本申请的目的在于提供一种童床,以克服童床的上端杆件床围下调后堆积在一起带来的不美观、存在的安全隐患的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种童床,包括床体,床体包括由若干个杆件所形成的床架、由软性材料组成并固定于床架上的床围以及床架及床围所包围构成的床体容纳空间,床架其中一侧的全部或部分上端杆件可于床架的上 端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整,床架设置有收紧机构,收紧机构的一端连接固定于床架且另一端与固定于上端杆件上的上端杆件床围相连,当上端杆件进行高度调整并带动上端杆件床围移动时,收紧机构可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围提供收紧力。
与现有技术相比,本申请的童床的床架设置的收紧机构的一端连接固定于床架且另一端与固定于上端杆件上的上端杆件床围相连,当上端杆件进行高度调整并带动上端杆件床围移动时,收紧机构可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围提供收紧力,使欲堆积在一起的上端杆件床围被收紧机构牵引而维持为展开状态,从而解决了童床的上端杆件床围下调后堆积在一起带来的不美观、存在的安全隐患的问题。
较佳地,收紧机构设置于床架的底侧,上端杆件床围延伸至床架的底侧与弹性件的另一端连接。在收紧机构的收缩或拉伸过程中,使堆积在一起的上端杆件床围可往床体的底侧移动并收于床体的底侧,增加童床的美观和安全性。
较佳地,收紧机构为弹性件或卷收机构。
较佳地,弹性件为弹性布或松紧带。
较佳地,弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的另一端钩设于上端杆件床围的边缘,弹簧的外侧套设有布套或塑料。布套或塑料能防止弹簧裸露于外以保证婴儿或幼儿的安全。
较佳地,上端杆件床围包裹上端杆件,并通过置于上端杆件的下方且与上端杆件固定的压杆而固定。压杆避免了包覆上端杆件的上端杆件床围起皱。
较佳地,上端杆件中部开设凹槽,上端杆件床围固定于凹槽内。
较佳地,床架于设置所述上端杆件侧沿竖直方向开设滑动槽以进行高度调整,上端杆件的两端固定设置有于滑动槽中可滑动的滑动块,滑动块沿滑动槽滑动并带动上端杆件和上端杆件床围移动,弹性件可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围提供收紧力。
较佳地,滑动块设有锁定件、驱动件和操作件,锁定件卡合于床架上的定位槽并固定连接驱动件,操作件被操作后带动驱动件移动并驱使锁定件与定位 槽分离。
较佳地,操作件设置有斜面,操作件被操作后斜面顶推驱动件并带动驱动件移动而使锁定件与定位槽分离。
较佳地,滑动块还包括复位件,复位件一端固定于驱动件,另一端固定于滑动件,复位件可带动驱动件复位而驱使锁定件与定位槽卡合。
本申请的童床,还包括支撑件,支撑件支撑床架,支撑件包括横梁和竖梁,竖梁的一端连接床架另一端连接横梁,横梁上设有滚轮。

具体实施方式
本申请提供一种克服床围下调后造成床围堆积的童床,其结构包含若干个杆件所形成的床架、由软性材料组成并固定于床架上的床围以及床架、床围所包围构成的床体容纳空间;其中,床架一侧的上端杆件可于床架的上端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整,带动固定于上端杆件上的床围调整,使照护者可更方便的观察童床内的婴幼儿或将婴幼儿抱出;另外,床架设置有收紧机构,用以在上端杆件进行高度调整时,提供一收紧力对固定于上端杆件上的上端杆件床围进行收紧,基于此一目的,收紧机构的一端是连接固定于床架且另一端与固定于上端杆件床围相连,而收紧机构可以是任何可提供收紧能力之机构,包含弹性机构或收紧机构。
为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
请参照图1-3和图7,其系为本申请所提供之童床100其中一较佳实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,童床100包括床体(图中未示出),床体包括由若干个杆件所形成的床架1、由软性材料组成并固定于床架1上的床围(图中未示出)以及床架1及床围所包围构成的床体容纳空间,床架1其中一侧的全部或部分上端杆件21可于床架1的上端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整,床架1设置有收紧机构4,收紧机构4的一端连接固定于床架1且另一端与固定于上端杆件21上的上端杆件床围3相连,当上端杆件21进行高度调整并带动上端杆件床围 3移动时,收紧机构4可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围3提供收紧力。因床架1设置的收紧机构4的一端连接固定于床架1且另一端与固定于上端杆件21上的上端杆件床围3相连,当上端杆件21进行高度调整并带动上端杆件床围3移动时,收紧机构4可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围3提供收紧力,使欲堆积在一起的上端杆件床围3被收紧机构4牵引而维持为平摊状态,从而解决了童床100的上端杆件床围3下调后堆积在一起带来的不美观、存在的安全隐患的问题。具体的,床架1包括前侧、后侧、左侧、右侧和底侧,上端杆件21可设置于床架1的前侧、后侧、左侧、右侧或其任意组合的上端,为清楚呈现本申请之结构,于此一较佳实施例的图式中,上端杆件21是设置于床架1的前侧。床架1会设有起床架1的骨架支撑作用的杆件,杆件可分为立杆11、横杆12和竖杆13,立杆11、横杆12可构成支撑起床架1的骨架,上端杆件21与同侧的两个立杆11相连,位于两个立杆11之间的全部上端杆件21可沿竖直方向进行高度调整,如图1-2所示。于另一较佳实施例当中如图3所示,相邻立杆11之间可进一步设有与立杆11平行的竖杆13,一般立杆11的内径少于竖杆13。若床架1上设有竖杆13,各侧的上端杆件21和两个立杆11之间的竖杆13相连,立杆11和竖杆13固定连接横杆12,而床架1其中一侧的全部或部分上端杆件21可于床架1的上端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整是指位于同侧的两个立杆11和两个立杆11之间的竖杆12的全部上端杆件21沿竖直方向进行高度调整;或者仅位于两个立杆11之间的竖杆12的部分上端杆件21沿竖直方向进行高度调整,使上端杆件21的调整达到可选择性全部或部分调整之目的。
值得注意的是,本申请所提供之童床,其上端杆件21的调整范围可以是全部的上端杆件21或部分的上端杆件21,差别仅在于高度调整机构的设置位置是直接设置于床架的立杆之上或另行设置,以及固定于上端杆件上的床围的设置方式,在功效上并无差异。
请参照图1~5及图10,其系为本申请所提供之收紧机构4的较佳实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,收紧机构4可以是弹性件41或卷收机构42(如图10所 示),且弹性件41可以具体举例为弹性布411、松紧带(图中未示出)或弹簧412,收紧机构4的一端连接设置于床架1的底侧,上端杆件床围3延伸至床架1的底侧与收紧机构4的另一端连接。当上端杆件21向下调整时,收紧机构4对应进行收缩,使欲堆积在一起的上端杆件床围3可往床架1的底侧移动并收于床架1的底侧,增加童床100的美观性和安全性;反之,当上端杆件21向上调整时,收紧机构4可随之进行拉伸使上端杆件床围3不致过度紧绷。于本申请之一较佳实施例中,如图1和图2所示,弹性件41可为弹性布411,弹性布411的宽度可与上端杆件床围3一致,弹性布411的一端与上端杆件床围3相连,另一端固定于床架1,具体的,弹性布411的另一端固定于床架1底侧的杆件;于另一较佳实施例中,如图4和图5所示,弹性件41可为弹簧412,弹簧412的另一端钩设于上端杆件床围3的边缘,具体的,上端杆件床围3与弹簧412的连接端为硬质座布边缘43,弹簧412的另一端固定于床架1底侧的杆件,硬质座布边缘43可以为塑料或金属,硬质座布边缘43有利于弹簧412与上端杆件床围3固定连接,避免了上端杆件床围3的撕裂,且弹簧412外侧套设布套或塑料,布套或塑料能防止弹簧412裸露于外以保证婴儿或幼儿的安全;弹性件41为松紧带时,其结构与弹簧412类似,在此不再叙述。值得注意者,以上描述仅为本申请的其中一较佳实施例,当然,于其他实施例中,凡是包括了床架设置有收紧机构用以在上端杆件进行高度调整时提供一收紧力者均落入本申请的保护范围,故不以上述实施例所述的为限制。
请参照图10,其系为本申请所提供之卷收机构,其中一较佳实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,收紧机构4可以是卷收机构42,卷收机构42包括卷收盘421、卷轴420和卷簧426,卷收盘421可绕卷轴420转动,具体地,卷收盘421包括第一档盘4211、第二档盘4214、固定于第一档盘4211和第二档盘4214之间的卷收轴4213以及设置于第一档盘4211和第二档盘4214与卷收轴4213结合处的喇叭段4212,卷收轴4213的长度比上端杆件床围3的宽度略大,卷收轴4213与上端杆件床围3一端固定,固定方式可以是粘结固定,喇叭段4212的直径随距离第一档盘4211或第二档盘4214的增大而减小,喇叭段4212有利于将 上端杆件床围3收叠整齐,卷收轴4213可将上端杆件床围3收卷,第一档盘4211和第二档盘4214的外侧设置挡圈422,挡圈422为环形条状,挡圈422设置开口4221,并在开口4221处的外侧设置护罩423,护罩423整体呈U型结构,U型结构的两个支脚分别与开口4221两侧的挡圈422的外侧固定连接,卷轴420包括半径较小的内轴425和固定于内轴425两端半径较大的外轴424,内轴425开设径向槽口4251,径向槽口4251处于挡圈422内,卷簧426包括卷簧主体428、设置于卷簧主体428的一端的第一钩部427和设置于卷簧主体428的另一端的第二钩部429,第一钩部427和第二钩部429可由卷簧主体428两端弯折而成,卷簧426设置于挡圈422内,第一钩部427钩设于挡圈422的开口4221,第二钩部429钩设于内轴425的径向槽口4251,另外,在卷簧426的外侧可设置盖板(图中未示出)与挡圈422固定而将卷簧426遮盖住,在卷簧426的弹性作用下,卷簧426可作用于卷收盘421围绕卷轴420转动。具体地,卷收机构42可通过外轴424固定于床架1的底侧的杆件21上,卷收轴4213与上端杆件床围3一端粘结固定,当上端杆件21进行高度调整并带动上端杆件床围3移动时,卷收机构42的卷簧426可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对上端杆件床围3提供收紧力。
请参照图1和图7,此时的上端杆件21被上端杆件床围3包裹,于本申请之一较佳实施例中,上端杆件床围3通过置于上端杆件21的下方且与上端杆件21固定的压杆211而固定,压杆211避免了包覆上端杆件21的上端杆件床围3起皱。作为上端杆件床围3的另一种固定方式,如图9所示,此时的上端杆件21中部开设凹槽221,上端杆件床围3固定于凹槽221内。上端杆件床围3于上端杆件21上的固定设置主要考虑方便于下调上端杆件床围3时不容易起皱,因而可视具体情况而选择设置。
为实现床架其中一侧的全部或部分上端杆件21可于床架1的上端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整,图2和图6提供了一种较佳实施例的实现方式,如图所示:床架1其中一侧设置了上端杆件21,床架1于设置上端杆件21侧的立杆11的外侧套设可沿竖直方向滑动的滑动槽5,滑动槽5可以有两个,且相对设置,上端杆件21(请参照图7)的两端固定设置有于滑动槽5中可滑动的 滑动块6,即上端杆件21整体可于滑动槽5中可滑动,滑动块6沿滑动槽5滑动并带动上端杆件21和上端杆件床围3移动并驱使弹性件41(请参照图1~5)收缩或拉伸。滑动块6沿滑动槽5向下滑动时,滑动块6驱使弹性件收缩,弹性件41收缩产生的力牵引上端杆件床围3移动并使其维持为展开状态;滑动块6沿滑动槽5向上滑动时,滑动块6驱使弹性件41拉伸,弹性件41推动上端杆件床围3沿与前者相反的方向移动并仍然维持为展开状态,滑动块6可设置凸起,凸起与滑动槽5相匹配,滑动块6通过凸起沿滑动槽5滑动。床架1其中一侧设置了部分上端杆件21的滑动结构(如图3所示),是指滑动槽5设置于床架1上位于相邻立杆11之间的竖杆12上,因滑动方式及结构与于前述相似,在此不再赘述。
为实现上端杆件21可沿竖直方向上下滑动且能固定于床架1上,图8提供了另一种较佳实施例,是一种固定的实现方式:滑动块6设有锁定件61、驱动件63和操作件62,锁定件61卡合于床架1上的定位槽8(请参考图2或图5)并固定连接驱动件63,操作件62被操作后带动驱动件63移动并驱使锁定件61与定位槽8分离。操作件62设置有斜面621,操作件62被操作后斜面621顶推驱动件63并带动驱动件63移动而使锁定件61与定位槽8分离,具体的,定位槽8位于床架的上部,锁定件61可以是卡销,操作件62被操作后斜面621顶推驱动件63并带动驱动件63移动而使卡销与定位槽8分离,滑动块6还包括复位件64,复位件64一端固定于驱动件63,另一端固定于滑动件6,复位件64可带动驱动件63复位而驱使锁定件61与定位槽8卡合。具体的,复位件64可以是弹簧。具体地,驱动件63在被操作件62的后斜面621顶推运动过程中会压缩复位件64如弹簧,在锁定件61如卡销与定位槽8分离后,滑动件6相对滑动槽5向下滑动,带动上端杆件床围3向下移动;反之,当将滑动件6往上运动移动至定位槽8所在的位置后,松开操作件62,在复位件64如弹簧的回弹力的作用下,使锁定件61重新与定位槽8卡合固定,从而使滑动件6固定于滑动槽5。
请继续参照图1,于本申请之一较佳实施例中,童床100还包括支撑件7, 支撑件7支撑床架1,支撑件7包括横梁72和竖梁71,竖梁71的一端连接床架另一端连接横梁72,横梁72上设有滚轮721,因而可将童床100移动至所需位置。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,均属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种童床,包括床体,所述床体包括由若干个杆件所形成的床架、由软性材料组成并固定于所述床架上的床围以及所述床架及所述床围所包围构成的床体容纳空间,其特征在于,所述床架其中一侧的全部或部分上端杆件可于所述床架的上端与下端之间进行竖直方向的高度调整,所述床架设置有收紧机构,所述收紧机构的一端连接固定于所述床架且另一端与固定于所述上端杆件上的上端杆件床围相连,当所述上端杆件进行高度调整并带动所述上端杆件床围移动时,所述收紧机构可对应进行收缩或拉伸以对所述上端杆件床围提供收紧力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的童床,其特征在于,所述收紧机构设置于所述床架的底侧,所述上端杆件床围延伸至所述床架的底侧与所述收紧机构的另一端连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的童床,其特征在于,所述收紧机构为弹性件或卷收机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的童床,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹性布或松紧带。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的童床,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的另一端钩设于所述上端杆件床围的边缘。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的童床,其特征在于,所述弹簧的外侧套设有布套或塑料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的童床,其特征在于,所述上端杆件床围包裹所述 上端杆件,并通过置于所述上端杆件的下方且与所述上端杆件固定的压杆而固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的童床,其特征在于,所述上端杆件中部开设凹槽,所述上端杆件床围固定于所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的童床,其特征在于,所述床架于设置所述上端杆件侧沿竖直方向开设滑动槽以进行高度调整,所述上端杆件的两端固定设置有于所述滑动槽中滑动的滑动块,所述滑动块沿所述滑动槽滑动并带动所述上端杆件和所述上端杆件床围移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的童床,其特征在于,所述滑动块设有锁定件、驱动件和操作件,所述锁定件卡合于所述床架上的定位槽并固定连接所述驱动件,所述操作件被操作后带动所述驱动件移动并驱使所述锁定件与所述定位槽分离。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的童床,其特征在于,所述操作件设置有斜面,所述操作件被操作后所述斜面顶推所述驱动件并带动所述驱动件移动而使所述锁定件与所述定位槽分离。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的童床,其特征在于,所述滑动块还包括复位件,所述复位件一端固定于所述驱动件,另一端固定于所述滑动件,所述复位件可带动所述驱动件复位而驱使所述锁定件与所述定位槽卡合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的童床,其特征在于,还包括支撑件,所述支撑件支撑所述床体,所述支撑件包括横梁和竖梁,所述竖梁的一端连接所述床架另一端连接所述横梁,所述横梁上设有滚轮。
