步骤501,获取终端发送的注册信息。
本公开实施例中,当用户购置新设备后,可以登录服务器,将新设备的设备标识码,比如为设备的序列号(Serial Number,简称SN码)注册到服务器,即将新设备与用户账户进行绑定。具体地,用户可以通过终端登录服务器,而后将新设备绑定在用户账户下,例如,可以将新设备的设备标识码,比如为设备的序列号与用户账户进行绑定,在将设备标识码和用户账户绑定后,可以生成注册信息,相应的,服务器可以获取终端发送的注册信息。
步骤502,根据注册信息,生成用户账户与设备之间的关联关系。
本公开实施例中,在服务器接收到终端发送的注册信息后,可以根据注册信息,生成用户账户与设备之间的关联关系,例如生成用户账户与设备标识码之间的关联关系。
需要说明的是,针对每个用户账户,与用户账户存在关联关系的设备可以为至少一个。当与用户账户存在关联关系的设备为多个时,表明与用户账户绑定的设备为多个,而当与用户账户存在关联关系的设备为一个时,表明与用户账户绑定的设备为一个,即用户账户 首次与设备进行绑定。
作为一种应用场景,当用户新购置目标设备后,售后/客服人员在为用户安装目标设备时,售后/客服人员可以预先登录服务器,将目标设备绑定在用户账户下,服务器可以生成该用户账户与目标设备的关联关系。其中,目标设备为新购置,待配网的家电设备。
步骤503,当目标设备查询用户账户与设备之间的关联关系时,向目标设备发送与目标设备关联同一用户账户的已配网设备的网络配置信息;其中,网络配置信息用于目标设备进行网络配置。
本公开实施例中,当目标设备访问服务器时,服务器可以根据目标设备,查询上述关联关系,获取与目标设备关联的目标用户账户。例如,可以根据目标设备的设备标识码,比如目标设备的序列号查询上述关联关系,获取与目标设备关联的目标用户账户。
需要说明的是,针对与用户账户关联的每个设备,在对其进行网络配置后,即对其配网后,该已配网设备可以采用网络配置信息接入对应的局域网络,并通过局域网络,向服务器发送网络配置信息,相应的,服务器在接收到网络配置信息后,可以对各已配网设备所采用的网络配置信息进行对应存储。
本公开实施例中,当确定与目标设备关联的目标用户账户后,可以根据该目标用户账户,确定该目标用户账户关联的各设备中的已配网设备,即确定与目标设备关联同一用户账户的已配网设备。并且,由于服务器侧已对各已配网设备所采用的网络配置信息进行对应存储,因此,在确定与目标设备关联同一用户账户的已配网设备后,可以获取已配网设备采用的网络配置信息;其中,网络配置信息包括:SSID和密码。例如,服务器可以将各已配网设备的序列号和各已配网设备采用的网络配置信息进行对应存储,在确定各已配网设备后,可以根据各已配网设备的序列号,获取各已配网设备采用的网络配置信息。而后,服务器可以向目标设备发送已配网设备采用的网络配置信息,从而目标设备可以根据网络配置信息,对目标设备进行网络配置。

  1. 一种设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述方法由待配网的目标设备执行,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    获取已配网设备的网络配置信息;其中,所述网络配置信息用于所述已配网设备接入局域网络;
    根据所述网络配置信息,对所述目标设备进行网络配置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述获取已配网设备采用的网络配置信息,包括:
    访问服务器,以查询与所述目标设备关联同一用户账户的已配网设备;其中,所述服务器预先存储有用户账户与设备之间的关联关系;
    从所述服务器获取所述已配网设备采用的网络配置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述网络配置信息,对所述目标设备进行网络配置之后,还包括:
    采用所述网络配置信息接入所述局域网络;
    通过所述局域网络,向所述服务器发送所述网络配置信息,以使所述服务器对所述目标设备所采用的网络配置信息进行存储。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述网络配置信息为至少两组;
    所述采用所述网络配置信息接入所述局域网络,包括:
    采用各组网络配置信息中的服务集标识和密码,接入对应的局域网络;
    根据接入的各局域网络的信号质量,从所述至少两组网络配置信息中选取一组网络配置信息;
    采用选取的一组网络配置信息接入对应的局域网络。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述网络配置信息,对所述目标设备进行网络配置之后,还包括:
    采用所述网络配置信息接入所述局域网络;
    通过所述局域网络,向所述服务器发送接入请求;其中,所述接入请求,用于请求所述服务器为所述目标设备分配序列号对应的设备标识,以及用于向所述目标设备发送携带所述设备标识的控制消息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述采用所述网络配置信息接入所述局域网络,包括:
    搜索无线路由器组建的局域网络;
    当搜索到所述局域网络时,采用所述网络配置信息接入所述局域网络。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述访问服务器,包括:
    通过预设的热点接入信息,连接临时组建的无线网络;
    通过所述无线网络访问所述服务器。
  8. 一种设备配网方法,其特征在于,所述方法由服务器执行,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    获取终端发送的注册信息;
    根据所述注册信息,生成用户账户与设备之间的关联关系;

  9. 一种设备配网装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取已配网设备的网络配置信息;其中,所述网络配置信息用于所述已配网设备接入局域网络;
    配置模块,用于根据所述网络配置信息,对所述目标设备进行网络配置。
  10. 一种设备配网装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取终端发送的注册信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述注册信息,生成用户账户与设备之间的关联关系;
    发送模块,用于当目标设备查询所述用户账户与设备之间的关联关系时,向所述目标设备发送与所述目标设备关联同一用户账户的已配网设备的网络配置信息;其中,所述网络配置信息用于所述目标设备进行网络配置。
  11. 一种家电设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的设备配网方法。
  12. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求8所述的设备配网方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的设备配网方法,或者,实现如权利要求8所述的设备配网方法。
