Description

一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕 技术领域
本发明涉及一种枕头,更具体地说,它涉及一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕。
背景技术
重症监护室内的患者的生命安全都处于危险度比较高的状态,这些重症患者可能在病房内呆上数月时间才能脱离危险,长久以往的躺在床上,即使患者本身的病患没有对患者造成伤害,由于患者血液循环不畅,患者也会有压疮等问题产生,压疮最容易发生在头部,若头部发生压疮将增加对患者的治疗。
目前重症监护室上,针对长期昏迷或者镇静类重症患者的头部压疮问题,一般采用如下方法:即把一个圆圈的东西通过绑带固定在患者的脑后部,这样就能防止患者的头部与枕头直接接触减少压疮,这样虽然可以在一定程度上减小压疮,但是由于枕头的原因,在圆圈处依然会有压疮现象产生。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,以解决背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,包括枕皮,所述枕皮内部装有气囊,所述气囊上连通有充气管和出气管,所述充气管上设置有气体单向阀,所述充气管的端部还螺纹连接有气嘴,所述气嘴具有方便与气泵上的加气管连接的锥形部,所述气泵固定在所述枕皮上缝制的布带中,所述锥形部的锥面上具有若干个限制气嘴从加气管上脱落的限制部,所述出气管的端部通过锁紧部密封锁紧。
通过采用上述技术方案,将气囊塞入到枕皮内,当给气囊充气时,患者的头部可以睡在气囊上,气囊更舒适,不易产生压疮,当对气囊进行充气时,将气嘴与气泵上的加气管连通,气嘴上的锥形部使得气嘴方便插入到气泵上的加气管内,气嘴上限制部使得气嘴不易在充气时脱落,充气较为方便;出气管端部的锁紧部使得出气管在正常时候不会发生漏气现象。
进一步地,所述锁紧部包括第一固定环、密封圈、凹槽、堵塞、第二固定环和螺纹环套,所述第一固定环固定在所述出气管远离所述气囊的一端,所述堵塞与所述第二固定环一体成型,所述堵塞螺纹连接在所述出气管内,所述第一固定环和所述第二固定环内均开设有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内放置有所述密封圈,所述螺纹环套螺纹连接在所述第一固定环和所述第二固定环的外部。
通过采用上述技术方案,当利用锁紧部封堵出气管时,操作者可以将堵塞螺旋到出气管内部,在第一固定环和第二固定环的凹槽内放置密封圈,并使得第一固定环和第二固定环相互抵触,之后拧紧第一固定环和第二固定环外部的螺纹环套就能使得出气管得到良好的密封。
进一步地,所述枕皮的外部还设置有两组防止患者头部晃动的第一辅枕,所述第一辅枕固定在第一绑带上,所述第一绑带的具有第一毛面和第一勾面,所述第一毛面和所述第一勾面在所述第一绑带捆绕到所述枕皮外部之后相互粘合。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一辅枕在枕皮上的位置可以调节,调节到合适的位置后利用第一毛面和第一勾面的粘合就能将第一绑带固定,就能将第一辅枕的位置固定,夹在患者头两侧的第一辅枕能有效防止患者的头部发生晃动。
进一步地,所述第一辅枕内部放置有由桑叶、竹叶、柳叶、荷叶和柿子叶质量比为1:1:1:1:1粉碎之后的粉碎物。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一辅枕内部放置的由桑叶、竹叶、柳叶、荷叶和柿子叶粉碎之后做成的粉碎物,这种粉碎物具有安心宁神的效果。
进一步地,所述枕皮上还缝合固定有棉布,所述棉布上第上具有第二毛面,所述棉布的上方还设置有第二辅枕,所述第二辅枕上固定有两个第二绑带,所述第二绑带上具有与所述第二毛面相互粘合的第二勾面,所述第二辅枕上开设有一拉链口,所述第二辅枕在所述拉链口处设置有拉链。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用第二绑带上的第二勾面与棉布上的第二毛面粘合能将第二辅枕固定在枕皮上,并且位置可以调节。
进一步地,所述第二辅枕的外部材料由高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二辅枕的材质为高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合,使得第二辅枕具有防水和透气的效果。
进一步地,所述第二辅枕内填充有活血化瘀的中药丸粒,其中活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法如下:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:当归22-25份、野菊花18-20份、生蒲黄20-23份、红花15-18份、绿茶14-18份、赤芍12-14份、决明子6-8份、桃仁5-7份、丹皮7-10份、山楂5-8份、川穹5-8份、黄酒40-50份、植物油30-40份;
S1、粉碎原料:将当归、野菊花、生蒲黄、红花、绿茶、赤芍、决明子、桃仁、丹皮、山楂和川穹用粉碎装置粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末状的粉剂;
S2、搅拌:向S1得到的粉剂中加入黄酒和植物油,充分搅拌均匀后得到糊状的膏剂;
S3、制粒:将S2得到的膏剂用挤压制粒法制粒,制粒时选取筛孔小于5mm的筛板进行制粒,得到药粒;
S4、干燥:将S3得到的药粒放到烘箱内进行烘干,烘干时在55-60℃的烘箱内烘干药粒2h;
S5、装袋:将S4得到的干燥药粒装到聚丙烯塑料袋内备用,聚丙烯塑料袋内放置有盛有生石灰干燥剂的干燥袋。
进一步的,所述植物油选择橄榄油、葵花油、花生油中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述S3中选取筛孔直径为3mm的筛板进行制粒,得到直径小于3mm的药粒。
通过以上技术方案,第二辅枕内的活血化瘀的中药丸粒对患者的头部具有活血化瘀的效果,能有效防止压疮产生。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:
重症监护室用多功能护理枕使用气囊充气的方式来供患者枕卧,气囊大大增大了使用时的弹性和舒适度,能有效避免患者头部产生压疮;
重症监护室用多功能护理枕中气囊的充气较为方便,整体的密封效果良好,不易产生漏气;
重症监护室用多功能护理枕的第一辅枕和第二辅枕能辅助固定患者的头部,且第一辅枕和第二辅枕内部装盛的药剂能避免患者头部发生压疮。

如图1、图3、图6和图10所示,一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,包括枕皮1,其中在枕皮1内部装有气囊10,枕皮1为棉质,为了实现对气囊10的充气,在气囊10上连通有充气管101和出气管102,其中在充气管101上设置有气体单向阀1012,气体单向阀1012使得只能从充气管101向气囊10内充气而气囊10内的气体无法从充气管101排出,为了方便充气,在充气管101的端部还螺纹连接有气嘴1011,其中气嘴1011具有方便与气泵51上的加气管52连接的锥 形部10111,气泵51放置在枕皮1上缝制的布带5中,气泵51可以放置到布带5中利用加气管52对气囊10进行充气,在不需要进行充气时,可以将加气管52收纳在布带5中,气嘴1011上的锥形部10111可以使得气嘴1011方便的与气泵51上的加气管52连接,同时在锥形部10111的锥面上具有两个限制气嘴1011从加气管上脱落的限制部10112,两个限制部10112均位于锥形部10111上,为锥形部10111上的凸起;为了防止出气管102无故漏气,在出气管102的端部通过锁紧部2密封锁紧;当将气囊10塞入到枕皮1内,在给气囊10充气时,患者的头部可以睡在气囊10上,患者睡在气囊10上更舒适,受力面积更大更均匀,不易产生压疮,当对气囊10进行充气时,将气嘴1011插入气泵51上的加气管52内,气嘴1011上的锥形部10111使得气嘴1011方便插入,气嘴1011上限制部10112使得气嘴1011不易在充气时脱落,充气较为方便;出气管102端部的锁紧部2使得出气管102在正常时候不会发生漏气现象。
如图1至图8所示,其中锁紧部2包括第一固定环21、密封圈223、凹槽222、堵塞221、第二固定环22和螺纹环套23,其中第一固定环21固定在出气管102远离气囊10的一端,堵塞221与所述第二固定环22一体成型,堵塞221螺纹连接在出气管102内,为了增大密封效果,在第一固定环21和第二固定环22相互靠近的一面上均开设有凹槽222,并在凹槽222内放置有密封圈223,密封圈223的整体尺寸要比凹槽222大,同时将螺纹环套23螺纹连接在第一固定环21和第二固定环22的外部,当利用锁紧部2封堵出气管102时,操作者可以将堵塞221螺旋到出气管102内部,在第一固定环21和第二固定环22的凹槽222内放置密封圈223,并使得第一固定环21和第二固定环22相互抵触,之后拧紧第一固定环21和第二固定环22外部的螺纹环套23就能使得出气管102得到良好的密封。
如图1至图8所示,为了对患者头部进行一定的固定,在枕皮1 的外部还设置有两组防止患者头部晃动的第一辅枕3,为了固定第一辅枕3,将第一辅枕3固定在第一绑带31上,其中第一绑带31的具有第一毛面311和第一勾面312,第一绑带31的第一毛面311和第一勾面312在第一绑带31捆绕到枕皮1外部之后可以相互粘合将第一辅枕3固定,第一辅枕3在枕皮1上的位置可以调节,调节到合适的位置后利用第一毛面311和第一勾面312的粘合就能将第一绑带31固定,就能将第一辅枕3的位置固定,夹在患者头两侧的第一辅枕3能有效防止患者的头部发生晃动;为了达到安心宁神的效果,在第一辅枕3内部放置有由桑叶、竹叶、柳叶、荷叶和柿子叶质量比为1:1:1:1:1粉碎之后的粉碎物,第一辅枕3内部放置的由桑叶、竹叶、柳叶、荷叶和柿子叶粉碎之后做成的粉碎物,这种粉碎物具有安心宁神的效果。
如图1至图8所示,同时在枕皮1上还缝合固定有棉布12,其中棉布12上第上具有第二毛面121,在棉布12的上方还设置有第二辅枕4,在第二辅枕4上固定有两个第二绑带41,其中在第二绑带41上具有与第二毛面121相互粘合的第二勾面411,并且在第二辅枕4上开设有一拉链421口42,并将第二辅枕4在拉链421口42处设置有拉链421,利用第二绑带41上的第二勾面411与棉布12上的第二毛面121粘合能将第二辅枕4固定在枕皮1上,并且位置可以调节;其中上述的第二辅枕4的外部材料由高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合而成,第二辅枕4的材质为高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合,使得第二辅枕4具有防水和透气的效果。
如图1至图8所示,由于患者长期躺卧,为了增大患者头部血液循环,防止发生压疮,在第二辅枕4内填充有活血化瘀的中药丸粒,其中活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法如下:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:当归22份、野菊花18份、生蒲黄20份、红花15份、绿茶14份、赤芍12份、决明子6份、桃仁 5份、丹皮7份、山楂5份、川穹5份、黄酒40份、植物油30份;
S1、粉碎原料:将当归、野菊花、生蒲黄、红花、绿茶、赤芍、决明子、桃仁、丹皮、山楂和川穹用粉碎装置粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末状的粉剂;
S2、搅拌:向S1得到的粉剂中加入黄酒和植物油,充分搅拌均匀后得到糊状的膏剂;
S3、制粒:将S2得到的膏剂用挤压制粒法制粒,制粒时选取筛孔为3mm的筛板进行制粒,得到直径小于3mm的药粒;
S4、干燥:将S3得到的药粒放到烘箱内进行烘干,烘干时在56℃的烘箱内烘干药粒2h;

实施例5
与实施例1的不同之处在于第二辅枕4内活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制备方法不同,其中活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法如下:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:当归23份、野菊花19份、生蒲黄21份、红花16份、绿茶14份、赤芍12份、决明子6份、桃仁6份、丹皮8份、山楂6份、川穹6份、黄酒44份、植物油32份;
S1、粉碎原料:将当归、野菊花、生蒲黄、红花、绿茶、赤芍、决明子、桃仁、丹皮、山楂和川穹用粉碎装置粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末状的粉剂;
S2、搅拌:向S1得到的粉剂中加入黄酒和植物油,充分搅拌均 匀后得到糊状的膏剂;
S3、制粒:将S2得到的膏剂用挤压制粒法制粒,制粒时选取筛孔为3mm的筛板进行制粒,得到直径小于3mm的药粒;
S4、干燥:将S3得到的药粒放到烘箱内进行烘干,烘干时在56℃的烘箱内烘干药粒2h;

取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:当归24份、野菊花20份、生蒲黄21份、红花16份、绿茶14份、赤芍12份、决明子6份、桃仁6份、丹皮8份、山楂6份、川穹6份、黄酒44份、植物油32份;
S1、粉碎原料:将当归、野菊花、生蒲黄、红花、绿茶、赤芍、决明子、桃仁、丹皮、山楂和川穹用粉碎装置粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末状的粉剂;
S2、搅拌:向S1得到的粉剂中加入黄酒和植物油,充分搅拌均匀后得到糊状的膏剂;

Claims (9)

  1. 一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,包括枕皮(1),其特征在于:所述枕皮(1)内部装有气囊(10),所述气囊(10)上连通有充气管(101)和出气管(102),所述充气管(101)上设置有气体单向阀(1012),所述充气管(101)的端部还螺纹连接有气嘴(1011),所述气嘴(1011)具有方便与气泵(51)上的加气管(52)连接的锥形部(10111),所述气泵(51)放置在所述枕皮(1)上缝制的布带(5)中,所述锥形部(10111)的锥面上具有若干个限制气嘴(1011)从加气管(52)上脱落的限制部(10112),所述出气管(102)的端部通过锁紧部(2)密封锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特征在于:所述锁紧部(2)包括第一固定环(21)、密封圈(223)、凹槽(222)、堵塞(221)、第二固定环(22)和螺纹环套(23),所述第一固定环(21)固定在所述出气管(102)远离所述气囊(10)的一端,所述堵塞(221)与所述第二固定环(22)一体成型,所述堵塞(221)螺纹连接在所述出气管(102)内,所述第一固定环(21)和所述第二固定环(22)内均开设有所述凹槽(222),所述凹槽(222)内放置有所述密封圈(223),所述螺纹环套(23)螺纹连接在所述第一固定环(21)和所述第二固定环(22)的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特征在于:所述枕皮(1)的外部还设置有两组防止患者头部晃动的第一辅枕(3),所述第一辅枕(3)固定在第一绑带(31)上,所述第一绑带(31)的具有第一毛面(311)和第一勾面(312),所述第一毛面(311)和所述第一勾面(312)在所述第一绑带(31)捆绕到所述枕皮(1)外部之后相互粘合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特征在于:所述第一辅枕(3)内部放置有由桑叶、竹叶、柳叶、荷叶和柿子叶质量比为1:1:1:1:1粉碎之后的粉碎物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特 征在于:所述枕皮(1)上还缝合固定有棉布(12),所述棉布(12)上第上具有第二毛面(121),所述棉布(12)的上方还设置有第二辅枕(4),所述第二辅枕(4)上固定有两个第二绑带(41),所述第二绑带(41)上具有与所述第二毛面(121)相互粘合的第二勾面(411),所述第二辅枕(4)上开设有一拉链(421)口(42),所述第二辅枕(4)在所述拉链(421)口(42)处设置有拉链(421)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特征在于:所述第二辅枕(4)的外部材料由高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合而成。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种重症监护室用多功能护理枕,其特征在于:所述第二辅枕(4)内填充有活血化瘀的中药丸粒,其中活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法如下:
    取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:当归22-25份、野菊花18-20份、生蒲黄20-23份、红花15-18份、绿茶14-18份、赤芍12-14份、决明子6-8份、桃仁5-7份、丹皮7-10份、山楂5-8份、川穹5-8份、黄酒40-50份、植物油30-40份;
    S1、粉碎原料:将当归、野菊花、生蒲黄、红花、绿茶、赤芍、决明子、桃仁、丹皮、山楂和川穹用粉碎装置粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末状的粉剂;
    S2、搅拌:向S1得到的粉剂中加入黄酒和植物油,充分搅拌均匀后得到糊状的膏剂;
    S3、制粒:将S2得到的膏剂用挤压制粒法制粒,制粒时选取筛孔小于5mm的筛板进行制粒,得到药粒;
    S4、干燥:将S3得到的药粒放到烘箱内进行烘干,烘干时在55-60℃的烘箱内烘干药粒2h;
    S5、装袋:将S4得到的干燥药粒装到聚丙烯塑料袋内备用,聚丙烯塑料袋内放置有盛有生石灰干燥剂的干燥袋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法,其特征在于:所述植物油选择橄榄油、葵花油、花生油中的一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种活血化瘀的中药丸粒的制作方法,其特征在于:所述S3中选取筛孔直径为3mm的筛板进行制粒,得到直径小于3mm的药粒。
