Abstract
本发明提供一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的壳体和容纳于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述壳体设有用于支撑所述发声单体的支架,所述支架对应所述发声单体的位置设有安装槽,所述安装槽设有支撑面、定位侧壁及凹槽,所述凹槽设置在所述定位侧壁与所述支撑面相交的位置并与所述安装槽连通,所述发声单体与所述支撑面、所述定位侧壁、所述凹槽之间形成一胶合层,以使所述发声单体与所述支架之间胶合固定。本发明通过在壳体支架与发声单体的胶合面上开设凹槽,解决了现有技术中,发声单体与壳体支架胶合后,因为胶合层强度不足断胶而造成的扬声器防水失效的现象。
Description
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子产品的扬声器。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的扬声器包括具有上壳和下壳的壳体及发声单体。上壳和下壳形成收容空间,用以容纳所述发声单体。安装时,所述发声单体通常先安装于所述下壳上,并通过胶合的方式进行固定而实现防水。
然而,现有结构中,下壳上的涂胶支撑面与定位侧壁垂直设置,这种结构使所述发声单体与下壳胶合固定后,易使胶合层出现断胶现象而强度不足,进而造成扬声器防水失效。
因此,提供一种可以防止胶合层断胶的扬声器势在必行。

【发明内容】
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种扬声器,能够有效防止胶合层断胶而导致防水失效的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的壳体和容纳于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述壳体设有用于支撑所述发声单体的支架,所述支架对应所述发声单体的位置设有安装槽,所述安装槽设有支撑面、定位侧壁及凹槽,所述凹槽设置在所述定位侧壁与所述支撑面相交的位置并与所述安装槽连 通,所述发声单体与所述支撑面、所述定位侧壁、所述凹槽之间形成一胶合层,以使所述发声单体与所述支架之间胶合固定。
优选地,所述凹槽由所述定位侧壁内表面往外侧延伸,所述凹槽的横截面面积由内往外方向逐渐减小。
优选地,所述凹槽的横截面为三角形或弧形。
优选地,所述支撑面与所述定位侧壁垂直,所述支撑面用于承载所述发声单体;所述定位侧壁围绕所述发声单体设置,用于对所述发声单体周向定位。
优选地,所述支架还包括导向面,所述导向面与所述定位侧壁相连,用于引导所述发声单体到所述安装槽内。
优选地,所述发声单体安装于所述安装槽上,所述发声单体包括底面和侧面,所述发声单体的所述底面支撑于所述支撑面上,所述发声单体的侧面与所述定位侧壁相对。
优选地,所述壳体包括上壳和下壳,所述支架设置在所述下壳上,所述发声单体包括音膜面,所述音膜面朝向下壳。
优选地,扬声器还包括一柔性电路板,所述下壳还包括一收容槽,所述柔性电路板容纳于所述收容槽内,并与所述发声单体电连接。
优选地,所述音膜面与所述下壳之间形成前声腔,所述下壳形成出声孔,所述出声孔与所述前声腔连通所述扬声器。
本发明的有益效果在于:扬声器通过在扬声器壳体内的支架与发声单体的胶合面上开设凹槽,使发声单体与支架之间的胶合层的整体附着力增强,进而加强了所述胶合层的整体强度,从而防止胶合层出现的断胶现象,极大地提高了防水性能。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种扬声器100,其包括壳体10,发声单体20和柔性电路板30。
该壳体10包括下壳11和连接于所述下壳11上的上壳12。具体在本实施方式中,下壳11和上壳12接合形成壳体10的收容空间,用于容纳发声单体20和柔性电路板30。
请参阅图3,下壳11包括底壁110和环绕底壁设置的侧壁111,侧壁111上设有出声部112;该出声部112内设置有第一出声孔1121和第二出声孔1122,第一出声孔1121和第二出声孔1122与发声单体20连通并贯穿于侧壁111,用于实现产品声音的传导。下壳11的底壁110上相邻设置收容槽113和安装槽114,收容槽113用于收容柔性电路板30,安装槽114用于收容发声单体20。请参阅图4及图5,安装槽114由一支架115环绕而成。该支架115对应安装槽114的位置包括一支撑面1151、一定位侧壁1152、一导向面1150及凹槽1153。所述支撑面1151用于承载发声单体20。定位侧壁1152与支撑面1151垂直,并围绕发声单体20设置而成,对发声单体20进行周向定位。导向面1150与定位侧壁1152相连并相对定位侧壁1152向外倾斜,用于引导发声单体20至安装槽114内。定位侧壁1152底部与支撑面1151相交的位置相对定位侧壁1152和支撑面1151内凹形成凹槽1153,用于涂胶时储存一定的胶水。具体在本实施方式中,凹槽1153的横截面为三角形结构,该三角形结构的凹槽1153由定位侧壁1152内表面沿径向向外延伸。可以理解,凹槽1153的形状也可为弧形,具体可根据 设计的需要来确定。优选地,凹槽1153的横截面面积由内往外方向逐渐减小。
发声单体20包括与安装槽114配合的底面21和侧面22。当发声单体20安装在下壳11的安装槽114内时,发声单体20的底面21与下壳11的支撑面1151相抵持,发声单体20的侧面22与下壳11的定位侧壁1152相对。在本实施方式中,发声单体20为电磁扬声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括振膜(图未示)和通电后驱动振膜振动的音圈(图未示),振膜所在的面称为音膜面也即图5中的底面21,所述音膜面21朝向下壳11,所述音膜面21与所述下壳11之间形成前声腔,所述出声孔1121、1122与所述前声腔连通。
请参阅图1,柔性电路板30的一端为第一导电部31,另一端为第二导电部32;具体在本实施方式中,柔性电路板30通过第一导电部31连接于发声单体20,通过第二导电部32与外界连接。
安装时,需要在发声单体20安装至安装槽114之前,先对支架115的支撑面1151和定位侧壁1152处进行涂胶,此时,凹槽1153也会被填满胶水。然后再将发声单体20安装于由支架115环绕而成的安装槽114内,发声单体20底面21因为胶水的作用,粘结在支架115的支撑面1151上。同时发声单体20的侧面22通过定位侧壁1152上的胶水及凹槽1153内的胶水粘结至定位侧壁1152。在所述支撑面1151、定位侧壁1152以及凹槽1153内的胶水凝固后,所述支架115的支撑面1151、定位侧壁1152、凹槽1153和发声单体20的底面21、侧面22之间会形成一胶合层1154,使发声单体20与下壳11之间胶合固定,从而实现对发声单体20的防水作用。
可以理解,收容槽113、安装槽114及支架115也可以根据需要设置在上壳12上。
在本发明中,由于在壳体支架与发声单体的胶合面上设置了凹槽,使发声单体与壳体支架之间的胶合层填充量增大且粘结表面积增加,该胶合层以所述凹槽之槽壁为附着点,使该胶合层整体附着力增强,进而加强了所述胶合层的整体强度,从而防止胶合层出现的断胶现象,极大地提高了 防水性能。
需要说明的是,本发明中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的壳体和容纳于所述收容空间内的发声单体,其特征在于:所述壳体设有用于支撑所述发声单体的支架,所述支架对应所述发声单体的位置设有安装槽,所述安装槽设有支撑面、定位侧壁及凹槽,所述凹槽设置在所述定位侧壁与所述支撑面相交的位置并与所述安装槽连通,所述发声单体与所述支撑面、所述定位侧壁、所述凹槽之间形成一胶合层,以使所述发声单体与所述支架之间胶合固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述凹槽从所述定位侧壁内表面往外侧延伸,所述凹槽的横截面面积由内往外方向逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述凹槽的横截面为三角形或弧形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑面与所述定位侧壁垂直,所述支撑面用于承载所述发声单体;所述定位侧壁围绕所述发声单体设置,用于对所述发声单体周向定位。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述支架还包括导向面,所述导向面与所述定位侧壁相连,用于引导所述发声单体到所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述发声单体安装于所述安装槽上,所述发声单体包括底面和侧面,所述发声单体的所述底面支撑于所述支撑面上,所述发声单体的侧面与所述定位侧壁相对。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上壳和下壳,所述支架设置在所述下壳上,所述发声单体包括音膜面,所述音膜面朝向下壳。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:扬声器还包括一柔性电路板,所述下壳还包括一收容槽,所述柔性电路板容纳于所述收容槽内,并与所述发声单体电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述音膜面与所述下壳之间形成前声腔,所述下壳形成出声孔,所述出声孔与所述前声腔连通所述扬声器。
