Abstract
La présente invention concerne une machine de fabrication automatique de café turc dans un réservoir de cuisson. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la température du matériau dans la cafetière (1) représentée sur la figure 1 est empêchée d'atteindre l'ébullition par le capteur de thermomètre IR sans contact représenté sur la figure 3. L'invention est une machine automatique qui repose sur le principe selon lequel les informations de température de surface du café ou de la cafetière (1) sont correctement prises par un capteur de thermomètre IR sans contact (3) et évaluées par la carte de commande (4), et qui démarre et arrête le dispositif de chauffage par la carte de commande (4), ce qui permet de réaliser le processus de cuisson de café idéal.
