加热非燃烧型烟弹
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及加热非燃烧型烟弹。
背景技术
通常情况下,香烟是在明火燃烧时冒出香烟烟雾供吸烟者吸入口中的,而香烟明火燃烧时会分解产生烟焦油、一氧化碳、苯酚、氮氧化物、烯烃类物质、多环芳烃类物质等有害物质,这些物质会严重损害人体健康。
研究表明,在400℃以下的温度,只加热但不燃烧烟丝或烟草,尼古丁和部分烟草香味成分就可转移到烟气中,由于烟草没有经过高温燃烧,因此可大幅度降低烟草中焦油和有害成分的释放量,通过利用这种特点,以及为了满足烟民更健康的吸烟需求,便出现了一种通过烘烤烟丝或烟草来替代传统燃烧烟丝或烟草的电子烟具。
目前通过加热烘烤烟丝的加热方式有三种,分别是发热杯、发热片和发热棒,三者都是通过控制板控制电池对发热体的通电频率来加热,烘烤烟丝或烟草来产生烟雾的。
现有的烟弹均是单一对应发热杯、发热片或发热棒进行使用的,各烟弹不具有通用性,使用时不方便,因此,现有的烟弹有待改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于如何提高烟弹的通用性。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
加热非燃烧型烟弹,包括有壳体和烟嘴,所述壳体呈柱状,所述壳体内设置有容置槽,所述容置槽内可放置物料,所述壳体的一端固定有所述烟嘴,所述容置槽通过所述烟嘴与外界连通,所述壳体的另一端设置矩形加热槽和柱形加热槽,且所述容置槽与所述矩形加热槽、所述柱形加热槽均不连通。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述柱形加热槽与矩形加热槽连通。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述柱形加热槽的轴心与所述矩形加热槽对称中心线重合。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述烟嘴上设置有出气孔,所述容置槽通过所述出气孔与外界连通。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述壳体上还设置有进气孔,所述容置槽可通过所述进气孔与外界连通。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述容置槽内可放置固定物料或膏状物料。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述壳体的材料为金属或导热陶瓷。
一种电子烟,包括有上述的加热非燃烧型烟弹。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的壳体中设置有矩形加热槽和柱形加热槽,可分别匹配加热片和加热棒使用,矩形加热槽与加热片有充分的面积接触,加热棒与加热棒有充分的面积接触,壳体为柱状,可放置在加热杯或加热环中使用,由此,烟弹可兼容三种形式的加热器,通用性强。

参照图1至图4,图1是本发明一个实施例的加热非燃烧型烟弹的轴测图,图2是本发明一个实施例的加热非燃烧型烟弹的正视图,图3是本发明一个实施例的加热非燃烧型烟弹的仰视图,图4是本发明一个实施例的加热非燃烧型烟弹的剖视图。本实施例的加热非燃烧型烟弹包括有烟嘴1和壳体2,壳体2内设置有容置腔24,容置腔24内可放置固体或膏状的香料,壳体2的上端设置有开口,容置腔24通过该开口与外界连通,开口处还插接固定有烟嘴1,烟嘴1内设置有出气孔11,出气孔11作为香料加热产生的烟雾出口。
壳体2呈圆柱状,当然壳体2也可以是椭圆柱状,或棱柱状,具体尺寸与形状匹配流通较广的加热杯或加热环的形状即可。壳体2的下端沿轴向设置有矩形加热槽22和柱形加热槽23,在本实施例中,矩形加热槽22的对称中心线与柱形加热槽23的轴心重合,矩形加热槽22与柱形加热槽23连通,由此在保证矩形加热槽22与加热片具有足够的接触面积,以及柱形加热槽23与加热棒具有足够的接触面积的前提下,可尽量减小烟弹的体积。
壳体2的侧面还设置有进气孔21,参照图4,通过设置进气孔21,当通过烟嘴1吸烟时,进气孔21、容置槽24和出气孔11形成了空气流通通道,可将加热出的烟雾导出。

Claims (8)

  1. 加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,包括有壳体和烟嘴,所述壳体呈柱状,所述壳体内设置有容置槽,所述容置槽内可放置物料,所述壳体的一端固定有所述烟嘴,所述容置槽通过所述烟嘴与外界连通,所述壳体的另一端设置矩形加热槽和柱形加热槽,且所述容置槽与所述矩形加热槽、所述柱形加热槽均不连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述柱形加热槽与矩形加热槽连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述柱形加热槽的轴心与所述矩形加热槽对称中心线重合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟嘴上设置有出气孔,所述容置槽通过所述出气孔与外界连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述壳体上还设置有进气孔,所述容置槽可通过所述进气孔与外界连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述容置槽内可放置固定物料或膏状物料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹,其特征在于,所述壳体的材料为金属或导热陶瓷。
  8. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括有如权利要求1至7任一项所述的加热非燃烧型烟弹。
