如图1,此时在防火门框1的下端两侧均放置有置于地面上的放置块3,放置块3上表面与地面表面齐平,如图2和图3,放置块3上表面开设有放置槽32,放置槽32内放置有第一排水管31,第一排水管31完全进入放置槽32内,此时将放置槽32沿蛇形分布,便于第一排水管31分布在放置块3上,放置块3上设有将第一排水管31限制在放置槽32内的第一固定件33;为了将水输入第一排水管31内,因此在第一排水管31上设有抽水泵34,抽水泵34的进水口连接有蓄水箱35,蓄水箱35设置在防火门框1上且沿防火门框1的高度方向分布;第一排水管31远离蓄水箱35的一端封闭,第一排水管31在朝向放置槽32的槽口一侧开设有若干喷水孔311。
如图2和图3,在防火门周边发生火灾时,抽水泵34将蓄水箱35内的水抽出,并输入第一排水管31内,通过喷水孔311喷洒出来,减小防火门板2两侧的火势,使得避难人员能够接近防火门板2并进入逃生路径,另外在避难人员经过防火门时,从第一排水管31内排出的水会淋湿避难人员的衣物,此时减小避难人员身上着火的可能性。
如图2和图3,防火门板2上端安装有储水箱21,储水箱21下端设有第二排水管22,第二排水管22远离储水箱21的一端封闭,防火门板2上开设有供第二排水管22嵌入的凹槽23,防火门板2上设有将第二排水管22固定在凹槽23内的第二固定件,第二排水管22在朝向凹槽23的槽口一侧开设有若干洒水孔24。从储水箱21里面排到第二排水管22内的水,通过洒水孔24洒出,此时防火门板2上也会有水喷出,进一步减小防火门板2周边的火势。
如图2和图3,第一固定件33为通过螺栓331固定在放置块3上的格栅网332,格栅网332覆盖放置槽32槽口,第二固定件与第一固定件33结构一致。格栅网332既限制了第一排水管31移出放置槽32,且格栅网332利于第一排水管31内水的排出。
如图2和图3,放置块3由水泥制成,增加放置块3的耐热性,且为了便于铺设第一排水管31和第二排水管22,将第一排水管31和第二排水管22为金属软管,如图4,且第一排水管31和第二排水管22外壁均涂覆有耐高温层312。耐高温层312的设置使得第一排水管31和第二排水管22耐高温性能增加。
如图4,耐高温层312由有机硅耐高温防腐漆涂覆两遍而成,有机硅耐高温防腐漆具有优异的耐高温性能,且耐冷热交变,耐化工气体腐蚀,耐气候老化,耐水及电绝缘性和导热性;高温下抗氧化,抗热震,并具有优良的防腐蚀性能,容易涂刷,喷涂,干燥快,附着力强,常温固化,高温使用,施工方便;耐高温层312外涂覆有纳米自洁涂层313,纳米自洁涂层313能够达到自洁的目的,减少人工清理第一排水管31和第二排水管22的次数。
如图5和图6,为了减少发生火灾时防火门周边的烟雾,在防火门框1上端设有安全盒11,安全盒11沿防火门框1长度方向分布,安全盒11上端设有与安全盒11内部连通的鼓风机12,且安全盒11的下端盒壁上开设有若干通风口13,当鼓风机12工作时,鼓风机12将风吹入安全盒11内,通过安全盒11上的通风口13吹向地面,此时将防火门周边的烟雾吹开,便于避难人员靠近防火门并逃生。
如图5和图6,进一步的安全盒11背离防火门框1的一侧设有放水盒14,放水盒14下端设有排水孔141,放水盒14内放置有水,放水盒14通过蜡封有封闭排水孔141的蜡柱142,蜡柱142在防火门周边发生火灾时,随着防火门周边温度的升高,蜡柱142逐渐被融化,进而使得放水盒14内的水从放水盒14内洒出,便于消灭防火门周边的火灾。
如图7,为了提醒避难人员此处有防火门,在放置块3上表面在放置槽32的两侧开设有若干嵌入槽36,嵌入槽36内放置有警示灯361,放置块3上设有封闭嵌入槽36槽口的玻璃板362。警示灯361透过玻璃板362透出光,在防火门周边烟雾较大的情况下时,提醒避难人员防火门的位置。玻璃板362周边涂覆有荧光层363,在警示灯361损坏后,荧光层363依然可以在较暗的环境中给避难人员提供警示。
实施例2:一种便于逃生的防火门,与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图8和图9,第一固定件33为穿设在第一排水管31外的若干固定环333,固定环333与第一排水管31上的喷水孔311错位分布。固定环333朝向放置槽32的槽底一侧设有螺纹柱334(如图10),且螺纹柱334与放置槽32的槽底螺纹连接,第二固定件与第一固定件33结构一致。
如图9和图10,将固定环333套设在第一排水管31外后,通过螺纹柱334将固定环333固定在放置槽32内,进而将第一排水管31固定在放置槽32内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种便于逃生的防火门,包括防火门框(1)以及铰接在防火门框(1)上的防火门板(2),其特征在于:所述防火门框(1)的下端两侧均放置有置于地面上的放置块(3),所述放置块(3)上表面与地面表面齐平,所述放置块(3)上表面开设有放置有第一排水管(31)的放置槽(32),所述放置块(3)上设有将第一排水管(31)限制在放置槽(32)内的第一固定件(33),所述第一排水管(31)上设有抽水泵(34),所述抽水泵(34)的进水口连接有蓄水箱(35),所述蓄水箱(35)设置在防火门框(1)上且沿防火门框(1)的高度方向分布,所述第一排水管(31)在朝向放置槽(32)的槽口一侧开设有若干喷水孔(311)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述防火门板(2)上端安装有储水箱(21),所述储水箱(21)下端设有第二排水管(22),所述第二排水管(22)远离储水箱(21)的一端封闭,所述防火门板(2)上开设有供第二排水管(22)嵌入的凹槽(23),所述防火门板(2)上设有将第二排水管(22)固定在凹槽(23)内的第二固定件,所述第二排水管(22)在朝向凹槽(23)的槽口一侧开设有若干洒水孔(24)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述第一固定件(33)为通过螺栓(331)固定在放置块(3)上的格栅网(332),所述格栅网(332)覆盖放置槽(32)槽口,所述第二固定件与第一固定件(33)结构一致。
    4.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述第一固定件(33)为穿设在第一排水管(31)外的若干固定环(333),所述固定环(333)朝向放置槽(32)的槽底一侧设有螺纹柱(334),且所述螺纹柱(334)与放置槽(32)的槽底螺纹连接,所述第二固定件与第一固定件(33)结构一致。
    5.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述放置块(3)由水泥制成,且所述第一排水管(31)和第二排水管(22)为金属软管,且所述第一排水管(31)和第二排水管(22)外壁均涂覆有耐高温层(312)。
    6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述耐高温层(312)由有机硅耐高温防腐漆涂覆两遍而成,所述耐高温层(312)外涂覆有纳米自洁涂层(313)。
    7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述放置块(3)上表面在放置槽(32)的两侧开设有若干嵌入槽(36),所述嵌入槽(36)内放置有警示灯(361),所述放置块(3)上设有封闭嵌入槽(36)槽口的玻璃板(362)。
    8.根据权利要求7所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述玻璃板(362)周边涂覆有荧光层(363)。
    9.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述防火门框(1)上端设有安全盒(11),所述安全盒(11)沿防火门框(1)长度方向分布,所述安全盒(11)上端设有与安全盒(11)内部连通的鼓风机(12),且所述安全盒(11)的下端盒壁上开设有若干通风口(13)。
    10.根据权利要求9所述的一种便于逃生的防火门,其特征在于:所述安全盒(11)背离防火门框(1)的一侧设有放水盒(14),所述放水盒(14)下端设有排水孔(141),所述放水盒(14)通过蜡封有封闭排水孔(141)的蜡柱(142)
