本申请的有益效果是:本申请提出一种绳带调节装置,包括调节件、安装座和配置成缠绕绳带的绕绳件,安装座可安装于鞋子等用品上,通过旋转调节件驱使绕绳件转动,从 而使得绳带收紧,该绳带调节装置结构简单且操作方便快捷。

实施例1
参阅图1和图2,在本实施例中,提出一种绳带调节装置,包括调节件1、安装座2和配置成缠绕绳带的绕绳件3。其中,调节件1与安装座2可转动地连接。
如图3所示,调节件1包括相对固定且同轴设置的驱动部4和联动部5。
由于驱动部4和联动部5相对固定,所以当驱动部4随调节件1转动时,联动部5也会随之同步转动。且又由于调节件1关于安装座2可以转动,所以驱动部4和联动部5两者的旋转轴线也共线。
如图5所示,安装座2上设置有与联动部5相对应且配置成限制联动部5转动方向的限转部6,其中,联动部5的转动方向与绕绳件3的收紧绳带的方向一致。
绕绳件3与安装座2可转动地连接。
如图7所示,绕绳件3上设置有与驱动部4传动连接的从动部7,驱动部4与从动部7两者旋转轴线共线。
用户通过转动调节件1,使得调节件1上的驱动部4驱使绕绳件3上的从动部7,从而控制绕绳件3转动,但由于限转部6限制联动部5的转动方向,所以调节件1仅能朝一个方向进行转动,从而可以防止绳带变松。
在本实施例中,调节件1还包括壳体8,其中,驱动部4和联动部5均设置于壳体8的内部。
壳体8、驱动部4和联动部5三者可采用一体式成型。具体的,可以选用塑料做原材料,通过注塑工艺,使壳体8、驱动部4和联动部5三者一体式成型。在其他具体实施例中,也可以采用压铸等加工工艺。
如图4所示,在壳体8的顶部可以设置有壳盖9,其中,壳盖9具有保护和装饰壳体8的作用,壳盖9与壳体8之间可以通过卡接的方式相连,也可以是一体式成型。
在本实施例中,调节件1与安装座2可转动地连接。具体的,壳体8上配置成设置驱动部4和联动部5的内孔的内壁可以设置有多个关于驱动部4轴心线环形阵列的卡扣10,相应的,安装座2上可设置有与所述卡扣10相对应的帽檐11。将卡扣10扣至帽檐11上,通过卡扣10与帽檐11的作用,限制调节件1与安装座2之间的相对活动,使得调节件1与安装座2仅之间可相对转动,而不会出现脱离的情况。
在本实施例中,驱动部4可以选择使用外齿轮圈,联动部5可以选择使用内棘轮圈,从动部7可以选择使用内齿轮圈,限转部6可以选择使用棘爪。
具体的,棘爪可设置有多个且关于限转部6的旋转轴线环形阵列分布。通过增加棘爪的数量,可以提高和加强棘爪对内棘轮圈限制的效果,同时,各棘爪之间还能分散受力,防止单个棘爪因受力不均而出现折断的情况。
外齿轮圈与内齿轮圈相啮合,从而实现两者之间的传动连接;内棘轮圈与棘爪相配合,通过棘爪可以控制内棘轮圈的转向,使得内棘轮圈只能朝单一的方向转动,从而也限制了调节件1的转动方向。同时,由于棘爪的限制,只要棘爪抵住内棘轮圈,调节件1就无法反向转动以使绳带变松。
在本实施例中,外齿轮圈的齿顶圆半径小于内棘轮圈的齿顶圆的半径。
其中,在其他具体实施例中,驱动部4可以选择使用内齿轮圈,从动部7则可以选择使用与之对应的外齿轮圈。
如图3和图7所示,为对绕绳件3与调节件1两者进行安装,绕绳件3上可设置有位于从动部7的旋转轴线上的插接件12,调节件1上设置有配置成安装插接件12的插接孔 13,其中,插接件12和从动部7均位于绕绳件3的正面。其中,插接孔13可设置于驱动部4的轴心线上。
插接件12插入插接孔13内并与之滑动连接,同时,插接件12还始终与插接孔13转动连接。
其中,通过插接件12与插接孔13之间的相对滑动,使得联动部5与限转部6结合或分离,在本实施例中,即是现实内棘轮圈和棘爪的结合和分离。当联动部5与限转部6结合时,调节件1只能朝单一方向转动;当联动部5与限转部6分离时,由于脱离了限转部6的限制,所以调节件1可以双向转动,同时,此时绳带便处于自由状态,随绕绳件3转动可以自由伸长或缩短,以此可以更加方便地调节绳带的松紧度。
在本实施例中,插接件12可包括若干个具有弹性的插头14,其中,插头14上设置有配置成提高强度的金属弹片15。具体的,插头14可设置有2个,金属弹片15可安装于这2个插头之间。
插头14插入插接孔13中,需要进行滑动和转动的动作,从而容易出现损坏及折断等情况,通过在2个插头14直接安装金属弹片15,可以有效提高插接件12的强度及其使用寿命。
如图9所示,金属弹片15可设置呈Ω形。其中,金属弹片15可以通过卡接或者螺丝连接的方式安装于插头14上。
在使用过程中,大部分时间需要联动部5与限转部6相结合,以控制绳带的松紧度,仅当需要调松绳带时才需要使联动部5与限转部6分离。为防止因震动或摆幅大等情况导致联动部5与限转部6分离,而出现绳带变松的情况,可以在插头14的外壁上设置有凸起,相应的,在插接孔13内设置有与凸起相对应的限位槽,通过凸起与限位槽之间的配合,从而防止插接件12与插接孔13两者之间产生相对滑动。
当凸起位于限位槽内时,联动部5与限转部6之间处于结合的状态。当使用外力拔动调节件1并使凸起滑出限位槽时,联动部5与限转部6两者将会分离;之后,需要使联动部5与限转部6再次结合时,只需要按压调节件1的壳盖9,使凸起滑入限位槽内即可。
绕绳件3通过转动使绳带缠绕其上,从而控制绳带的长度。如图5和图6所示,安装座2上可设置有配置成安装绕绳件3的安装孔16,其中,绕绳件3插入安装孔16内并与之转动连接。
参照图6和图8,为防止绕绳件3与安装孔16脱离,安装座2上可设置有限位扣22。绕绳件3插入至安装孔16内完成安装后,当绕绳件3出现脱离安装孔16的趋势时,限位扣22便会顶住绕绳件3的背面,从而限制住绕绳件3的活动范围防止其从安装孔16内脱离。
由于限位扣22的存在,限位扣22对绕绳件3的安装和拆卸会产生一定的影响。如图8所示,为方便绕绳件3的安装及拆卸,绕绳件3上可设置有与限位扣22一一对应的拆装槽23,拆装槽23配置成使限位扣22穿过。当限位扣22与拆装槽23相对准时,绕绳件3便可插入或拿出安装孔16。
在对调节件1、安装座2和绕绳件3三者进行安装时,可以先将调节件1与安装座2相连,之后再将绕绳件3放置于安装孔16内,并使得插接件12插入插接孔13内即可。
为方便在绳带调节装置上安装绳带,安装座2的侧壁可设置有若干个与安装孔16相连通的进绳孔17。其中,在本实施例中,进绳孔17的数量可以设置为2或3个等。
如图7所示,在本实施例中,绕绳件3的侧壁设置有一圈配置成缠绕绳带的线槽18,其中,线槽18内设置有与进绳孔17一一对应的穿绳孔19,同时,穿绳孔19与安装孔16相连通。
绳带的前端可依次穿过进绳孔17和安装孔16后,穿入至穿绳孔19内,之后对绳带的前端进行固定,然后转动调节件1,在驱动部4和从动部7的作用下绕绳件3转动,从而将绳带缠绕于线槽18内。
如图8所示,为方便对绳带的前端进行固定,绕绳件3的内部可设置有与穿绳孔19相连通的穿出孔20,同时,绕绳件3背面的中间可设置有与穿出孔20相连通的打结孔。将绳带的前端经穿出孔20从打结孔穿出,再对绳带的前端进行打结,其中,打结处的直径要大于穿出孔20的直径,从而可以限制绳带的前端的活动范围使其不会从穿绳孔19滑出,如此就能完成对绳带的前端的固定工作。如果需要更换和调节绳带,只需将绳带前端的结解开即可,操作简单且方便。
其中,在安装座2和绕绳件3上可设置有用于对齐的标记,例如箭头等,当安装座2和绕绳件3两者上的箭头对准时,安装座2上的进绳孔17并会与绕绳件3上的穿绳孔19一一对准,如此,就可以方便绳带的穿入。
如图10所示,绕绳件3安装于安装座2中后,绳带穿入并打结,从而完成对绳带的前端的固定工作。
在本实施例中,绳带调节装置的结构简单,部件少,拆装方便,同时,在进行绳带松紧度的调节时,单手即可完成,操作快捷且简单。
在其他具体实施例中,绳带调节装置可配备一个小型的电机,可以通过该电机驱使调节件1进行转动。其中,电机的驱动器上可设置有无线通信模块,例如蓝牙模块和wifi模块等,用户通过手机等终端可以更加轻松地实现鞋带松紧度的调节。
在本实施例中,绳带调节装置还可以包括有车缝件21。其中,车缝件21可安装于安装座2的上,再通过缝线可以将车缝件21固定于需要使用绳带调节装置的用品上;绳带调节 装置上的绳带穿至安装于鞋帮等位置的导向件内。调节调节件1以控制绳带的伸缩长度,通过绳带牵拉导向件,从而达到调节松紧的目的。
在本实施例中,还一种具有该绳带调节装置的用品,包括以上的绳带调节装置。具体的,绳带调节装可以应用于鞋子、衣服和医疗护具等用品上。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本申请所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种绳带调节装置,其特征在于,包括调节件、安装座和配置成缠绕绳带的绕绳件;
    所述调节件与所述安装座可转动地连接,所述调节件包括相对固定且同轴设置的驱动部和联动部;
    所述安装座上设置有与所述联动部相对应且配置成限制所述联动部转动方向的限转部,其中,所述联动部的转动方向与所述绕绳件的收紧绳带的方向一致;
    所述绕绳件与所述安装座可转动地连接,所述绕绳件上设置有与所述驱动部传动连接的从动部,所述驱动部与所述从动部两者旋转轴线共线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节件还包括壳体;
    其中,所述驱动部和所述联动部均设置于所述壳体的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述壳体、所述驱动部和所述联动部三者一体式成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括外齿轮圈,所述联动部包括内棘轮圈,所述从动部包括内齿轮圈,所述限转部包括棘爪;
    所述外齿轮圈的齿顶圆半径小于所述内棘轮圈的齿顶圆的半径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述绕绳件上设置有位于所述从动部的旋转轴线上的插接件,所述调节件上设置有配置成安装所述插接件的插接孔,其中,所述插接件和所述从动部均位于所述绕绳件的正面;
    所述插接件插入所述插接孔内并与之滑动连接,同时,所述插接件还始终与所述插接孔转动连接;
    其中,通过所述插接件与所述插接孔之间的相对滑动,使得所述联动部与所述限转部结合或分离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述插接件包括若干个具有弹性的插头,其中,所述插头上设置有配置成提高强度的金属弹片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座上设置有配置成安装所述绕绳件的安装孔,所述绕绳件插入所述安装孔内并与之转动连接;
    所述安装座上还设置有限位扣,所述限位扣配置成限制所述绕绳件的活动范围防止其从所述安装孔内脱离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座的侧壁设置有若干个与所述安装孔相连通的进绳孔;
    所述绕绳件的侧壁设置有配置成缠绕绳带的线槽,所述线槽内设置有与所述进绳孔一一对应的穿绳孔;
    所述穿绳孔与所述安装孔相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述绕绳件的内部设置有与所述穿绳孔相连通的穿出孔,其中,将绳带的前端从所述穿出孔穿出并进行打结,以限制所述绳带的前端的活动范围使其不会从所述穿绳孔滑出。
  10. 一种具有绳带调节装置的用品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的绳带调节装置。
