2,电流为55A,搅拌时间为22min,工作中最高温度为48℃,如果超过需进行降温。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置塑形垫,塑形垫的内壁呈半球形状,塑形垫的内壁固定连接有弹性垫,弹性垫的内壁通过粘合带固定连接有棉布垫,从 而具有无论本装置是否使用都可以分散病人脚部压力的特点,在实际使用过程中,我们先将连接带和粘合块分开,再将病人的脚放入棉布垫中,使病人的足跟部和棉布垫内璧贴合,然后将连接带和粘合块连接,此时棉布垫、弹性垫、塑形垫依次将病人足跟及其两侧压疮易发部位自然包裹,棉布垫的制作材料包括纯棉布料,亲肤性、透气性、抗菌性和吸水性都比较好,直接接触皮肤不会造成伤害,弹性垫的制作材料包括硅胶,质量轻、柔软且弹性好,可以有效分散脚部压力,保护皮肤,同时塑形垫保持弹性垫的形状不变形,使弹性垫一直给予病人脚部足够支撑,同时,将塑形垫向上移动即可使固定块和固定钩脱离,从而具有无论本装置是否使用都可以分散病人脚部压力的特点。
2、通过设置恒温袋,恒温袋的内壁固定连接有保持胶条,多个保持胶条表面均开设有伸缩孔,多个伸缩孔的内壁均贯穿并延伸至另一侧表面,伸缩孔内壁固定连接有密封环,从而具有使病人的脚部在合适温度下受到按摩促进病人血液循环提高脚部生理机能的特点,在实际使用过程中,我们先打开温控开关并设置好需要的温度,设置好后温控开关使加热块开始加热,隔离块避免加热块和恒温袋直接接触造成破坏,使传热油缓慢升温,因传热油的导热性、流动性极好,使得传热油均匀升温,当传热油温度超过设定温度时,温控开关的防水探头感应到温度后,温控开关关闭加热块电源使其停止加热,此时我们打开功能盖,分开连接带和粘合块,将病人的脚放入装置中,使病人足跟部和棉布垫内璧贴合,连接连接带和粘合块,盖上功能盖,此时棉布垫和恒温袋将病人脚部自然包裹,保持胶条贴合病人脚部轮廓分布,我们开启电机,电机正传带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮带动转筒转动,转筒转动使推送杆向第二限位杆方向移动,推送杆带动活塞板运动,活塞板运动给传热油施加压力,传热油将压力传递给按摩顶杆,使多个按摩顶杆同时向密封环方向运 动,弹簧压缩的同时按摩顶杆使按摩胶块运动,直接按摩病人脚部,当活塞板继续运动,碰到第二行程开关,第二行程开关使电机正转电路断开,反转电路闭合,电机反转通过上述一系列传动关系,使得推送杆向第一限位杆方向移动,同时传热油受到活塞板压力减小,弹簧使按摩胶块、按摩顶杆缩回,当推送杆继续运动触碰到第一行程开关时,第一行程开关使电机反转电路断开,正转电路闭合,电机再度正转,形成一个循环,从而具有使病人的脚部在合适温度下受到按摩促进病人血液循环提高脚部生理机能的特点。
3、通过设置弹性垫,弹性垫的内壁通过粘合带固定连接有棉布垫,弹性垫的表面固定连接有粘合块,从而具有节能环保重复利用的特点,在实际使用过程中,棉布垫和弹性垫是通过粘合带连接的,在使用一段时间后,可以将棉布垫拆下清洗、消毒、晾晒再次使用,同时恒温袋的材质包括耐高温、抗老化、无毒、抗菌的优质橡胶,使用一段时间后可以使用酒精消毒、擦洗,持续使用,从而达到节能环保重复利用的特点。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种预防脚部压疮的按摩装置,其特征在于:两个所述固定钩(3)的表面均滑动插接有固定块(7),两个所述固定块(7)的表面均与塑形垫(8)表面固定连接,所述塑形垫(8)的内壁呈半球形状,所述塑形垫(8)的内壁固定连接有弹性垫(9),所述弹性垫(9)的内壁通过粘合带固定连接有棉布垫(10),所述弹性垫(9)的表面固定连接有粘合块(11),其中一个粘合块(11)的表面固定连接有连接带(12),所述连接带(12)的一端通过粘合带与另一个粘合块(11)表面固定连接。
