所述复合防沙网10能够将直径≥150μm的沙尘颗粒隔绝在通风装置外。具有良好的防沙防尘功能,复合防沙网10满足GJB150.12A-2009的要求。
所述电磁屏蔽部件为EMC屏蔽通风网12,该EMC屏蔽通风网12通过支撑板11安装在主体1上。支撑板11上加工有法兰,该法兰通过螺钉与主体1连接。
所述EMC屏蔽通风网12为蜂窝式的波导通风板,波导通风板上网孔的横截面为内接圆直径φ3.2mm的正六边形,网孔的深度为12.7mm。蜂窝式的波导通风板的相对电导率和相对磁导率较高,其安装在出风口13处,具备60dB的电磁屏蔽能力。
所述转动部件为百叶窗,该百叶窗包括百叶窗框架14和多块并排 安装在百叶窗框架14上的叶片2,百叶窗框架14安装在主体1上的进风口5一侧,叶片2的中部与百叶窗框架14动连接,各叶片2通过连接杆4串联在一起,该连接杆4与驱动组件连接。在使用时,叶片2安装在百叶窗框架14上,用铰链连接,叶片2之间通过连接杆4连接,叶片2打开或封闭进风口5时,通过连接杆4保证各叶片2具有相同的开合角度。
所述叶片2的横截面为L形,包括工作板20和焊接在工作板20上的连接板21,工作板20的中部与百叶窗框架14转动连接,连接板21上远离工作板20的一端与连接杆4转动连接。
所述工作板20上远离连接板21的一端加工有两凸台200,靠近连接板21的一端加工有凹槽201,且两凸台200的距离与槽口201的宽度相匹配。在使用时,凸台200、凹槽201和叶片2的长度一致;当百叶窗封闭进风口5时,上方叶片2上的两凸台200嵌入到下方叶片2上的槽口201内,从而密封进风口5,方便对室内或舱内的温度进行调节。
所述驱动组件为安装在主体1内的步进电机6,该步进电机6的输出轴通过曲柄7和连杆8与连接杆4连接。曲柄7、连杆8和连接杆4组成曲柄滑块机构,步进电机6驱动该曲柄滑块机构控制连接杆4上下移动,从而控制叶片2的开合角度。
本发明所述的一种具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其工作原理如下:
叶片2打开时,外界空气依次经复合防沙网10、百页窗、主体1和电磁屏蔽部件进入到舱内或室内;通风口9位于防雨罩3与主体1所围空腔的底部,且通风口9的面积大,当单位时间内通风风量一定时,有利于减小通风口9处的风速,避免雨水被吸入至通风装置内,从而使通风装置具备良好的防雨功能;复合防沙网10能够将直径≥150μm的沙尘颗粒隔绝在通风装置外,具备良好的防沙防尘功能;可根据需要,控制百叶窗上叶片2的开合角度,方便对室内或舱内的温度进行调节,实用性强,可靠性高。
主体1、防雨罩3和支撑板11均采用铝板制成,结构强度大,重量轻。
实施例一:
随着我国国防力量的不断增强,国防系统需进行全域作战,为满足地面保障设备的正常工作,将本发明所述的一种具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置作为综控舱的通风散热装置。具体的,将通风装置安装在综控舱的进风口处,通风装置上的电磁屏蔽部件和主体1嵌入安装到综控舱的外壁,主体1上的安装法兰通过M3×12的盘头螺钉与综控舱外壁连接,待各部件安装完毕后,将防雨罩3安装在主体1上。此外,综控舱内安装有温度传感器和控制器,温度传感器和步进电机6均通过电线与控制器连接。当温度传感器感应到综控舱内的温度高于设定值时,温度传感器将信号传递给控制器,控制器将动作指令发送给步进电机6,步进电机6驱使叶片2打开,从而实现散热;当温度传感器感应到综控舱内的温度低于设定值时,百叶窗保持关闭状态,避免热空气经通风装置大量流失到综控舱外。通风装置实现自动控制,方便调节综控舱内的温度,从而使综控舱内的元器件在合理的温度范围内正常工作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:包括主体(1)、防雨部件、防尘部件和电磁屏蔽部件,所述主体(1)为密闭中空腔体,主体(1)上设有进风口(5)和出风口(13),所述电磁屏蔽部件设在主体(1)上的出风口(13)一侧,所述防雨部件安装在主体(1)上并与主体(1)围成一空腔,该空腔通过进风口(5)与主体(1)的内部连通,且该空腔的底部设有与外界连通的通风口(9),所述防尘部件安装在通风口(9)处;所述主体(1)内设有用于打开和封闭进风口(5)的转动部件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述防雨部件为防雨罩(3),该防雨罩(3)与主体(1)所围成空腔的下部尺寸大于上部尺寸。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述防尘部件为复合防沙网(10)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述复合防沙网(10)能够将直径≥150μm的沙尘颗粒隔绝在通风装置外。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述电磁屏蔽部件为EMC屏蔽通风网(12),该EMC屏蔽通风网(12)通过支撑板(11)安装在主体(1)上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述EMC屏蔽通风网(12)为蜂窝式的波导通风板,波导通风板上网孔的横截面为内接圆直径φ3.2mm的正六边形,网孔的深度为12.7mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述转动部件为百叶窗,该百叶窗包括百叶窗框架(14) 和多块并排设置在百叶窗框架(14)上的叶片(2),百叶窗框架(14)安装在主体(1)上的进风口(5)一侧,叶片(2)的中部与百叶窗框架(14)转动连接,各叶片(2)通过连接杆(4)串联在一起,该连接杆(4)与驱动组件连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述叶片(2)的横截面为L形,包括工作板(20)和设置在工作板(20)上的连接板(21),工作板(20)的中部与百叶窗框架(14)转动连接,连接板(21)上远离工作板(20)的一端与连接杆(4)转动连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述工作板(20)上远离连接板(21)的一端设有两凸台(200),靠近连接板(21)的一端设有凹槽(201),且两凸台(200)的距离与槽口(201)的宽度相匹配。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的具有防雨防尘和电磁屏蔽功能的通风装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件为安装在主体(1)内的步进电机(6),该步进电机(6)的输出轴通过曲柄(7)和连杆(8)与连接杆(4)连接。
