在冬季的严寒气候下,制动盘表面有时会形成一层薄冰,这层附着的薄冰会导致制动盘的摩擦系数急剧下降,制动效果明显降低,影响行车安全。发明人研究发现,当轨道车辆从温度较低的环境中经温度较高的环境中,比如,车 库、地下车站以及特别长的隧道,并且在进入温度较高的环境中之前以及进入温度较高的环境的过程中,轨道车辆未进行制动的话,轨道车辆的制动盘表面就会出现结冰现象。
基于上述研究发现,提供本发明申请实施例所述的制动盘除冰方法及装置,参见图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的制动盘除冰方法的流程图,该方法可应用于轨道车辆的控制设备以及相应的轨道车辆的控制系统之中,显然,该控制设备或控制系统在某些情况下也可选用网络侧的服务器实现。
参照图1,本发明实施例提供的制动盘除冰方法可以包括:
步骤S100,判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在第一时长内未进行制动。若是,执行步骤S110;若否,退出本次控制过程。
基于前述研究发现的内容,轨道车辆的制动盘结冰需要一定的前提条件,首先,轨道车辆的制动盘的温度较低。公知的,轨道车辆在行驶过程中会根据实际运行需求进行必要的制动,现有技术中,轨道车辆基于制动盘进行制动的方式即为摩擦制动,在制动的过程中必然会因为摩擦而产生热量,温度较高的制动盘表面自然是不会结冰的。因此,轨道车辆的低温工况可以限定为:轨道车辆在低温环境中未进行制动的第二时长大于或等于第一时间阈值,即不仅要求轨道车辆所处的环境温度较低,同时,在处于低温环境时轨道车辆还没有进行制动操作,保证制动盘表面的温度较低。具体的,可以对低温环境进行限定,给定第一温度阈值,环境温度小于或等于第一温度阈值的环境即可认为是低温环境。
需要说明的是,轨道车辆不进行制动的情况至少有两种,即轨道车辆处于停放状态时,或者,虽然轨道车辆处于行驶状态,但轨道车辆并未进行制动操作,这两种情况都可以认为轨道车辆未进行制动。
进一步的,判断轨道车辆的制动盘是否结冰,还需要对轨道车辆以预设低温车况进入高温环境的时间进行限定。可以想到的是,如果轨道车辆以低温车 况进入高温环境的时间较长,轨道车辆有足够的时间适应高温环境,车辆自身,包括制动盘,温度都会逐渐升高至预设高温环境的温度,或者说即使没有升高至预设高温环境的温度,而是升高到不会发生结冰的温度值,在此种情况下,制动盘同样是不会发生结冰的。还可以想到的是,轨道车辆在进入高温环境的过程中,如果进行了制动操作,由于摩擦生热,使得制动盘表面的温度升高,即使进入高温环境的时间满足要求,由于制动盘表面温度已然升高,制动盘也不会发生结冰。因此,本发明申请实施例限定车辆以预设低温车况进入高温环境的时长为第一时长,当轨道车辆在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在第一时长内未进行制动时,即可判定制动盘结冰。
步骤S110,控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除制动盘表面结冰。
在判定制动盘发生结冰后,即可控制制动机构进行制动操作,以预设压力进行制动,使制动盘因为摩擦而产生热量,从而去除制动盘表面的结冰。
可选的,为保证除冰的过程中不影响轨道车辆的正常行驶,需要对制动压力进行限定,既可以满足通过摩擦产生足够热量,将制动盘表面的结冰去除,同时,还不能产生太强的制动力,对车辆的正常行驶造成明显的影响。经过试验证实,可以将预设制动压力的取值范围限定在40-80kpa,在此范围内的制动压力产生的制动效果即可满足上述要求。
综上所述,通过本发明是实施例提供的制动盘除冰方法,结合轨道车辆的车况以及环境温度的变化情况,判定制动盘是否发生结冰,并在判定轨道车辆发生结冰后,控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,在不影响车辆行驶的前提下,利用摩擦生热,去除制动盘表面结冰,从而确保当司机进行实际减速或停车时,制动盘具有良好的制动效果,保障轨道车辆的安全运行。
可选的,根据前述低温车况的限定条件,以及制动盘结冰的判定过程可知,对于轨道车辆的控制系统而言,制动盘是否结冰的判定可以通过获取环境温度实测值以及统计自身进行制动操作的具体情况进行。因此,参见图2,本发明 申请实施例提供的另一种制动盘除冰方法流程图,该流程可以包括:
步骤S200,统计轨道车辆所处环境的环境温度小于或等于第一温度阈值,且轨道车辆未进行制动的第二时长。
根据图1所示实施例记载的内容可知,对于低温环境的限定可以通过指定温度限值的方式进行。本发明实施例指定第一温度阈值,当环境温度小于或等于第一温度阈值时,即可认定当前环境为低温环境。
进一步的,要判定轨道车辆是否处于预设低温车况还要统计轨道车辆在低温环境下未进行制动的第二时长。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中述及的第二时长,指的是轨道车辆在低温环境下未进行制动的连续的时长,并非未进行制动的累计时长。
步骤S210,统计轨道车辆进入预设高温环境,且轨道车辆未进行制动的第一时长。
根据前述内容可知,为保证轨道车辆制动盘以低温状态进入预设高温环境,需要对轨道车辆以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境的时长进行限定,并将该时长作为判定条件之一,避免轨道车辆进入预设高温环境的时间过长,使得制动盘表面温度升高到不足以结冰的温度。
可选的,对于预设高温环境的限定,同样可以通过制定预设高温限值的方式进行。当轨道车辆获取的环境温度高于或等于该预设高温限值时,即可判定轨道车辆已经进入高温环境,同理,当轨道车辆获取的环境温度低于预设高温限值时,则判定轨道车辆未进入高温环境。
步骤S220,判断第一时长是否小于或等于第四时间阈值、以及第二时长是否大于或等于第一时间阈值;若是,执行步骤S230;若否,执行步骤S260。
在获取得到第一时长和第二时长后,需要对二者进行判断。通过前述内容可知,对于第一时长的要求应该是足够短,避免制动盘温度升高,对于第二时长的要求应该是足够长,保证制动盘确实处于能够结冰的低温状态。对于第二时长与第一时间阈值的关系,前述内容已经记载清楚,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本实施例中虽然给定了第四时间阈值,并判断第一时长是否小于或等于第四时间阈值。但显然这种限定与图1所示实施例中判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境的判断实质是一致的,图2所示实施例虽然给定第四时间阈值,但只有在轨道车辆小于或等于该第四 时间阈值的情况下,才判定条件成立,这与图1所示实施例中轨道车辆在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境才判定条件成立是异曲同工的。
步骤S230,统计轨道车辆进入预设高温环境,且未进行制动的第三时长。
可选的,本实施例中对轨道车辆进入预设高温环境后的情况进行进一步限定,统计轨道车辆进入预设高温环境且未进行制动的第三时长。
步骤S240,判断第三时长是否大于或等于第二时间阈值。
在获取轨道车辆进入预设高温环境且未进行制动的第三时长后,需要对第三时长进行判断,如果第三时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,则可以判定制动盘表面发生结冰,进而需要执行步骤S250。
在此步骤判断中,需要特别说明的是,如果轨道车辆进入预设高温环境的时长小于第二时间阈值,说明此时制动盘表面的冰层仍未充分凝结,需要继续等待,返回步骤S230对轨道车辆进入预设高温环境的时间进行计时,直到该第三时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,并且在这个过程中,轨道车辆未进行制动。此外,如果轨道车辆在进入预设高温环境后,不管第三时长是否满足前述要求,只要轨道车辆进行了制动操作,则可以认为制动盘已经发生摩擦生热,制动盘表面不会再存在冰层附着,此时即可执行步骤S260,退出控制过程。
步骤S250,控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除制动盘表面结冰。
如果前述判断条件全部成立,则可以判定制动盘表面结冰,进而控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除制动盘表面的结冰。
对于预设制动压力的选取,前述内容已经阐明,此处不再赘述。
可选的,在控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的过程中,可以统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的第四时长,当该第四时长达到给定的第三时间阈值时,则认为制动盘表面的结冰已经去除完毕,控制制动机构停止制动,轨道车辆恢复正常运行。
可选的,在控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的过程中,还可以统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后轨道车辆预设目标车轮的转动圈数,由于预设目标车轮的标准周长是已知的,因此,可以通过计算预设目标车轮的标准周长与转动圈数的乘积,得到轨道车辆的运行距离,当轨道车辆的运行距离达到预设距离阈值时,同样可以认为制动盘表面的结冰已经去除,控制制动机构停止制动,轨道车辆恢复正常运行。
步骤S260,退出控制过程。
当上述条件不满足,退出控制过程,不对制动盘进行除冰作业。
通过本发明实施例提供的制动盘除冰方法,轨道车辆可以通过外部环境温度的变化以及车辆自身的动作过程判断制动盘是否发生结冰,并在判定制动盘结冰后,控制制动进行制动,去除制动盘表面的结冰,保证轨道车辆在真正进行制动时,具有良好的制动效果。
下面对本发明实施例提供的制动盘除冰装置进行介绍,下文描述的制动盘除冰装置可以认为是为实现本发明实施例提供的制动盘除冰方法,在中央设备中需设置的功能模块架构;下文描述内容可与上文相互参照。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种制动盘除冰装置的结构框图,参照图3,该装置可以包括:
判断单元10,用于判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在所述第一时长内未进行制动;
控制单元20,用于控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰。
可选的,所述控制单元20,用于控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动时,具体包括:
统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的第四时长;
当所述第四时长达到第三时间阈值时,控制所述制动机构停止制动。
可选的,可选的,所述控制单元20,用于控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动时,具体包括:
统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆的运行距离;
当所述运行距离达到预设距离阈值时,控制所述制动机构停止制动。
可选的,所述控制单元20,用于统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆的运行距离时,具体包括:
统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆预设目标车轮的转动圈数;
计算所述预设目标车轮的标准周长与所述转动圈数的乘积,得到所述轨道车辆的运行距离。
可选的,参见图4,本发明实施例提供的另一种制动盘除冰装置的结构框图,所述装置在图3所示实施例基础上,还包括:
统计单元30,用于统计所述轨道车辆在所述预设高温环境中未进行制动的第三时长;
若所述第三时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,控制所述控制单元20执行所述控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰步骤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,包括:
    判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在所述第一时长内未进行制动;
    若是,控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,所述预设低温车况包括:
    轨道车辆在环境温度小于或等于第一温度阈值的环境中未进行制动的第二时长大于或等于第一时间阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,在所述轨道车辆进入所述预设高温环境后,所述方法还包括:
    统计所述轨道车辆在所述预设高温环境中未进行制动的第三时长;
    若所述第三时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,执行所述控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,所述控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,包括:
    统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的第四时长;
    当所述第四时长达到第三时间阈值时,控制所述制动机构停止制动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,所述控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,包括:
    统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆的运行距离;
    当所述运行距离达到预设距离阈值时,控制所述制动机构停止制动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,所述统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆的运行距离,包括:
    统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动后所述轨道车辆预设目标车轮的转动圈数;
    计算所述预设目标车轮的标准周长与所述转动圈数的乘积,得到所述轨道车辆的运行距离。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的制动盘除冰方法,其特征在于,所述预设制动压力的取值范围为40~80kpa。
  8. 一种制动盘除冰装置,其特征在于,包括:
    判断单元,用于判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在所述第一时长内未进行制动;
    控制单元,用于控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的制动盘除冰装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    统计单元,用于统计所述轨道车辆在所述预设高温环境中未进行制动的第三时长;
    若所述第三时长大于或等于第二时间阈值,控制所述控制单元执行所述控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,去除所述制动盘表面结冰步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的制动盘除冰装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元,用于控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动时,具体包括:
    统计制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动的第四时长;
    当所述第四时长达到第三时间阈值时,控制所述制动机构停止制动。
