Abstract

一种医疗器械,包括夹钳(3)、工作头(2)及手柄(1),工作头(2)连接夹钳(3)与手柄(1),手柄(1)包括壳体(10),工作头(2)包括击发施力件、与击发施力件连接的击发杆(21)、设置在所述击发杆(21)一侧的安置腔(22)、设置在所述安置腔(22)内用以给所述夹钳(3)输送结扎夹(231)的夹仓组件(23),所述壳体(10)内形成与所述安置腔(22)连通的内腔(11),所述击发杆(21)分别与所述击发施力件和夹钳(3)连接、并且由所述击发施力件驱动该击发杆(21)运动进而使所述夹钳(3)张开或闭合;所述医疗器械还包括用以防止所述夹仓组件(23)和/或驱动组件(26)超出行程范围的限位件。该医疗器械通过设置有限位保护,使其具有极高的安全系数,有效降低在发生单一故障时失效的概率,降低手术风险;且结构简单,操作方便。

本申请要求了申请日为2018年11月30日,申请号为201811449486.1的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
外科手术过程中为充分暴露手术视野,需要对切口内的断裂血管进行结扎,以阻止出血。止血技术已经成为了外科手术基本操作技术的核心之一,人体任何部位的外科操作几乎无一例外地涉及到出血与止血,一般使用施夹钳结扎夹闭合止血。然而,现有的施夹钳没有或者只有简易的术前保险装置,因而在手术中存在部件超出行程范围的问题。在手术过程中,如果器件超行程范围,可能会造成误击发等问题,使手术风险增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有极高安全系数、降低手术风险、且结构简单、操作方便的医疗器械。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医疗器械,包括夹钳、工作头及手柄,所述工作头连接所述夹钳与手柄,所述手柄包括壳体和设置在所述壳体上的击发施力件,所述工作头包括击发杆、设置在所述击发杆一侧的安置腔、设置在所述安置腔内用以给所述夹钳输送结扎夹的夹仓组件,所述壳体内形成与所述安置腔连通的内腔,所述击发杆分别与所述击发施力件和夹钳连接、并且由所述击发施力件驱动该击发杆运动进而使所述夹钳张开或闭合;所述医疗器械还包括用以防止所述夹仓组件和/或驱动组件超出行程范围的限位件。
进一步地,所述限位件包括设置在所述设置在所述驱动组件上的螺杆,所述螺杆通过连接片与所述夹仓组件连接,所述螺杆与所述连接片螺纹连接,所述驱动组件驱动所述螺杆推动所述连接片进而以驱动所述夹仓组件进给,当所 述驱动组件驱动所述螺杆超出行程范围时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
进一步地,所述限位件包括设置在所述夹仓组件上的电子开关、设置在所述内腔内并与所述电子开关耦合的接收器;当所述接收器接收到所述电子开关信号时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
进一步地,所述限位件包括设置在所述内腔的的一侧壳体上的第一止位件、设置在所述内腔内的第二止位件、及设置在所述夹仓组件上与所述第二止位件卡持的凸块,所述凸块设置在所述第一止位件与第二止位件之间;所述夹仓组件的一端与所述第一止位件抵持或所述凸块与所述第二止位件抵持时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
进一步地,所述夹仓组件包括结扎夹、用以放置所述结扎夹的夹仓槽、盖设在所述夹仓槽上的推夹片,所述推夹片上设置有若干个朝向所述夹钳的棘齿,所述棘齿抵持所述结扎夹以在所述驱动杆的驱动下推动所述结扎夹朝向所述夹钳移动。
进一步地,所述医疗器械还包括设置在所述夹仓组件上以推动所述推夹片移动的驱动杆,所述手柄上还设置有推夹施力件,所述推夹施力件与所述驱动杆连接以驱动所述驱动杆推动所述推夹片移动。
进一步地,所述内腔内设置有定位块,所述驱动杆上设置有卡持部,所述定位块与卡持部配合以限制所述驱动杆朝向夹钳的方向移动。
进一步地,所述驱动杆包括主杆体部和自所述主杆体部一侧向外弯折形成的折弯部,所述卡持部包括设置在所述折弯部上的卡勾及设置在所述主杆体部上的第一凸块,所述定位块设置在所述卡勾及第一凸块之间。
进一步地,所述击发施力件包括拨片及与活动件,所述拨片具有第一连接部、第二连接部及第三连接部,所述第一连接部与所述壳体轴连接,所述第二连接部与所述连接杆连接,所述第三连接部与所述活动件连接;所述定位块与所述拨片卡持;当所述定位块向前运动时,所述拨片通过所述第一连接部朝向所述夹钳方向旋转以驱动击发杆控制夹钳张开,当所述定位块向后移动时,所述拨片通过所述第一连接部朝向所述手柄方向旋转以驱动击发杆控制夹钳闭合。
进一步地,所述壳体内设置有导槽,所述活动件设置在所述导槽内。
进一步地,所述活动件包括固定设置在所述导槽内并用以复位所述拨片的弹簧及设置在所述设置在所述弹簧内的弹簧杆,所述弹簧杆的一端与所述拨片连接,所述弹簧杆的另一端抵持所述弹簧。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的医疗器械结构简单,操作方便;通过设置有限位保护,使得医疗器械具有极高的安全系数,有效降低在发生单一故障时失效的概率,降低手术风险;
通过定位块与拨片卡持以驱动击发杆前进或后退从而控制夹钳张开或闭合,达到了简化装置、击发快速高效的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
请参见图1至图7,本发明的一较佳实施例中的医疗器械包括夹钳3、工作头2及手柄1,所述工作头2连接所述夹钳3与手柄1,所述工作头2包括壳体10、设置在所述壳体10内的击发施力件、与所述击发施力件连接的击发杆21、设置在所述击发杆21一侧的安置腔22、设置在所述安置腔22内用以给所述夹 钳3输送结扎夹231的夹仓组件23,所述击发杆21分别与所述击发施力件和夹钳3连接、并且由所述击发施力件驱动该击发杆21运动进而使所述夹钳3张开或闭合。所述壳体10内形成与所述安置腔22连通的内腔11,所述内腔11的一侧壳体10上开设有开口12,所述夹仓组件23通过开口12以经过所述内腔11进而插入至所述安置腔22内。所述壳体10上还设置有与所述开口12连接的盖体13,所述盖体13相对于所述开口12打开或闭合。
所述夹钳3包括活动钳口31及固定钳口32,所述活动钳口31与固定钳口32通过转轴33连接,所述击发杆21与所述转轴33连接。所述击发杆21向前或向后移动以控制所述活动钳口31相对于所述固定钳口32张开或闭合。
所述夹仓组件23包括结扎夹231、用以放置所述结扎夹231的夹仓槽232、盖设在所述夹仓槽232上的推夹片233,所述推夹片233上设置有若干个朝向所述夹钳3的棘齿,所述棘齿抵持所述结扎夹231以在所述驱动杆26的驱动下推动所述结扎夹231朝向所述夹钳3移动。所述结扎夹231包括第一夹臂2311、第二夹臂2312及用于连接所述第一夹臂2311及第二夹臂2312的连接件2313。所述第一夹臂2311上还设置有用以使所述棘齿抵持以推动该结扎夹231在所述夹仓槽232内朝夹钳3移动的凸台2314,所述凸台2314为圆柱状并设置在所述第一夹臂2311远离所述连接件2313的一端。所述凸台2314具有沿所述结扎夹231在夹仓槽232内的移动方向延伸的斜面。当所述推夹片233送夹时,所述棘齿抵持所述凸台2314以将所述结扎夹231推向所述夹钳3;当所述推夹片233退回时,由于凸台2314的斜面是自夹钳3方向逐渐向下倾斜,所述棘齿跟随所述推夹片233退回时不会对所述结扎夹231形成干涉,所述结扎夹231位置保持不变。
所述医疗器械还包括设置在所述夹仓组件23上的驱动杆26,所述手柄1上还设置有推夹施力件,所述推夹施力件与所述驱动杆26连接以驱动所述驱动杆26推动所述推夹片233移动。所述推夹片233设置在所述夹仓槽232上并与所述推夹片233连接,在本实施例中,所述推夹片233的一端设置有安装部2331,所述驱动件与所述推夹片233通过所述安装部2331连接。
所述驱动杆26与夹仓组件23之间可拆卸地设置有制动件27,以限制所述驱动杆26与夹仓组件23相对运动。所述夹仓槽232的一侧设置有折弯片2321,所述驱动杆26具有背向所述夹钳3的抵持面,所述折弯片2321通过制动件27抵持在所述抵持面上。所述抵持面内凹形成有用以容纳所述折弯片2321的凹槽,或所述抵持面为平面,只需与所述折弯片2321形成抵持即可,在此不做限定。
所述驱动杆26上设置有卡槽263,所述制动件27上设置有与所述卡槽263卡持配合的卡块271。在本实施例中,所述制动件27为M型,该M型制动件27的向内弯折设置有卡块271,所述驱动杆26的一端的两侧设置有卡槽263,所述M型制动件27通过卡块271滑入卡槽263以将驱动杆26及夹仓槽232固定。
所述推夹施力件包括定位块24、与所述定位块24连接的连接组件25及与所述连接组件25连接的驱动组件28,所述驱动组件28驱动以推动所述连接组件25进而驱动所述定位块24移动。
所述定位块24设置在内腔11内,所述驱动杆26上设置有卡持部,所述定位块24与卡持部配合以限制所述驱动杆26朝向夹钳3的方向移动。所述驱动杆26包括主杆体部261和自所述主杆体部261一侧向外弯折形成的折弯部262,所述卡持部包括设置在所述折弯部262上的卡勾2621及设置在所述主杆体部261上的第一凸块2611,所述定位块24设置在所述卡勾2621及第一凸块2611之间。所述定位块24上设置有用于使所述夹仓组件23进入所述安置腔22的第一通孔,所述卡勾2621穿过所述第一通孔与所述定位块24抵持。所述卡勾2621为坡状结构,所述坡状结构具有斜面及与所述斜面连接的垂直面,所述垂直面与所述定位块24卡持。以图中箭头a方向为前方,所述坡状结构自前往后向上倾斜。所述坡状结构在第一通孔的挤压下穿过所述第一通孔后弹性复位抵持所述定位块24。在本实施例中,所述第一凸块2611与卡勾2621设置在不同面上,以将所述夹仓组件23更好的固定。诚然,在其他实施例中,所述第一凸块2611及卡勾2621也可设置在同一平面上,在此不作限定。
所述医疗器械还包括用于防止所述夹仓组件23和/或驱动组件28超出行程 范围的限位件。
所述限位件包括第一止位件、第二止位件43及第二凸块2322。所述第一止位件设置在所述内腔11的一侧壳体10上,所述第一止位件抵持所述夹仓组件23的一端以限制所述夹仓组件23朝向所述手柄1方向移动。所述第二止位件43设置在所述内腔11内,所述第二凸块2322设置在所述夹仓槽232上并与所述第二止位件43卡持,所述第二凸块2322设置在所述第一止位件与第二止位件43之间,所述第二止位件43与所述第二凸块2322卡持以限制所述夹仓组件23朝向所述夹钳3方向移动。所述第一止位件、第二止位件43及第二凸块2322的设置以形成对所述夹仓组件23的第一限位保护。所述夹仓组件23的一端与所述第一止位件抵持或所述第二凸块2322与所述第二止位件43抵持时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
所述限位件包括设置在所述设置在所述驱动组件28上的螺杆285,所述螺杆285通过连接组件25与所述夹仓组件23连接,所述螺杆285与所述连接组件25螺纹连接,所述驱动组件28驱动所述螺杆285推动所述连接组件25进而以驱动所述夹仓组件23进给,当所述驱动组件28驱动所述螺杆285超出行程范围时,所述医疗器械停止工作。所述驱动组件28设置在所述手柄1内,还包括驱动马达281、与所述驱动马达281连接的第一齿轮282、与所述第一齿轮282竖直方向啮合设置的第二齿轮283及与所述第二齿轮283连接的螺母284,所述第二齿轮283套设在所述螺母284上。所述驱动马达281具有输出轴,所述第一齿轮282套设在所述输出轴上。输出轴将驱动马达281输出的速度和扭矩传递给第一齿轮282及第二齿轮283,将径向转动转变为轴向转动。其中,所述驱动组件28通过螺杆285与所述连接组件25实现螺纹连接,所述螺杆285的长度的限制以形成对所述医疗器械的第三限位保护。
所述限位件包括设置在所述夹仓组件23上的电子开关、设置在所述内腔11内并与所述电子开关耦合的接收器。所述电子开关与接收器的配合以形成对所述夹仓组件23的第二限位保护。当所述接收器接收到所述电子开关信号时,所述医疗器械停止工作。在本实施例中,所述电子开关的个数为两个,分别为第 一电子开关及第二电子开关,所述第一电子开关及第二电子开关设置在所述夹仓组件23的两侧以防止所述夹仓组件23超出行程范围。所述电子开关为常规位置开关,在此不做赘述。所述电子开关还可设置在所述连接组件25和/或定位块上24,根据实际应用需求而定,在此不做具体限定。
以上三种限位保护可任意组合,根据具体情况而定。
所述连接组件25包括连接片251及连接杆252,所述连接杆252连接所述连接片251及定位块24,所述螺杆285与所述连接片251连接。所述驱动组件28驱动所述螺杆285向前移动以使得所述连接片251驱动所述定位块24移动从而驱动所述夹仓组件23往夹钳3方向移动。所述连接片251上设置有第二通孔及第三通孔,所述螺杆285与所述第三通孔螺纹连接,所述夹仓组件23穿过所述第二通孔以进入安置腔22。诚然,所述连接组件25还可包括连接套253,所述连接片251套设在所述连接套253上,此时,所述连接杆252连接所述连接套253及定位块24。
所述击发施力件包括拨片41及与活动件42,所述拨片41具有第一连接部、第二连接部及第三连接部,所述第一连接部与所述壳体10轴连接,所述第二连接部与所述连接杆252连接,所述第三连接部与所述活动件42连接,所述定位块24与所述拨片41卡持。在本实施例中,所述第一连接部、第二连接部及第三连接部形成三角形,在所述拨片41前倾或后倾时能更好的带动所述击发杆21向前或向后移动。当所述定位块24向前运动时,所述拨片41通过所述第一连接部朝向所述夹钳3方向旋转以驱动击发杆21控制夹钳3张开,当所述定位块24向后移动时,所述拨片41通过所述第一连接部朝向所述手柄1方向旋转以驱动击发杆21控制夹钳3闭合。所述壳体10内设置有导槽,所述活动件42设置在所述导槽内。所述活动件42包括固定设置在所述导槽内并用以复位所述拨片41的弹簧421及设置在所述设置在所述弹簧421内的弹簧杆422,所述弹簧杆422的一端与所述拨片41连接,所述弹簧杆422的另一端抵持所述弹簧421。当所述定位块24向后移动时,所述拨片41向后下压使得弹簧421发生形变;当所述定位块24向前移动时,所述弹簧421由于其弹力驱使所述拨片41复位。
诚然,在其他实施例中,所述击发施力件可为击发手柄,所述击发手柄直接与所述击发杆21连接以驱动所述击发杆21击发,在此不作限定。
所述医疗器械还包括用于连接所述手柄1及工作头2的旋转手柄4,通过调整所述旋转手柄4以调整夹钳3的角度,从而降低操作过程中由于角度的限制调整夹钳3角度的难度。在本实施例中,所述第二止位件43及导槽皆设置在所述旋转手柄4上。
所述手柄1包括外壳16、设置在所述外壳10内的控制电路及耦合至所述控制电路的第一开关14及第二开关15,所述第一开关14用于驱动所述驱动杆26及击发杆21向前移动,所述第二开关15用于驱动所述驱动杆26及击发杆21向后移动。所述驱动组件28耦合至所述控制电路。所述手柄1还包括耦合至所述控制电路的电池及设置在所述手柄1上的显示器。
所述控制电路内部是由单片机控制的驱动组件28控制模组、工作头识别模块,夹仓送夹和击发行程控制模块、电池检测及控制模块,机器工作状态指示模块以及数据记录存储模块构成。
其中:
驱动组件28控制模组负责控制螺杆285的启动与停止,安装在手柄1下方的第一开关14及第二开关15与施夹钳的主机内部隔离,并通过第一开关14及第二开关15内部的磁铁接近与远离密闭封装在手柄1内部的霍尔开关实现驱动组件28的控制;
工作头2识别模块通过设置在安置腔22上的端子来传递工作头2类型数据,进而指示控制电路调用相应工作程序;
夹仓送夹和击发行程控制模块,由安装在工作头2中的信号识别模块,电子开关位置控制模块,安全模块共同实现送夹和击发动作;
电池检测及控制模块,电池检测模块提供电池电量检测功能,会在术前和术中监控电池电量,确保手术中使用的电池电量能够满足手术需求或及时更换电池;
工作状态指示模块,通过显示器来提供电池电量显示、工作头2连接状态、 送夹完成状态、击发完成状态的显示。
本发明的医疗器械工作过程为:按下第一开关14,所述驱动组件28通过螺杆285驱动所述驱动杆26推动推夹片233向前移动,直至将结扎夹231推移至所述夹钳3内。所述击发杆21同时向前移动,使得所述夹钳3处于张开状态;按下第二开关15,所述驱动组件28通过螺杆285驱动所述驱动杆26带动推夹片233向后移动,所述击发杆21同时向后移动,使得夹钳3紧闭以结扎目标组织。
综上所述:通过在壳体10上设置有开口12,使得夹仓组件23可通过开口12进出腔体以使得给夹钳3输送结扎夹231,实现夹仓组件23可更换、而夹钳3、工作头2及手柄1可重复使用,从而达到节约成本的目的;
通过在夹仓组件23内放置多个结扎夹231并输送给夹钳3,解决现有的器械无法实现结扎夹231连发而造成使用不方便、增加手术风险等问题;
通过设置有多个限位保护,使得医疗器械具有极高的安全系数,有效降低在发生单一故障时失效的概率;
通过定位块24与拨片41卡持以驱动击发杆21前进或后退从而控制夹钳3张开或闭合,使得击发杆21、夹钳3与夹仓组件23同时进行操作,无需分开、单次操作,达到了简化装置、击发快速、提高效率的目的。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种医疗器械,其特征在于,包括夹钳、工作头及手柄,所述工作头连接所述夹钳与手柄,所述手柄包括壳体,所述工作头包括击发施力件、与所述击发施力件连接的击发杆、设置在所述击发杆一侧的安置腔、设置在所述安置腔内用以给所述夹钳输送结扎夹的夹仓组件,所述壳体内形成与所述安置腔连通的内腔,所述击发杆分别与所述击发施力件和夹钳连接、并且由所述击发施力件驱动该击发杆运动进而使所述夹钳张开或闭合;所述医疗器械还包括用以防止所述夹仓组件和/或驱动组件超出行程范围的限位件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述限位件包括设置在所述设置在所述驱动组件上的螺杆,所述螺杆通过连接片与所述夹仓组件连接,所述螺杆与所述连接片螺纹连接,所述驱动组件驱动所述螺杆推动所述连接片进而以驱动所述夹仓组件进给,当所述驱动组件驱动所述螺杆超出行程范围时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述限位件包括设置在所述夹仓组件上的电子开关、设置在所述内腔内并与所述电子开关耦合的接收器;当所述接收器接收到所述电子开关信号时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述限位件包括设置在所述内腔的的一侧壳体上的第一止位件、设置在所述内腔内的第二止位件、及设置在所述夹仓组件上与所述第二止位件卡持的凸块,所述凸块设置在所述第一止位件与第二止位件之间;所述夹仓组件的一端与所述第一止位件抵持或所述凸块与所述第二止位件抵持时,所述医疗器械停止工作。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述夹仓组件包括结扎夹、用以放置所述结扎夹的夹仓槽、盖设在所述夹仓槽上的推夹片,所述推夹片上设置有若干个朝向所述夹钳的棘齿,所述棘齿抵持所述结扎夹以在所述驱动杆的驱动下推动所述结扎夹朝向所述夹钳移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述医疗器械还包括设置在所述夹仓组件上以推动所述推夹片移动的驱动杆,所述手柄上还设置有推夹施力件,所述推夹施力件与所述驱动杆连接以驱动所述驱动杆推动所述推夹片 移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述内腔内设置有定位块,所述驱动杆上设置有卡持部,所述定位块与卡持部配合以限制所述驱动杆朝向夹钳的方向移动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述驱动杆包括主杆体部和自所述主杆体部一侧向外弯折形成的折弯部,所述卡持部包括设置在所述折弯部上的卡勾及设置在所述主杆体部上的第一凸块,所述定位块设置在所述卡勾及第一凸块之间。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述击发施力件包括拨片及与活动件,所述拨片具有第一连接部、第二连接部及第三连接部,所述第一连接部与所述壳体轴连接,所述第二连接部与所述连接杆连接,所述第三连接部与所述活动件连接;所述定位块与所述拨片卡持;当所述定位块向前运动时,所述拨片通过所述第一连接部朝向所述夹钳方向旋转以驱动击发杆控制夹钳张开,当所述定位块向后移动时,所述拨片通过所述第一连接部朝向所述手柄方向旋转以驱动击发杆控制夹钳闭合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有导槽,所述活动件设置在所述导槽内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的医疗器械,其特征在于,所述活动件包括固定设置在所述导槽内并用以复位所述拨片的弹簧及设置在所述设置在所述弹簧内的弹簧杆,所述弹簧杆的一端与所述拨片连接,所述弹簧杆的另一端抵持所述弹簧。
