门锁为电性控制的门锁,如门锁可以为门磁锁。门锁包括主门锁171和副门锁172。主门锁171的数量和主柜门1811的数量一致,每一主门锁171和一主柜门1811连接,每一主门锁171控制一主柜门1811的锁定,使主柜门1811不能打开。主门锁171和主锁控板12电性连接。主门锁171有多个时,多个主门锁171同时和主锁控板12电性连接。副门锁172的数量和副柜门1821的数量一致,每一副门锁172和一副柜门1821连接,每一副门锁172控制一副柜门1821的锁定,使副柜门1821不能打开。副门锁172和副锁控板13电性连接。副门锁172有多个时,多个副门锁172同时和副锁控板13电性连接。在一实施例中,副锁控板13也可以有多个,每个副锁控板13和多个副门锁172电性连接。
第三无线模块16设置为接收移动终端的开锁信号,以传输给控制模块11。第三无线模块16的类型不做限定,在本实施例中,第三无线模块16为蓝牙模块,蓝牙模块可以和移动终端蓝牙连接。蓝牙模块可选为BlueNRG1型号的蓝牙芯片,BlueNRG1功耗低,且传输距离远,室外距离可达50米(m)以上。第三无线模块16和主锁控板12电性连接时,第三无线模块16接收的开锁信号通过主锁控板12传输给控制模块11。在一实施例中,第三无线模块16可以和控制模块11连接时,第三无线模块16接收的开锁信号直接传输给控制模块11。本实施例中,第三主控模块16和主锁控板12电性连接。
控制模块11为工控机,控制模块11设置为根据开锁信号控制主锁控板12打开主柜181,或所述控制模块11设置为根据开锁信号控制副锁控板13打开副柜182。控制模块11可以为安卓工控机。
主锁控板12和控制模块11电性连接,通过推荐标准(Recommand Standard,RS)485通信方式和控制模块11电性连接。主锁控板12的型号可以为STM32F407ZET6。所述主锁控板12设置为控制主门锁171以打开与主门锁171连接的主柜门1811。主锁控板12和主门锁171电性连接时,可以间接电性连接,如主门锁171通过金属-氧化物-半导体(metal oxide semiconductor,mos)管和主门锁171电性连接,主锁控板12通过控制mos管以控制对应的主门锁,以使主柜门1811打开。
第一无线模块14和第二无线模块15连接以传输信号,节省了主锁控板12和副锁控板13有线连接时的线材,使线路简单化。第一无线模块14的类型不做限定。第一无线模块14和第二无线模块15无线连接时,可以采用Lora无线传输方式。在本实施例中,第一无线模块14为Lora无线模块,Lora无线模块可以为sx1278无线模块。Lora无线传输方式,在同样的功耗条件下比其他无线方式传播的距离更远,实现了低功耗和远距离的统一,在同样的功耗下比传统的无线射频通信距离扩大3-5倍。
第二无线模块15的数量和副锁控板13的数量一致。每一第二无线模块15和一副锁控板13电性连接。第二无线模块15的类型不做限定。第二无线模块15和第二无线模块15无线连接时,可以采用Lora无线传输方式。在本实施例中,第二无线模块15为Lora无线模块,Lora无线模块可以为sx1278无线模块。
副锁控板13至少有一个,在一实施例中,快递柜10包括多个副锁控板13。副锁控板13的型号可以为STM32F407ZET6。所述副锁控板13设置为控制副门锁172以打开与副门锁172连接的副柜门1821。副锁控板13和副门锁172电性连接时,可以间接电性连接,如副锁控板13通过mos管和副门锁172电性连接,副锁控板13通过控制mos管以控制对应的副门锁172,以使副柜门1821打开。一个副锁控板13至少和一个副门锁172电性连接。在一实施例中,一个副锁控板13和多个副门锁172电性连接。在一实施例中,在快递柜10包括多个副柜182时,选用1~3个副锁控板13控制一个副柜182的多个副柜门1821的打开。
在一实施例中,可以不设置第一无线模块14和第二无线模块15,使主锁控板12和副锁控板13有线连接。
在一实施例中,快递柜10还包括触摸屏、摄像头和扫码器,所述触摸屏、摄像头、扫码器都和控制模块11电性连接。
请参阅图2,本实施例还提供一种快递系统1,快递系统1包括快递柜10和移动终端20,快递柜10和移动终端20无线连接。快递柜10为上述实施例所述的快递柜10,移动终端20包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、智能手表等终端。
在使用时,移动终端20通过第三无线模块16和快递柜10无线连接,移动终端20发送开锁信号给快递柜10,控制模块11根据开锁信号控制主锁控板12,以控制主门锁171打开,使主柜门1811打开,或控制模块11根据开锁信号,控制副锁控板13,以控制副门锁172打开,使副柜门1821打开。
本公开实施例通过提供一种快递柜和快递系统,快递柜包括主锁控板、副锁控板和柜体,所述主锁控板和副锁控板无线连接,所述柜体包括主柜和副柜,所述主锁控板设置为控制主柜打开以存取物品,所述副锁控板设置为控制副柜打开以存取物品,解决了快递柜线路复杂的技术问题使主柜和副柜之间无需进行物理布线,主柜和副柜之间布线简单,有利于快递柜模块化的生产和安装,不会产生因物理布线的原因造成的信号干扰,使信号传输稳定。
本公开实施例的主锁控板和副锁控板无线连接时,采用Lora无线传输方式,在同样的功耗条件下比其他无线方式传播的距离更远,实现了低功耗和远距离的统一,在同样的功耗下比传统的无线射频通信距离扩大3-5倍。
本公开实施例的快递柜还包括控制模块和第三无线模块,所述控制模块和所述主锁控板电性连接;所述第三无线模块和主锁控板电性连接,或所述第三无线模块和所述控制模块无线连接;所述第三无线模块设置为接收移动终端的开锁信号,所述控制模块设置为根据开锁信号控制主锁控板打开主柜,或所述控制模块设置为根据开锁信号控制副锁控板打开副柜,智能终端能够控制快递柜打开,增加了取物品的便捷性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快递柜,包括主锁控板、副锁控板和柜体,所述主锁控板和所述副锁控板无线连接,所述柜体包括主柜和副柜,所述主锁控板设置为控制所述主柜打开以存取物品,所述副锁控板设置为控制所述副柜打开以存取物品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快递柜,其中,所述主锁控板和所述副锁控板采用长距离无线传输方式Lora无线连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快递柜,还包括:第一无线模块和第二无线模块,所述第一无线模块和所述主锁控板电性连接,所述第二无线模块和所述副锁控板电性连接,所述第一无线模块和所述第二无线模块无线连接以传输信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的快递柜,其中,所述第一无线模块和所述第二无线模块都为sx1278无线模块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快递柜,还包括:控制模块和第三无线模块,所述控制模块和所述主锁控板电性连接;所述第三无线模块和所述主锁控板电性连接,或所述第三无线模块和所述控制模块无线连接;所述第三无线模块设置为接收移动终端的开锁信号,所述控制模块设置为根据所述开锁信号控制所述主锁控板打开所述主柜,或所述控制模块设置为根据所述开锁信号控制所述副锁控板打开所述副柜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快递柜,其中,所述第三无线模块为蓝牙模块,所述控制模块为工控机。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的快递柜,其中,所述蓝牙模块为BlueNRG1型号的蓝牙芯片,所述主锁控板和所述副锁控板的型号都为STM32F407ZET6。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的快递柜,其中,所述快递柜包括多个副锁控板以及多个第二无线模块,副锁控板和第二无线模块的数量一致,每一副锁控板和一第二无线模块电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的快递柜,其中,所述主柜包括多个主柜门,所述副柜包括多个副柜门,所述快递柜还包括多个主门锁和多个副门锁,主柜门的数量和主门锁的数量一致,副柜门的数量和副门锁的数量一致,每一主柜门和一主门锁连接,每一副柜门和一副门锁连接,每个主门锁和所述主锁控板电性连接,每个副门锁和所述副锁控板电性连接,所述主锁控板设置为控制所述每 个主门锁以打开与所述每个主门锁连接的主柜门,所述副锁控板设置为控制所述每个副门锁以打开与所述每个副门锁连接的副柜门。
  10. 一种快递系统,包括:快递柜和移动终端,所述快递柜为权利要求1~9任一项所述的快递柜,所述移动终端和快递柜无线连接,所述移动终端设置为发送开锁信号,以控制打开主柜或打开副柜。
