在本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的描述的一些流程中,包含了按照特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些操作可以不按照其在本文中出现的顺序来执行或并行执行,操作的序号如101、102等,仅 仅是用于区分开各个不同的操作,序号本身不代表任何的执行顺序。另外,这些流程可以包括更多或更少的操作,并且这些操作可以按顺序执行或并行执行。需要说明的是,本文中的“第一”、“第二”等描述,是用于区分不同的消息、设备、模块等,不代表先后顺序,也不限定“第一”和“第二”是不同的类型。

名词解释:
VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol网络语音电话):将模拟的声音讯号引经过压缩与封包之后,以数据封包的形式在IP网络进行语音讯号的传输,通俗来说也就是互联网电话或IP电话。
TBCP(Talk Burst Control Protocol会话控制协议):是由OMA定义的协议,可用于实现PoC媒体流的分发和发言权的控制。
SIP(Session Initiation Protocol,会话发起协议):是由IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force,因特网工程任务组)制定的IP电话信令协议。它是一个基于文本的应用层控制协议,用于创建、修改和释放一个或多个参与者的会话。
ICT(Information and Communication Technology即信息和通信技术):是信息技术与通信技术相融合而形成的一个新的概念和新的技术领域。
RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol实时传输协议):是针对Internet上多媒体数据流的一个传输协议,由IETF(Internet工程任务组)作为RFC1889发布。RTP本身只保证实时数据的传输,并不能为按顺序传送数据包提供可靠的传送机制,也不提供流量控制或拥塞控制,它依靠RTCP提供这些服务。
RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol实时传输控制协议):负责管理传输质量在当前应用进程之间交换控制信息。
RCS(Rich Communication Suite融合通信):是指把手机中原有的“通话”、“消息”、“联系人”这3个主要入口,从运营商的层面直接与手机整合,变为新通话、新消息、新联系。
MS(Media Server媒体服务器):是下一代网络的重要设备。该设备在控制设备(软交换设备、应用服务器)的控制下,提供在IP网络上实现各种业务所需的媒体资源功能,包括业务音提供、会议、交互式应答(IVR)、通知、统一消息、高级语音业务等。
本发明第一实施例提供了一种电子白板控制方法,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S10中,采集电子白板操作数据。
在本实施例中,用户对电子白板进行的操作,包括但不限于画线操作、擦除操作等,其中画线操作包括但不限于画直线、曲线,点等操作。
客户端APP采集用户对本端的电子白板的操作数据,该操作数据可以以点阵数据表示,例如用户在电子白板上画线时,该点阵数据为所画线的组成点在白板坐标区间的位置数据,此时用该点阵数据作为画线操作的操作数据。
如图2所示,客户端APP采集电子白板操作数据的步骤S10包括以下步骤。
在步骤S101中,采集白板操作的操作数据。
在本实施例中,白板操作的点阵数据是用户在操作白板时例如画线时,所画线的组成点在白板点阵区间的位置数据。首先为白板操作建立一个数据链表,当用户在电子白板上进行画线操作时,客户端APP将所画线的各组成点的位置数据记录到该数据链表中,另外该数据链表还可记录区分不同的线条、不同的字体及不同的操作的数据。通过这个链表的数据结构,可以还原 操作者在电子白板进行何种操作,当操作者进行完一次操作的时候,其数据链表更新并传输一次,接收者接收到数据链表后,对这些数据进行还原,并重绘数据,这样就可以实时还原用户的白板操作的数据。该方式不仅可以实时地传输用户的白板操作数据,还可以大大减少数据的传输量。
在步骤S102中,判断是否完成一次白板操作。
在本实施例中,一次白板操作可以为预设时间长度内的白板操作,这样可以通过判断时间长度来判断是否完成一次白板操作。
在步骤S103中,若是,则结束采集所述白板操作的操作数据。
在本实施例中,如果达到预设时间长度,则结束采集本次白板操作的操作数据。
在步骤S104中,若否,则继续采集所述白板操作的操作数据。
在本实施例中,如果没有达到预设时间长度,则继续采集所画线的当前组成点的坐标位置并记录到该数据链表中。
在步骤S11中,将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面。
进一步,用所述白板操作数据重绘电子白板的显示画面,得到合成白板操作的视频画面。
在本实施例中,用所采集的白板操作数据重绘电子白板的显示画面,这样就可以实时生成白板操作过程的视频画面,例如画线过程的视频画面。
用所采集的白板操作的点阵数据,在本次操作前的时间最接近的电子白板的显示画面基础上重绘电子白板的显示画面,生成合成本次操作后的电子白板的显示画面,这样就可以实时生成白板操作过程的视频画面,例如画线过程的视频画面。
在步骤S12中,将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
在本实施例中,将合成白板操作的视频画面上传到服务器端,并由该服务器端将合成白板操作的视频画面传转发其他各成员端,从而各成员端的用户都可以实时观看到其他用户在电子白板上的操作,共享电子白板的操作过 程。
本发明第二实施例提供了一种电子白板控制方法,该方法可以应用于多方视频业务中,由多个参会的移动端作为成员端与媒体服务器之间进行控制及交互,以实现成员端在多方视频会议中共享电子白板的操作过程。
在本实施例中,参会的成员端包括白板业务的发起端和其它成员端,所述发起端和其它成员端操作本端的电子白板实现共享电子白板操作。
用户对电子白板进行的操作,包括但不限于画线操作、擦除操作等,其中画线操作包括但不限于画直线、曲线,点等操作。
成员端与媒体服务器之间可以采用RTCP协议的数据源描述数据包SDES来定义白板控制及操作的消息,实现成员端在多方视频会议中共享电子白板的操作过程,包括:控制权申请消息(TB_request)、授权消息(TB_granted)、已占用通知消息(TB_taken)、拒绝申请消息(TB_deny)、控制权释放申请消息(TB_release)、控制权释放通知消息(TB_released)、消息应答(TB_Reply)、操作指令(TB_operational order)等。
如图3所示,该方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S201中,发起端向媒体服务器申请发起电子白板操作。
在本实施例中,首先发起多方视频业务,进入多方视频业务后,所有参会的成员端包括主席和成员,都可以发起电子白板操作,假设成员端A发起电子白板业务,则成员端A称为发起端,首先要通过RTCP协议向媒体服务器发送TB_request消息,以申请电子白板控制权。
在步骤S202中,媒体服务器判断电子白板的控制权是否为空闲状态。
在步骤S203中,若是,则媒体服务器授权给该发起端,并将电子白板的控制权设置为白板状态,通知入会的所有成员端控制权已经被占用;发起端收到授权信息后开始向媒体服务器上传视频流;媒体服务器把申请端的上行视频流程放在第一路流转发给各个成员端,同时抑制声音激励模式;其他成员端在收到控制权已经被占用的消息后切换到电子白板界面,显示第一路视 频流。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,媒体服务器收到请求后,判断当前电子白板的控制权是否空闲,如果空闲可用,则向成员端A发送TB_granted消息,以将白板的控制权授权给申请端A,同时向其他成员端发送TB_taken消息,以通知其他各个成员端:白板的控制权被拿走了,请不要再申请。
其他成员端收到通知后,向媒体服务器返回消息应答TB_Reply,表示收到通知消息,并会自动切换到电子白板界面,进入到电子白板操作模式。
发起端收到授权消息后开始向媒体服务器上传视频流;媒体服务器首先把发起端的上行视频流程放在第一路流转发给各个成员端,同时要抑制声音激励模式(声音激励是在多方视频中,会把声音最大的一路流放在第一路中传递),这样保证第一路流是电子白板的发起端的视频流程。其他成员端在进入电子白板操作模式后,收到的第一路视频流即为发起端的视频流程,此时,只显示第一路视频流,而且大屏幕显示,后面的其它路视频流不显示。发起端上传的视频流按照RTP协议进行传递,其中在RTCP-SDES的name中填写“发起端号码:Sket”,向其他成员端表明其所接收到的视频流程为该发起端上传的白板操作视频流程。当新进入多方视频业务的成员端接收到该视频流程时,根据该name中填写的发起端号码:Sket”信息,会自动切换到电子白板界面,进入到电子白板操作模式。
在步骤S204中,若否,则媒体服务器拒绝白板发起请求。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,在进入电子白板操作模式后,即控制权不是空闲状态时,各个成员端可能还有申请电子白板控制权的误操作,如果是原发起端因为网路问题而没有收到授权响应,所以还在继续申请,则媒体服务器会再次向原申请端发送授权响应TB_granted,如果是其他成员端申请,则媒体服务器向该成员端发送拒绝响应TB_deny,拒绝其他成员端的申请。
在本实施例中,所有成员端都可以操作电子白板,当发起端进行白板操作时执行步骤S21,当其他成员端进行白板操作时执行步骤S22。如图6所 示,该方法还包括以下步骤。
在步骤S21中,当发起端进行白板操作时,由所述发起端采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据。
在本实施例中,如图7所示,当发起端进行白板操作时,则直接在本端进行画面的合成操作,不需要向媒体服务端发送所采集的操作数据。
在步骤S22中,当所述除发起端之外的其它成员端进行白板操作时,由所述其它成员端采集本端的所述白板操作数据,并向媒体服务器发送白板操作数据;由所述媒体服务器将所述白板操作数据转发给所述发起端;由所述发起端接收所述白板操作数据。
在本实施例中,如图8所示,当所述除发起端之外的其它成员端进行白板操作时,需要向媒体服务端发送所采集的操作数据。
进行白板操作的其他成员端通过RTCP协议将携带白板操作数据的操作指令(TB_operational order)的消息发送到媒体服务器,其中SDES包的数据项定义为:PT=204表明是自定义应用,name=“Sket”表明是电子白板操作,subtype=01010表明是电子白板操作指令,application dependent data携带xml格式的白板操作数据。
媒体服务器收到操作指令(TB_operational order)的消息,会将该RTCP请求消息按照RTCP协议转发到发起端。由所述发起端接收所述白板操作数据。
在步骤S23中,由所述发起端将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面。
进一步,具体为:由所述发起端将本次白板操作的操作数据还原为白板操作的动作重绘在发起端生成的时间最近的视频画面上,从而生成本次白板操作的视频画面。
在本实施例中,发起端收到操作指令(TB_operational order)的消息后,会根据该消息携带的白板操作数据进行白板操作动作的还原,并且根据还原的白板操作数据重绘在发起端生成的时间最近的视频画面上,生成合成本次 操作后的电子白板的显示画面,这样就可以实时生成白板操作过程的视频画面,例如画线过程的视频画面。
在步骤S24中,由所述发起端将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
进一步,具体为:所述发起端通过上行视频流程将所述视频画面传递到所述媒体服务器;所述媒体服务器将视频画面传递到除发起端之外的其它成员端的第一路下行视频流中。
在本实施例中,发起端将合成好的视频画面按照RTP协议传递到媒体服务器。媒体服务器将该视频画面按照RTP协议转发到其他各用户端的第一路下行视频流中。
在本实施例中,如图9所示,当发起端向服务器请求结束白板业务时,进一步包括以下步骤。
在步骤S25中,发起端向媒体服务器请求结束白板业务。
在步骤S26中,媒体服务器根据发起端向服务器结束白板请求,将白板的控制权设置为空闲状态,向其他成员端下发电子白板释放通知信息。
在步骤S27中,其他成员端收到电子白板释放通知信息后释放本端的电子白板界面。
在本实施例中,如图10所示,发起端向媒体服务器发送控制权释放申请消息(TB_release),媒体服务器收到控制权释放申请消息后将白板的控制权设置为空闲状态,并向其他成员端下发电子白板释放通知信息(TB_released),其他成员端收到电子白板释放通知信息后释放本端的电子白板界面。
本发明第三实施例提供了一种移动终端,其中,移动终端可以是手机、平板电脑、MP3、MP4或笔记本电脑等。
如图11为该移动终端的结构示意图,用于实现的第一实施例中的电子白板控制方法。移动终端300包括采集模块310、视频生成模块320和传输模块330。
其中,采集模块310,与视频生成模块320连接,用于采集电子白板操作数据。
进一步,采集模块310具体用于:采集白板操作的操作数据;判断是否完成一次白板操作;若是,则结束采集所述白板操作的操作数据;若否,则继续采集所述白板操作的操作数据。
其中,视频生成模块320分别与采集模块310及传输模块330连接,用于将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面。
进一步,视频生成模块320具体用于:用所述白板操作数据重绘电子白板的显示画面,得到合成白板操作的视频画面。
其中,传输模块330,与视频生成模块320连接,用于将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
本发明第四实施例提供了一种电子白板系统,如图12为电子白板系统的结构示意图,用于实现的第二实施例中的电子白板控制方法。电子白板系统400包括媒体服务器410、发起端420和其它成员端430。媒体服务器410分别与发起端420和其它成员端430连接。
媒体服务器410,用于将所述白板操作数据转发给所述发起端;
发起端420,用于采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据;用于接收所述白板操作数据;用于将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面;用于将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端;
其它成员端430,用于采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据,并向媒体服务器发送白板操作数据。
本发明的实施例提供的应用于多方视频业务中的电子白板系统,适合在进行方案讨论环节中,参加多方视频会议的人员利用各自移动终端,共同在同一电子白板上进行交互或涂鸦,从而实现快速流程的交互结果展示。
在本发明的实施例应用于多方视频业务中,通过RTCP协议进行电子白板的控制权的各种控制操作,包括:任何成员端可以作为发起端发起电子白 板操作,由媒体服务器根据电子白板的控制权状态为发起端授权或拒绝,授权后通知入会的所有成员端切换到电子白板界面等操作;通过RTCP协议进行电子白板的交互操作,包括:成员端以点阵数据的形式采集电子白板交互数据,通过媒体服务器将点阵数据传递到发起端,发起端将白板交互的点阵数据合成视频画面,通过媒体服务器再把发起端合成的视频画面传递到各个成员端,从而实现电子白板的各项功能,本发明的实施例通过媒体面进行电子白板的交互,可以提高电子白板的响应速度,同时较好完成数据合成,实现较为流畅的共享电子白板操作,实现了比较流畅的电子白板交互效果。

  1. 一种电子白板控制方法,其中,包括:
    采集电子白板操作数据;
    将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面;
    将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述采集电子白板操作数据,包括:
    采集白板操作的操作数据;
    判断是否完成一次白板操作;
    若是,则结束采集所述白板操作的操作数据;
    若否,则继续采集所述白板操作的操作数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面包括:
    用所述白板操作数据重绘电子白板的显示画面,得到合成白板操作的视频画面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多方视频业务中成员端包括白板业务的发起端和其它成员端,所述发起端和所述其它成员端操作本端的电子白板实现共享电子白板操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,当所述发起端进行白板操作时,
    由所述发起端采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据;
    由所述发起端将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面;
    由所述发起端将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,当所述除发起端之外的其它成员端进行白板操作时,在由所述发起端将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面之前的步骤替换为:
    由所述其它成员端采集本端的所述白板操作数据,并向媒体服务器发送白板操作数据;
    由所述媒体服务器将所述白板操作数据转发给所述发起端;
    由所述发起端接收所述白板操作数据。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所采集的所述白板操作数据为白板操作的点阵数据。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,由所述发起端将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面,包括:由所述发起端将本次白板操作的操作数据还原为白板操作的动作重绘在发起端生成的时间最近的视频画面上,从而生成本次白板操作的视频画面。
  9. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,由所述发起端将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端,包括:
    所述发起端通过上行视频流程将所述视频画面传递到所述媒体服务器;
    所述媒体服务器将视频画面传递到除发起端之外的其它成员端的第一路下行视频流中。
  10. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述成员端采集本端的所述白板操作数据前,所述方法还包括:
    发起端向媒体服务器申请发起电子白板操作;
    媒体服务器判断电子白板的控制权是否为空闲状态;
    若是,则媒体服务器授权给该发起端,并将电子白板的控制权设置为白板状态,通知入会的所有成员端控制权已经被占用;发起端收到授权消息后开始向媒体服务器上传视频流;媒体服务器把发起端的上行视频流程放在第一路流转发给各个成员端,同时抑制声音激励模式;其他成员端在收到控制权已经被占用的消息后切换到电子白板界面,显示第一路视频流;
    若否,则媒体服务器拒绝白板发起请求。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    发起端向媒体服务器请求结束白板业务;
    媒体服务器根据发起端向服务器结束白板请求,将白板的控制权设置为空闲状态,向其他成员端下发电子白板释放信息;
    其他成员端收到电子白板释放标志后释放本端的电子白板界面。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述白板操作数据还包括区分不同的线条、不同的字体及不同的操作的操作数据。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,成员端与媒体服务器之间采用RTCP协议进行控制及交互。
  14. 一种移动终端,其特中,包括:
    采集模块,用于采集电子白板操作数据;
    视频生成模块,用于将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面;
    传输模块,用于将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的移动终端,其中,所述采集模块,用于:
    采集白板操作的操作数据;
    判断是否完成一次白板操作;
    若是,则结束采集所述白板操作的操作数据;
    若否,则继续采集所述白板操作的操作数据。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的移动终端,其中,所述视频生成模块,用于:用所述白板操作数据重绘电子白板的显示画面,得到合成白板操作的视频画面。
  17. 一种电子白板系统,其中,包括:
    媒体服务器,用于将所述白板操作数据转发给所述发起端;
    发起端,用于采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据;用于接收所述白板操作数据;用于将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面;用于将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端;
    其它成员端,用于采集本端的所述白板操作的操作数据,并向媒体服务器发送白板操作数据。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子白板系统,其中,所采集的所述白板操作数据为白板操作的点阵数据。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的电子白板系统,其中,所述发起端将所述白板操作数据合成为视频画面,包括:由所述发起端将本次白板操作的操作数据还原为白板操作的动作重绘在发起端生成的时间最近的视频画面上,从而生成本次白板操作的视频画面。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的电子白板系统,其中,所述发起端将所述视频画面传递到在多方视频业务中其他成员端,包括:
    所述发起端通过上行视频流程将所述视频画面传递到所述媒体服务器;
    所述媒体服务器将视频画面传递到除发起端之外的其它成员端的第一路下行视频流中。

    媒体服务器,用于判断电子白板的控制权是否为空闲状态;若是,则媒体服务器授权给该发起端,并将电子白板的控制权设置为白板状态,通知入会的所有成员端控制权已经被占用;把发起端的上行视频流程放在第一路流转发给各个成员端,同时抑制声音激励模式;若否,则媒体服务器拒绝白板发起请求;
    发起端,用于向媒体服务器申请发起电子白板操作;收到授权信息后开始向媒体服务器上传视频流;
    其它成员端,用于在收到控制权已经被占用的消息后切换到电子白板界面,显示第一路视频流。
  22. 如权利要求17所述的电子白板系统,其中,媒体服务器及各成员端的功能还包括:
    媒体服务器,用于根据发起端向服务器结束白板请求,将白板的控制权设置为空闲状态,向其他成员端下发电子白板释放信息;
    发起端,用于向媒体服务器请求结束白板业务;
    其它成员端,用于在收到电子白板释放标志后释放本端的电子白板界面。
  23. 如权利要求17所述的电子白板系统,其中,成员端与媒体服务器之间采用RTCP协议进行控制及交互。
