如图6所示,所述枢接单元151包括枢接环1512和设在枢接环1512侧壁的公连接件1511,枢接环1512与公连接件1511一体注塑成型,二者连接处的强度更高。所述顶盖13、底盖14和枢接环1512围成容置腔体,条形灯2之间的连接线可以收藏在容置腔体内,最后通过某个条形灯2引出线到电源即可给所有的条形灯2供电,整体连接系统基本看不到走线。所述容置腔体内设有连接杆16,所述连接杆16的下端弯折形成下连接板162,连接杆16的上端弯折形成上连接板161,上连接板161上设有上螺孔,下连接板162上设有下螺孔所述连接杆16的一端与底盖14通过第一螺丝连接,所述连接杆16的另一端与顶盖13通过第二螺丝连接;所述顶盖13上设有通孔,所述通孔的轴线与上螺孔的轴线重合,由于第二螺丝设在容置腔体内,螺丝刀通过顶盖13上的通孔伸入容置腔体对第二螺丝进行操作。所述公连接件1511上设有第一开口1514,与公连接件1511对应的枢接环1512上设有与第一开口1514对应的缺口1520,第一开口1514通过所述缺口1520与容置腔体连通,条形灯2的连接线通过第一开口1514和缺口1520进入容置腔体内。所述枢接环1512的底部内壁设有凸环1513,所述凸环1513高出枢接环1512的底部并伸入下一层枢接环1512的内壁,凸环1513不仅限制相邻枢接环1512水平移动,相邻枢接环1512通过所述凸环1513相互转动枢接。
如图6所示,所有所述公连接件1511的顶部平齐且延伸至顶盖13的上端,由于枢接环1512呈层叠设置,所以公连接件1511所在连接器1外壁的位置有所不同,公连接件1511的顶部作为基准面, 使条形灯2与枢接单元151的公连接件1511连接后保持在同一水平面上。所述公连接件1511包括第一框体1519,第一框体1519内形成所述第一开口1514,第一框体1519的内壁与枢接环1512的外壁连接,且第一框体1519的内壁呈弧形;第一框体1519的上部两侧设有第一限位台1515,第一框体1519的下部两侧设有第二限位台1516,所述第一框体1519的顶部延伸至顶盖13并形成第三限位台1517,所述第一框体1519的上部外壁面设有L形的第四限位台1518;所述第四限位台1518包括横向部和设于横向部端部且朝上的竖向部,横向部与竖向部之间形成凹槽。
如图7、8所示,所述公连接件1511与设在条形灯2端部的母连接件12配合,所述母连接件12包括第二框体121,第二框体121上设有第二开口127,所述第二框体121的上部外壁面设有与第一限位台1515配合的第一限位块123,第一限位台1515支撑第一限位块123;所述第二框体121的下部外壁面设有与第二限位台1516配合的第二限位块124,第二限位台1516支撑第二限位块124;所述第二框体121的顶部外壁面设有与第三限位台1517配合的第三限位块125,第三限位台1517支撑第三限位块125,且第三限位块125与第三限位台1517螺丝连接;所述第二框体121的上部内壁面设有与第四限位台1518配合的第四限位块126,第四限位台1518支撑第四限位块126,第四限位台1518的凹槽跨在第二框体121的上部,进一步防止第一框体1519前后移动。所述第二框体121上设有与条形灯2灯体连接的连接孔;所述第二框体121的内壁面设有插入条形灯2灯体内的导向块。
安装时,连接器1通过吊绳吊挂在天花板上,条形灯2通过连接器1进行吊挂,连接器1可以承受多个条形灯2的重力。
本发明通常与条形灯2具结合应用,条形灯2的端部通过连接 器1相互连接。枢接体15中的枢接单元151的数量决定连接器1可以与条形灯2具连接的数量,数量可以是两个以上,可以根据实际需要设计枢接单元151的数量,枢接单元151数量越多,连接器1的高度越高。公连接件1511本身集成在连接器1中,母连接件12设置在条形灯2的端部,连接时,将条形灯2端部的母连接件12与连接器1外壁的公连接件1511配合起来即可完成条形灯2与连接器1的连接安装,在限位台与限位块的配合下,连接器1能够支撑条形灯2的重量。当需要调整条形灯2的拼接角度时,松开底盖14与连接杆的第二螺丝,使顶盖13与底盖14之间的距离增大,此时可以任意旋转枢接单元151达到调节条形灯2角度的目的,本发明连接器1可供条形灯2360°范围调节;当条形灯2角度确定后,重新拧紧第二螺丝,时顶盖13与底盖14相互靠近并夹持枢接体15,在夹持力的作用下,限制枢接单元151的旋转。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:包括底盖、顶盖和位于顶盖与底盖之间的枢接体,所述枢接体包括一个以上同心且堆叠设置的枢接单元,所述枢接单元包括枢接环和设在枢接环侧壁的公连接件,所述顶盖、底盖和枢接环围成容置腔体,所述容置腔体内设有连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与底盖通过第一螺丝连接,所述连杆的另一端与顶盖通过第二螺丝连接,所述公连接件上设有第一开口,与公连接件对应的枢接环上设有与第一开口对应的缺口,第一开口通过所述缺口与容置腔体连通,所述枢接环的底部内壁设有凸环,所述凸环高出枢接环的底部并伸入下一层枢接环的内壁,相邻枢接环通过所述凸环相互转动枢接,所有所述公连接件的顶部平齐且延伸至顶盖的上端;所述公连接件包括第一框体,第一框体内形成所述第一开口,第一框体的内壁与枢接环的外壁连接,且第一框体的内壁呈弧形,第一框体的上部两侧设有第一限位台,第一框体的下部两侧设有第二限位台,所述第一框体的顶部延伸至顶盖并形成第三限位台,所述第一框体的上部外壁面设有L形的第四限位台,所述第四限位台包括横向部和设于横向部端部且朝上的竖向部,横向部与竖向部之间形成凹槽;所述公连接件与设在灯具端部的母连接件配合,所述母连接件包括第二框体,第二框体上设有第二开口,所述第二框体的上部外壁面设有与第一限位台配合的第一限位块,所述第二框体的下部外壁面设有与第二限位台配合的第二限位块,所述第二框体的顶部外壁面设有与第三限位台配合的第三限位块,第三限位块与第三限位台螺丝连 接,所述第二框体的上部内壁面设有与第四限位台配合的第四限位块,第四限位台的凹槽跨在第二框体的上部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述连接杆的下端弯折形成下连接板,连接杆的上端弯折形成上连接板,上连接板上设有上螺孔,下连接板上设有下螺孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述顶盖上设有通孔,所述通孔的轴线与上螺孔的轴线重合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述第二框体上设有与灯具灯体连接的连接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述第二框体的内壁面设有插入灯具灯体内的导向块。
  6. 一种条形灯连接系统,其特征在于:条形灯的端部通过连接器相互连接,所述连接器包括底盖、顶盖和位于顶盖与底盖之间的枢接体,所述枢接体包括一个以上同心且堆叠设置的枢接单元,所述枢接单元包括枢接环和设在枢接环侧壁的公连接件,所述顶盖、底盖和枢接环围成容置腔体,所述容置腔体内设有连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与底盖通过第一螺丝连接,所述连杆的另一端与顶盖通过第二螺丝连接,所述公连接件上设有第一开口,与公连接件对应的枢接环上设有与第一开口对应的缺口,第一开口通过所述缺口与容置腔体连通,所述枢接环的底部内壁设有凸环,所述凸环高出枢接环的底部并伸入下一层枢接环的内壁,相邻枢接环通过所述凸环相互转动枢接,所有所述公连接件的顶部平齐且延伸至顶盖的上端;所述公连接件包括第一框体,第一框体内形成所述第一开口,第一框体的内壁与枢接环的外壁连接,且第一框 体的内壁呈弧形,第一框体的上部两侧设有第一限位台,第一框体的下部两侧设有第二限位台,所述第一框体的顶部延伸至顶盖并形成第三限位台,所述第一框体的上部外壁面设有L形的第四限位台,所述第四限位台包括横向部和设于横向部端部且朝上的竖向部,横向部与竖向部之间形成凹槽;所述公连接件与设在灯具端部的母连接件配合,所述母连接件包括第二框体,第二框体上设有第二开口,所述第二框体的上部外壁面设有与第一限位台配合的第一限位块,所述第二框体的下部外壁面设有与第二限位台配合的第二限位块,所述第二框体的顶部外壁面设有与第三限位台配合的第三限位块,第三限位块与第三限位台螺丝连接,所述第二框体的上部内壁面设有与第四限位台配合的第四限位块,第四限位台的凹槽跨在第二框体的上部;条形灯通过枢接单元调节角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述连接杆的下端弯折形成下连接板,连接杆的上端弯折形成上连接板,上连接板上设有上螺孔,下连接板上设有下螺孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述顶盖上设有通孔,所述通孔的轴线与上螺孔的轴线重合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述第二框体上设有与灯具灯体连接的连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯具连接器,其特征在于:所述第二框体的内壁面设有插入灯具灯体内的导向块。
