肛肠科患者需要换药时,需使用换药台,换药台一般由于高度较高对于一些腿脚不便的肛肠科患者来说,很难到达换药台上部,同时盛放药物的盛放架需另行准备,极为不便,在光线较暗时,没有照明装置,不利于医护人员为肛肠科患者进行换药,现有的换药台比较笨重,不易移动,使得医护人员操作极为不便。为此,提出一种多功能换药台。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能换药台,其便于医护人员放置药物,有利于顺利的为肛肠科患者进行换药,便于医护人员提前存放备用药品或者医疗用具,为肛肠科患者换药提前做好准备,便于移动,同时具备较好的减震性能,便于在光线较暗时,为医护人员提供照明,使得医护人员操作更加便捷,同时方便腿脚不便的肛肠科患者到达支撑台的上部。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种多功能换药台,包括支撑台,所述支撑台的上部一拐角处设有药品摆放装置,且支撑台的前部设有至少两个抽屉,所述支撑台的底部拐角处对称设有四个弹性组件,且支撑台的上部一侧靠近边缘处设有照明装置,四个所述弹性组件的底部均固定安装有万向轮,所述 支撑台远离抽屉的一端端部开设有安装腔,所述安装腔的内部设有伸缩阶梯。
通过采用上述技术方案,便于肛肠科患者通过伸缩阶梯到达支撑台的上部,便于肛肠科患者躺在支撑台的上部,便于医护人员为其换药,支撑台的上部一侧设置有药品摆放装置便于医护人员放置药物,支撑台的上部一侧靠近边缘处设有照明装置,便于在光线较暗时,为医护人员提供照明,便于顺利的为肛肠科患者进行换药,抽屉可用来存放一些备用药品或者医疗用具。
进一步地,所述药品摆放装置包括一侧为开口结构的扇形壳体,所述扇形壳体固定安装在支撑台的上部,且扇形壳体的内部水平设置有至少两个支撑板,所述支撑板等距离固定安装在扇形壳体的内部。
通过采用上述技术方案,将药品摆放装置安装在支撑台的上部拐角处时,可以将该药品摆放装置布置在墙角处,使得扇形壳体和墙角比较匹配,从而使得该换药台的可以节约空间,同时在扇形壳体的内部水平设置有至少两个支撑板,使得该药品摆放装置可以分类摆放不同的药物,可以有效避免医护人员拿错药物。
进一步地,所述抽屉的外侧均通过螺钉安装有扣手。
通过采用上述技术方案,便于医护人员通过扣手操作抽屉进行取放一些药品或者医疗用具。
进一步地,所述万向轮为自锁式万向轮。
通过采用上述技术方案,便于在该换药台不需要移动时,及时锁止万向轮,防止该换药台因受力不平衡时自行移动,避免碰伤医护人员和患者。
进一步地,所述照明装置包括固定安装在支撑台上部的金属定型软管,所述金属定型软管的上端固定安装有灯罩,所述灯罩的内部底部通过灯座安装有灯泡。
通过采用上述技术方案,灯泡可用来为医护人员和患者提供照 明,同时采用金属定型软管安装灯罩,从而使得灯泡的位置便于调节,使得照明装置可以较好地满足医护人员和患者的使用。
进一步地,所述伸缩阶梯包括两个第一连接片,两个所述第一连接片上端之间铰接有第一连接轴,且两个第一连接片底端之间铰接有第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴的两端均铰接有第一弧形连接杆和第二弧形连接杆,所述第一弧形连接杆远离第二连接轴的一端与第一S型连接杆的一端铰接连接,所述第二弧形连接杆远离第二连接轴的一端与第二S型连接杆的一端铰接连接,所述第一S型连接杆的中部和第二S型连接杆的中部之间铰接有第三连接轴,所述第一S型连接杆的另一端与第三S型连接杆的一端铰接连接,所述第二S型连接杆的另一端与第四S型连接杆的一端铰接连接,所述第三S型连接杆的中部和第四S型连接杆的中部之间铰接有第四连接轴,所述第三S型连接杆的另一端与第三弧形杆的一端铰接连接,所述第四S型连接杆的另一端与第四弧形杆的一端铰接连接,所述第三弧形杆的另一端和第四弧形杆的另一端均与第二连接片的上端铰接连接,所述第二连接片的底端焊接有支脚,所述第二连接轴、第三连接轴和第四连接轴的外部均安装有横板,所述第一连接轴的两端转动安装在安装腔的内部两侧壁上。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得伸缩阶梯可以实现伸缩,且在伸缩阶梯不用时可以缩进安装腔的内部,使得伸缩阶梯不占用空间,且将伸缩阶梯缩进安装腔的内部时,便于移动该换药台。
进一步地,所述弹性组件包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱的底部内部开设有空腔,所述空腔的内部第一圆形滑块、弹簧、第二圆形滑块和连接杆,所述弹簧安装在第一圆形滑块与第二圆形滑块之间,所述第一圆形滑块设置在第二圆形滑块的下方,且第一圆形滑块的底部中心位置处与连接杆的上端固定连接,所述连接杆的底端延伸至空腔的底部外部与固定万向轮的支架的上部固定连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,在弹簧的作用下,使得弹性组件具备较好的减震性能,在第一圆形滑块与第二圆形滑块的配合下,使得弹性组件结构比较稳定,从而使得该换药台具备较好的减震性能和稳定性。
进一步地,所述空腔的内壁粗糙度、第一圆形滑块的表面粗糙度和第二圆形滑块的表面粗糙度均不大于Ra0.3。
通过采用上述技术方案,可以减小空腔与第一圆形滑块和第二圆形滑块之间的摩擦力,进而降低第一圆形滑块和第二圆形滑块的磨损,不仅可以提高弹性组件的稳定性,还能提高弹性组件的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述支撑台的上表面还设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫由如下方法制备:
取以下原料按重量份称量:天然橡胶60-80份、丁基橡胶30-40份、乙醇40-60份、聚酰胺树脂4-6份、碳酸钙粉末10-12份、酚醛树脂7-9份、防老剂2-4份、促进剂3-5份、软化剂6-9份;
S1、将称量好的天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙醇、聚酰胺树脂、碳酸钙粉末、酚醛树脂加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼机的温度设置为140-160℃,转速设置为700-800r/min,密炼时间为20-30min,制得密炼物料;
S2、将步骤S1中制得的密炼物料和防老剂、促进剂、软化剂加入搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的温度设置为180-200℃,转速设置为800-1000r/min,时间设定为15-20min,制得混合物料;
S3、将步骤S2中制得的混合物料加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波分散机的功率设置为180-200W,温度设置为100-120℃,分散时间设置为15-18min,制得分散物料;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的分散物料进行冷却,并加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得颗粒物料;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的颗粒物料加入注塑机中注塑成型,制得 防滑垫。
通过采用上述技术方案,可有效防止肛肠科患者在支撑台的上部发生侧滑的现象,有效保证肛肠科患者的安全,防滑垫由天然橡胶60-80份、丁基橡胶30-40份、乙醇40-60份、聚酰胺树脂4-6份、碳酸钙粉末10-12份、酚醛树脂7-9份、防老剂2-4份、促进剂3-5份、软化剂6-9份,使得防滑垫防滑效果较好,同时具备较好的耐腐蚀性,使得防滑垫使用寿命长。
进一步地,所述防老剂为对苯二胺,所述促进剂为二乙基硫脲,所述软化剂为石蜡油。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得防滑垫性能稳定,不易分解,延伸性能较好,使用寿命长。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明,通过在支撑台的上部一拐角处设有药品摆放装置,使得该换药台便于医护人员放置药物,有利于顺利的为肛肠科患者进行换药;
2、本发明,通过在支撑台的前部设有至少两个抽屉,抽屉可用来存放一些备用药品或者医疗用具,便于医护人员提前存放备用药品或者医疗用具,为肛肠科患者换药提前做好准备;
3、本发明,通过在支撑台的底部拐角处对称设有四个弹性组件,四个弹性组件的底部均固定安装有万向轮,使得该换药台便于移动,同时具备较好的减震性能;
4、本发明,通过在支撑台的上部一侧靠近边缘处设有照明装置,便于在光线较暗时,为医护人员提供照明;
5、本发明,通过在支撑台远离抽屉的一端端部开设有安装腔,安装腔的内部设有伸缩阶梯,便于肛肠科患者通过伸缩阶梯到达支撑台的上部,便于肛肠科患者躺在支撑台的上部,便于医护人员为其换药,在伸缩阶梯不用时可以缩进安装腔的内部,使得伸缩阶梯不占用 空间,且将伸缩阶梯缩进安装腔的内部时,便于移动该换药台;
6、本发明,将药品摆放装置、照明装置、伸缩阶梯与支撑台一体设置,使得医护人员操作更加便捷。

实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于防滑垫的制备,其具体制备方法如下:取以下原料按重量份称量:天然橡胶70份、丁基橡胶35份、乙醇50份、聚酰胺树脂5份、碳酸钙粉末11份、酚醛树脂8份、防老剂3份、促进剂4份、软化剂7份;
S1、将称量好的天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙醇、聚酰胺树脂、碳酸钙粉末、酚醛树脂加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼机的温度设置为150℃,转速设置为750r/min,密炼时间为25min,制得密炼物料;
S2、将步骤S1中制得的密炼物料和防老剂、促进剂、软化剂加入搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的温度设置为190℃,转速设置为900r/min,时间设定为18min,制得混合物料;
S3、将步骤S2中制得的混合物料加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波分散机的功率设置为190W,温度设置为110℃,分散时间设置为17min,制得分散物料;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的分散物料进行冷却,并加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得颗粒物料;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的颗粒物料加入注塑机中注塑成型,制得防滑垫。
实施例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于防滑垫的制备,其具体制备方法如下:取以下原料按重量份称量:天然橡胶80份、丁基橡胶40份、乙醇60份、聚酰胺树脂6份、碳酸钙粉末12份、酚醛树脂9份、防老剂4份、促进剂5份、软化剂9份;
S1、将称量好的天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙醇、聚酰胺树脂、碳酸钙粉末、酚醛树脂加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼机的温度设置为160℃,转速设置为800r/min,密炼时间为30min,制得密炼物料;
S2、将步骤S1中制得的密炼物料和防老剂、促进剂、软化剂加入搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的温度设置为200℃,转速设置为1000r/min,时间设定为20min,制得混合物料;
S3、将步骤S2中制得的混合物料加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波分散机的功率设置为200W,温度设置为120℃,分散时间设置为18min,制得分散物料;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的分散物料进行冷却,并加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得颗粒物料;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的颗粒物料加入注塑机中注塑成型,制得防滑垫。
对实施例1-3中防滑垫利用同一台动静摩擦力测试仪在相同的条件下对且静摩擦系数进行测定比较结果如下表:

工作原理:该肛肠科多功能换药台,使用时,通过万向轮12将该换药台移动到合适的位置,然后锁止万向轮12,将伸缩阶梯14从 安装腔13的内部拉出,使得第二连接片26的底端焊接的支脚27支撑在地面上,肛肠科患者脚踩横板25走上支撑台1的上部,然后趴在支撑台1的上部,医护人员可方便的将需要的药物放置在支撑板4上的上部,在光线较暗的时候,给照明装置5通电,灯泡7为医护人员提供照明,抽屉9可用来存放一些备用药品或者医疗用具,便于医护人员提前存放备用药品或者医疗用具,为肛肠科患者换药提前做好准备。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能换药台,其特征在于:所述空腔(29)的内壁粗糙度、第一圆形滑块(32)的表面粗糙度和第二圆形滑块(33)的表面粗糙度均不大于Ra0.3。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能换药台,其特征在于:所述支撑台(1)的上表面还设有防滑垫,所述防滑垫由如下方法制备:
    取以下原料按重量份称量:天然橡胶60-80份、丁基橡胶30-40份、乙醇40-60份、聚酰胺树脂4-6份、碳酸钙粉末10-12份、酚醛树脂7-9份、防老剂2-4份、促进剂3-5份、软化剂6-9份;
    S1、将称量好的天然橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙醇、聚酰胺树脂、碳酸钙粉末、酚醛树脂加入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼机的温度设置为140-160℃,转速设置为700-800r/min,密炼时间为20-30min,制得密炼物料;
    S2、将步骤S1中制得的密炼物料和防老剂、促进剂、软化剂加入搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的温度设置为180-200℃,转速设置为800-1000r/min,时间设定为15-20min,制得混合物料;
    S3、将步骤S2中制得的混合物料加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波分散机的功率设置为180-200W,温度设置为100-120℃,分散时间设置为15-18min,制得分散物料;
    S4、将步骤S3中制得的分散物料进行冷却,并加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得颗粒物料;
    S5、将步骤S4中制得的颗粒物料加入注塑机中注塑成型,制得防滑垫。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种防滑垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防老剂为对苯二胺,所述促进剂为二乙基硫脲,所述软化剂为石蜡油。
