近年来,OLED显示技术正在手机与电视市场逐步普及,良品率有了大幅提升,其下一代显示技术的地位已无可撼动,而基于OLED的柔性显示则是未来显示技术的一个重要研发方向。
但是受制于移动终端内电池以及芯片,使用了OLED显示面板等柔性显示屏的终端只能实现简单的内弯或者外弯,无法实现真正意义上的任意弯曲,例如卷成卷等。
即现有移动终端存在柔性显示屏受制于电池、芯片等功能构件的形状,而无法任意弯曲的技术问题。
本申请提供一种移动终端,以解决现有移动终端存在的柔性显示屏受制于功能构件形状而无法任意弯曲的技术问题。

在一种实施例中,如图2所示,所述显示屏构件1还包括记忆形变构件14,记忆形变构件14至少包括两个状态,当显示屏构件1与电池构件没有通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输时,处于卷纸状,带动显示屏构件1整体处于卷纸状,当显示屏构件1与电池构件通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输时,处于展开状,带动显示屏构件1整体处于展开状。
在一种实施例中,记忆形变构件14包括形变主体以及控制单元,形变主体包括卷纸状以及展开状两个状态,形变主体默认处于卷纸状,控制单元在检测到电能时,控制形变主体从卷纸状切换为展开状。
在一种实施例中,形变主体包括记忆金属框架或者平面记忆金属等。
在一种实施例中,形变主体的材料包括TiNi基形状记忆合金、铜基形状记忆合金、铁基形状记忆合金等中的至少一种。
在一种实施例中,控制单元包括发热电阻,发热电阻用于在检测到电能时,将电能转换为热能,使得形变主体变为展开状。
在一种实施例中,所述充电单元22包括充电接口或者无线充电线圈中的至少一种。
在一种实施例中,所述第一无线通信构件24包括作为从设备的第一蓝牙单元,所述第二无线通信构件32包括作为主设备的第二蓝牙单元。第二无线通信构件32为主设备,第一无线通信构件24为从设备,这样就可以保证已配对的电池不能同时与其他设备配对,所述第二无线通信构件32主动向附近的电池发送蓝牙连接请求,电池构件与显示屏构件连接后可以通过屏幕触控来同意或拒绝请求。
在一种实施例中,所述供电单元33包括至少部分包裹所述机芯构件的热电材料层。
在一种实施例中,热电材料层包括碲化铋及其合金等。
在一种实施例中,如图3所示,所述电池构件2还包括信号转换单元25,所述信号转换单元25设置在所述第二数据接口23与所述第一无线通信构件24之间,用于对数据进行数据格式的转换。
在一种实施例中,电池构件和机芯构件均含有调制解调单元,机芯构件将信号调制,通过蓝牙传递给电池构件,解调后直接传递给屏幕模块驱动显示屏显示;显示屏传到电池构件的触摸信号经过调制后传递给机芯构件,机芯构件负责解调和运算。
在一种实施例中,所述机芯构件3设置于便携终端内,以便于用户携带。
在一种实施例中,便携终端包括手表、项链或者耳机中的至少一种。
在一种实施例中,手机等移动终端中,芯片只占用很小的空间,加上存贮、电话卡槽、天线、解调器等附属单元,依然可以集成为体积很小的模块,该模块可以植入手表、项链等配饰甚至耳机中形成机芯构件3。该机芯构件通过蓝牙与其他模块通信,蓝牙依然需要少量的电,机芯构件3以特殊材料封装,此特殊材料为热电材料,即可以直接将热能转换为电能的材料,热能可以来自于人的体温。
基于上述描述,本申请提供的移动终端可以真正实现手机的轻便、可弯曲;机芯构件与小容量的电池构件连接可以随身携带;显示屏机芯构件与大容量的电池构件可以置于会议室、咖啡馆,或者以共享方式装备到公共场所,随时待机。
根据上述实施例可知:
本申请提供一种新的移动终端,该移动终端包括分体式设置的显示屏构件、所述电池构件以及所述机芯构件,显示屏构件与所述电池构件通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输,所述电池构件与所述机芯构件通过所述第二无线通信构件与所述第一无线通信构件进行数据传输;由于显示屏构件与电池以及机芯等移动终端内的主要功能构件分体式设置,显示屏的形状将不再受制于电池、芯片等功能构件的形状可以设置为任意的形状,这样柔性屏就可以任意弯曲,解决了现有移动终端存在的柔性显示屏受制于功能构件形状而无法任意弯曲的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种移动终端,其包括:显示屏构件,包括至少一个显示屏、以及第一数据接口;电池构件,包括电池、充电单元、第二数据接口以及第一无线通信构件,所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口配套;所述充电单元为所述电池充电;机芯构件,包括主功能构件、第二无线通信构件以及供电单元,所述第二无线通信构件与所述第一无线通信构件配套;所述供电单元为所述主功能构件以及所述第二无线通信构件供电;其中,所述显示屏构件、所述电池构件以及所述机芯构件分体式设置;所述显示屏构件与所述电池构件通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输,所述电池构件与所述机芯构件通过所述第二无线通信构件与所述第一无线通信构件进行数据传输。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,至少一个显示屏为柔性显示屏,所述第一数据接口设置于所述柔性显示屏的第一侧边。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一数据接口包括为所述柔性显示屏提供驱动信号的端口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述柔性显示屏为有机发光二极管显示屏。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述柔性显示屏为电子纸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示屏构件还包括辅功能构件,辅功能构件设置于所述柔性显示屏的第二侧边,所述第二侧边与所述第一侧边为所述柔性显示屏的相对侧边。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示屏构件还包括辅功能构件,辅功能构件设置于所述柔性显示屏的第一侧边。
- 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述辅功能构件包括摄像头以及光线传感器中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述光线传感器包括人脸识别功能构件、距离传感器、光强度传感器中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示屏构件还包括记忆形变构件,所述记忆形变构件至少包括两个状态,当所述显示屏构件与所述电池构件没有通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输时,带动所述显示屏构件整体处于卷纸状,当所述显示屏构件与所述电池构件通过所述第二数据接口与所述第一数据接口进行电能传输以及数据传输时,带动所述显示屏构件整体处于展开状。
- 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其中,所述记忆形变构件包括形变主体以及控制单元,所述形变主体包括卷纸状以及展开状两个状态,所述控制单元用于在检测到电能时,控制所述形变主体从卷纸状切换为展开状。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述形变主体包括记忆金属框架。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述形变主体包括者平面记忆金属。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述形变主体的材料包括TiNi基形状记忆合金、铜基形状记忆合金、铁基形状记忆合金中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制单元包括发热电阻,所述发热电阻用于在检测到电能时,将电能转换为热能,使得形变主体变为展开状。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述充电单元包括充电接口或者无线充电线圈中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一无线通信构件包括作为从设备的第一蓝牙单元,所述第二无线通信构件包括作为主设备的第二蓝牙单元。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述供电单元包括至少部分包裹所述机芯构件的热电材料层。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述电池构件还包括信号转换单元,所述信号转换单元设置在所述第二数据接口与所述第一无线通信构件之间,用于对数据进行数据格式的转换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述机芯构件设置于便携终端内。
