Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a ventilation apparatus having anti-rain, anti-dust and electromagnetic interference shielding functionality, in the technical field of electromagnetic interference shielding. The present ventilation apparatus comprises a main body, an anti-rain component, and anti-dust component and an electromagnetic interference shielding component, the main body being a sealed and hollow cavity, the main body having disposed thereon an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening, the electromagnetic interference shielding component being disposed on the main body at one side of the air outlet opening, the anti-rain component being mounted onto the main body, surroundingly forming a cavity with the main body, the cavity being in communication with an inner part of the main body via the air inlet opening, a bottom part of the cavity being provided with a ventilation register in communication with the outside, the anti-dust component being mounted at the ventilation register, and the main body having disposed therein a rotating component used to open and close the air inlet opening. The present invention has good anti-rain functionality and anti-sand and anti-dust functionality; the invention can, according to need, control an angle of openness of shutter louvers, conveniently adjusting indoor or cabin temperature, and having good usability and high reliability.
Description
VENTILATION DEVICE WITH THE FUNCTIONS OF RAINPROOF, DUSTPROOF
AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a ventilation device with the functions of rainproof, dustproof and electromagnetic shielding, belonging to the technical field of electromagnetic shielding.
BACKGROUND
Shielding facilities and electronic equipment is a closed shell made of plate-shaped metal, which is an important structure to prevent high-energy electromagnetic waves from coupling from the outside to the inside or from coupling from the inside to the outside. In order to ensure ventilation and air conditioning, it is necessary to set up ventilation ducts or air vents. Because these holes will produce serious electromagnetic wave coupling and greatly reduce the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, it is necessary to install electromagnetic shielding ventilation device on the ventilation ducts or air vents, which can not only ventilate but also attenuate the electromagnetic wave. Therefore, the Chinese patent document with the publication number of CN201657590U discloses a multifunctional electromagnetic shielding ventilation device with dust and rain proof capability, which at least includes a straight hole steel waveguide, a rain proof steel waveguide with an inclination angle of 30°to 60°, a conductive gasket, a metal frame and a stainless steel mesh; the steel waveguide and the straight hole steel waveguide are fixed in the metal frame with the same size surface contact, the steel waveguide and the inner side of the metal frame are fixed by vacuum welding; the stainless steel mesh and the metal frame are tightly connected by screws; the conductive gasket is pasted on the contact part of the installation wall of the metal frame to form an integral seal; the ventilation device has a certain rainproof, dustproof and electromagnetic shielding capacity. However, the ventilation device has been kept in a state of ventilation, which is not conducive to the adjustment of indoor or cabin temperature, and its rainproof and dustproof ability still needs to be further improved.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention provides a ventilation device with the functions of rainproof, dustproof and electromagnetic shielding.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: A ventilation device with the functions of rainproof, dustproof and electromagnetic shielding, which is characterized in that it includes a main body, a rainproof component, a dustproof component and an electromagnetic shielding component; the main body is a closed hollow cavity space, and is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the electromagnetic shielding component is arranged on one side of the air outlet on the main body; the rainproof component is installed on the main body and forms a cavity with the main body; the cavity is communicated with the interior of the main body through the air inlet, and the bottom of the cavity is provided with an air vent communicated with the outside; the dustproof component is installed at the air vent; the main body is provided with a rotating part for opening and closing the air inlet.
The rainproof component is a rainproof cover, and the size of the lower part of the cavity enclosed by the rainproof cover and the main body is larger than that of the upper part hereof.
The dustproof component is a composite sand proof net.
The composite sand proof net can isolate the sand dust particles with a diameter of 150 ti m from the ventilation device.
The electromagnetic shielding component is an EMC shielding ventilation net, and the EMC shielding ventilation net is installed on the main body through a support plate.
The EMC shielding ventilation net is a honeycomb waveguide ventilation plate, the cross section of the mesh on the waveguide ventilation plate is a regular hexagon with an inscribed circle diameter of 3.2mm, and the depth of the mesh is 12.7mm.
The rotating part is a shutter, the shutter comprises a shutter frame and a plurality of blades arranged side by side on the shutter frame, the shutter frame is installed on one side of the air inlet on the main body, and the middle part of the blades is rotationally connected with the shutter frame; the blades are connected in series through a connecting rod, which is connected with the drive assembly.
The cross section of the blade is L-shaped, including a working plate and a connecting plate arranged on the working plate, the middle part of the working plate is rotationally connected with the shutter frame, and the end of the connecting plate away from the working plate is rotationally connected with the connecting rod.
The end of the working plate far away from the connecting plate is provided with two bosses, and the end close to the connecting plate is provided with a groove, and the distance between the two bosses matches the width of the groove.
The drive assembly is a stepping motor installed in the main body, and the output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with the connecting rod through a crank and a connecting rod member
EFFECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention has the advantages that: the air vent is located at the bottom of the cavity surrounded by the rain cover and the main body, and the area of the air vent is large. When the ventilation air volume is constant in unit time, it is conducive to reducing the wind speed at the air vent and preventing rainwater from being sucked into the ventilation device, so that the ventilation device has good rain proof function; the composite sand prevention net can separate the sand dust particles with a diameter of more than 150pm from the ventilation device, and has good functions of sand prevention and dust prevention; it can control the opening and closing angle of the blade on the shutter according to the needs, which is convenient to adjust the indoor or cabin temperature, and has strong practicability and high reliability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in combination with the drawings in the embodiment, but the scope of protection is not limited to the description.
As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the ventilation device with the functions of rainproof, dustproof and electromagnetic shielding of the present invention includes a main body 1, rainproof component, dustproof component and electromagnetic shielding component, the main body 1 is a closed hollow cavity space, the main body 1 is processed with an air inlet 5 and an air outlet 13, the electromagnetic shielding component is installed on one side of the air outlet 13 on the main body 1, and the rainproof part is installed on the main body 1 and forms a cavity with the main body 1, the cavity is connected with the interior of the main body 1 through the air inlets, and the bottom of the cavity is processed with an air vent 9 connected with the outside, and the dust-proof part is installed at the air vent 9; the main body 1 is installed with a rotating part for opening and closing the air inlet 5. When in use, the main body 1 can be cylindrical, rectangular or other shapes, the air inlet 5 is located opposite the air outlet 13 to facilitate air circulation, the electromagnetic shielding component can be directly installed at the air outlet 13, or can be installed outside the air outlet 13 through the support plate 11, and aligned with the air outlet 13, and the dust-proof component covers the whole air vent 9 to prevent large dust particles from entering the ventilation device. The rotating part is used to open and close the air inlet 5, which is convenient to adjust the temperature in the room or cabin.
The rainproof component is a rainproof cover 3, and the size of the lower part of the cavity enclosed by the rainproof cover 3 and the main body 1 is larger than the size of the upper part hereof The rainproof cover 3 is mainly used to realize the rainproof function of the ventilation device and protect the ventilation device. the rainproof cover 3 is increased. When the ventilation air volume is fixed in a unit time, the area of the air vent 9 is large, which is conducive to reducing the wind speed and effectively preventing rainwater from being sucked into the ventilation device, and has good rainproof function.
The dust-proof component is a composite sand proof net 10. so as to prevent large dust particles from entering the ventilation device.
The composite sand proof net 10 can isolate the sand dust particles with a diameter of more than 150p m from the ventilation device. It has a good function of sand prevention and dust prevention, and the composite sand proof net 10 meets the requirements of GJB150.12A-2009.
The electromagnetic shielding component is an EMC shielding ventilation net 12, which is installed on the main body 1 through a support plate 11. The support plate 11 is provided with a flange which is connected with the main body 1 by screws.
The EMC shielding ventilation net 12 is a honeycomb waveguide ventilation plate, the cross section of the mesh on the waveguide ventilation plate is a regular hexagon with a diameter of 03.2mm inscribed circle, and the depth of the mesh is 12.7mm. The relative conductivity and relative permeability of honeycomb waveguide ventilation plate are higher, and it is installed at the air outlet 13, which has 60dB electromagnetic shielding capacity.
The rotating part is a shutter The shutter comprises a shutter frame 14 and a plurality of blades 2 installed side by side on the shutter frame 14, the shutter frame 14 is installed on one side of the air inlet 5 on the main body 1, the middle part of the blade 2 is dynamically connected with the shutter frame 14, each blade 2 is connected in series through a connecting rod 4, and the connecting rod 4 is connected with the drive assembly. When in use, the blades 2 are installed on the shutter frame 14 and connected by hinges. The blades 2 are connected by connecting rod 4. When the blades 2 open or close the air inlet 5, the connecting rod 4 ensures that each blade 2 has the same opening and closing angle.
The cross section of the blade 2 is L-shaped, including a working plate 20 and a connecting plate 21 welded on the working plate 20, the middle part of the working plate 20 is rotationally connected with the shutter frame 14, and the end of the connecting plate 21 away from the working plate 20 is rotationally connected with the connecting rod 4.
The end of the working plate 20 away from the connecting plate 21 is processed with two bosses 200, and the end close to the connecting plate 21 is processed with a groove 201, and the distance between the two bosses 200 matches the width of the groove 201. When in use, the length of the bosses 200, the groove 201 and the blade 2 is the same; when the shutter closes the air inlet 5, the two bosses 200 on the upper blade 2 are embedded into the groove 201 on the lower blade 2, so as to seal the air inlet 5, which is convenient for adjusting the indoor or cabin temperature.
The drive assembly is a stepping motor 6 installed in the main body 1, and the output shaft of the stepping motor 6 is connected with the connecting rod 4 through a crank 7 and a connecting rod member 8. The crank 7, the connecting rod member 8 and the connecting rod 4 constitute a crank slider mechanism, and the stepping motor 6 drives the crank slider mechanism to control the connecting rod 4 to move up and down, so as to control the opening and closing angle of blade 2.

The main body 1, rainproof cover 3 and support plate 11 are all made of aluminum plate, with high structural strength and light weight.
