Abstract

The present invention is a bearing housing that is designed to be used in all washing machines and suchlike devices/appliances, consisting of the parts of bearing (1), bearing (2), plastic body (3) and internal support part (4), which increases the strength, characterized in that, it is produced from completely recycled thermoplastic material by means of utilizing over molding plastic injection technology method in a single -piece structure, and it is a rustproof, precise, light, single -piece bearing housing produced to provide shaft support and production technique thereof. By means of the inner support piece, the process parameters made by the metal bearing housing over molding method, which is the state of the art technique, can be used as they are, and it is characterized by the fact that there is no need for a special molding process.

Description

BEARING HOUSING SUPPORT PIECE
[0001] The present invention relates to a piece that has double bearings, light materials and an internal support piece that increases strength, that is produced differently from available technologies by means of a rustproof bearing housing and the method of over molding plastic injection technology without utilizing any auxiliary equipment and without performing any additional processing, and the production technique thereof.
[0002] In this production technique, the bearing inner support part is produced by means of the known plastic injection method, respectively.
[0003] In the second stage of the process, a plastic part is produced on the 1st bearing, and provided that they are on the same axis, the inner support part and the 2nd bearing are brought together as over molding and molded in one piece.
Technical Field of the Invention
[0004] The present invention relates to a bearing house that is precise, light, single-piece, made of light material, having an internal support piece that increases strength and production technique thereof, wherein the bearing housing can be used in all types of washing machines and suchlike devices/appliances and is produced from recycled thermoplastic material by means of utilizing over molding plastic injection technology method.
State of the Art
[0005] Bearings or rolling elements are machine elements that allow for performing operations with the least amount of friction and minimum loss by rolling between inner and outer rings of housings with bearings and that allow for achieving higher revs by exerting less power.
[0006] In the state of the art, these parts which are used in all washing machines and suchlike tools and appliances, are generally utilized as blocks consisting of assembled units and seats with a housing mounted thereto in the most commonly used technique. They are usually designed for providing shaft support in the part where the mating surface is parallel to the shaft axis.
[0007] Typically, necessary conditions are tried to be provided for tightly bolting the drum through manufacturing a block bearing housing produced from cast iron or cast steel.
[0008] In an alternative method, these are molded together with a co-moldable cylindrical bearing exhibiting a longitudinal axis and equipped with two bearings disposed at specific distances along the axis and has a pipe-shaped metal body extending across the axis and with a radial intermediary position in order to interlace the inner side of the bearing by means of an inner radial surface being limited to the axis.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The characteristics of the part and production technique that is the subject of the present invention is to carry out production by means of the over molding plastic injection technology method without using any auxiliary equipment and any additional parts in the production of the inventive bearing housing.
[0010] Regarding the part of the present invention, the bearing inner support part is produced by means of the known plastic injection method, respectively.
[0011] In the second stage of the process, a plastic part is produced on the 1st bearing, and provided that they are on the same axis, the inner support piece and the 2nd bearing are brought together as over molding and molded in one piece.

Detailed Description of the Invention
[0016] The present invention relates to a bearing housing with two annular end limits positioned co-axially to itself, that is equipped within a pipe-shaped element in the center between two circular ends and that has a support piece increasing strength and that is of moldable characteristic for devices/appliances such as washing machines and production technique thereof. It is ensured that two bearings can be on the same axis by means of the inventive bearing housing.
[0017] The present invention comprises two bearings molded inside the annular structure with parts each of which having a pipe- shaped inner surface and annular limits positioned at specific distances to one another, and provided that on the same axis, the production is carried out with an inner support piece (4) by means of over molding plastic injection technology technique without using any auxiliary equipment and any additional parts.

[Claim 1] A piece that has double bearings, light materials and an internal support piece that increases strength, that is produced by means of a rustproof bearing housing and the method of over molding plastic injection technology, and a production technique thereof, characterized in that, after the production of the inner support piece of the bearing housing with the known plastic injection method, in the second stage of the process, a plastic part is produced on the 1st bearing, and provided that they are on the same axis, the inner support piece and the 2nd bearing are brought together as over molding and molded in one piece.
[Claim 2] A bearing support part produced by injection molding technology and the production technique thereof according to Claim 1, characterized in that, it has bearing (1) bearing (2), plastic body (3) together with the support piece (4) that increases the strength.
