一种夹仓组件及施夹钳,该夹仓组件包括夹仓(1)、送夹装置(2)以及设置在夹仓(1)一侧的夹钳(3),夹仓(1)内形成有用以放置结扎夹和送夹装置的仓腔(11),送夹装置包括弹性件(21)和用以推动仓腔(11)内的结扎夹移动的推夹块(22),当夹钳(2)打开时,弹性件(21)通过其弹力驱使推夹块(22)朝夹钳(3)的方向移动。该施夹钳包括上述的夹仓组件、击发装置、驱动装置以及控制电路,击发装置包括推杆,推杆连接驱动装置和夹仓,且推杆相对于夹钳设置在夹仓的另一侧,控制电路与驱动装置连接,以控制驱动装置驱动推杆,带动夹仓运动,从而控制夹钳的打开和闭合。该夹仓组件及施夹钳解决现有的施夹钳无法实现连发而造成使用不方便、增加手术时间等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹仓组件及施夹钳,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
外科手术过程中为充分暴露手术视野,需要对切口内的目标组织进行结扎,以阻止出血。止血技术已经成为了外科手术基本操作技术的核心之一,人体任何部位的外科操作几乎无一例外地涉及到出血与止血,一般使用施夹钳结扎夹闭合止血。然而,现有的施夹钳通常是单发,一次只能夹住一枚结扎夹,在结扎夹夹闭血管后需要重新放置结扎夹。但是,在手术操作过程,需要多枚结扎夹完成止血,因此在腔镜手术中常规施夹钳需要多次进出穿刺器,造成手术时间过长,增加患者出血量,影响患者术后康复周期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种夹仓组件及施夹钳,以解决现有的施夹钳无法实现连发而造成使用不方便、增加手术时间等问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种夹仓组件,包括夹仓、送夹装置以及设置在所述夹仓一侧的夹钳,所述夹仓内形成有用以放置结扎夹和送夹装置的仓腔,所述送夹装置包括弹性件和用以推动所述仓腔内的结扎夹移动的推夹块,当所述夹钳闭合时,所述弹性件通过其弹力驱使所述推夹块朝所述夹钳的方向移动。
进一步地,所述弹性件为第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧与夹钳相对设置在所述推夹块的两侧。
进一步地,所述夹仓组件还包括制动件,所述制动件包括限位件和第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧连接所述限位件,所述限位件设置在所述夹钳与夹仓之间,所述限位件可在所述仓腔内移动,且移动方向垂直所述结扎夹在仓腔内的移动 方向;当所述夹钳闭合时,所述第二弹簧的弹力驱使至少部分所述限位件从所述仓腔内退出;当所述夹钳打开时,所述夹钳抵推所述限位件进入所述夹仓内以限制所述结扎夹进入所述夹钳内。
进一步地,所述夹钳包括第一夹钳片和第二夹钳片,所述第一夹钳片包括第一钳嘴和与所述第一钳嘴连接的第一钳座,所述第二夹钳片包括第二钳嘴和与所述第二钳嘴连接的第二钳座;所述第一钳座、第二钳座和夹仓上开设有用于安装所述制动件的第一安装槽。
进一步地,所述限位件为销钉结构,所述第二弹簧套设在所述限位件上。当所述夹钳打开时,所述第一钳座上的第一安装槽与第二钳座上的第一安装槽错位,所述夹钳抵推所述限位件,以推动所述限位件进入所述夹仓内,从而限制所述结扎夹进入所述夹钳内,同时所述第二弹簧被压缩;当所述夹钳闭合时,所述第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴相向合拢,所述第一钳座上的第一安装槽与第二钳座上的第一安装槽对准,所述第二弹簧的弹力驱使至少部分所述限位件从所述仓腔内退出,所述限位件容置于所述第一安装槽中,以保证所述结扎夹在所述第一弹簧的作用下进入所述夹钳内。
进一步地,所述第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴上开设有定位槽,所述结扎夹进入所述夹钳后,容置于所述定位槽内。
进一步地,所述夹仓上设有安装部,所述安装部上设有凸块,所述夹钳上开设有与所述凸块相匹配的第二安装槽,所述凸块插入至所述第二安装槽内以使所述夹钳安装在所述安装部上。
进一步地,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第一钳座和第二钳座上,且所述第二安装槽内设有驱使所述夹钳打开的扭簧。
进一步地,所述夹仓上套设有外套管,所述外套管的直径大于所述夹钳在打开时,第一钳座和第二钳座的宽度和长度;所述外套管的直径小于所述夹钳在打开时,第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴在打开方向上的长度;当所述夹钳闭合时,所述第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴闭拢,且部分设置在所述外套管内。
本发明还提供一种施夹钳,其包括所述的夹仓组件、击发装置、驱动装置以及控制电路,所述击发装置包括推杆,所述推杆连接所述驱动装置和夹仓,且所述推杆相对于所述夹钳设置在所述夹仓的另一侧,所述控制电路控制所述驱动装置驱动推杆在所述夹仓和驱动装置之间往复运动,进而带动所述夹仓运动,继而驱动所述夹钳的打开或闭合。
进一步地,所述施夹钳还包括工作头,所述推杆和驱动装置设置在所述工作头内,所述工作头和外套管通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括与所述工作头连接的连接管,所述连接管上设有滑槽,所述外套管在靠近所述工作头的一侧设有凸台,所述凸台滑入至所述滑槽并与其卡持以使所述工作头和外套管连接。
进一步地,所述滑槽为L型,所述凸台纵向滑入至所述滑槽并转动以与所述滑槽卡持。
进一步地,所述连接组件还包括设置在所述连接管内的锁扣,所述锁扣将所述凸台限制在所述滑槽内。
进一步地所述锁扣包括设置在所述连接管内的套筒,所述套筒上设有插扣,所述外套管上设置有与所述插扣配合的插槽;所述击发杆穿过所述套筒与所述夹仓连接。
进一步地,所述连接组件还包括驱动所述套筒朝所述外套管移动的止动件,以使所述插扣插入至插槽内。
进一步地,所述止动件为弹性件,所述弹性件固定在所述连接管内,当所述凸台卡持在所述滑槽内时,所述弹性件被压缩。
进一步地,所述驱动装置包括输入轴、设置在所述输入轴上的驱动齿轮、与所述驱动齿轮啮合的螺母,以及套设在所述螺母上的螺杆;所述驱动装置还设有限位块,所述限位块分别连接所述螺杆和推杆连接,且所述推杆可相对所述限位块旋转。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的夹仓组件通过设置弹性件来推动推夹块朝向夹钳移动,从而保证推夹块在弹力作用下将结扎夹推入 至夹钳内,实现连发。本发明的施夹钳通过采用该夹仓组件,并加以击发装置、驱动装置和控制电路进行辅助,从而实现控制电路控制驱动装置来驱动推杆,带动夹仓运动,以控制夹钳的打开和闭合的目的。并且,该施夹钳将推杆设置在工作头内、将夹仓设置在外套管内,同时使推杆连接夹仓,以便于驱动装置控制夹钳的击发。该设置使得工作头可重复使用,且可安装不同规格的夹仓来满足手术要求,极大地降低了成本、减少了器械数量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
需要说明的是:本发明的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等用语只是参考附图对本发明进行说明,不作为限定用语。
请参见图1至图6,本发明一实施例所示的夹仓组件包括夹仓1、送夹装置2以及设置在夹仓1一侧的夹钳3,夹仓1内形成有用以放置结扎夹和送夹装置2的仓腔11。送夹装置2包括弹性件21和用以推动仓腔11内的结扎夹移动的 推夹块22。当夹钳3闭合时,弹性件21通过其弹力驱使推夹块22朝夹钳3的方向移动。
在本发明中,该弹性件21优选的为第一弹簧,第一弹簧21与夹钳3相对设置在推夹块22的两侧,且固定在夹仓1的另一侧。初始状态时,第一弹簧21的长度小于仓腔11的长度,优选的,第一弹簧21在自由状态下的长度为仓腔11长度减去推夹块22长度。当仓腔11内装有结扎夹后,推夹块22设置在仓腔11内远离夹钳3的一侧,第一弹簧21被压缩。
通过上述的设置可实现结扎夹在夹仓1内的自动连发,且其中可设置的结扎夹在理论上并无限制,但会存在下一个结扎夹在上一个结扎夹击发后,容易被推夹块22推向夹钳3内的问题。因此,该夹仓组件还设有制动件用于起限位作用,制动件包括限位件41和第二弹簧42,第二弹簧42连接该限位件41,限位件41设置在夹钳3与夹仓1之间,限位件41可在仓腔11内移动,且移动方向垂直结扎夹在仓腔11内的移动方向。
在本实施例中,限位件41为销钉结构,第二弹簧42套设在限位件41上,该第二弹簧42为压簧。制动件的设置方式如下:夹钳3包括第一夹钳片31和第二夹钳片31,第一夹钳片31包括第一钳嘴311和与第一钳嘴311连接的第一钳座312,第二夹钳片32包括第二钳嘴321和与第二钳嘴321连接的第二钳座322。其中,第一钳座312、第二钳座322和夹仓11上开设有用于安装制动件的第一安装槽4。具体的,第一安装槽4在第二钳座322上为上下开口的贯穿式设计,而在第一钳座312上,其仅在第一钳座312的底面上开设与该限位件41大小向适应的槽,其未贯穿至顶面。其主要实现方式为:当夹钳3打开时,第一钳座312上的第一安装槽4与第二钳座322上的第一安装槽4错位,且第一钳座312的底面抵推该限位件41,从而使限位件41下移隔挡在仓腔11内,限制下一枚结扎夹进入夹钳3内,同时第二弹簧42被压缩;当夹钳3闭合时,第一钳嘴311和第二钳嘴321相向合拢,第一钳座312上的第一安装槽4与第二钳座322上的第一安装槽4对准,第二弹簧42的弹力驱使至少部分限位件41从 仓腔11内退出,且限位件41容置于第一安装槽4中,以使结扎夹在第一弹簧21的作用下进入夹钳3内,此时第二弹簧42为自由状态。
在本实施例中,第二钳座322上的第一安装槽4在垂直于限位件的移动方向上可以设置得更宽,以避免该限位件41在受力后易折断。第一钳嘴311和第二钳嘴321上开设有定位槽33,当结扎夹进入夹钳3后,其容置于该定位槽33内。
在本发明中,夹仓1上还设有安装部12,在安装部12上设有凸块121,夹钳3上开设有与凸块121相匹配的第二安装槽34,凸块121插入至第二安装槽34内以使夹钳3安装在安装部12上。具体的,第二安装槽34设置在第一钳座312和第二钳座322上,且第二安装槽34内设有驱使夹钳3打开的扭簧341,当夹钳3闭合时,扭簧341被压缩,压缩后的扭簧341趋向于使第一夹钳片31和第二夹钳片32错位,以使夹钳3打开。该夹仓1的外部套设有外套管5,外套管5的直径大于夹钳3在闭合后,第一钳座312和第二钳座322的宽度;外套管5的直径小于夹钳3在打开后,第一钳嘴311和第二钳嘴312在打开方向上的宽度。以保证夹钳3在被向内拉时,打开的第一钳嘴311和第二钳嘴312只有在闭合后才能进入至外套管5内。
在本实施例中,该推夹块22为非平滑结构,具体的,其整体为长方体,其顶部设有平滑的拱桥结构221,在拱桥结构221的两侧设有凹槽222。该设置的目的是,拱桥结构221用来与第一弹簧21进行连接,以避免该推夹块22受力不均,同时,其两侧设有凹槽222以便于对结扎夹进行推动。当然,在其他实施例中,该推夹块22的结构可根据实际情况进行设计。
请结合图7至图13,本发明一实施例所示的施夹钳,其包括上述的夹仓组件、击发装置6、驱动装置7以及控制电路(未图示),该击发装置6包括推杆61,推杆61的两端分别连接驱动装置7和夹仓1,且推杆61相对于夹钳3设置在夹仓1的另一侧。控制电路与驱动装置7连接,以控制驱动装置7来驱动推杆61在夹仓1和驱动装置7之间往复运动,进而带动夹仓1运动,继而控制夹钳3的打开和闭合。
具体的,推杆61设置在工作头8内,工作头8和外套管5通过连接组件9连接。该连接组件9包括与工作头8连接的连接管91,连接管91上设有滑槽911,外套管5在靠近工作头8的一侧设有凸台51,凸台51滑入至滑槽911并与其卡持以使工作头8和外套管5连接,且连接组件9为中空结构,以便于推杆61穿过连接组件9与夹仓3连接。通过此种设计,设置有推杆61的工作头8可以一直重复使用,无需更换,且可安装不同型号规格的夹仓组件10来进行手术。
本发明中,连接管91可与工作头8一体成型,也可以分体设置并进行连接。在本实施例中,连接管91与工作头8分体设置,且其与工作头8通过连接套管81连接,其连接方式为卡扣或螺纹等方式。优选为,本实施例的滑槽911为L型,凸台51纵向滑入滑槽911并横向转动以与滑槽911卡持,实现工作头8与外套管5的连接。诚然,在其他实施例中,滑槽911的形状可根据实际情况进行选择,只要能够实现工作头8与外套管5连接后并抵持即可,在此不做限定。
在本实施例中,连接组件9还包括设置在连接管91内的锁扣92,其包括设置在连接管91内的套筒921,在套筒921上设有插扣922,在外套管5上设置有与该插扣922配合的插槽52,优选的,插槽52与凸台51的数量都为两个,对应的,滑槽911和插扣922的数量也为两个。连接组件9还包括驱动套筒921朝外套管5移动的止动件93,以使插扣922插入至插槽52内。该止动件93为弹性件,优选的,其为弹簧结构。止动件93固定在连接管91内,并与套筒921连接,当外套管5与工作头8连接时,凸台51卡持在滑槽911内时,止动件93被压缩;当外套管5与工作头8分离时,止动件93将套筒921复位。
该连接组件9实现外套管5和工作头8连接的具体过程为:外套管5和工作头8处于分离状态时,插扣922位于连接管91的开口处,优选的,与滑槽911开口对齐,当外套管5和工作头8进行连接时,外套管5上的凸台51慢慢滑入至滑槽911时,此时,插扣922被凸台51向管内推动并压缩止动件93。然后将凸台51逆时针旋转以与滑槽911卡持,此时插扣922滑入至外套管5上的插槽52中。该连接组件9实现外套管5与工作头8分离拆卸的具体过程为:通过设 置在连接管91上长槽912或滑槽911将锁扣92手动按住向后移动,同时顺时针旋转外套管5使得凸台51滑出滑槽911,实现工作头8与外套管5的分离,此时锁扣92在止动件93的作用下复位。
本实施例通过连接卡持的方式,实现外套管5与工作头8安装牢固的目的。诚然,在其他实施例中,外套管5与工作头8可通过螺纹配合旋转的方式或其他方式实现可拆卸的连接,根据实际情况而定。
本发明中,驱动装置7设置在工作头8中,该驱动装置7包括输入轴71、设置在输入轴71上的驱动齿轮72、与驱动齿轮72啮合的螺母73,以及套设在螺母73上的螺杆74。其中,螺母73为中空结构,其上设有螺纹,螺杆74穿过该中空结构并通过螺纹于螺母73连接,该驱动装置还设有限位块75,且该螺杆74和推杆61分别连接限位块75的两侧,并可相对于限位块75转动。该限位块75与螺杆74连接并固定在工作头8内,从而保证当推杆61转动时,限位块75和螺母73不发生转动。
在本实施例中,该施夹钳还包括手柄10,控制电路设置在手柄10内,其内部是由单片机控制的马达控制模组、工作头识别模块,夹仓送夹和击发行程控制模块、电池检测及控制模块,机器工作状态指示模块以及数据记录存储模块构成。
其中:
马达控制模组负责控制输入轴71的启动与停止,安装在手柄10下方的闭合/打开按钮(未标号)与施夹钳的主机内部隔离,并通过按钮内部的磁铁接近与远离密闭封装在手柄内部的霍尔开关实现马达的控制;
工作头识别模块通过设置在连接组件9上的端子(未图示)来传递工作头类型数据,进而指示控制电路调用相应工作程序;
夹仓送夹和击发行程控制模块,由安装在工作头6中的信号识别模块,光电限位开关位置控制模块,安全模块共同实现送夹和击发动作;
电池检测及控制模块,电池检测模块提供电池电量检测功能,会在术前和术中监控电池电量,确保手术中使用的电池电量能够满足手术需求或及时更换 电池;
工作状态指示模块,通过显示器来提供电池电量显示、工作头连接状态、送夹完成状态、击发完成状态的显示。
本发明的施夹钳的工作过程为:初始状态时,夹钳3闭合,限位件41在第二弹簧42的作用下上移至第一安装槽4内,仓腔11内的推夹块22位于远离夹钳3的位置,由于第一弹簧21和推夹块22的作用,夹钳3的定位槽33内容置有一个结扎夹。然后按下手柄10上的打开按钮,通过推杆61使夹钳3处于打开状态,此时限位件41下移至第一安装槽内,以避免下一枚结扎夹进入夹钳3中。在结扎夹到达目标血管或组织束位置后,通过按下手柄10上的闭合按钮,推杆61带动夹仓1回拉并拉动夹钳3闭合,完成击发。此时限位件41在第二弹簧42的作用下上移至第一安装槽4内,下一枚结扎夹在第一弹簧21和推夹块22的作用下被推入至定位槽33中。然后重复之前的动作,以上完成击发夹闭—>夹钳打开—>推夹进给一个循环。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的夹仓组件通过设置弹性件来推动推夹块朝向夹钳移动,从而保证推夹块在弹力作用下将结扎夹推入至夹钳内,实现连发。本发明的施夹钳通过采用该夹仓组件,并加以击发装置、驱动装置和控制电路进行辅助,从而实现控制电路控制驱动装置来驱动推杆,带动夹仓运动,以控制夹钳的打开和闭合的目的。并且,该施夹钳将推杆设置在工作头内、将夹仓设置在外套管内,同时使推杆连接夹仓,以便于驱动装置控制夹钳的击发。该设置使得工作头可重复使用,且可安装不同规格的夹仓来满足手术要求,极大地降低了成本、减少了器械数量。
同时,本发明还可以采用电动的方式不依赖医生的经验和状态,结扎效果的一致性好,无需医生手动击发,节省医生体力,省时省力。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种夹仓组件,其特征在于,包括夹仓、送夹装置以及设置在所述夹仓一侧的夹钳,所述夹仓内形成有用以放置结扎夹和送夹装置的仓腔,所述送夹装置包括弹性件和用以推动所述仓腔内的结扎夹移动的推夹块,当所述夹钳闭合时,所述弹性件通过其弹力驱使所述推夹块朝所述夹钳的方向移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的夹仓组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧与夹钳相对设置在所述推夹块的两侧。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的夹仓组件,其特征在于,所述夹仓组件还包括制动件,所述制动件包括限位件和第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧连接所述限位件,所述限位件设置在所述夹钳与夹仓之间,所述限位件可在所述仓腔内移动,且移动方向垂直所述结扎夹在仓腔内的移动方向;当所述夹钳闭合时,所述第二弹簧的弹力驱使至少部分所述限位件从所述仓腔内退出;当所述夹钳打开时,所述夹钳抵推所述限位件进入所述夹仓内以限制所述结扎夹进入所述夹钳内。

  7. 如权利要求4所述的夹仓组件,其特征在于,所述夹仓上设有安装部,所述安装部上设有凸块,所述夹钳上开设有与所述凸块相匹配的第二安装槽,所述凸块插入至所述第二安装槽内以使所述夹钳安装在所述安装部上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的夹仓组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第一钳座和第二钳座上,且所述第二安装槽内设有驱使所述夹钳打开的扭簧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的夹仓组件,其特征在于,所述夹仓上套设有外套管,所述外套管的直径大于所述夹钳在打开时,第一钳座和第二钳座的宽度和长度; 所述外套管的直径小于所述夹钳在打开时,第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴在打开方向上的长度;当所述夹钳闭合时,所述第一钳嘴和第二钳嘴闭拢,且部分设置在所述外套管内。
  10. 一种施夹钳,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的夹仓组件、击发装置、驱动装置以及控制电路,所述击发装置包括推杆,所述推杆连接所述驱动装置和夹仓,且所述推杆相对于所述夹钳设置在所述夹仓的另一侧,所述控制电路控制所述驱动装置驱动推杆在所述夹仓和驱动装置之间往复运动,进而带动所述夹仓运动,继而驱动所述夹钳的打开或闭合。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述施夹钳还包括工作头,所述推杆和驱动装置设置在所述工作头内,所述工作头和外套管通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括与所述工作头连接的连接管,所述连接管上设有滑槽,所述外套管在靠近所述工作头的一侧设有凸台,所述凸台滑入至所述滑槽并与其卡持以使所述工作头和外套管连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述滑槽为L型,所述凸台纵向滑入至所述滑槽并转动以与所述滑槽卡持。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述连接组件还包括设置在所述连接管内的锁扣,所述锁扣将所述凸台限制在所述滑槽内。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述锁扣包括设置在所述连接管内的套筒,所述套筒上设有插扣,所述外套管上设置有与所述插扣配合的插槽;所述击发杆穿过所述套筒与所述夹仓连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述连接组件还包括驱动所述套筒朝所述外套管移动的止动件,以使所述插扣插入至插槽内。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述止动件为弹性件,所述弹性件固定在所述连接管内,当所述凸台卡持在所述滑槽内时,所述弹性件被压缩。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的施夹钳,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括输入轴、设置在所述输入轴上的驱动齿轮、与所述驱动齿轮啮合的螺母,以及套设在所 述螺母上的螺杆;所述驱动装置还设有限位块,所述限位块分别连接所述螺杆和推杆连接,且所述推杆可相对所述限位块旋转。
