现状的电缆标志桩作为埋设在地下的电缆的标志兼警告牌,长年暴露在外,容易受外界的因素影响其标志作用。由于现状电网的安健环标准要求:电力电缆标志桩的长度是固定的,长度只有400mm,露出地面的高度只有150mm。如果安装电缆标志桩的位置,在绿化带或工业区,电缆标志桩遭到泥土、杂草、异物的覆盖,工作人员很难发现电缆标志桩和电缆的具体位置。因而导致原有的电缆标志桩形同虚设,从而失去应有的作用,埋下很多安全隐患,如果加上运行人员对电缆的运行管理不到位,将直接导致在一些基建场所地下电缆被误挖受损的事件大幅增加,近年来江门区域内发生施工误挖误伤电力事件20多起,造成直接和间接超2000多万元以上的经济损失。电缆标志桩是否能长期起到应有的标识警示作用,关系着电网的安全可靠运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种电缆标志桩,能适应周边环境的变化,长久起到标示和警示作用,减少外来施工人员误挖、破坏地下电力电缆的机率。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电缆标志桩,包括底座和外壳,所述的外壳套接在底座上,所述的底座和外壳上均设有若干螺孔,螺栓穿过底座上的螺孔和外壳上的螺孔将底座和外壳固定,所述的外壳上设有警示涂层。
在本装置中,底座埋入固定至地下,通过调整外壳的位置,使外壳外露在明显的高度位置上,并通过螺栓将外壳和底座的相对位置进行固定,使本装置起到警示的作用。另外,通过涂覆在外壳上的警示涂层,优选为黄色涂层,这样有利于与周边环境进行区分,外部人员能够容易地观察到本电缆标志桩,即使在雨雾天气中本电缆标志桩也能够容易被观察得到,有利于施工作业人员在施工的时候避开电缆区域进行施工,另外,本装置高度可调,即使电缆所处的地面有泥土、杂草或异物的覆盖,工作人员也能够通过调整本电缆标志桩的高度从而防止电缆标志桩被覆盖,使施工人员能够看到标志桩,减少电缆遭受外力破坏事故事件,同时减少不必要的电缆标志桩安装或更换,减少现场施工人员对地下电缆位置的勘查时间和劳动强度。
进一步的,所述的外壳上还设置有警示标志,所述的警示标志上设置有反光涂层。灯光照射至本电缆标志桩的时候,警示标志上的反光涂层会反射光源,从而实现警示的作用,因此即使施工人员在夜间进行施工的时候,也能够通过反光轻易辨别出电缆标志桩的位置,另外,在电力工作人员日常检修维护的时候也能够使用电筒照射方便找出电缆标志桩。
进一步的,若干个所述的螺孔相隔3-8cm设置,优选为5cm,具体的,在底座上的螺孔设置由顶端开始往下设置,相邻的螺孔之间间隔5cm,底座相对的两个面上均开设有位置对应,大小相同的螺孔,在外壳上的螺孔设置从底部开始往上设置,相邻的螺孔之间间隔5cm,外壳相对的两个面上均开设有位置对应,大小相同的螺孔。
进一步的,所述的底座底部设有向外延展的固定片。固定片设置有4个,分 别从底座底部的4个底边向外延伸设置,通过固定片能够增大底座与地面的固定面积,使底座能够更加牢固地固定在地面上。优选为,加强标志桩固定的强度,因此将底座埋入地下2/3的位置。若所固定的地面为硬质水泥地面,在固定片上打孔,并使用螺栓将底座固定在地面上即可。
进一步的,所述的外壳的顶端边缘设为倒角。通过设置倒角可以避免外壳划伤工作人员,使用更加安全。
进一步的,所述的螺栓为内三角螺栓。内三角螺栓相对于常用的六角型螺栓和圆形螺栓其相对不常见,需要采用专用工具才能够进行装拆,因此这样能够起到防盗的作用。
进一步的,所述的底座的高度为300mm-500mm,优选为400mm,具体的,底座的尺寸为80mm*80mm*400mm。
进一步的,所述的外壳的高度为300mm-500mm,优选为400mm,具体地,外壳的尺寸为90mm*90mm*400mm。
进一步的,所述的外壳为PVC外壳。PVC外壳价格便宜,生产成本交底,另外其耐腐蚀程度高,符合长期置于户外使用的电缆标志桩使用。另外,PVC外壳没有回收价值,自然起到防盗作用。
进一步的,所述的底座为不锈钢底座。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:
1、能根据现场实际情况调节电缆标志桩的高度,提高了电缆标志桩的耐用性,即使电缆标志桩被覆盖,只需要调整螺栓的位置即可,有效避免了常规的电缆标志桩被覆盖后需要更换或补桩的问题;
2、本装置安装简便、安全、可靠、安装牢固,没有发生偏移的现象;
3、本装置采用PVC外壳和三角螺栓的设置能够起到防盗作用。

如图1所示,一种电缆标志桩,包括底座2和外壳1,底座2为不锈钢材质制成的长方体结构,外壳1为PVC材质的长方体机构,外壳1和底座2的形状相同,外壳1的截面面积比底座2的截面面积大,具体地,底座2的尺寸为80mm*80mm*400mm,外壳1的尺寸为90mm*90mm*400mm。外壳1套接在底座2上,外壳1可沿底座2上下滑动,在外壳1和底座2上均设有若干个固定用的螺孔11,相邻的螺孔11间隔3-8cm设置,具体的,在底座2上的螺孔11设置由顶端开始往下设置,相邻的螺孔11之间间隔5cm,底座2相对的两个面上均开设有位置对应,大小相同的螺孔11,在外壳1上的螺孔11设置从底部开始往上设置,相邻的螺孔11之间间隔5cm,外壳1相对的两个面上均开设有位置对应,大小相同的螺孔11。通过三角螺栓穿过螺孔11将底座2和外壳1固定,其中,所采用的螺孔11的直径为8mm,采用的三角螺栓的长度为40mm,三角螺栓的螺帽直径为10mm,三角螺栓相对于常用的六角型螺栓和圆形螺栓其相对不常见,需要采用专用工具才能够进行装拆,因此这样能够起到防盗的作用。
外壳1上设置有警示涂层,在本实施例中,所采用的警示涂层为具有警示作 用的黄色荧光涂料涂层,这样有利于与周边环境进行区分,外部人员能够容易地观察到本电缆标志桩,即使在雨雾天气中本电缆标志桩也能够容易被观察得到,有利于施工作业人员在施工的时候避开电缆区域进行施工,且所采用的荧光涂料涂层在黑夜中能够自发光,能够保证在晚上也能够轻易辨别出电缆标志桩的位置。
优选地,在外壳1上还设置有警示标志12,在警示标志12上设置有反光涂层,灯光照射至本电缆标志桩的时候,警示标志12上的反光涂层会反射光源,从而实现警示的作用,因此即使施工人员在夜间进行施工的时候,也能够通过反光轻易辨别出电缆标志桩的位置,另外,在电力工作人员日常检修维护的时候也能够使用电筒照射方便找出电缆标志桩。
在本实施例中,底座2底部设有向外延展的固定片21。固定片21设置有4个,分别从底座2底部的4个底边向外延伸设置,通过固定片21能够增大底座2与地面的固定面积,使底座2能够更加牢固地固定在地面上。优选地,为了加强固定的强度,因此将底座2埋入地下2/3的位置。若所固定的地面为硬质地面,在固定片21上打孔,并使用螺栓将底座2固定在地面上即可。另外为了避免本电缆标志桩刮伤工作人员,将外壳1的边缘设置为倒角13。
本装置的实施过程如下:
底座2埋入固定至地下,通过调整外壳1的位置,使外壳1外露在明显的高度位置上,并通过螺栓将外壳1和底座2的相对位置进行固定,使本装置起到警示的作用。另外,通过外壳1上的警示涂层和警示标志12,使电缆标志桩与周边环境进行区分,外部人员能够容易地观察到本电缆标志桩,即使在雨雾天气中本电缆标志桩也能够容易被观察得到,有利于施工作业人员在施工的时候避开电缆区域进行施工,另外,本装置高度可调,即使电缆所处的地面有泥土、杂草或异物的覆盖,工作人员也能够通过调整本电缆标志桩的高度从而防止电缆标志桩被覆盖,使施工人员能够看到标志桩,减少电缆遭受外力破坏事故事件,同时减少不必要的电缆标志桩安装或更换,减少现场施工人员对地下电缆位置的勘查时间和劳动强度。
