应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的主要解决方案是:接收各终端在预设时间段发送的应用的使用数据和应用属性信息;根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;若是,则将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。现有的预装应用都只是根据之前数据或者客户提供的数据来决定的,无法更新当下最受欢迎的应用到终端中,影响用户体验感,以及预装应用出现异常时的处理方式耗时长,效率低,消耗人力成本过高,影响软件的稳定性的问题。
本申请能够实现预设时间段内智能更新预装应用列表,在预设时间段内接收各终端发送的使用数据和应用属性信息,并根据所述使用数据和应用属性信息,对预装应用列表的预装应用进行修改、增加,使预装应用列表能够根据市场需求进行更新,保证预装的应用都是当前热门的应用,且预装应用能够正常使用,解决原来设备不能定期进行智能更新的问题,同时,预装应用出现异常时,可通过更新预装应用解决异常的问题,有效解决了原来预装应用异常时需工程师上门修复或者下架异常应用的问题,缩短预装应用异常的解决周期,提升解决效率以及软件的稳定定性,降低成本,提升用户体验。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的终端结构示意图。
本申请实施例终端可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,终端还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在移动终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及预装应用管理程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的预装应用管理程序,并执行以下操作:
接收各终端在预设时间段发送的应用的使用数据和应用属性信息;
根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;
获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
若是,则将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
基于上述硬件结构,提出本申请方法实施例。
参照图2,图2为本申请方法第一实施例的流程示意图,所述方法包括:
步骤S10,接收各终端在预设时间段发送的应用的使用数据和应用属性信息;
在点击使用应用时,终端会将使用应用点击次数或者下载次数等使用数据和应用属性信息发送服务器,服务器接收所述使用数据和应用属性信息,应用属性信息包括应用名字、用户名称,应用属性信息还可以包括使用地区,
根据客户名称区分不同客户,以供生成对应客户的预装应用列表,应用属性信息还可以包括使用地区,可通过终端应用的IP地址获取使用地区的应用属性信息,使用地区如不同的国家或者一个国家的不同的省市进行划分,以供生成对应使用地区的预装应用列表。
步骤S20,根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;
服务器接收各终端发送的使用应用点击次数或者下载次数等使用数据和应用属性信息后,会对使用数据进行分析,统计该使用数据对应的应用属性信息,如根据使用地区进行统计生成对应使用地区的预装应用列表,或者根据使用地区和客户生成对应地区和客户的预装应用列表,或者根据客户生成对应客户的预装应用列表;
可根据统计分析的结果如应用点击次数或者下载次数,根据点击次数或者下载次数的多少确定预设个数的预装应用列入预装应用列表,如选择出各个使用地区各个客户的点击次数排前10的预装应用生成预装应用列表,同时根据选择预设个数的预装应用对原预装应用列表中的预装应用信息进行修改、删除,生成所述预装应用列表。在生成预装应用列表的同时生成对应的预装应用列表的版本号,可在原来预装应用列表的版本号基础上递增1;所述预装应用程序列表至少包括列表中的预装应用的应用名字、应用图标的地址、应用识别码、应用信息和应用的打开网址;
本申请能够实现定期智能更新预装应用列表,且使预装应用列表适应市场需求,保证预装应用列表中的预装应用都是当前热门的应用,且能够对预装应用列表中的异常预装应用进行删除,保证预装应用的稳定性和正常使用。
步骤S30,获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
获取终端的使用信息,如获取终端是否已经安装应用的使用信息时,在获取终端未安装应用的使用信息时,确定将生成的预装应用列表发送至终端,;
在获取到终端已经安装应用列表的使用信息时,获取终端中已安装应用列表的版本号,确认所述预装应用列表的版本号与终端中已安装应用列表的版本号是否相同,在确认两者的版本号相同时,则确定不发送预装应用列表至终端,在确认两者的版本号不相同时,则确定发送所述预装应用列表至终端,以供终端进行应用更新。
步骤S40,若是,则将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
将预装应用列表发送至终端,终端在收到服务器发送的预装应用列表时,可自主选择是否进行应用预装或者应用更新,或者终端在开机时查看服务器是否有新的预装应用列表,有则下载最新的预装应用列表到本地,然后根据新的预装应用列表,动态刷新终端的用户界面布局,在终端上只显示应用列表给出的应用,实现动态更新预装应用,所述终端包括电视、计算机等终端。通过上述方式,解决原来设备不能定期进行智能更新的问题;同时,预装应用出现异常时,可通过更新预装应用解决异常的问题,有效解决了原来预装应用异常时需工程师上门修复或者下架异常应用的问题,缩短预装应用异常的解决周期,提升解决效率以及软件的稳定定性,降低成本,提升用户体验。
进一步地,参照图3,图3为本申请方法第二实施例的流程示意图。基于上述图2所示的实施例,步骤S20可以包括:
步骤S21,根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,选择预设个数的预装应用生成具有列表版本号的预装应用列表。
根据各终端发送的使用应用点击次数或者下载次数等使用数据和应用属性信息后,对各终端发送的使用应用点击次数或者下载次数等使用数据进行分析统计,可根据统计分析的结果如根据点击次数或者下载次数的多少排序取前预设个数的预装应用列入预装应用列表,如预设个数为10个,则选择出各个使用地区各个客户的点击次数前10的预装应用生成对应各个使用地区对应客户的预装应用列表。保证预装应用列表中的预装应用都是当前热门的应用,能够根据市场需求或地区对终端的预装应用进行更新。
进一步地,参照图4,图4为本申请预装应用管理方法第三实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,所述应用属性信息包括使用地区,步骤S20可以包括:
步骤S22,根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成对应使用地区的具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;
服务器接收各终端发送的使用应用点击次数或者下载次数等使用数据和应用属性信息后,会对使用数据进行分析,统计该使用数据对应的应用属性信息,所述应用属性信息还包括使用地区,服务器可将所述使用数据和应用属性信息根据使用地区进行统计生成对应使用地区的预装应用列表,预装应用列表具有列表版本号。
步骤S40可以包括:
步骤S41,将对应所述终端使用地区的所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
服务器将所述使用数据和应用属性信息根据使用地区进行统计生成对应使用地区的预装应用列表后,获取终端的应用的使用信息,如获取到终端是否已安装应用的使用信息时,确定将所述预装应用可将所述预装应用列表发送至终端时,将对应终端使用地区的所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
进一步地,参照图5,图5为本申请预装应用管理方法第四实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,所述预装应用列表包括多个不同应用格式的预装应用列表,步骤S40可以包括:
步骤S42,获取终端的应用的使用格式,将所述应用格式与所述使用格式匹配的预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
确定可将所述预装应用发送至终端时,所述预装应用列表包括多个不同应用格式的预装应用列表,获取终端的应用的使用格式,将与终端应用的使用格式匹配的预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或者应用更新时。保证发送至终端的预装应用列表中的预装应用的格式与终端应用使用的格式一致,使预装应用能正常使用。
进一步地,参照图6,图6为本申请预装应用管理方法第五实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,步骤S30可以包括:
步骤S31,获取终端是否已经安装应用的使用信息;
获取终端已经安装应用的使用信息,或者获取终端未安装应用的实用信息。
步骤S32,在获取所述终端未安装应用的使用信息时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
若获取到终端中未安装应用的使用信息时,则确定将预装应用列表发送至终端,终端根据预装应用列表进行应用预装,保证了终端应用预装是最新的预装应用列表,改变了原来终端应用只有一个预装应用列表版本,不能够给终端预装适用于当前的应用,或者当前最热门的应用。或者未安装应用的终端开机时,连接服务器,查询服务器当前的预装应用列表,根据预装应用列表进行应用预装。
进一步地,参照图7,图7为本申请预装应用管理方法第六实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,步骤S30可以包括:
步骤S33,在获取所述终端已安装应用的使用信息时,获取所述终端中的预装应用列表的版本号,确定所述预装应用列表的版本号与所述终端中的应用列表的版本号不同时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
在确定终端中已经安装应用时,进一步获取所述终端中的预装应用列表的版本号,确定预装应用的版本号与终端中的应用列表的版本号不同时,则表明终端当前的的预装应用列表不是最新预装应用列表,则确定将预装应用列表发送至终端,确定预装应用的版本号与终端中的应用列表版本号相同时,则表明终端当前已经是最新的预装应用列表,则确定不发送所述预装应用列表至终端,或者安装应用的终端开机时,连接服务器,查询服务器中的预装应用列表的版本号,查询到版本号不同时,根据预装应用列表进行应用更新。具体的操作流程如下,开机过程中,当检测Flag==1的时候,终端需要在读取预装应用列表中的预装应用的应用名称、图标格式等信息,然后链接服务器,下载好新的推荐预装应用的图标格式、应用名字等信息,终端开机打开预装应用,程序会从已经下载好的资源中读取相关信息,从而直接显示到终端中,保证终端开机后,显示的用户界面已经包含预装应用列表的更新,实现开机过程中,动态更改终端用户界面的功能。
进一步地,参照图8,图8为本申请预装应用管理方法第七实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,步骤S40可以包括:
步骤S43,将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
获取终端的应用的使用信息,确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端后。将所述预装应用列表发送至终端,或者终端根据本地应用的使用信息,查询服务器的预装应用列表,确定是否进行更新或者预装。
步骤S44,在所述终端读取预装应用列表并进行链接动作时,将所述预装应用列表中所述终端未安装的预装应用的安装程序,以及所述终端中已安装的预装应用的更新程序发送至所述终端,以供所述终端打开预装应用时读取程序进行显示,并更新用户界面。
在终端读取预装应用列表并进行链接动作时,将终端未安装的应用的安装程序,以及终端中已经安装的预装应用的更新程序发送至所述终端,终端开机打开预装应用时,程序会从已经下载好的资源中读取相关信息,从而直接显示到终端中,保证终端开机后,显示的用户界面已经包含预装应用列表的更新,实现开机过程中,动态更改终端用户界面的功能。
进一步地,参照图9,图9为本申请预装应用管理方法第八实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例,所述方法还包括:
步骤S50,接收指令,删除或者修改预装应用列表中的指令对应的预装应用。
通过服务器删除或者修改预装列表中的预装应用,后台管理者有权限进行应用的修改和删除,方便后台管理者对预装应用程序进行维护和修改的管理,解决了原来终端中的应用异常时,需工程师上门服务的问题,提高了问题解决应用异常的效率,降低了人工成本,同时保证了预装应用的稳定性,提高了用户体验。还可通过服务器向终端推送开发者新开发的应用,提高了用户体验。
本申请还提供一种预装应用管理装置。
本申请预装应用管理装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的预装应用管理方法的步骤。
其中,在所述处理器上运行的预装应用管理程序被执行时所实现的方法可参照本申请预装应用管理方法各个实施例,此处不再赘述。
本申请还提供一种存储介质。
本申请存储介质上存储有预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的预装应用管理方法的步骤。

    获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
    若是,则将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的预装应用管理方法,其中,所述获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端的步骤包括:
    在获取所述终端已安装应用的使用信息时,获取所述终端中的预装应用列表的版本号,确定所述预装应用列表的版本号与所述终端中的应用列表的版本号不同时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的应用预装管理方法,其中,所述将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新的步骤包括:
    将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
    在所述终端读取预装应用列表并进行链接动作时,将所述预装应用列表中所述终端未安装的预装应用的安装程序,以及所述终端中已安装的预装应用的更新程序发送至所述终端,以供所述终端打开预装应用时读取程序进行显示,并更新用户界面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的预装应用的管理方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收指令,删除或者修改预装应用列表中的指令对应的预装应用。
  9. 一种预装应用管理装置,其中,所述预装应用管理装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:

    获取终端的应用的使用格式,将所述应用格式与所述使用格式匹配的预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的预装应用管理装置,其中,所述预装应用管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    获取终端是否已经安装应用的使用信息;
    在获取所述终端未安装应用的使用信息时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的预装应用管理装置,其中,所述预装应用管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    在获取所述终端已安装应用的使用信息时,获取所述终端中的预装应用列表的版本号,确定所述预装应用列表的版本号与所述终端中的应用列表的版本号不同时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
  15. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    接收各终端在预设时间段发送的应用的使用数据和应用属性信息;
    根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;
    获取所述终端的应用的使用信息,根据所述使用信息确定是否将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端;
    若是,则将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。

    根据所述使用数据和所述应用属性信息,生成对应使用地区的具有列表版本号的预装应用列表;
    所述将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新的步骤包括:
    将对应所述终端使用地区的所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    获取终端的应用的使用格式,将所述应用格式与所述使用格式匹配的预装应用列表发送至所述终端,以供终端根据所述预装应用列表进行应用预装或应用更新。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    获取终端是否已经安装应用的使用信息;
    在获取所述终端未安装应用的使用信息时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有预装应用管理程序,所述预装应用管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    在获取所述终端已安装应用的使用信息时,获取所述终端中的预装应用列表的版本号,确定所述预装应用列表的版本号与所述终端中的应用列表的版本号不同时,则确定将所述预装应用列表发送至所述终端。
