随着经济增长的驱动力逐步由投资转向消费,资产证券化行业得到快速发展,通常,资产证券化平台应用中心化交易模式,资产方和投资方都要与资产证券化平台的控制中心进行交互。
当前,在传统金融机构和银行系统中,由于信贷和资产证券化相关流程中涉及到了众多参与方(或资源参与方),包括资产方、投资放、信托机构、托管银行、中介机构和交易所等。在整个资产证券化的业务流程中,由于参与的各个银行和金融机构之间的信息相互割裂,这样,在进行信贷和资产证券化的业务时,由于参与的各个银行和金融机构之间的信息相互割裂,就需要分别向各个参与方申请相应的信息进行审核或审批,从而可能会使得信息无法很好的共享而导致信任传导困难、流程手续繁杂、资源处理效率低下、增信成本高昂,因此,需要提供一种资源处理流程更简化、资源处理效率更高的资源处理方案。

如图1所示,本说明书实施例提供一种资源处理系统,该资源处理系统包括终端设备和资源服务平台,其中,该终端设备可以如手机或平板电脑等移动终端设备,还可以如个人计算机等设备。该资源服务平台可以由一个独立的服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器组成的服务器集群,而且,该资源服务平台可以是资产证券化的后台服务平台等。该资源处理系统可以用于金融机构或者银行的信贷和资产证券化等应用中。
上述资源服务平台200可以为基于预定的区块链201构建的服务平台,该区块链201中的区块存储有资源处理参与方的相关信息,该资源处理参与方包括资源方300、投资方400、信托机构500、托管机构600、承销机构800、中介机构700和交易机构900的一个或多个。
其中,资源方300可以是资源提供方或资源发起方等,以资产证券化行业为例,资源方300可以原始资产的发起方等。在实际应用中,资源方300可以是某一个人构成,也可以是一个组织或机构等。投资方400可以是购买或持有资源方300某数量的资源的组织或个人等。信托机构500可以是受托经营信托投资业务的机构。以资产证券化行业为例,托管机构600可以用于进行资产托管业务,资产托管业务可以是在资产所有人与资产管理人分离的产品中,托管机构600以第三方托管人的身份,为用户提供资产保管、资金清算、会计核算、投资监督及信息披露等服务,以实现资产的安全保管、投资的规范运作。交易机构900可以是进行资源交易的机构、组织或场所等,例如交易所等。
资源服务平台200可以是用于存储资源处理参与方的相关信息,并可以为各个资源处理参与方或用户提供信息查询,或者为各个资源处理参与方或用户提供相关服务(如进行交易操作或进行项目审批等)的平台。其中,资源服务平台200存储的相关信息可以基于区块链201中的区块存储,该区块链201可以是由资源方300、投资方400、信 托机构500、托管机构600、承销机构800、中介机构700和交易机构900等资源处理参与方构成的联盟链,上述各个资源处理参与方可以分别将资源方300发起的原始资源相关的信息存储到区块链201中的区块上,具体如,在资源形成的过程中,可以将发放资源、回收资源的过程中资源流和信息流等相关信息实时写入区块链201,从而实现资源信息的真实防篡改;在资源产品设计和发放阶段,交易机构900和评级机构的评级信息可以写入区块链201中;投资方400在投资后,可以将投资方400的身份信息和认购的份额信息登记到区块链201中。此外,其中的信息还可以包括某资源项目的资源信息、托管机构600的相关信息、承销机构800的相关信息、中介机构700的相关信息和信托机构500的相关信息等。
需要说明的是,上述资源处理参与方将相关信息存储到区块链201时,可以通过预定的加密规则将存储的信息进行加密,然后,再将其提供给区块链201进行解密,并可以将解密后的信息存储在相应的区块中。
在实施中,随着经济增长的驱动力逐步由投资转向消费,资产证券化行业得到快速发展。如图2所示,目前在传统金融机构和银行系统中,由于信贷和资产证券化相关流程中涉及到了众多参与方(或资源参与方),包括资产方、投资放、信托机构、托管银行、中介机构和交易所等。在整个资产证券化的业务流程中,由于参与的各个银行和金融机构之间的信息相互割裂,这样,在进行信贷和资产证券化的业务时,由于参与的各个银行和金融机构之间的信息相互割裂,就需要分别向各个参与方申请相应的信息进行审核或审批,从而可能会使得信息无法很好的共享而导致信任传导困难、流程手续繁杂、资源处理效率低下、增信成本高昂,为此,本说明书实施例提供一种基于区块链的资源处理系统,通过区块链201进行资源处理(如信贷和资产证券化产品交易等),可以使得众多参与方在去中心化的资源处理平台上自由完成交易,做到每笔交易公开透明、可追本溯源,通过统一的公共账本(区块链201中的区块)承载相应资源信息、征信信息等,对交易流程效率提升起到极大的促进作用。
该资源处理系统可以包括终端设备100和资源服务平台200,其中的终端设备100可以由各个资源处理参与方或用户使用。在实际应用中,为了更好的为各个资源处理参与方或用户提供相应的资源处理服务,可以根据资源服务平台200所具有的功能,开发相应的应用程序。该应用程序可以被封装成一个独立的应用程序,由各个资源处理参与方或用户安装在终端设备100中,或者,该应用程序还可以被嵌入到其它应用程序中,例如,该应用程序可以被嵌入到某钱包应用中等,具体可以如在该钱包应用中设置该应 用程序入口的方式进行嵌入处理等,具体可以根据实际情况设定,本说明书实施例对此不做限定。另外,考虑到不同的项目或不同的资源会设置有相应的智能合约,因此,还可以将该应用程序设置为合约应用等。
当各个资源处理参与方或用户使用需要查询某信息时,可以通过终端设备100运行该应用程序,该应用程序可以从资源处理平台中获取该应用程序的首页数据,并可以在终端设备100中显示该首页。首页中可以包括信息搜索框。用户可以在该信息搜索框中输入搜索关键字。某资源处理参与方或用户输入完成后,可以点击搜索按键,终端设备100可以获取信息搜索框中的搜索关键字,并可以基于该搜索关键字生成信息查询请求,将该信息查询请求发送给资源处理平台。资源处理平台接收到该信息查询请求后,可以提取该信息查询请求中的搜索关键字,并可以在区块链201中查找与该搜索关键字相匹配的信息(如资源信息、审批信息和评级信息等),可以将查找到的信息发送给终端设备100,此时,该资源处理参与方或用户可以查看查找到的信息。
此外,资源处理平台除了可以提供上述查询服务外,还可以提供多种不同的服务,以下再提供两种可选的服务,具体可以包括以下内容:
投资方400或者资源方300可以进行某项目的申报,资源服务平台200可以对该项目的申报进行审批,其中的项目可以是任意的资源项目,例如,资产证券化中的贷款项目、证券交易项目、证券所有权的转移项目等。基于上述情况,投资方400或者资源方300可以通过终端设备100向资源服务平台200发送目标资源项目申报的审批请求,该审批请求中可以包括目标资源项目的项目标识(如目标资源项目的名称或代码等)。该资源服务平台200接收到该审批请求后,可以从该审批请求中提取项目标识,可以根据项目标识确定目标资源项目。可以基于目标资源项目,确定相应的申报规则。该申报规则可以用于规定申报目标资源项目所需要的信息,以及申报目标资源项目所需要经历的过程等相关信息,然后,该资源服务平台200可以从预定的区块链201中获取与目标资源项目的申报规则相匹配的信息,并可以将获取到的信息作为待审批的信息。该资源服务平台200可以对待审批的信息进行审批,审批完成后,可以将上述审批相关的信息(可以包括目标资源项目的申报过程中使用的信息,还可以包括审批的结果信息,以及审批过程中产生的中间数据等)记录到上述区块链201的区块中。
如果上述申报目标资源项目的审批通过,则可以基于获取的与目标资源项目的申报规则相匹配的信息,执行预定的操作,例如,该预定的操作为证券所有权的转移,则如果上述申报目标资源项目的审批通过,则可以基于与证券所有权的转移相关的信息,将 目标证券的所有权从一个用户转移到另一个用户,这样,目标证券的所有权完成了转移。

图3为本说明书实施例提供又一种资源处理系统,该资源处理系统包括终端设备和资源服务平台,其中,该终端设备可以如手机或平板电脑等移动终端设备,还可以如个人计算机等设备。该资源服务平台可以由一个独立的服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器组成的服务器集群,而且,该资源服务平台可以是资产证券化的后台服务平台等。该资源处理系统可以用于金融机构或者银行的信贷和资产证券化等应用中。
上述资源服务平台200可以为基于预定的区块链201构建的服务平台,区块链201中的区块存储有资源处理参与方的相关信息,该资源处理参与方包括资源方300、投资方400、信托机构500、托管机构600、承销机构800、中介机构700和交易机构900的一个或多个。资源服务平台200可以提供多种服务,例如鉴权服务、智能合约的部署服务、合约的调用服务和数据请求服务等,为了能够提供上述不同服务,资源服务平台200中可以设置有共识机制、账户管理机制、智能合约、通信网络(如点到点P2P、远程过程调用RPC等)、通用功能(如压缩、解压等)、密码机制(如证书、鉴权)和数据存储等。
由于资源服务平台200是基于区块链201构建,区块链201中存储的数据安全性较高,且防篡改,因此,对于资源的监管和审批交易等非常有利,由于在资源交易的过程中,都将相应的资源流和信息流沉淀到了区块链201的区块中,每笔交易都是公开透明,且可以追本溯源的。在各个资源处理参与方想要查询相关的资源流和信息流时,可以通 过以下处理过程实现:查询机构或用户可以通过终端设备100中安装的应用程序登录到资源服务平台200,并可以通过该应用程序输入查询关键字,从而,终端设备100向资源服务平台200发送信息查询请求。资源服务平台200可以通过智能合约应用查询接口从区块链201中查找与该查询关键字相匹配的信息,如果没有查找到,则表明查找的信息不存在,此时,可以提醒查询机构或用户更换查询关键字。如果查找到相应的信息,则可以将查找到的信息作为目标信息(可以包括资源信息、审批信息、评级信息等相关的交易各个阶段的信息等),可以将该目标信息发送给终端设备100,终端设备100可以接收并显示该目标信息。
资源处理参与方(包括SPV(Special Purpose Vehicle,特殊目的机构)、中介机构700、投资机构、承销机构800、以及监管机构1000)可以通过其使用的终端设备,根据相应的密钥或者证书,在上述预定的区块链201中进行相关信息的查询。资源服务平台200可以提供区块链201的统一查询接口和功能,从而不需要各个机构间再进行两两对接,来获取相关信息,例如,包括M个信贷工厂,N个银行,则它们与监管机构1000对接需要进行M*N次数据交换,而对于区块链201,由于资源处理参与方的相关信息都在统一的区块链201中,因此,它们与监管机构1000对接只需要M+N次数据交换即可,通过以上的资源服务平台200中的区块链201处理,可以大大的提升信息监管透明度,提升信息披露的效能。
此外,基于上述资源服务平台200,还可以提升资源管理效能,即由于在交易的处理阶段,区块链201上沉淀了交易结构、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源的资源流、信息流等信息。基于上述信息,可以编写相应的智能合约应用,这样,可以得到编写的智能合约。即资源服务平台200可以获取目标资源项目的相关信息,该相关信息中可以包括目标资源项目的资源信息、交易结构信息、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源中的资源流和信息流等,然后,资源服务平台200可以根据目标资源项目的相关信息,生成目标智能合约。

本实施例将结合具体的应用场景,对本发明实施例提供的一种资源处理系统以及资源项目申报的审批方法进行详细的阐述,相应的应用场景为金融机构或者银行的信 贷和资产证券化的应用场景,其中,该资源处理系统包括终端设备100和资源服务平台200,其中,该终端设备100可以如手机或平板电脑等移动终端设备100,还可以如个人计算机等设备。该资源服务平台200可以由一个独立的服务器构成,也可以是由多个服务器组成的服务器集群,而且,该资源服务平台200可以是资产证券化的后台服务平台,资源处理系统为金融机构或者银行的信贷和资产证券化系统。
如图7所示,本说明书实施例提供了一种资源处理系统,具体包括如终端设备100和资源服务平台200,其中,上述资源服务平台200可以为基于预定的区块链201构建的服务平台,该区块链201中的区块存储有资产参与方的相关信息,该资产参与方包括资产方、投资方400、信托机构500、托管机构600、承销机构800、中介机构700和交易机构900的一个或多个。

基于上述内容,投资方400或者资产方可以进行某项目(如贷款项目、证券交易项目、证券所有权的转移项目等)的申报,资源服务平台200可以对该项目的申报进行审批。具体地,投资方400或者资产方可以通过终端设备100向资源服务平台200发送目标资产项目(具体如贷款项目)申报的审批请求,该审批请求中可以包括目标资产 项目的项目标识。该资源服务平台200接收到该审批请求后,可以从该审批请求中提取项目标识,可以根据项目标识确定目标资产项目。可以基于目标资产项目,确定相应的申报规则。该申报规则可以用于规定申报目标资产项目所需要的信息,以及申报目标资产项目所需要经历的过程等相关信息,然后,该资源服务平台200可以从预定的区块链201中获取与目标资产项目的申报规则相匹配的信息,并可以将获取到的信息作为待审批的信息。该资源服务平台200可以对待审批的信息进行审批,审批完成后,可以将上述审批相关的信息(可以包括目标资产项目的申报过程中使用的信息,还可以包括审批的结果信息,以及审批过程中产生的中间数据等)记录到上述区块链201的区块中。
如果上述申报目标资源项目的审批通过,则可以基于获取的与目标资产项目的申报规则相匹配的信息,执行预定的操作,例如,该预定的操作为证券所有权的转移,则如果上述申报目标资产项目(即证券所有权的转移的项目)的审批通过,则可以基于与证券所有权的转移相关的信息,将目标证券的所有权从一个用户转移到另一个用户,这样,目标证券的所有权完成了转移。
此外,通过本实施例提供的资源处理系统还可以提升资金管理效能,具体地,由于在交易的处理阶段,区块链201上沉淀了交易结构、评级信息、放款还款资金流、信息流等信息。基于上述信息,可以编写相应的智能合约应用,通过编写的智能合约,在二级市场交易阶段,底层现金流信息都可以通过区块链201的查询接口从区块链201上获得,从而能够通过资源处理系统自动的帮助交易双方进行实时估价,投资方400通过智能合约进行交易撮合,在区块链201上自动的完成证券所有权的转移等操作。这样,依靠人工处理很容易出错或者系统上很难自动化去做的交易流程、资金管理功能,都能够通过区块链201上的区块和智能合约自动化的进行,大大的提升交易和资金处理的效能和准确率。
另外,通过本实施例提供的资源处理系统还可以解决信息监管透明的问题,具体地,由于在信贷和资产证券化交易的过程中,都将相应的资金流和信息流沉淀到了区块链201的区块中,每笔交易都是公开透明、可以追本溯源的。在某个查询机构(如监管机构1000等)想要查询相关的资金流和信息流时,相应的查询流程如图4所示,即该查询机构通过终端设备100登录到资源处理系统中,并可以输入相关关键字进行信息查询,资源处理系统通过智能合约应用查询接口查询后端资源服务平台200,资源服务平台200将区块链201上存储的资产信息、审批信息、评级信息等相关的各个阶段的交易信息查询出来返回给终端设备100。
如图4所示,各个SPV、中介机构700、投资机构、承销机构800、以及监管机构1000可以通过区块链201根据相应的密钥或者证书进行相关信息的查询,资源服务平台200提供统一的查询接口和功能,从而不需要各个机构间再进行两两对接,通过以上的区块链201处理,可以大大提升信息监管透明度,提升信息披露的效能。

根据所述目标资源项目的申报规则,从预定的区块链中获取与所述申报规则相匹配的待审批的信息,所述待审批的信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息和投资者信息;
对获取的与所述申报规则相匹配的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述预定的区块链的区块中。
本说明书实施例中,所述目标资源项目为资产证券化业务中的资源项目。
本说明书实施例中,所述目标资源项目为证券所有权的转移项目,所述方法还包括:
如果对所述目标信息的审批通过,则根据所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约进行证券所有权的转移的交易撮合,以执行所述证券所有权的转移的操作。
本说明书实施例中,所述方法还包括:
获取所述目标资源项目的相关信息,所述相关信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息、交易结构信息、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源中的资源流和信息流;

本说明书实施例提供一种资源项目申报的审批设备,资源项目申报的审批设备为基于预定的区块链构建,区块链中的区块存储有资源处理参与方的相关信息,资源处理参与方包括资源方、投资方、信托机构、托管机构、承销机构、中介机构和交易机构的一个或多个,其中:终端设备,用于请求资源项目申报的审批设备从预定的区块链查询基于区块链中的区块存储的信息,以及向资源项目申报的审批设备发送目标资源项目申报的审批请求,资源项目申报的审批设备,用于从预定的区块链中获取与目标资源项目的申报规则相匹配的待审批的信息,对获取的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述区块链的区块中,和/或,基于获取的信息进行预定的交易操作,这样,基于区块链的资源处理系统可以将资源处理的各个过程中的信息进行存储,因此,在不同的资源处理的过程中,其需要的相关信息存储在区块链中,参与方之间不需要重复的传递相关的资源的信息,大大的降低了流程成本、简化了资源处理流程,提升了资源处理效率。
上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围 内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌 入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本说明书一个或多个实施例时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。

在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种资源处理系统,所述系统包括终端设备和资源服务平台,所述资源服务平台为基于预定的区块链构建的服务平台,所述区块链中的区块存储有资源处理参与方的相关信息,所述资源处理参与方包括资源方、投资方、信托机构、托管机构、承销机构、中介机构和交易机构的一个或多个,其中:
    所述终端设备,用于请求所述资源服务平台从所述预定的区块链查询基于所述区块链中的区块存储的信息,以及向所述资源服务平台发送目标资源项目申报的审批请求;
    所述资源服务平台,用于从所述预定的区块链中获取与所述目标资源项目的申报规则相匹配的待审批的信息,对获取的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述区块链的区块中,和/或,基于获取的信息进行预定的交易操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述终端设备用于向所述资源服务平台发送信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求中包括查询关键字;
    所述资源服务平台,用于查找与所述查询关键字相匹配的目标信息,并输出查询到的所述目标信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述目标资源项目为资产证券化业务中的资源项目。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,所述终端设备,还用于向所述资源服务平台发送目标证券所有权的转移请求;
    所述资源服务平台,还用于基于所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约对目标证券所有权的转移进行交易撮合,以对所述目标证券的所有权进行转移。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,所述资源服务平台,还用于:
    获取所述目标资源项目的相关信息,所述相关信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息、交易结构信息、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源中的资源流和信息流;
    根据所述目标资源项目的相关信息,生成所述目标智能合约。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,所述资源服务平台,还用于:
    接收对所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约的管理请求,所述管理请求用于指示将所述目标智能合约进行删除、替换或修改;
    根据所述管理请求,对所述目标智能合约进行相应的处理。
  7. 一种资源项目申报的审批方法,所述方法包括:
    接收目标资源项目申报的审批请求;
    根据所述目标资源项目的申报规则,从预定的区块链中获取与所述申报规则相匹配 的待审批的信息,所述待审批的信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息和投资者信息;
    对获取的与所述申报规则相匹配的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述预定的区块链的区块中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述目标资源项目为资产证券化业务中的资源项目。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述目标资源项目为证券所有权的转移项目,所述方法还包括:
    如果对所述目标信息的审批通过,则根据所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约进行证券所有权的转移的交易撮合,以执行所述证券所有权的转移的操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标资源项目的相关信息,所述相关信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息、交易结构信息、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源中的资源流和信息流;
    根据所述目标资源项目的相关信息,生成所述目标智能合约。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收对所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约的管理请求,所述管理请求用于指示将所述目标智能合约进行删除、替换或修改;
    根据所述管理请求,对所述目标智能合约进行相应的处理。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求中包括查询关键字;
    从所述预定的区块链中查找与所述查询关键字相匹配的目标信息,并输出查询到的所述目标信息。
  13. 一种资源项目申报的审批装置,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收目标资源项目申报的审批请求;
    第一信息获取模块,用于根据所述目标资源项目的申报规则,从预定的区块链中获取与所述申报规则相匹配的待审批的信息,所述待审批的信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息和投资者信息;
    审批模块,用于对获取的与所述申报规则相匹配的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述预定的区块链的区块中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,所述目标资源项目为资产证券化业务中的资源项目。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述目标资源项目为证券所有权的转移项目, 所述装置还包括:
    交易模块,用于如果对所述目标信息的审批通过,则根据所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约进行证券所有权的转移的交易撮合,以执行所述证券所有权的转移的操作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第二信息获取模块,用于获取所述目标资源项目的相关信息,所述相关信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息、交易结构信息、评级信息、发放资源和偿还资源中的资源流和信息流;
    合约生成模块,用于根据所述目标资源项目的相关信息,生成所述目标智能合约。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    管理请求接收模块,用于接收对所述预定的区块链中的目标智能合约的管理请求,所述管理请求用于指示将所述目标智能合约进行删除、替换或修改;
    处理模块,用于根据所述管理请求,对所述目标智能合约进行相应的处理。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    查询请求模块,用于接收信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求中包括查询关键字;
    查询模块,用于从所述预定的区块链中查找与所述查询关键字相匹配的目标信息,并输出查询到的所述目标信息。
  19. 一种资源项目申报的审批设备,所述资源项目申报的审批设备包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器:
    接收目标资源项目申报的审批请求;
    根据所述目标资源项目的申报规则,从预定的区块链中获取与所述申报规则相匹配的待审批的信息,所述待审批的信息中包括所述目标资源项目的资源信息和投资者信息;
    对获取的与所述申报规则相匹配的信息进行审批,并将审批产生的信息记录到所述预定的区块链的区块中。
