Description

一种液晶显示面板及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种液晶显示面板及装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的液晶显示面板包括液晶盒10、第一偏光片20、第二偏光片30,第一偏光片20、第二偏光片30通过粘胶层11贴合在液晶盒10的其中一个表面。
但是如果贴合过程中需要重新返工时,需要将粘胶层11撕除,比如当有尘粒particle落到玻璃表面、清洗不干净、贴附歪斜等不良发生时需要返工。
技术问题
在撕除过程中容易将液晶盒拉扯变形,导致液晶盒的盒厚(gap)不均,甚至会损坏液晶盒,从而增加了生产成本。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示面板及装置,能够降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种液晶显示面板,其包括:
液晶盒;
第一偏光片,通过第一粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第一表面;所述第一粘胶层包括第一主体部和第一弯折部;
第二偏光片,通过第二粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第二表面;所述第二粘胶层包括第二主体部和第二弯折部。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一弯折部设置在所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第二弯折部设置在所述第二主体部的外侧。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一弯折部环绕在所述第一主体部的周缘。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第二弯折部环绕在所述第二主体部的周缘。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一弯折部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力小于所述第一主体部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力;
所述第二弯折部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力小于所述第二主体部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一主体部、所述第二主体部均与水平面平行,所述第一弯折部相对于所述第一主体部倾斜设置,所述第二弯折部相对于所述第二主体部倾斜设置。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述第一主体部向下倾斜,所述第二弯折部相对于所述第二主体部向上倾斜。

本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括上述任意一种液晶显示面板。
有益效果
本发明的液晶显示面板及装置,通过在第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层上分别设置弯折部,从而便于撕除第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层,防止在返工时液晶盒拉扯变形或者损坏液晶盒,进而降低了生产成本。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
请参照图2至4,图2为本发明液晶显示面板的结构示意图。
如图2和3所示,本发明的液晶显示面板包括:液晶盒10、第一偏光片20以及第二偏光片30。
所述第一偏光片20通过第一粘胶层40贴合在所述液晶盒10的第一表面(比如上表面);所述第一粘胶层40包括第一主体部41和第一弯折部42。其中所述第一主体部41主要用于将所述第一偏光片20粘结在所述液晶盒10上。第一弯折部42用于方便撕除所述第一主体部41。所述第二偏光片30通过第二粘胶层50贴合在所述液晶盒10的第二表面(比如下表面);所述第二粘胶层50包括第二主体部51和第二弯折部52。所述第二主体部51主要用于将所述第二偏光片30粘结在所述液晶盒10下,第二弯折部52用于方便撕除所述第二主体部51。
其中所述第一主体部41、所述第二主体部51均与水平面平行,也即与所述液晶盒10平行设置。所述第一弯折部42相对于所述第一主体部41倾斜设置;或者说所述第一弯折部42相对于水平面倾斜设置。所述第二弯折部52相对于所述第二主体部51倾斜设置,或者说所述第二弯折部52相对于水平倾斜设置。在俯视角下,所述第一粘胶层40、所述第二粘胶层50的形状均为吸盘状。当然可以理解的,所述第一弯折部42、所述第二弯折部52的结构不限于图3中所示的结构,还可以为弧形或者其他不规则形状。
在一实施例中,为了进一步防止损坏液晶盒,所述第一弯折部42相对于所述第一主体部41向下倾斜,所述第二弯折部52相对于所述第二主体部51向上倾斜。比如所述第一弯折部42向下弯折,所述第二弯折部52向上弯折。当然可以理解的,所述第一弯折部42和所述第二弯折部52可相对于所述液晶盒10对称设置。比如所述第一弯折部42和所述第二弯折部52可以同时向上或者向下弯折。
其中为了更好地防止损坏液晶盒,所述第一弯折部42设置在所述第一主体部41的外侧,所述第二弯折部52设置在所述第二主体部51的外侧。在一实施方式中,部分所述第一主体部41的周缘外设置有所述第一弯折部42或者部分所述第二主体部51的周缘外设置有所述第二弯折部52。在另一实施方式中,为了进一步防止损坏液晶盒,所述第一弯折部42环绕在所述第一主体部41的周缘。此时,所述第二弯折部52可环绕在所述第二主体部51的周缘或者部分环绕在所述第二主体部51的周缘。
其中,为了便于更好地撕除第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层,所述第一弯折部42与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力小于所述第一主体部41与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力,所述第二弯折部52与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力小于所述第二主体部51与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力。也即弯折部与液晶盒之间的粘力小于主体部与液晶盒10之间的粘力。
其中为了防止损坏第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层,所述第一粘胶层40的材料和/或所述第二粘胶层50的材料为柔性材料。优选地,所述第一粘胶层40的材料和所述第二粘胶层50的材料都为柔性材料,柔性材料可包括硅胶、柔性PVC,柔性TPE、柔性TPU、柔性橡胶、柔性泡沫中的至少一种。
在另一实施方式中,所述第一粘胶层40与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力小于预设值、所述第二粘胶层50与所述液晶盒10之间的粘力小于预设值,该预设值可以根据经验值设定,以防止返工时,损坏第一粘胶层40和第二粘胶层50。
其中,如图4所示,所述第一偏光片20包括由下往上依序设置光学延迟片21、偏光膜22以及保护层23。该保护层23的材料为TAC(三醋酸纤维)、偏光膜22的材料为PVA(聚乙烯醇),光学延迟片21为四分之一光学波片,其材料可以为COP(环烯烃聚合物)。所述第二偏光片30包括由上往下依序设置的保护层31、偏光膜32、第三黏胶层33以及APF(Advanced Polarizer Film)层34。第三黏胶层33的材料可以为PSA压敏胶层。
由于,在第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层上分别设置弯折部,从而便于撕除第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层,防止在返工时液晶盒拉扯变形或者损坏液晶盒,同时还可以防止第一粘胶层或者第二粘胶层损坏,便于偏光片重新使用,进而降低了生产成本。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括上述任意一种的液晶显示面板。
本发明的液晶显示面板及装置,通过在第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层上分别设置弯折部,从而便于撕除第一粘胶层和第二粘胶层,防止在返工时液晶盒拉扯变形或者损坏液晶盒,进而降低了生产成本。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

  1. 一种液晶显示面板,其包括:
    液晶盒;
    第一偏光片,通过第一粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第一表面;所述第一粘胶层包括第一主体部和第一弯折部;
    第二偏光片,通过第二粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第二表面;所述第二粘胶层包括第二主体部和第二弯折部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一弯折部设置在所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第二弯折部设置在所述第二主体部的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一弯折部环绕在所述第一主体部的周缘。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第二弯折部环绕在所述第二主体部的周缘。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一弯折部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力小于所述第一主体部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力;
    所述第二弯折部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力小于所述第二主体部与所述液晶盒之间的粘力。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一主体部、所述第二主体部均与水平面平行,所述第一弯折部相对于所述第一主体部倾斜设置,所述第二弯折部相对于所述第二主体部倾斜设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一弯折部相对于所述第一主体部向下倾斜,所述第二弯折部相对于所述第二主体部向上倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述第一粘胶层的材料或所述第二粘胶层的材料为柔性材料。

    液晶盒;
    第一偏光片,通过第一粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第一表面;所述第一粘胶层包括第一主体部和第一弯折部;
    第二偏光片,通过第二粘胶层贴合在所述液晶盒的第二表面;所述第二粘胶层包括第二主体部和第二弯折部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述第一弯折部设置在所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第二弯折部设置在所述第二主体部的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述第一弯折部环绕在所述第一主体部的周缘。
