의류에 묻은 때와 먼지 등의 오염물을 물리적, 화학적 방법으로 제거하여 원래의 상태로 회복시키기 위한 세탁은 일반적으로 물과 세제를 써서 오염물을 제거하는 물세탁(습식세탁)과 유기용제를 써서 오염물을 제거하는 드라이클리닝(건조세탁)의 두 가지로 크게 나뉜다. 물세탁은 물을 주로 사용하므로 가정에서 쉽게 할 수 있으나, 드라이클리닝은 특수한 설비와 기술이 필요하므로 주소 세탁소에서 전문적으로 행해지는데, 물과 세제에 의한 손상, 또는 소재의 형태가 변할 우려가 있는 의복에 효과적이다.
현재 세탁소에서는 드라이클리닝과 같은 세탁뿐 아니라 물세탁이나 의복 수선도 행해지고 있으며, 이러한 세탁소는 널리 보편화 됨과 동시에 점자 대형화, 전문화, 기계화되고 있다.
이러한 일반적인 세탁소에서의 세탁 서비스 방법을 살펴보면, 고객이 세탁소를 방문하여 세탁물을 맡기고 세탁일정을 확인하는 방법이 있으며, 다른 방법으로는 업주가 고객의 집을 직접 방문하여 세탁물을 수거하고 세탁일정을 알려주는 방법이 있다.
이러한 방법은 고객이 세탁소를 직접 방문하거나 업주가 고객 집을 직접 방문하는 방식인데, 고객이 세탁물을 맡기기 위하여 세탁소를 방문하였는데 배달중의 이유로 업주가 없을 경우에는 업주가 돌아올 때까지 마냥 기다려야하거나 다음에 다시 세탁소를 방문해야 하는 불편함이 있다.
또한, 업주 입장에서는 무작정 모든 고객의 집을 방문하여야 하므로 시간적인 손실과 육체적인 고통이 따르며, 세탁물을 배달 중일 경우에는 고객이 세탁소를 방문하여도 세탁물을 의뢰받을 수 없으므로, 경제적인 손실도 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
일반적으로, 주거밀집지역을 이루는 아파트의 상가에는 세탁소를 갖게 되며, 이러한 세탁소에는 주민의 편의를 위해 전화 신청을 받은 후 방문하여 세탁물을 수거하거나 또는, 각 동의 아파트 복도를 정해진 시간에 돌아다니면서 소리 질러 세탁물을 수거하게 된다.

또한, 상기 바디는, 세탁물이 수용되는 공간을 제공하는 메인 프레임, 상기 메인 프레임의 일면에 구비되는 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임 및 상기 메인 프레임 및 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임을 감싸도록 구비되는 커버 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방을 제공하는 것을 과제의 해결 수단으로 한다.
또한, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임은, 상기 메인 프레임의 상부에 구비되는 제 1 서브 프레임 및 상기 메인 프레임의 하부에 구비되는 제 2 서브 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방을 제공하는 것을 과제의 해결 수단으로 한다.
또한, 상기 메인 프레임은 제 1 서브 프레임 및 상기 제 2 서브 프레임에 의해 접히도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방을 제공하는 것을 과제의 해결 수단으로 한다.
본 발명은 바쁜 현대인들이 전문적인 세탁 서비스를 이용함에 있어서, 특별히 시간을 할애 하지 않고서도 분실이나 사생활 노출의 문제 없이, 세탁 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 세탁물 가방을 제공할 수 있다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방이 펴진 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방이 접힌 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 다른 세탁물 가방에 세탁물이 수용되는 여러 방식을 도시한 것이다.

도 5 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방과 스마트폰 구성에 대한 블락도이다.
아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시 예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서 전체에 걸쳐서 동일한 참조번호로 표시된 부분들은 동일한 구성요소들을 의미한다.
도면에서 나타난 각 구성의 크기 및 두께는 설명의 편의를 위해 임의로 나타내었으므로, 본 발명이 반드시 도면에 도시된 바에 한정되지 않으며, 여러 부분 및 영역을 명확하게 표현하기 위하여 두께를 확대하여 나타내었다.
그리고 명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 “포함”한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
또한, 명세서에 기재된 “...유닛”, ““...수단”, ““...부”, ““...부재” 등의 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 하는 포괄적인 구성의 단위를 의미한다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방이 펴진 상태를 도시한 것이고, 도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방이 접힌 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 1 및 도 2 를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방은, 세탁물을 수용하는 공간을 제공하는 메인 프레임 (100), 상기 메인 프레임 (100) 의 일측면에 구비되는 제 1 서브 프레임 (110), 상기 메인 프레임 (100) 의 타측면에 구비되는 제 2 서브 프레임 (130), 상기 메인 프레임 (100) 의 하단에 적어도 하나 이상 구비되는 바퀴부 (300) 및 상기 메인 프레임 (100) 의 상단에 구비되는 손잡이부 (200) 를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 서브 프레임 (100) 은 옷걸이가 수용되는 공간을 제공하는 적어도 하나 이상의 로드를 포함할 수 있는데,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 로드는 중앙에 구비되는 제 1 중앙 로드 (111), 상기 제 1 로드 (111) 의 우측에 소정 간격 이격되도록 배치되는 제 1 우측 로드 (115) 및 제 1 로드 (111) 의 좌측에 소정 간격 이격되도록 배치되는 제 1 좌측 로드 (113) 을 포함하도록 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 제 2 서브 프레임 (130) 또한 옷걸이가 수용되는 공간을 제공하는 적어도 하나 이상의 로드를 포함할 수 있는데,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 로드는 중앙에 구비되는 제 2 중앙 로드 (131), 상기 제 2 로드 (131) 의 우측에 소정 간격 이격되도록 배치되는 제 2 우측 로드 (135) 및 제 2 로드 (131) 의 좌측에 소정 간격 이격되도록 배치되는 제 2 좌측 로드 (133) 을 포함하도록 구비될 수 있다.
상기 제 1 서브 프레임 및 제 2 서브 프레임에 구비되는 적어도 하나 이상의 로드는 설명의 편의를 위하여 예를 들어 설명한 것이지, 사용자는 필요에 따라 로드의 형상 및 로드의 갯수를 변형하여 실시할 수 있고, 이는 본 발명의 권리범위를 한정하려는 것은 아니다.
도 2 에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 1 서브 프레임 (110) 및 제 2 서브 프레임 (130) 은 접히도록 구비될 수 있는데, 제 1 중앙 로드 (111) 및 제 2 중앙 로드 (131) 이 회전 중심이 될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하자면, 제 1 중앙 로드 (111) 의 양 끝단에는 힌지 구조 (1111, 1113) 이 구비되고, 제 2 중앙 로드 (131) 의 양 끝단에도 힌지 구조 (1311, 1313) 이 구비될 수 있다.
이로 인하여, 메인 프레임 (100) 을 중심을 향하여 접을 수 있게 된다.
메인 프레임 (100) 을 접을 수 있게 됨으로 인하여, 세탁물을 수용하지 않을 경우 세탁물 가방을 수평으로 적층할 수 있게 되고, 보관시 차지하는 공간을 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1 및 도 2 에서는 제 1 서브 프레임 (110) 및 제 2 서브 프레임 (130) 만이 구비되는 것으로 도시하였고, 이를 기반으로 설명하였으나, 사용자는 구조의 안정성을 위하여 제 1 서브 프레임 (110) 및 제 2 서브 프레임 (130) 의 사이에 복수의 서브 프레임을 추가로 보강할 수 있고, 본 발명의 권리범위가 도 1 및 도 2 에 도시된 실시예에 한정하려는 것은 아니다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 다른 세탁물 가방에 세탁물이 수용되는 여러 방식을 도시한 것이다.
도 3 (a) 를 참조하면, 코트나 자켓 같은 경우에는 옷걸이에 수용이 가능하고, 세탁 후에 접힘이 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위해 하단에 추가적인 세탁물을 수용할 수 없다.
다만, 사용자가 코트나 자켓 뿐만 아니라 와이셔츠나 바지 등을 수납할 경우에는 세탁물 가방 내부의 공간 활용도를 높이기 위해, 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 을 구비할 수 있다.
상기 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 의 내부에는 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 수납 모듈 (430) 이 적층될 수 있도록 구비될 수 있다.
이로 인하여, 세탁물 가방에 수용되는 세탁물이 코트, 자켓 뿐만 아니라 와이셔츠와 같이 적층하는 세탁물인 경우에는 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 을 넣고, 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 수납 모듈 (430) 을 상기 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 의 내부에 적층하여, 세탁물 가방의 이동시에 상대적 이동으로 인해 세탁물이 내부에서 구겨지거나 마찰로 인해 손상되는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
도 3 (b) 를 참조하면, 사용자가 코트나 자켓 뿐만 아니라 와이셔츠 및 바지 를 수납할 경우에는 세탁물 가방 내부의 공간 활용도를 높이기 위해, 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 의 내부에 서브 수납 모듈 (430) 을 바지의 끝단과 만나지 않는 높이까지 적층하여, 와이셔츠등 적층할 수 있는 세탁물을 수용할 수 있다.
도 3 (c) 의 경우에는, 모두 길이가 어느 정도 있는 코트, 자켓 및 바지만을 수용하는 경우인데, 이 경우에는 적층되어 수용할 세탁물이 존재하지 않기 때문에 세탁물 수용 모듈 (410) 및 서브 수납 모듈 (430) 을 사용할 필요 없이, 서브 프레임을 이용하여 거치하는 것 만으로도 사용할 수 있다.
이상으로, 도 3 (a) 내지 도 3 (c) 에서 세탁물 가방의 내부 공간 활용을 극대화 하고 세탁물을 안전하게 수용하기 위한 공간활용예를 설명하였다.
다만, 이는 설명의 편의를 위하여 일 실시예를 설명한 것이고, 사용자는 필요에 따라 세탁물 가방의 내부 공간을 다양하게 변형 실시할 수 있고, 이는 본 발명의 권리범위를 한정하지 않는다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방이 사용자의 문에 잠김 설치되는 것을 도시한 것이다.
도 4 를 참조하면, 본 발명의 세탁물 가방은 세탁물 잠금 장치 (550) 에 의해 외부와의 노출이 제한된 상태로, 상기 세탁물 잠금 장치 (550) 와 연결된 와이어 (530) 및 상기 와이어 (530) 와 연결되어 상기 와이어와 사용자의 집의 문 (D) 에 구비된 손잡이를 잠금 시키는 손잡이 잠금 장치 (510) 을 포함할 수 있다.
앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 현대인의 삶은 너무도 바쁘기 때문에 세탁이 완료된 세탁물을 사용자의 문 앞에 두고 가야하는 경우가 발생한다.
이 경우, 문 앞에 놓여진 세탁물 가방이 분실될 가능성이 존재하고, 나아가 세탁물 자체의 잠금 장치가 없는 경우에는 세탁물 가방의 내부에 수용된 세탁물이 분실될 가능성 또한 존재한다.
이러한 문제를 방지하기 위하여, 상기 손잡이 잠금 장치 (510) 는 세탁물 가방과 사용자의 문과의 연결을 잠그는 역할을 하고, 상기 세탁물 잠금 장치 (550) 는 세탁물 가방 자체를 잠그는 역할을 하게 된다.
이로 인하여, 세탁물 가방과 세탁물 가방의 내부에 수용된 세탁물이 분실되는 문제를 방지할 수 있다.
아래에서, 보다 상세히 설명하겠지만, 사용자는 스마트폰을 이용하여 상기 세탁물 잠금 장치 (550) 및 손잡이 잠금 장치 (510) 의 잠금 및 해제가 모두 가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방과 스마트폰 구성에 대한 블락도이다.
도 5 를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방을 사용자의 문 앞에 잠금상태로 놓은 상태에서, 세탁물 가방을 사용자의 스마트폰을 이용하여 간편하게 잠금과 해제가 가능하여야 사용자에게 언제든지 세탁물을 수령할 수 있도록 해야 하는 본원 발명의 본질적인 과제를 해결할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방은 잠금장치 (551), 상기 잠금장치 (551) 에 전원을 공급하는 전원부 (553), 전원부 (553) 의 남은 전원을 센싱할 수 있도록 구비되는 전원센서 (559), 사용자의 스마트폰 (600) 으로부터 신호를 송신/수신하는 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 장금장치 (551) 는 잠금장치를 제어하는 잠금 컨트롤러 (5511) 및 상기 잠금 컨트롤러 (5511) 의 제어 신호에 의해 잠금 작동을 하는 잠금 작동부 (5513) 을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전원센서 (559) 는 전원부 (553) 에 남은 전원을 센싱하는 역할을 하고, 센싱된 전원부 (553) 의 전원 정보를 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 로 전달할 수 있고, 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 로 전달된 전원부 (553) 의 전원 정보는 스마트폰 (600) 의 블루투스 송수신부 (690) 으로 전달될 수 있다.
이와같이, 사용자의 스마트폰 (600) 으로 전달된 전원부 (553) 의 전원 정보는 사용자가 앱을 실행한 경우, 인터넷 망을 통하여 관리자의 서버로 실시간으로 전달되어, 관리자는 세탁물 가방의 전원부 (553) 의 남은 전원을 실시간적으로 관리할 수 있다.
한편, 본원 발명의 세탁물 가방은 전원부 (553) 로부터 잠금장치 (551) 및 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 에 전달되는 전력을 차단할 수 있는 블루투스 전원 차단 스위치 (555) 를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 블루투스 전원 차단 스위치 (555) 는 평소에는 잠금장치 (551) 및 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 에 전달되는 전력을 차단하도록 할 수 있는데, 이로 인하여 대기 상태에서는 잠금장치 (551) 나 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 에 전력이 차단되어 대기 상태의 전력 소모를 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 세탁물 가방의 잠금장치를 작동하는 일 실시예를 간단히 설명하면, 사용자는 사용자의 스마트폰 (600) 에 구비된 잠금앱실행부 (630) 를 실행하여 세탁물 가방의 잠금장치를 제어하는 잠금앱을 실행할 수 있고, 이 경우 잠금장치 전원인가 상태표시부 (650) 에 의해 잠금장치에 전원이 인가되어 있는지 상태를 확인할 수 있다.
사용자가 잠금장치 개방/잠금 누름부 (670) 를 작동하면, 스마트폰의 블루투스 송수신부 (690) 를 통하여, 잠금장치의 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 에 제어 신호가 전달되게 된다.
제어 신호가 잠금장치의 블루투스 송수신부 (557) 에 전달되면, 블루투스 전원 차단 스위치 (555) 는 해제되어, 잠금장치는 대기 상태에서 벗어나게 되고, 상기 제어 신호는 잠금 장치 (551) 의 잠금 컨트롤러 (5511) 로 전달되고, 잠금 컨트롤러 (5511) 은 상기 제어 신호에 따라 잠금 작동부 (5513) 을 작동하게 된다.
이와 같이, 사용자의 간단한 스마트폰 (600) 조작에 의해 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세탁물 가방의 잠금을 해제 또는 설정할 수 있다.
전술한 본 발명의 설명은 예시를 위한 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 쉽게 변형이 가능하다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 예를 들어, 단일형으로 설명되어 있는 각 구성 요소는 분산되어 실시될 수도 있으며, 마찬가지로 분산된 것으로 설명되어 있는 구성 요소들도 결합된 형태로 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 범위는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
본 발명은 비대면 세탁 서비스의 분야에서 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 세탁물을 수용하는 공간을 제공하는 바디;
    사용자의 문에 착탈 가능하게 구비되는 제 1 잠금장치;
    세탁물 가방을 개폐 가능하게 구비되는 제 2 잠금장치; 및
    상기 제 1 잠금장치의 적어도 일부는 바디의 내부로 삽입되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 잠금장치는,
    사용자의 문의 일부에 착탈 가능하게 구비되는 문 연결부;
    상기 바디의 내부에 삽입되도록 구비되는 삽입 바디부; 및
    상기 문 연결부와 상기 삽입 바디부를 연결하는 와이어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 와이어부는 상기 삽입 바디부의 내부에 권선될 수 있도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2 잠금장치에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부;
    상기 제 2 잠금장치를 제어하는 컨트롤러;
    상기 컨트롤러의 제어 신호에 의해 상기 제 2 잠금장치를 개폐하는 잠금 작동부; 및
    사용자의 스마트폰으로부터 신호를 송신 또는 수신하는 송수신부;를 포함하고,
    상기 컨트롤러는 상기 송수신부에서 수신된 신호를 이용하여 상기 잠금 작동부를 제어하는 제어 신호를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 전원 공급부의 남은 전원을 센싱하는 전원 센서를 더 포함하고,
    상기 전원 센서는 전원 공급부의 남은 전원에 대한 정보를 상기 송수신부를 통하여 사용자의 스마트폰으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 전원부의 전력 공급을 차단하는 전력 차단부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 전력 차단부는 기 설정된 상태에서 상기 전원부가 공급하는 전력을 차단하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 바디는,
    세탁물이 수용되는 공간을 제공하는 메인 프레임;
    상기 메인 프레임의 일면에 구비되는 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임; 및
    상기 메인 프레임 및 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임을 감싸도록 구비되는 커버 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 하나 이상의 서브 프레임은,
    상기 메인 프레임의 상부에 구비되는 제 1 서브 프레임; 및
    상기 메인 프레임의 하부에 구비되는 제 2 서브 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 메인 프레임은 제 1 서브 프레임 및 상기 제 2 서브 프레임에 의해 접히도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대면 세탁 서비스를 위한 세탁물 가방.
