便携集线器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子外设领域,特别涉及一种便携集线器。
背景技术
随着计算机的发展,尤其是笔记本电脑的发展,笔记本电脑产品做得越来越薄,以此带来轻便的效果。产品做得轻薄的缺点是少了很多原生的USB接口,并且没有了MS卡接口和TF卡接口,导致产品无法连接多个外部设备。另外,由于集线器上经常进行插头的拔插,数据线和集线器间难免频繁接触,集线器没有对棱角进行处理,不方便携带,还分发生划伤数据线,甚至弄伤用户的问题。

所述壳体设有与所述USB3.0接口、type-c接头、type-c接口、HDMI接口、SD卡接口和TF卡接口对应的开口。

在本实施例中,所述壳体7设置为倒角长方体,可以在方便用户携带的同时,避免壳体7的棱角刮伤用户或者刮伤数据线、刮花设备等。以接入苹果笔记本为例,所述主板长边的一侧设有并列的两个type-c接头6,两个type-c接头6之间的中心距离设为14.8mm,而苹果电脑的两个type-c接口2之间的中心距离为14.8mm,便携集线器可以接入苹果笔记本电脑上的两个type-c接口2,为苹果笔记本电脑提供拓展接口。所述主板上设有三个USB3.0接口3,每个USB3.0接口3均在主板上设有USB3.0 IC芯片与之电连接,三个USB3.0接口3在同时使用时,均能达到USB3.0的传输速度,若只设置一个USB3.0 IC芯片,则在两个或三个USB3.0接口3在使用时,只有一个接口能达到USB3.0的传输速度,剩余的USB3.0则只有USB2.0的传输速度。在另一实施例中,一般的集线器在接入多个外设时,由于多个外设同时用电将会导致集线器供电不足,多个外设无法同时使用。本方案所设置的type-c接口2则完美解决了这一问题,相比于一般的集线器,在集线器供电不足的时候,可通过所设置的type-c接口2外接电源为集线器供电,使供电能满足多个外设同时使用。
在一实施例中,所述两个type-c接头6为可伸缩接头,可缩回壳体7内部。
在本实施例中,由于连接设备时,所述两个type-c接头6是伸出壳体7外部,在不连接设备时,将两个type-c接头6缩回壳体7内部,方便携带。例如, type-c接头6及其连杆的端部装置有可动的止位销,止位销的活动端靠弹性力置于定位滑道内,滑道起到类似于凸轮槽的作用,当按下type-c接头6时,止位销活动端沿滑道移动至最低位并在此落入滑道的低位定位点,松手后type-c接头6的复位弹簧使活动端定位于此。再次按压时,活动端沿斜面的滑道离开定位点沿回程滑道在复位弹簧的作用下,回复高位。在本实施例中,两个type-c接头6的伸缩相互独立。

在本实施例中,将集线器设置为116*28.5*10.5mm,两个type-c接头6、三个USB3.0接口3、SD卡接口4、TF卡接口5和HDMI接口8排列在集线器上不致于太紧密,影响接口的使用。厚度设置为10.5mm与大多数超薄笔记本电脑的厚度一致,产品在使用时贴合感更强。
在一实施例中,所述主板设有呼吸灯1,所述壳体7设有与呼吸灯1对应的开口。

在本实施例中,设置网卡和网卡接口的同时,设置网络转换控制器,可以使集线器具备传输网络信号的能力,例如,当接入集线器的设置无线信号不好用,则可通过设置网线接口接入有线网络,改善网络使用情况。
在一实施例中,所述壳体7设有散热涂层。
在本实施例中,集线器在接入多个外设时,由于多个外设同时耗能,将会产生较大热量。所述壳体7设有散热涂层,可以加快集线器的散热,增加集线器的使用安全性和使用寿命。
在一实施例中,所述主板散热金属片与壳体7之间设有一密闭空间,所述密闭空间填充有相变材料。
在本实施例中,主板散热金属片与壳体7间设有相变材料,能加快集线器的散热,相变材料的设置,散热效率较仅有金属片外壳、散热涂层的散热效率高3倍以上。在多个外设同时用电,集线器输出电流高,发热严重时,相变材料的设置可以加快集线器的散热,避免由于散热不足引起安全事故。
在一实施例中,所述壳体7涂有防干扰涂层。
在本实施例中,电脑通过集线器使用多个外接设备传输数据,由于数据的传输通道多,数据量大,比较容易受到外界的干扰导致数据传输错误。壳体7涂有防干扰涂层可以较好地解决这一问题。
在一实施例中,所述主板设置有供电控制IC芯片。
在本实施例中,由于集线器在使用不同的设备时,不同的设备所需的电流大小不同,因此所述主板设置有供电控制IC芯片可以有效的保护集线器,避免集线器由于电流过大而被击穿损坏。例如,供电控制IC芯片限制第一个USB3.0接口3可通过的电流为2A,则第一个USB3.0接口3接入设备后的输出电流为0-2A之间。
在一实施例中,所述主板设有存储芯片。
在本实施例中,由于便携集线器的作用是扩展电脑平板等终端的接口,再通过扩展接口接入外部设备等。在便携集线器的主板上设置存储芯片,用户可以存储一些常用数据,如驱动等,以更大程度发挥便携集线器的便捷、快速连接扩展外部设备的作用。

    所述主板上位于所述两个type-c接头的对侧设置有一个type-c接口、并列的三个USB3.0接口、SD卡接口以及TF卡接口;
    所述主板上设有分别与所述USB3.0接口电连接的USB3.0 IC芯片,所述USB3.0 IC芯片用于控制USB3.0的数据传输;
    所述主板短边的一侧设有HDMI接口;
    所述type-c接口可为主板提供供电;
    所述壳体设有与所述USB3.0接口、type-c接头、type-c接口、HDMI接口、SD卡接口和TF卡接口对应的开口。
