述收容腔13的侧壁131,侧壁131具有靠近磁路系统20上磁框21的内表面1311及与内表面1311相背设置的外表面1312,收容腔13的侧壁131设有若干贯穿内表面1311与外表面1312的通槽1313,该通槽1313以用于填充粘接剂如胶水从而固定连接所 述磁框21与侧壁131,该通槽1313的数量可以根据实际需要调整,以确保磁框21与侧壁131被摔后不会分离。
本发明中框架11大致呈长方形的框体状,因此,将四个连接板111分别定义为两个相对设置的第一连接板1111以及两个相对设置的第二连接板1112,第二连接板1112的长度小于第一连接板1111的长度,本发明实施例中通槽1313的数量为八个,每一个连接板111上都设置有两个通槽1313,两通槽1313沿周向间隔设置,通槽1313的大小可根据实际情况来设定,本发明实施例中,通槽1313为狭长的条形状。
如图6所示,磁框21包括四个侧板211及一个顶板212,四个侧板211间隔设置于顶板212的底部,且四个侧板211分别与顶板212的四个边缘相连接,磁钢22的顶部与顶板212的底部连接,本发明实施例中磁钢22的两端分别与顶板212和极芯23连接,磁钢22由永磁材料制成,极芯23由导磁材料制成,极芯23与框架11间隔设置,磁间隙位于磁框21的侧板211和磁钢22与极芯23之间。本发明中四个侧板211可分别定义为两个第一侧板2111和两个第二侧板2112,第二侧板2112的长度小于第一侧板2111的长度,其中,两个第一侧板2111外侧面分别对应朝向框架11上的两个第一连接板1111的内侧面,两个第二侧板2112外侧面分别对应朝向两个第二连接板1112的内侧面,收容腔13中侧壁131的顶端也即第一连接板1111的顶端和第二连接板1112的顶端均与磁框21上顶板212的顶面基本平齐,若干个通槽1313都分别对应于各自的侧板211。
请参阅图5,同时,本发明为了使框架11与磁框21之间连接更稳固,在框架11的侧壁131远离底盖12的轴向端部朝向磁框21的一侧设有若干缺口1314,以用于填充粘接剂如胶水于其内从而进一步固定连接所述磁框21与框架11,缺口1314的数量的可根据实际需要自行设定,以磁框21不易从盆架10内摔出来为准,本发明中缺口1314的数量优选为六个,其中两个缺口1314分别设置于两个第二连接板1112上,其它四个缺口1314分别等均分的设置于两个第一连接板1111上,缺口1314的大小可根据实际情况自行限定。优选地,第一连接板1111上缺口1314的位置在轴向上与 通槽1313的位置对应,这样,从缺口1314和通槽1313注入的粘接剂可固定连接在一起,从而进一步提升框架11与磁框21之间的连接强度。
如图2和图6所示,振膜32的外周缘部分安装于框架11与底盖12之间,振膜32的外周缘部分开设有若干个第一穿孔,框架11之朝向底盖12的一侧凸设有若干个连接凸柱1113,底盖12为方形框体结构,底盖12上相对应的设有若干个第二穿孔121,连接凸柱1113依次穿过第一穿孔及第二穿孔121后与螺栓固定连接,从而将振膜32固定于盆架10上。
框架11上还设有两个夹持件14,以便于将扬声器1安装于外部设备上。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统及具有收容腔的盆架,所述振动系统和磁路系统都收容于所述收容腔内,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁框,所述盆架包括围绕形成所述收容腔的侧壁,所述侧壁具有靠近所述磁路系统的内表面及与所述内表面相背设置的外表面,所述侧壁设有若干贯穿所述内表面与所述外表面的通槽,以用于填充粘接剂从而固定连接所述磁框与侧壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述侧壁的轴向端部朝向所述磁框的一侧设有若干缺口,以用于填充粘接剂于其内从而进一步固定连接所述磁框与所述侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:至少部分缺口与部分通槽在轴向上重叠,从而使得经由该重叠的缺口和通槽填充的粘接剂连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述通槽的数量为八个,所述侧壁包括四个依次连接的连接板,每个所述连接板均设有两个所述通槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:四个所述连接板分别为两个相对设置的第一连接板以及两个相对设置的第二连接板,所述第一连接板的长度大于所述第二连接板的长度,所述缺口的数量为六个,六个所述缺口中的两个分别设置于两个所述第二连接板上,剩余四个所述缺口分别设置于两个所述第一连接板上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统还包括收容于所述磁框中的磁钢及设置于所述磁钢上的极芯,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜以及与所述振膜相连接以驱动所述振膜振动的线圈,所述振膜与所述盆架连接。
