一种电子柜锁离合器组件,包括凸轮(1)、凸轮轴(2)、齿轮盘(3)、套管(4)、卡圈(5)、钢珠(6);凸轮(1)的内端为一个套环(11),外端为一个摆臂(12),套环(11)间隙套接凸轮轴(2)上且套环(11)间隙套置在套管(4)内,齿轮盘(3)套接在套管(4)的外壁上,钢珠(6)安装在凸轮(1)侧壁的通槽(13)内,钢珠(6)位于套管(4)与凸轮(1)之间且钢珠(6)与凸轮轴(2)相切;凸轮轴(2)开设有凹槽(21),凹槽(21)可让钢珠(6)落入;卡圈(5)卡接在凸轮轴(2)下端的环形槽上,用于套管(4)的限位。由于电机(10)可通过齿轮组驱动离合组件的齿轮盘(3),齿轮盘(3)开始转动时,便会带动套管(4)转动,套管(4)通过钢珠(6)传递力,使凸轮(1)跟随转动,凸轮(1)可带动锁舌转动,各部件之间相互配合,动作稳定可靠。

Description

电子柜锁离合器组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁具,特别是涉及一种电子柜锁离合器组件。
背景技术
随着经济水平的提高,电子锁具在家庭、酒店、企业、公共场所等都具有广泛的推广。而电机在电子锁具的运用也日益广泛,其中运动蜗轮蜗杆输出传动,使电机可以以低功耗带动更大的载荷,但是由于蜗轮蜗杆的自锁性,使机构无法逆向传动,无法实现外部驱动开锁。此外,传统分离式电子锁具还存在以下缺陷:
1、传统分离式电子锁具带有应急开锁功能的大多采用斜锁舌,直锁舌大多因自身要求所限无法机械应急开锁;
2、传统分离式电子锁具大多为塑料外壳,强度较低,安全性能较低。
3、传统分离式电子锁具大多不能防水,实用性较差。
4、传统分离式电子锁具大多不带有安装板,安装上效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种动作稳定可靠的的电子柜锁离合器组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种电子柜锁离合器组件;包括凸轮、凸轮轴、齿轮盘、套管、卡圈、钢珠;所述的凸轮的内端为一个套环,外端为一个摆臂,套环间隙套接凸轮轴上且套环间隙套置在套管内,齿轮盘套接在套管的外壁上,钢珠安装在凸轮侧壁的通槽内,钢珠位于套管与凸轮之间且钢珠与凸轮轴相切;所述的凸轮轴开设有凹槽,该凹槽可让钢珠落入;卡圈卡接在凸轮轴下端的环形槽上,用于套管的限位。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明包括凸轮、凸轮轴、齿轮盘、套管、卡圈、钢珠,电机可通过齿轮组驱动离合组件的齿轮盘,齿轮盘开始转动时,便会带动套管转动,套管通过钢珠传递力,使凸轮跟随转动,凸轮可带动锁舌转动,各部件之间相互配合,具有动作稳定可靠的优点。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,本发明是一种电子柜锁离合器组件,包括凸轮1、凸轮轴2、齿轮盘3、套管4、卡圈5、钢珠6。
所述的凸轮1的内端为一个套环11,外端为一个摆臂12,套环11间隙套接凸轮轴2上且套环11间隙套置在套管4内,齿轮盘3套接在套管4的外壁上,钢珠6安装在凸轮1侧壁的通槽13内,钢珠6位于套管4与凸轮1之间且钢珠6与凸轮轴2相切;所述的凸轮轴2开设有凹槽21,该环形的凹槽21可让钢珠6落入;卡圈5卡接在凸轮轴2下端环形槽,用于套管4的限位。
本发明的工作原理:
结合图4所示,当识别有效卡片后,电机10开始动作,电机10通过齿轮组驱动离合组件的齿轮盘3,此时钢珠6位置在套管4与凸轮1之间,钢珠6与凸轮轴2相切,齿轮盘3与套管4相对静止,故齿轮盘3开始转动时,便会带动套管4转动,套管4通过钢珠6传递力,使凸轮1跟随转动;凸轮1带动锁舌20,实现开锁,锁舌20到位后,通过磁感应感应锁舌20是否到位,若不到位,发出报警声;再次刷卡,电机10反转,凸轮1拨动锁舌20伸出,通过磁感应感应锁舌20是否到位,若没到位,则发出警报声,锁舌20完全伸出后,凸轮1顶住锁舌20,使锁舌20无法用外力退回。当卡片失效时,揭开胶贴,插入应急钥匙,转动钥匙,锁芯尾部带动离合组件,转动凸轮轴2,钢珠6掉入凸轮轴2的凹槽21内,继续转动,凸轮轴2上的限位带动凸轮1运动,实现开锁;钥匙回转时,通过凸轮1壁与凸轮轴2之间的钢珠6传到力,使凸轮1回到初始位置,钢珠1脱离凸轮轴2后,机构完成复位。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

  1. 一种电子柜锁离合器组件;其特征在于:包括凸轮、凸轮轴、齿轮盘、套管、卡圈、钢珠;所述的凸轮的内端为一个套环,外端为一个摆臂,套环间隙套接凸轮轴上且套环间隙套置在套管内,齿轮盘套接在套管的外壁上,钢珠安装在凸轮侧壁的通槽内,钢珠位于套管与凸轮之间且钢珠与凸轮轴相切;所述的凸轮轴开设有凹槽,该凹槽可让钢珠落入;卡圈卡接在凸轮轴下端的环形槽上,用于套管的限位。
