优选的,所述锁定转动机构6包括弹性连轴61,所述弹性连轴61包括弹性弯曲部611及设置在弹性弯曲部611两端的旋转轴612,所述旋转轴612设置为直轴,所述弹性弯曲部611设置为蛇形可弯曲结构,蛇形可弯曲结构类似于弹簧的结构,可通过手动压力进行伸缩调节,两所述旋转轴612的外侧端套接在滑动槽4内的任一组固定孔5内。本发明的烫衣板的锁紧机构主要由弹性连轴61、安装体62和门板主体1上的滑动槽4,固定孔5配合完成。烫衣板本体2的锁紧时弹性连轴61的弹性弯曲部611处于伸长状态,位于弹性连轴61的安装体62的导向滑槽622的最大开口位置,此时弹性连轴61的旋转轴612插在门板本体1的固定孔内锁住烫衣板主体2,使其无法移动。将弹性连轴61的弹性弯曲部611在使用者施压过程中搬向安装体的导向滑槽622的最小开口位置,此时弹性弯曲部611被压缩,旋转轴612向内侧收缩离开门板本体1的固定孔5内并滑动于门板本体1的滑动槽4中,此时弹性连轴61可在门板本体1的滑动槽4中上下滑动。当弹性连轴61滑动到门板本体1的滑动槽4中最下端或其他合适位置时,再向相反方向施力搬动弹性连轴61的弹性 弯曲部611,弹性弯曲部611转换为伸长状态,弹性连轴61的旋转轴612插在门板本体1的任一组固定孔5内锁住烫衣板主体2,此时支撑杆7与烫衣板主体2、门板本体1形成稳固的三角形结构,此时可进行衣物熨烫;使用后,将对弹性弯曲部611进行施力,使得弹性弯曲部611处于收缩状态,滑动弹性连轴61至最上端的一组固定孔5内,对弹性弯曲部611反向施力,弹性弯曲部611处于伸长状态,从而弹性连轴61的旋转轴612插入最上端的一组固定孔624内锁定烫衣板本体2的位置,后将烫衣板本体2旋转至收纳凹槽3内收纳。优选的,所述门板本体1的收纳凹槽3内可设置有卡接件,将烫衣板本体2卡接在固定的位置,以防止烫衣板本体2的晃动。
其中,所述锁定转动机构6还包括套接在弹性连轴61的两旋转轴612上的安装体62,优选的,两所述安装体62之间通过一加强杆623进行焊接固定;以保证结构的稳定性;所述安装62体设置为圆柱体结构,所述圆柱体的轴向设置有供旋转轴612旋转运动或轴向抽拉运动的安装孔,所述安装孔的内侧端部位置设置有供弹性弯曲部611滑动的导向滑槽622;所述导向滑槽622向两安装体62的相对内侧倾斜;两所述安装体62通过两基座621及固定杆624焊接固定在烫衣板本体2上,可行的,两所述基座通过螺栓连接或焊接方式固定在两安装体上,两所述固定杆624的两端分别螺栓连接或焊接固定在基座与烫衣板上,两所述基座621之间设置有供弹性连轴61的弹性弯曲部612放置的间隙。本发明通过安装体62的设置,能够便于弹性连轴61的安装,且使用更加可靠,在安装体62的安装孔的内侧端部设置有导向滑槽622,便于使用者弹性弯曲部611施压时,旋转轴612的运动导向。
优选的,所述安装体62的两侧设置有与滑动槽4结构相适配的滑块,所述滑块的中间设置有供旋转轴612穿过的孔。本发明通过滑块与滑动槽4进行连接,可避免在移动烫衣板本体2高度时,烫衣板本体2与门板本体1脱离,造成使用不便。本发明通过弹性连轴61的设置,通过对弹性弯曲部611的两端进行施压,可实现蛇形弯曲部的伸长或缩短,当蛇形弯曲部缩短时,旋转轴612的两端从固定孔5中拔出,两安装体62外侧端的滑块在滑动槽4内的滑动,从而将烫衣板本体2调节至所需的高度,当达到所需高度后,松开弹性弯 曲部,将旋转轴612两端卡入固定孔5内,若不在固定孔5所设置的高度上,使用者当向上或向下滑动一些以实现将旋转轴612两端卡入固定孔5内。
进一步的,所述烫衣板本体2下端可拆卸的连接有支撑杆7,所述支撑杆7的另一端转动连接在门板主体1的收纳凹槽3内。本发明的支撑杆7通过卡接或者固定件固定实现可拆卸地连接在烫衣板本体2的下方,需要使用烫衣板时,将支撑杆7固定在烫衣板本体2的下方,当不需要使用时,将支撑杆7从烫衣板本体2的下方拆卸开来,收纳至收纳凹槽3内,防止零件丢失,使用更加方便。
其中,所述支撑杆7设置为U形结构,所述支撑杆的U形结构中间连接段通过卡接方式卡接在烫衣板本体的下端,所述收纳凹槽3的下端设置有一凸块8,所述支撑杆7的U形结构的两自由端的相对外侧分别固定连接有两转动件,所述转动件设置为转动轴;两所述转动件分别转动连接在门板本体1内侧凸块8的两端。本发明的支撑杆7的U形结构外侧通过转动件转动连接在凸块8内,方便使用者,转动支撑杆7的位置。优选的,支撑杆7与门板主体1之间的夹角设置在0-60°内,使用时,可在30°-60°内调节。
进一步的,所述烫衣板本体2靠近弹性连轴的一端设置有一开口槽,所述开口槽内可升降地连接有烫衣分板10,所述烫衣分板10的结构与开口槽的结构相适配。本发明通过设置有烫衣分板10,当需要烫袖口或小物件时,可展开烫衣分板10,衣物放置在烫衣分板10上进行烫平或整理,使用方便。
其中,所述烫衣分板10的下端可拆卸连接有第一U形支撑杆11和第二U形支撑杆12,所述第一U形支撑杆11和第二U形支撑杆12的两自由端分别通过转动件转动连接在开口槽的两侧。当需要使用烫衣分板10时,只需向上拉动烫衣分板10,由于第一U形支撑杆11和第二U形支撑杆12的连接与支撑,烫衣分板10、烫衣板主体2、第一U形支撑杆11、第二U形支撑杆12呈平行四边形状。
优选的,所述烫衣板本体2的外侧端设置为弧形结构,所述烫衣分板10的外侧端设置为弧形结构。对烫衣板本体2的外侧端及烫衣分板10的外侧端设置为弧形结构,弧线形结构避免人体碰撞造成伤害。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机的箱门结构,所述干衣机包括无前端面箱体及转动连接在箱体前端面的箱门,其特征在于,所述箱门包括门板主体,所述门板主体朝向箱体的一侧可收纳或展开地连接有一烫衣板本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述门板主体朝向箱体的一侧设置有一供烫衣板本体竖直放置的收纳凹槽,所述收纳凹槽的两侧对称设置有滑动槽,两所述滑动槽内对称布置有若干组固定孔,所述烫衣板本体的两端通过锁定转动机构转动连接在任一组固定孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述锁定转动机构包括弹性连轴,所述弹性连轴包括弹性弯曲部及设置在弹性弯曲部两端的旋转轴,所述旋转轴设置为直轴,所述弹性弯曲部设置为蛇形可弯曲结构,两所述旋转轴的外侧端套接在滑动槽内的任一组固定孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述锁定转动机构还包括套接在弹性连轴的两旋转轴外侧的安装体,所述安装体设置为圆柱体结构,所述圆柱体的轴向设置有供旋转轴旋转运动或轴向抽拉运动的安装孔,所述安装孔的内侧端部位置设置有供弹性弯曲部滑动的导向滑槽;两所述安装体通过两基座固定连接在烫衣板本体上,两所述基座之间设置有供弹性连轴的弹性弯曲部放置的间隙。
  5. 据权利要求4所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述安装体的两侧设置有与滑动槽结构相适配的滑块,所述滑块的中间设置有供旋转轴穿过的孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述烫衣板本体下端可拆卸的连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的另一端转动连接在门板主体的收纳凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述支撑杆设置为U形结构,所述支撑杆的U形结构中间连接段通过卡接方式卡接在烫衣板本体的下端,所述收纳凹槽的下端设置有一凸块,所述支撑杆的U形结构的两自由端的相对外侧分别固定连接有两转动件,两所述转动件分别转 动连接在门板本体内侧凸块的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述烫衣板本体靠近弹性连轴的一端设置有一开口槽,所述开口槽内可升降地连接有烫衣分板,所述烫衣分板的结构与开口槽的结构相适配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述烫衣分板的下端可拆卸连接有第一U形支撑杆和第二U形支撑杆,所述第一U形支撑杆和第二U形支撑杆的两自由端分别通过转动件转动连接在开口槽的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种干衣机的箱门结构,其特征在于,所述烫衣板本体的外侧端设置为弧形结构,所述烫衣分板的外侧端设置为弧形结构。
