进一步地,气囊枕芯的制作方法包括;S1、原材料准备,EPDM4045m,80份;碳黑卡博特,30-40份;直链环烷油,10-20份;四脚状氧化锌晶须,1-5份;SA,1-5份;S2、分散相粒子5~25份、液体分散介质75~95份、锦纶10-15份、涤纶10-15份;S3、生胶塑炼、配合、混炼、下片,将高强骨架线绳浸胶后,在四联压延机上双面挂中胶层胶料,成生胶布,将整体滚筒旋转预成形、硫化的气囊袋体的预留的开口端骨架编织,使其接头成连续状,同时贴胶片;在热合机或鄂式平板硫化机上,进行边、角补强热硫化,割开一端的开口处再加生胶片用楔形模具平板热硫化,压成楔形边,封死开口楔形边,形成成型的气囊枕芯。
通过采用上述技术方案,增强了气囊枕芯的韧性。
进一步地,散相粒子是纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙、纳米蒙脱土和纳米凹凸棒土中的一种或一种以上组合,液体分散介质是水、盐溶液、乙烯基乙醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、矿物油中的一种或一种以上组合。
通过采用上述技术方案,提高了气囊枕芯的韧性的同时,延长了气囊枕芯的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置控温装置,使得发热元件的工作可以通过温度控制器来控制,也可以通过患者手动控制,患者手动捏压橡胶球,增大了玻璃试管内的压强,运动活塞移动,两个触点相接触,电路接通,手松开,在拉伸弹簧的弹力作用下,运动活塞回位,两个触点停止接触,发热元件包上的保温气凝胶毡能有效地降低热量散失的速率,而具有节能,且能够转移患者的注意力的特点。
2、通过设置上层气囊和下层气囊,便于对不同的上层气囊进行充放气,由于上层气囊的各个充气腔是相互独立的,可以选择不同充气量,使得上层气囊展现的高度曲线不一样,从而达到与人体承托部位舒适贴合的目的。

实施例:
以下结合附图1-4对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种消化内镜检查体位枕,如图1-4所示,包括头枕1,头枕1的右端固定连接有颈枕2,头枕1和颈枕2的外表面上均设有隔水垫片25,头枕1和隔水垫片25、颈枕2和隔水垫片25之间均固定连接有魔术贴,避免海绵枕芯23受到污染,颈枕2的右端固定连接有背靠3,颈枕2的内部开设有第一枕腔21和第二枕腔22,第一枕腔21位于第二枕腔22的上方,第一枕腔21内设有海绵枕芯23,第二枕腔22内设有气囊枕芯24,气囊枕芯24的制作方法包括;S1、原材料准备,EPDM4045m,80份;碳黑卡博特,30-40份;直链环烷油,10-20份;四脚状氧化锌晶须,1-5份;SA,1-5份;S2、分散相粒子5~25份、液体分散介质75~95份、锦纶10-15份、涤纶10-15份;S3、生胶塑炼、配合、混炼、下片,将高强骨架线绳浸胶后,在四联压延机上双面挂中胶层胶料,成生胶布,将整体滚筒旋转预成形、硫化的气囊袋体的预留的开口端骨架编织,使其接头成连续状,同时贴胶片;在热合机或鄂式平板硫化机上,进行边、角补强热硫化,割开一端的开口处再加生胶片用楔形模具平板热硫化,压成楔形边,封死开口楔形边,形成成型的气囊枕芯24,散相粒子是纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙、纳米蒙脱土和纳米凹凸棒土中的一种或一种以上组合,液体分散介质是水、盐溶液、乙烯基乙醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、矿物油中的一种或一种以上组合提高了气囊枕芯24的韧性的同时,延长了气囊枕芯24的使用寿命,气囊枕芯24包括上层气囊241和下层气囊242,上层气囊241包括阵列式分布的多个充气气囊,各充气气囊之间存在间隙且各充气腔相互独立,下层气囊242包括单个气囊,便于对不同的上层气囊241进行充放气,由于上层气囊241的各个充气腔是相互独立的,可以选择不同充气量,使得上层气囊241展现的高度曲线不一样,达到与人体承托部位舒适贴合的目的。
背靠3的内部设有控温装置,控温装置包括发热元件包401,发热元件包401位于背靠3的内部,发热元件包401的表面固定连接有 保温气凝胶毡,发热元件包401内设有发热元件402、控制器、电源405,控制器包括温度传感器403、温度控制器404,温度控制器型号为TK71,发热元件402、控制器均与电源405电性连接,电源405电性连接有控制开关,背靠3的左上端固定连接有软管406,软管406远离背靠3的一端设有控制盒407,软管406与控制盒407固定连接,控制盒407远离软管406的一端固定连通有橡胶管408,橡胶管408远离控制盒的一端固定连通有橡胶球409,控制盒407的内部固定连接有玻璃试管410,橡胶管408与玻璃试管410的下端固定连通,玻璃试管410内固定连接有安装块415,安装块415上固定连接有拉伸弹簧416,运动活塞411的另一端与拉伸弹簧416固定连接,当压强回到正常时,此时在拉伸弹簧416的作用下,运动活塞411回到原位,玻璃试管410内滑动连接有运动活塞411,玻璃试管410的内顶壁和运动活塞411的一端上均固定连接有支撑柱412,一个支撑柱412上固定连接有第一触点413,另一个支撑柱412上固定连接有第二触点414,第一触点413与电源405电性连接,便于控制电路的连通和断开,不仅节能,且能够转移患者的部分注意力,便于手动控制发热元件402的工作,患者手动挤压橡胶球409,增大了玻璃试管410内的气压,第一触点413、第二触点414相接触,电路接通,发热元件402快速发热,患者手松开,电路断开,能够转移患者的一部分注意力,减轻疼痛感。
背靠3的上端固定连接有挂带31,背靠3的下端固定连接有固定绳32,背靠3内设有气囊33,气囊33位于控温装置的左端,调节体位枕的高度和舒适度,固定受检者的体位,避免受检者因疼痛或者体位不适难以保持姿势而影响检查,且控温装置可自动控制,也可通过患者手动控制,不仅节能,还可以转移患者的注意力。
工作原理:患者躺好调整好姿势后,对不同的上层气囊241进行 充放气,调整上层气囊241的高度曲线,调整到让患者舒适的地方,将固定绳32经过背部穿过挂带31,使得气囊33对背部起到承托,发热元件包401靠近腹部,打开控制开关,在温度控制器404上先设定温度,让患者手拿橡胶球409,在进行检查时,患者会因为紧张、疼痛,手会不知觉的握紧,此时橡胶球409受到挤压,玻璃试管410内压强增大,运动活塞411移动,第一触点413与第二触点414相接触,电路接通,发热元件402发热,会一定程度上降低患者对胃镜检查的注意力,当手松开时,第一触点413与第二触点414停止接触,电路断开,发热元件402停止发热,当温度传感器403感受到的温度达到在温度控制器404上预先设定的温度,此时在温度控制器404的控制下,电路接通,发热元件402发热,当检查结束时,关闭控制开关,此时控制器停止工作,发热元件包401上的保温气凝胶毡能有效地降低热量散失的速率。

  1. 一种消化内镜检查体位枕,包括头枕(1),所述头枕(1)的右端固定连接有颈枕(2),所述颈枕(2)的右端固定连接有背靠(3),其特征在于:所述颈枕(2)的内部开设有第一枕腔(21)和第二枕腔(22),所述第一枕腔(21)位于第二枕腔(22)的上方,所述第一枕腔(21)内设有海绵枕芯(23),所述第二枕腔(22)内设有气囊枕芯(24),所述气囊枕芯(24)包括上层气囊(241)和下层气囊(242);
    所述背靠(3)的内部设有控温装置,所述控温装置包括发热元件包(401),所述发热元件包(401)位于背靠(3)的内部,所述发热元件包(401)内设有发热元件(402)、控制器、电源(405),所述控制器包括温度传感器(403)、温度控制器(404),所述温度控制器(404)型号为TK71,所述发热元件(402)、控制器均与电源(405)电性连接,所述电源(405)电性连接有控制开关;
    所述背靠(3)的上端固定连接有挂带(31),所述背靠(3)的下端固定连接有固定绳(32),所述背靠(3)内设有气囊(33),所述气囊(33)位于控温装置的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述发热元件包(401)的表面固定连接有保温气凝胶毡,所述背靠(3)的左上端固定连接有软管(406),所述软管(406)远离背靠(3)的一端设有控制盒(407),所述软管(406)与控制盒(407)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述控制盒(407)远离软管(406)的一端固定连通有橡胶管(408),所述橡胶管(408)远离控制盒的一端固定连通有橡胶球(409)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述控制盒(407)的内部固定连接有玻璃试管(410),所述橡胶管(408)与玻璃试管(410)的下端固定连通,所述玻璃试管(410)内滑动连接有运动活塞(411),所述玻璃试管(410)的内顶壁和运动活塞(411)的一端上均固定连接有支撑柱(412)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:一个所述支撑柱(412)上固定连接有第一触点(413),另一个所述支撑柱(412)上固定连接有第二触点(414),所述第一触点(413)与电源(405)电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述玻璃试管(410)内固定连接有安装块(415),所述安装块(415)上固定连接有拉伸弹簧(416),所述运动活塞(411)的另一端与拉伸弹簧(416)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述上层气囊(241)包括阵列式分布的多个充气气囊,各所述充气气囊之间存在间隙且各充气腔相互独立,所述下层气囊(242)包括单个气囊。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消化内镜检查体位枕,其特征在于:所述头枕(1)和颈枕(2)的外表面上均设有隔水垫片(25),所述头枕(1)和隔水垫片(25)、颈枕(2)和隔水垫片(25)之间均固定连接有魔术贴。
