本实用新型涉及渔具用品领域,具体为一种可使渔具钳保持合口状态的锁定机构。
背景技术
渔具钳是一种常用的渔具工具,具有开环、剪线、取钩等多种用途,而为了使用时的开合方便,渔具钳均设有使其自动张开的机构,使得渔具钳在非使用状态时始终处于张开状态,给其携带、存放以及剪线处的刀口保护带来不便。
专利号:201520292267.2公开的一种具有锁紧机构的渔具钳所采用的合口锁定技术是在钳柄一侧设置一定位销,通过其沿其轴线移动,进入或脱离另一侧与其配合的定位孔来实现锁定和解锁的,由于其始终会有一个方向的动作是靠弹簧来实现的,当两侧的孔位稍有误差时,就会产生动作不灵敏,易卡死的缺陷。
旋钮上用来推动定位销动作的螺旋面加工困难,成本高。为使定位销能活动顺畅并轻松进入或脱离另一侧的定位孔,需要定位销与钳柄上的导向孔、定位孔都有一定的配合间隙,这就会造成锁定状态时,钳口处合口缝隙还是会很大,不能很好实现锁定时合口的目的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种可使渔具钳保持合口状态的新型锁定机构,可以通过开关操作,使得渔具钳在合口状态时保持锁定,并且结构简单,加工方便,动作灵活,锁定状态时开口间隙很小。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种可使渔具钳保持合口状态的锁定机构,包括固定钳柄和活动钳柄,固定钳柄的中部一体设置有第一转动部、活动钳柄的中部一体设置有第二转动部,第一转动部和第二转动部之间通过固定轴组件转动连接;
其特征在于:第一转动部外侧设置有转动安装在固定轴组件上的旋钮,第二转动部、第一转动部之间设置有直滑槽,第二转动部、第一转动部上的直滑槽在固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合状态时位置相重合,旋钮的内侧端面设置有控制凹槽,第二转动部、第一转动部上的直滑槽与旋钮的控制凹槽之间穿置有锁定销,第二转动部的直滑槽的一端设置有连通该直滑槽、并以固定轴组件的转动中心为圆心的弧形凹槽;
在固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合状态时,转动旋钮可以通过控制凹槽带动锁定销沿第二转动部、第一转动部的直滑槽滑动,当锁定销滑动至直滑槽远离弧形凹槽的一端时,固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合锁定状态,当锁定销滑动至连通直滑槽的弧形凹槽内时,弧形凹槽可以沿锁定销滑动,使得活动钳柄处于可开合状态。
进一步地,固定轴组件包括相互之间螺纹连接的固定轴和固定螺栓,第一转动部和第二转动部转动安装在固定轴上,所述旋钮通过固定螺栓转动安装在第一转动部的外侧。
进一步地,固定轴的外端设置有台阶,固定轴的台阶与第二转动部之间夹装有装饰圈。
进一步地,所述控制凹槽为弧形槽或直槽。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型包括固定钳柄1和活动钳柄2,固定钳柄1的中部一体设置有第一转动部1.1、活动钳柄2的中部一体设置有第二转动部2.1,第二转动部2.1的外侧设置有旋钮3,第一转动部1.1、第二转动部2.1、旋钮3之间通过固定轴组件4转动连接,固定轴组件4包括相互之间螺纹连接的固定轴4.1和固定螺栓4.2,第一转动部1.1和第二转动部2.1转动安装在固定轴4.1上,旋钮3通过固定螺栓4.2转动安装在第一转动部1.1的外侧,固定轴4.1的外端设置有台阶4.3,固定轴4.1的台阶4.3与第二转动部2.1之间夹装有装饰圈5。

于闭合状态时位置相重合,旋钮3的内侧端面设置有控制凹槽7,控制凹槽7呈弧形,第二转动部2.1、第一转动部1.1上的直滑槽6与旋钮3的控制凹槽7之间穿置有锁定销8,锁定销8的两端分别限定在第二转动部2.1的直滑槽6和旋钮3的控制凹槽7内,第二转动部2.1的直滑槽6的一端设置有连通该直滑槽6、并以固定轴组件4的转动中心为圆心的弧形凹槽9。
在固定钳柄1和活动钳柄2处于闭合状态时,转动旋钮3可以通过控制凹槽凹槽7带动锁定销8沿第二转动部2.1、第一转动部1.1的直滑槽6滑动,当锁定销8滑动至直滑槽6远离第二弧形凹槽9的一端时(图6所示),固定钳柄1和活动钳柄2处于闭合锁定状态,当锁定销8滑动至连通直滑槽6的第二弧形凹槽9内时(图5所示),第二弧形凹槽9可以沿锁定销8滑动,使得活动钳柄2处于可开合状态。
第二实施例
第二实施例与第一实施例的结构相同,不同点在于:旋钮3的内侧端面的控制凹槽7为直槽,图7为本实施例处于可开合状态的结构示意图,图8为本实施例处于锁定状态的结构示意图。

  1. 一种可使渔具钳保持合口状态的锁定机构,包括固定钳柄和活动钳柄,固定钳柄的中部一体设置有第一转动部、活动钳柄的中部一体设置有第二转动部,第一转动部和第二转动部之间通过固定轴组件转动连接;其特征在于:第一转动部外侧设置有转动安装在固定轴组件上的旋钮,第二转动部、第一转动部之间设置有直滑槽,第二转动部、第一转动部上的直滑槽在固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合状态时位置相重合,旋钮的内侧端面设置有控制凹槽,第二转动部、第一转动部上的直滑槽与旋钮的控制凹槽之间穿置有锁定销,第二转动部的直滑槽的一端设置有连通该直滑槽、并以固定轴组件的转动中心为圆心的弧形凹槽;在固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合状态时,转动旋钮可以通过控制凹槽带动锁定销沿第二转动部、第一转动部的直滑槽滑动,当锁定销滑动至直滑槽远离弧形凹槽的一端时,固定钳柄和活动钳柄处于闭合锁定状态,当锁定销滑动至连通直滑槽的弧形凹槽内时,弧形凹槽可以沿锁定销滑动,使得活动钳柄处于可开合状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可使渔具钳保持合口状态的锁定机构,其特征在于:固定轴组件包括相互之间螺纹连接的固定轴和固定螺栓,第一转动部和第二转动部转动安装在固定轴上,所述旋钮通过固定螺栓转动安装在第一转动部的外侧。
