Abstract
본 발명은 공기가 유동하는 유로상에 배치되고 상기 공기가 유입되는 제1 면 및 제1 면에 대향되고 들어온 공기가 토출되는 제2 면이 개구된 하우징과, 하우징내에 배치되는 방전 전극 및 하우징내에 배치되고 방전 전극에 이격되게 배치되는 접지 전극을 포함하고, 방전 전극은 고전압이 인가되어 제1 면과 제2 면의 사아에서 접지 전극을 향하여 플라즈마 방전을 발생시키고, 방전 전극과 접지 전극은 제1 면으로 유입된 공기가 상기 플라즈마 방전이 발생하는 영역을 직접 통과하여 제2 면으로 토출되게 배치되어, 공기중의 미생물을 살균처리하는 플라즈마 살균 모듈에 관한 것이다.
