Abstract

The present invention is a bearing housing designed to be used in all washing machines and suchlike devices/appliances characterized in that, it is produced from recycled thermoplastic material by means of utilizing insert molding plastic injection technology method in a single-piece structure, and it is a rustproof, precise, light, single-piece bearing housing produced to provide shaft support and production technique thereof.

Description

BEARING HOUSING
The present invention relates to a rustproof bearing housing with double bearings that is produced differently from available technologies by means of insert molding plastic injection technology method without utilizing any auxiliary equipment and without performing any additional processing.
The production phase of the inventive bearing housing comprises respectively; producing a plastic part on the ( 6204 bearing) (1), molding this part and (6305 bearing) (2) in a single piece by means of being assembled together in another process on condition that they will be positioned on the same axis .
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a precise, light and singlepiece bearing house and production technique thereof, wherein the bearing housing can be used in all types of washing machines and suchlike devices/appliances and is produced from recycled thermoplastic material by means of utilizing molding plastic injection technology method.
State of the Art
Bearings or rolling elements are machine elements that allow for performing, operations with the least amount of friction and minimum loss by rolling between inner and outer rings of housings with bearings and that allow for achieving higher revs by exerting less power. In the state of the art, these parts which are used in all washing machines and suchlike tools and appliances, are generally utilized as blocks consisting of assembled units and seats with a housing mounted thereto in the most commonly used technique . They are usually designed for providing shaft support in the part where the mating surface is parallel to the shaft axis.
Typically, necessary conditions are tried to be provided for tightly bolting the drum through manufacturing a block bearing housing produced from cast iron or cast steel.
In an alternative method, these are molded together with a co- moldable cylindrical bearing exhibiting a longitudinal axis and equipped with two bearings disposed at specific distances along the axis and has a pipe-shaped metal body extending across the axis and with a radial intermediary position in order to interlace the inner side of the bearing by means of an inner radial surface being limited to the axis.
Description of the Invention
The primary object of the present invention is to carry out production by means of the insert molding plastic injection technology method without using any auxiliary equipment and any additional parts in the production of the inventive bearing housing.
Respectively; a plastic part is produced on the let bearing and then this part and the 2nd bearing are molded in a single «piece by means of being assembled together in another process on condition, that they will be positioned on the same axis. The present invention relates to a rustproof, precise and light bearing housing and production technique thereof wherein the production of the bearing housing is performed by means of utilizing the inventive insert molding plastic injection technology method in the described way.

Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bearing housing with two annular end limits positioned co-axially to itself, that is equipped within a pipe-shaped element and that is of mpldable characteristic for devices/appliances such as washing machines and production technique thereof. Two bearings can be on the same axis by means of the inventive bearing housing.
The present invention comprises two bearings molded inside the annular structure with parts each of which having a pipe-shaped inner surface and annular limits positioned at specific distances to one another and the production is carried out by means of insert molding plastic injection technology method without using any auxiliary equipment and any additional parts.
Respectively; a plastic part (3) is produced on the 1st (6204 bearing) (1) and subsequently, this part and the 2nd (6305 bearing) (2) are molded in a single piece by means of being assembled together in another process on condition that they will be positioned on the same axis.
The present invention relates to carrying out the production by means of utilizing the inventive insert molding plastic injection technology method in the described way. The object of the invention relates to a rustproof, precise and light single-piece bearing housing that is moldable with washing machine drums and the production method thereof.
The invention aims to carry out the production in a faster and more compact manner by means of this simple method and to eliminate disadvantages and problems of being in a multiple-part structure and long production periods disclosed in alternative methods .

Claims

1- A bearing housing consisting of bearing (1) , bearing (2) and plastic body (3) parts characterized in that, said bearing housing is of single-piece, rustproof, precise and light, that is produced from recycled thermoplastic material by means of insert molding plastic injection technology method.
2- Bearing housing according to Claim 1 characterized in that, it relates to the production technique comprising the process steps of producing a plastic body part on the 1st bearing, subsequently, molding this part and the 2nd bearing in a single piece by means of assembling them together in another process by maintaining the same axis .
3- Bearing housing according to Claim 1 characterized in that, it comprises of bearing (1), bearing (2) and plastic body (3) parts and it is of single-piece, rustproof, precise and light characteristics .
