本申请涉及充电器技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种充电器。
背景技术
现有的带充电线的充电器,例如用于对无人机的电池进行充电的充电器,尤其是用于对农业用无人机(农用机)进行充电的充电器,充电线和充电器本体之间是插拔组装的关系,充电线的携带和收纳不便利且容易丢失。而且充电线和充电器本体组装后,充电器所占体积较大,不易收纳保存和运输。
在使用充电器时,充电线每次都需要和充电器本体组装,一方面造成充电器使用不够便利,另一方面因为充电器是大功率设备,如果充电线和充电器本体组装不到位,则可能导致严重的安全问题。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请的技术方案提供了一种充电器,包括:充电器本体;以及充电线,包括第一端部、第二端部以及连接所述第一端部与第二端部的连接线体;所述第一端部与所述充电器本体可转动连接,所述第二端部与所述充电器本体可拆卸连接;所述第二端部设有用于与外部装置相连接的连接器;其中,所述第一端部相对于所述充电器本体转动至预设角度,使得所述连接线体绕在所述充电器本体上;所述第二端部可拆卸地连接在所述充电器本体上,使所述连接线体定位在所述充电器本体上。

如图1至图14所示,根据本申请一些实施例提供的一种充电器,包括充电器本体1和充电线2。
充电线2包括第一端部21、第二端部22以及连接第一端部21与第二端部22的连接线体23;第一端部21与充电器本体1可转动连接,第二端部22与充电器本体1可拆卸连接;第二端部22设有用于与外部装置相连接的连接器221;其中,第一端部21相对于充电器本体1转动至预设角度,使得连接线体23绕在充电器本体1上;第二端部22可拆卸地连接在充电器本体1上,使连接线体23定位在充电器本体1上。
第一端部21与充电器本体1可转动连接,实现充电线2在充电器本体1上的连接,从而实现线机一体式设计,充电线2和充电器本体1融为一体,便于充电器的收纳保存及运输,还能够避免充电线2丢失。在使用充电器时,无需充电线2和充电器本体1的二次组装,既能够提高使用效率,还能够避免充 电线2和充电器本体1组装不到位可能导致的发热/短路等严重安全隐患。
具体的,需要收纳充电线2时,将第一端部21相对于充电器本体1转动至预设角度,将连接线体23绕在充电器本体1上,将第二端部22安装在充电器本体1上,将连接线体23定位在充电器本体1上,避免连接线体23从充电器本体1上脱落。在使用充电器时,先将第二端部22从充电器本体1上取下,再将连接线体23从充电器本体1上取下,转动第一端部21至合适的角度,将第二端部22连接在外部装置的充电接口上,合适的角度是指方便第二端部22与外部装置的连接的角度,外部装置可以为任意领域应用充电器的装置,例如无人机。
优选地,第一端部21设有转动机构,充电器本体1上设有与转动机构相配合的转动配合机构,且转动机构可拆卸地安装在充电器本体1上。
通过转动机构与转动配合机构的配合,实现第一端部21与充电器本体1之间的转动连接。转动机构可拆卸地安装在充电器本体1上,使得第一端部21可拆卸地连接在充电器本体1上,当充电线2损坏时,将第一端部21从充电器本体1上取下,从而对取下的充电线2进行更换或维修。
优选地,转动机构和转动配合机构两者中的一个包括转轴28,另一个包括与转轴28相适配的轴孔,转轴28转动配合在轴孔内。

转轴28呈圆柱状,转轴28包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,转轴28的第一端插入轴孔中,为避免第一端插入轴孔时损坏连接线体23,连接线体23的走线从转轴28的中部或转轴28上靠近第二端处穿入,并从转轴28的第二端穿出,这样不妨碍第一端与轴孔的配合,且连接线体23从第二端穿出后有足够的空间与充电器本体1连接,从而方便第一端部21与充电器本体1之间的连接和拆卸。
优选地,连接线体23包括正极线24、负极线25以及信号线26,正极线24用于与电源正极电连接,负极线25用于与电源负极电连接,信号线26用于传输通信数据或/及控制信号。
连接线体23与充电器本体1电连接,第二端部22连接在外部装置的充电接口上,以对外部装置的充电。通信数据通过信号线26传输到充电器本体1,实现充电器本体1与外部装置之间的通信,控制信号通过信号线26传输到充电器本体1,实现充电器对外部装置充电过程的控制,实现充电器的智能化,从而实现充电器的智能化,提供充电器使用的便捷性和安全性。
优选地,通信数据包括电池状态数据,电池状态数据包括如下至少一种:当前电池电压,当前电池温度,当前充电电流,当前充电电压;或/及,控制信号包括电源开关信号。
为保证充电安全,充电器可以与外部装置的电池通信,实时监测电池状态数据。当电池充满或者电池充电出现异常时,充电器及时断开电源,停止对外部装置的充电过程。
优选地,第一端部21设有正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子,正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子中的至少一个通过紧固件4或插接件3与充电器本体1相连接。
正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子分别与正极线24、负极线25和信号线26相连接,且正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子通过螺丝等紧固件4或插接件3固定在充电器本体1上,从而将正极线24、负极线25和信号线26固定在充电器本体1上。且螺丝等紧固件4、插接件3方便从充电器本体1上拆除,从而连接线体23能够方便与充电器本体1相分离,方便对充电线2进行更换 和维修。可以理解,正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子中的至少一个还可以通过螺纹连接或焊接等方式与充电器本体1相连接。
插接件3与充电器本体1相卡接,具体的,插接件3和充电器本体1中的一个上设有卡扣,另一个上设有与卡扣相适配的卡槽,卡扣卡入卡槽内时,连接线体23固定在充电器本体1上,卡扣从卡槽内脱出时,实现连接线体23与充电器本体1的分离。
示例性的,正极端子、负极端子通过螺丝固定在充电器本体1上,信号线26端子通过插接件3固定在充电器本体1上,且信号线26端子设于正极端子和负极端子之间。可以理解的,正极端子、负极端子中的至少一个可以采用插接件3与充电器本体1电连接,信号线26端子采用紧固件与充电器本体1电连接,同样能够实现本申请的上述目的,均在本申请的保护范围内。
在本申请的另一实施例中,连接线体23包括正极线24和负极线25两根线体,第一端部21设有正极端子和负极端子,正极端子与正极线24相连接,并用于将正极线24固定在充电器本体1上,负极端子与负极线25相连接,并用于将负极线25固定在充电器本体1上。该充电器可以实现对电池充电,但不具备与电池之间传输通信数据或/及控制信号的功能。
优选地,如图7所示,连接线体23的走线穿过第一端部21,并且设有连接端子,充电器本体1设有用于安装连接端子的安装槽18。
连接端子位于安装槽18内,优选地,安装槽18设置在充电器本体1的外表面上且开口朝外,避免连接端子凸设在充电器本体1的外侧造成安全隐患,还能够提高充电器的美观性。
优选地,安装槽18的底部设有走线限位部,用于对连接线体23的走线进行限位。
连接线体23与走线限位部相配合,实现对连接线体23的限位,避免连接线体23相对于充电器本体1的晃动和移位,提高充电器使用的安全性。
优选地,走线限位部包括限位凸起181以及设于限位凸起181的正极限位槽182、负极限位槽183和信号线限位槽184,连接线体23的走线包括正极线24、负极线25以及信号线26,正极线24、负极线25和信号线26分别限位于正极限位槽182、负极限位槽183和信号线限位槽184内。
安装槽18的底壁凸出形成限位凸起181,限位凸起181上设有正极限位槽182、负极限位槽183和信号线限位槽184,正极线24、负极线25和信号线26分别位于正极限位槽182、负极限位槽183和信号线限位槽184内,正极线24、负极线25和信号线26的一端分别穿出正极限位槽182、负极限位槽183和信号线限位槽184后,分别与正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子相连接。优选地,信号线限位槽184位于正极限位槽182和负极限位槽18317之间。将走线限位部设置在转轴28第一端部21与连接端子之间,能够对位于第一端部21和连接端子之间的连接线体23进行定位,以保持连接线体23的有序性,并避免连接线体23的晃动导致的安全隐患。

优选地,充电器还包括选配连接器222,选配连接器222用于与第二端部22的连接器221插接,选配连接器222的接口类型与第二端部22的连接器221的接口类型不相同。

现有技术中多数充电线2因为使用方式限制,导致充电线2长度过短,充 电操作时操作空间受限;且在给电池充电时,因为电池和充电器摆放距离过近,影响散热,则可能导致安全隐患。因此,本申请中充电线2的长度范围为0.2~2m。使用者有非常宽裕的操作空间,提高了工作效率;且工况(充电器对电池充电)时,电池和充电器宽裕的摆放空间,可以很好的保证散热空间,降低工况时的安全隐患。充电线2的长度可以为但不限于0.2m、0.5m、0.8m、1.1m、1.4m、1.7m或2m。
为了方便用户利用充电器对一组或多组电池充电,可以在充电器本体1上连接多根充电线2,多根充电线2的第一端部21与充电器本体1转动连接,第二端部22与充电器本体1可拆卸连接,为合理利用充电器本体表面的空间,且避免多根充电线中至少两根充电线同时使用时存在干涉,多根充电线中一部分充电线的第一端部转动连接在第一侧壁上,第二端部连接在第二侧壁上,另外与部分充电线的第一端部转动连接在第二侧壁上,第二端部连接在第一侧壁上,如图1至图5所示,充电器包括4根充电线,其中2根充电线的第一端部转动连接在第一侧壁上,第二端部连接在第二侧壁上,另外两根充电线的第一端部转动连接在第二侧壁上,第二端部连接在第一侧壁上。当需要利用充电器对电池充电时,只需要将充电器连接至交流电源;然后将第二端部22从充电器本体1上取下;再将充电线2与电池连接,操作更方便。当需要对充电线2进行收纳时,将充电线2的第二端部22越过充电器本体1的顶部13;再将充电线2的第二端部22连接在充电器本体1上,将连接线体23固定到限位槽17中,就能够实现对充电线2的收纳目的。当需要对充电线2进行维修或者更换时,将需要更换的充电线2的第一端部21和第二端部22从充电器本体1上拆下,就能够方便的更换充电线2,因此单通道的充电线2若损坏,使用者可以购买单独的线材自行更换即可。还能够通过更换充电线2或者使用选配连接器222,实现对具有不同电池充电接口的电池进行充电,优选地,多根充电线2的连接器221或选配连接器222的接口类型不同,以此适配不同的电池上的电池充电接口,实现为不同电池充电的功能。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的充电器,采用线机一体式设计,使用前,充电线2和充电器本体1融为一体,且充电线2可以固定在充电器本体1上,便于收纳保存以及运输。使用时,只需展开充电线2即可使用,无需二次组装, 这样有效提高了使用效率;同时有效避免了因为组装不到位可能导致的发热/短路等严重安全隐患。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“多个”是指两个或两个以上;除非另有规定或说明,术语“连接”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种充电器,其中,包括:
    充电器本体;以及
    充电线,包括第一端部、第二端部以及连接所述第一端部与所述第二端部的连接线体;所述第一端部与所述充电器本体可转动连接,所述第二端部与所述充电器本体可拆卸连接;所述第二端部设有用于与外部装置相连接的连接器;
    其中,所述第一端部相对于所述充电器本体转动至预设角度,使得所述连接线体绕在所述充电器本体上;所述第二端部可拆卸地连接在所述充电器本体上,使所述连接线体定位在所述充电器本体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,
    所述第一端部设有转动机构,所述充电器本体上设有与所述转动机构相配合的转动配合机构,且所述转动机构可拆卸地安装在所述充电器本体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电器,其中,所述转动机构和所述转动配合机构两者中的一个包括转轴,另一个包括与所述转轴相适配的轴孔,所述转轴转动配合在所述轴孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充电器,其中,所述转动机构包括所述转轴,所述转轴与所述第一端部固定连接,并且所述转轴可转动地插设在所述充电器本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充电器,其中,所述连接线体的走线从所述转轴的中部穿入,并且从所述转轴的一端穿出。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,所述连接线体包括正极线、负极线以及信号线,所述正极线用于与电源正极电连接,所述负极线用于与电源负极电连接,所述信号线用于传输通信数据或/及控制信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的充电器,其中,所述通信数据包括电池状态数据,所述电池状态数据包括如下至少一种:当前电池电压,当前电池温度,当前充电电流,当前充电电压;
    或/及,所述控制信号包括电源开关信号。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的充电器,其中,所述第一端部设有正极端子、负极端子和信号线端子,所述正极端子、所述负极端子和所述信号线端子中的至少一个通过紧固件或插接件与所述充电器本体相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,所述连接线体的走线穿过所述第一端部,并且设有连接端子,所述充电器本体设有用于安装所述连接端子的安装槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的充电器,其中,所述安装槽的底部设有走线限位部,用于对所述连接线体的走线进行限位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的充电器,其中,所述走线限位部包括限位凸起以及设于所述限位凸起的正极限位槽、负极限位槽和信号线限位槽,所述连接线体的走线包括正极线、负极线以及信号线,所述正极线、所述负极线和所述信号线分别限位于所述正极限位槽、所述负极限位槽和所述信号线限位槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的充电器,其中,还包括:
    盖板,盖设在所述安装槽的开口,且所述盖板与所述充电器本体可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的充电器,其中,
    所述盖板与所述充电器本体相卡接;或者,所述盖板与所述充电器本体螺纹连接;或者,所述盖板与所述充电器本体通过紧固件相连接;或者,所述盖板与所述充电器本体相插接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的充电器,其中,
    所述充电器本体上设有转轴避让槽,所述转轴避让槽位于所述安装槽的一侧,并且与所述安装槽相连通;所述转轴避让槽远离所述安装槽的侧壁设有轴孔;
    所述第一端部设有转轴,所述转轴位于所述转轴避让槽内,所述转轴的一端插入所述轴孔,另外一端插入所述安装槽内,并且被所述盖板限位。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,还包括选配连接器,所述选配连接器用于与所述第二端部的所述连接器插接,所述选配连接器的接口类型与 所述第二端部的所述连接器的接口类型不相同。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的充电器,其中,所述充电器本体上设有用于容置所述选配连接器的连接器避让槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的充电器,其中,还包括遮挡盖,所述遮挡盖盖设于所述连接器避让槽的开口处,并且与所述充电器本体可拆卸连接;
    当所述第二端部的所述连接器插接有所述选配连接器时,所述遮挡盖从所述充电器本体上拆卸下来。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,所述充电器本体设有快拆连接部,所述快拆连接部用于可拆卸连接所述第二端部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的充电器,其中,所述快拆连接部包括如下至少一种:卡合部,螺纹连接部,插接部。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,
    所述充电器本体设有用于容纳所述第二端部的容纳槽。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,
    所述充电器本体包括第一侧壁、与所述第一侧壁相对的第二侧壁以及与所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁连接的顶部,所述第一端部设置在所述第一侧壁上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的充电器,其中,
    所述顶部与所述第一侧壁以及第二侧壁相连的部位设有限位槽,所述连接线体绕过所述充电器本体的所述顶部,并且限位在所述限位槽。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其中,
    所述充电线的长度范围为0.2~2m。
